Well yeah, we've drank middle of

the road linking middle of the

road.

We've drank expensive.

Beer.

Very expensive, beef drank.

Very cheap.

Very what's win expensive be

right?

Mr. Chetty, we have never drank

and expensive liquor.

Middle of the street.

We've done whistleblower

curbside, liquor, we're doing

the curbside like we're doing

the curb so.

Okay, so we can find it.

So we're not quite in the

street, we're still in the car.

I know we're in a curve tonight,

way in the current income by

drinking Gulf Crest, Spiced Rum.

So, it just sounds so serious.

Today, we golf Crest.

Spiced, rum from ABC Liquor,

it's 799 a bottle.

Okay, gang and much cheaper than

anything, am I?

Even on sale.

I mean, if you want to get a

cheap drunk going, that's it's

described as a private label for

ABC by a brand name distiller,

who does not want to save him

very well.

I wonder why not sweet sugar

notes makes this rum a great

mixer mixer for cocktails.

No, apparently they do not

recommend that you drink this

lovely.

Then a glass bottle.

Mmm, do not drink a smile.

I want you to drink it straight.

Right?

podcast interns absolutely has

access to Army Base liquor.

Of course, it does hardly you

Change noise.

I make nice-nice As always, I

can't find them.

I think the noisemakers Merica

Welcome to the Jen Palmer.

Happy hour, grab your server

order yourself, some very

inexpensive liquor and let's get

ready to have a hangover and

pass out then probably regret

every cision we've ever made.

From this point forward.

Yes, that's our lease.

Oh God, I gotta go.

Oh, is it that bad?

And I've named smelly hit.

Well, it reminds me of rubbing

alcohol.

There's your dog is right, it

smells like glue.

Yes.

All right, you gotta toast.

I do my friend.

You ready, you ready?

Friend Eagle, man.

Big Paw me ready.

And right, here's the overcoming

shyness by getting, so wrapped

up in something.

You forget to be afraid.

Boom, is it dog?

We go.

Oh god.

Oh, it smells like rubbing

alcohol.

I'll be don't know.

Be talking Eagles over there

dying.

Listen, is surprisingly smooth.

Oh yeah, it's almost got a

buttery.

Are you camera dirty camera over

there?

Taking the control room.

We can see him on the monitors.

I mean it does have a smooth but

it glue aftertaste.

It's very smooth and buttery.

When you first, when you first

drink it it is very then then it

turns to turpentine and in

cigarette Ash got the battery

starting like my throat goes to

0.

Oh wow.

If you were to have heartburn,

this would almost be comparable

to drinking Jack Daniels if you

had you know because if you get

heartburn, nurses that work.

I don't know what that was so

nice.

It's and then it comes back up.

I don't Oh, I'm not taking

another step.

You crazy.

I'll be honest, the second sip.

Yeah, is 100 times better than

the first.

Okay, here we go.

Serious.

But now like right now I'm

getting that turpentine anything

on the side of my tongue right

now?

Yeah.

But it tastes better than the

first, but I got to tell you.

It hard buttery the first time

not doing it anymore.

All right, let's see.

I mean, they did say it's a mix,

why are you with the profession,

right?

That's why they get paid to do

what they what they do?

Oh my Lord.

Who I'm?

I already feel it.

Coursing through my blood, I'll

get a little My ears are getting

more 900, that's only 70, proof

78, 35 percent, alcohol by

volume, 70 proof.

I mean, rum with natural

polymers and caramel color.

It's like it's like seven

dollars.

It'll get you there right?

I mean, right, right?

A little bitty baby, I get it

right.

All right.

Let's get into it.

It's a problem.

It is a problem.

It's a problem for me.

I'm even I brought it up to

Becky and she was like, oh my

God, this is, that's such a good

subject and I was like much,

like, cuz let's see.

Okay, I don't want to get into

it.

But okay, let's do it will do.

This is a good moment and then

we'll expand God's plain.

Why it sure why we're doing

Sonny?

Okay today, we're doing a way

where this are you read that?

Turn around that Jennifer fake

steak.

Okay, first was a general Riggs.

Take it away with a fitnah with

Fitness, Fitness with fixie take

it away or maybe we don't, we're

not exactly sure.

So we'll find out Hey guys.

Jennifer here for the Chuck

Palmer show and welcome to my

closet.

Today's edition of fixed fitness

will be to talk about your

shoes.

One of the main factors in a

good lift or a good run or a

good multifunctional workout is

your Footwear.

So I tend to gravitate towards

more of a flat shoe, a Converse

a Nike metcon or a Vans, if I'm

going to do a lift because you

can see how flat the shoe is.

So what that does is allows your

foot to grab the ground solidly.

So you're basically going to if

your hand was your foot, you're

able to secure your foot onto

the floor, to be able to get a

secure stable solid.

Left.

And also will give you that

linear stability, especially if

you're doing a squat.

If you're doing deadlifts, if

you're keeping your feet

stabilized onto the onto the

ground, whether you have a shoe

on or a shoe off, you get a

solid lift from your hamstring

up to your glutes.

Another specific shoe type from

a running perspective, walking

running any type of interval

training or hit training.

These are the athletic

propulsion.

And you can see, you wouldn't

want to wear this shoe for

lifting because it curves up,

this is more of a athletic shoe

and all-around shoe.

I wear these for treadmill work,

elliptical work biking, outdoor

biking, cycling, Or a Nike shoe,

this one is not a Nike metcon

but is pretty solid flat on the,

on the bottom.

So it could be used for lifting.

But if this is an all-around

trainer that I typically keep

for just cardio.

So also there Pumas are good

shoes for outdoor, athletic

activities or cardio, hit

cardio, interval cardio.

So take that Consideration.

The next time you're getting

ready to do a workout, your shoe

type style flat or not.

Flat.

Definitely comes into play.

With what you plan on doing for

the day.

Remember, if you're lifting

power lifting, you want a flat

sold shoe Vans neck, nike.com

Converse would be a good source

if you were doing cardio, hit

cardio, interval cardio,

elliptical biking.

Any type of shoe, you want a

more all-around transverse,

transverse shoe that supports

the movement of the foot from

running jogging.

Any types of those things.

And that is the segment for

today, guys.

I hope you have a fantastic rest

of your Wednesday and I'll talk

to you next time.

Thanks.

Hey, how about Footwear tonight?

I know proper Footwear to wear

when you working out or

division, they weren't cheap

rum.

Hmm.

All right.

We gotta do Jen Palmer.

Okay, you're chatting Palmer.

Yes, be dogs.

I am be dog.

I'm an educated attractive 24

year.

Woman who hasn't dated much

home, no photos right now.

Yeah, I'm eager to break out of

my shell.

I'm gonna burp, the rummy

rolling.

It's it's so hot.

Even with the coke, it leaves

the blue little buttery it

burned on the roads coming up,

doesn't it?

Did ya.

Oh, what we do for you baby?

I think I'm going to take some

monkey cult.

Granules wealthy and put it.

Whoa.

I manage get attractive 24 old

woman, it hasn't dated much, I'm

eager to break out of my shell

and start putting myself out

there, but I'm afraid my shyness

may take me on.

They make me unapproachable, how

do I strike up a pleasant

conversation with a cute guy at

the gym or a friendly?

Customer work?

It looks easy in the movies.

But this is real life.

I don't want my awkwardness to

hold me back.

Have you written anything about

this?

Can you give me some tips on how

I can bring myself to be more

sociable sign?

Perpetual novice in Minnesota?

Hmm, back to to please.

Well, you have any tips for this

young lady?

I do.

It's a, it's a more.

You do it, the more you

practice, the better, you get at

it, right?

None of us were good when we

were younger and younger easier,

right?

I'm much more comfortable.

Upstairs in the register then I

am an event walk around the

floor.

Which is crazy to me because I

think like I'm the opposite.

When I first started here, I was

nervous as shit behind the

register because it's like, oh

my God, they're going to ask me

questions.

I got to learn how to use this

thing and it's like, yeah, but

Dad.

And I'm talking that's a

situation or something where you

have standard answers.

You know, you say hello and they

come in true.

Yeah, some of the, you know, I

have the same thing I use

everybody.

So hey, welcome to Cigar house

or anything.

I'll be fine.

All right, I'm okay.

Okay, change your mind.

Let me know.

I'm right out here.

But the minute they go.

Oh, I'm fine, how are you today?

Palmer here like at that point,

they're supposed to work under

the Human Rights Act.

No, no we're not supposed to be

about.

Yeah, no, no interaction.

Here you go.

When you come out, I say and

then I ring you up and you

leave, huh?

All right, all right, it's just

easy peasy.

No pz, no interaction, gz,

whatever this.

Yes, I I still think it's just

the more you do it.

The better you get at it.

She's 24.

How much more times could she

doing?

She just got to get out there

and start talking to people.

I don't know what I meant,

that's her hard part.

I know that she has to get out

of her comfort zone.

There's no other answer may be

fighting organization, where you

have something similar in common

like cigars, like we all do

cigars, so it's easier to talk

about cigars.

Sure.

Yeah, but if she's that worried,

she's gonna have an issue.

No matter where she goes.

Well, yes, hostage Jing being an

extrovert.

So no matter what it is, if it's

cigars or whatever introvert do

more - I don't think so.

No.

It is, it's right here in this

paper right now, we're going to

read next.

Yes, it is.

And to her to someone who's

afraid to go out in public,

someone who shies someone, who's

afraid, how people see them once

they're already out sure, but it

still makes them worried like

her.

She doesn't know what to do.

She's probably does.

She's afraid to go out and get

it.

Go out and talk to people.

So she's probably just staying

home, which is going to turn her

into an introvert.

So I think side people can

become introvert, maybe she just

goes out but doesn't talk to

people.

I think that's People to yeah.

But that's even more Awkward to

me.

Like, how could he go the rest

of the show?

Young lady.

You will get some tips here?

Yeah, maybe, I mean, I don't

really know other than like,

you're just opposite of shot.

Go out more.

I mean, I used to be shy, I

used, not not shy, but But I

never really, but like, there's

things that I put with that kind

of equate it to shyness, like

being afraid to speak in front

of people being afraid to

perform in front of a group of

people.

Like I showed horses when I was

really young and I got really

good at it.

So I was traveling everywhere

and like in these big shows and

I would get so nervous before

the show like I was running to

the toilet like talk though.

No.

But it was still being out in

front of a A ton of people,

right?

And like a bunch of people

watching and stuff like that.

And I would just get so freaking

nervous.

And then it wasn't until

probably like college was when I

had to take the Symposium class,

which I brought it up before

Otti speaking.

Yeah.

And that really, they almost

made it so nerve-wracking,

right?

They purposely invited like

other classes.

So we were in this Symposium

room with like, 400 people.

Oh, and we had to get on stage

by ourselves.

Do a whole thing on whatever

subject we're talking about.

And I think they make it so

nerve-wracking that you shit in

your Pants all the way up into

the point.

You get it and then when you're

done you're like holy shit.

I did it right.

You know what I mean?

But that was that like a

prepared speech thing you had to

do.

Well kind of a symposium is like

a cue a thing like you bring up

stuff.

You talk about a subject.

People are allowed to ask, you

questions.

I could do.

So you really don't know what

you're going to talk about,

right?

Really.

I mean so you can't really sort

it out.

You know, you can't just write

your playlist out and talk about

things, but I think the point of

that class Is, was they make you

so nervous and make you so

scared about it that when you do

it, they're like see, was it

that hard and now wasn't it

really wasn't?

It was just overcoming that

fear.

It's terrifying.

Yeah, point right?

Like, oh, this was easy.

Right.

And I still get like that with

stuff.

Everything anything with DJing

with anything I get nervous.

But to me, it's a way of being

over-prepared because I got make

myself nervous.

So I over prepare.

So that I'm ready.

It's like if I didn't In here

and prepare for this, the notes

and stuff.

Yeah.

And just came and winged it when

we tried it for a few shows.

Yeah.

And you could tell the

difference and you know, the

beginning to where we are now

guideline, right?

So I think it helps you.

So maybe I don't know.

Maybe that's something.

Maybe you need some maybe she

needs to make some little notes

in her pocket and besides it

things to say and yeah, also a

pretty drink when he wouldn't

hurt either free drinks, they'll

always tell it's always a good

nicely injuries, always help.

It's lost but Yeah, have a sip

or so and maybe that helped me

as a young and because I drank

so much so I was always drunk.

So maybe that was what made me,

you know, do silly shit in front

of people.

Not be afraid, you know.

Not be so shy to do things,

right?

I don't know.

It's tough.

I don't know because it is

tough.

It's like, you know, where

people get emotional and stuff

for no reason.

What's it called?

Let's talk about anyway.

Are you getting nervous?

No, no, I just I don't

understand it.

Like I don't understand being an

introvert or being anxiety

anxiety.

Like I don't, I don't get it.

Oh, excuse me, tightly it, true,

that stuff is strong, the rum, I

don't understand like it burns

all that stuff.

So, the whole being nervous part

or being shy.

I'm probably microphone is kinda

the taking it down, and put it

back up for the other show.

It's driving me crazy.

I heard because I get it.

Perfect.

And then, it'll be messed up

again.

Although I'm digging mine right

now.

It's like perfect, like, see ya

use worked out?

Well, didn't you?

It's the second time I've said

before, this one example, right?

I think I love my seat up

higher.

You know, you do.

We're in such a rush because it

was just chaos.

I think you didn't get.

The booster seat is of the

cushion, type of cushion off.

I can't stand that cushion.

I feel lady just practice makes

perfect.

Apparently, it's all we got for

ya.

It's all right.

I'm sorry.

I'm unprofessionally.

If you listen to the rest of the

show, Maybe.

One else?

Yeah, will spark something or

something.

So absolutely, I think so I

wrote on the table, you can't

even tell.

All right, so we're gonna move

on.

Let's do it.

Tonight's topic is shyness.

Yes.

Now, the reason I decided to

choose is my wife and I had a

fight last week because she says

I'm really shy around her

friends, but here I'm fine.

But you can't really compare the

two.

I keep telling ya, butt your

butt but here is such a small

and I know you're going to get

into it but it's such a smaller

equation.

Right here, I see you guys.

All this, it's Mikey, me boots.

Greg I told her you'd also if

there's an event wiping during

the event, honey, I'm emptying

trash around talk to people.

I know, I don't talk to

strangers, right?

Very much.

All right behind the register

again, I'm not making

announcements.

I'm not doing any of that stuff,

right?

Right.

And I told her I go look at your

friends that have gotten to know

me you know she's got a handful

of friends and I mean they all

like me so I could do was let me

let me meet these people so you

got to do it.

I know I'll get past it.

Yeah, I mean I think you become

you get over it quick, right?

But the initial thing is I'm in,

I'm terrible with small, talk,

the hair.

That's that's, that's some

questions I have in here.

But it is, it's like it's

terrible because what do they

want to know?

What I had for lunch, right?

I think it's being, I think you

don't have to be A shy to have

shy Tendencies.

Yeah.

Like I have tried Tendencies.

I hate small talk.

I hate some.

I don't want to jibber jabber on

the phone.

I want it.

I want it quick, right?

John.

Yeah, as right.

I don't need the backstory.

Give me what happened and then

we're done.

I come in.

I owe my son, Connor all the

time.

I don't need to know what you

had for lunch, how they made the

sandwich.

The fact is you had a sandwich,

the small, you know, you come in

somewhere and you're like, hey,

how you doing?

Haven't seen you in forever.

Good, I'm doing great.

How have you been?

I'm good.

Great split ways, right?

Yeah, the way you know my my

hemorrhoids kicked in last week

and today because the spring

him, don't hit him with the

lawnmower.

And I'm sitting here back in a

way as they're talking like.

Well, that's it.

See what other people are small.

Everything.

Like I don't want to hear that

stuff.

So they don't hear my stuff,

right?

Yeah, yeah.

I try not to get like I catch

myself.

Elf all the time.

Try like over talking to people

and it's like, you know, I

should shut up and just let them

talk and listen, you know, and

it's just because a when I'm

done talking they're going to

start talking and I'm not

interested.

Exactly.

So why am I creating this

conversation to make them think

I'm interested, her friends are

all teachers, you know, they

start talking about, you know, a

little Johnny wear that outfit

the other day that nobody like,

right didn't see little Johnny,

let alone know who know we're

talking about monkey cult Tolls

and Angela and stuff like that.

Talk about cigars Angel.

But she smoked cigars.

I don't teach kids right?

Yeah.

Oh that's a tough one buddy.

Yeah so anyway what is shiny

shyness and introversion are not

the same thing and to Virgin

Queen.

You see the world through an

interior lens, you look to your

feelings and thoughts to make

decisions and extrovert looks

outward to the environment and

others around them shyness.

Means, you feel uncomfortable

and awkward around others or if

you are, receiving attention.

You are particularly worried

about what others think of you.

Meaning, you can be shy type and

an extrovert, or an introvert.

Okay?

That makes sense, then.

Yes.

Because I do think that I walk,

I fi balance both very well,

right?

I'm shy, but, or I'm not dry.

I'm not shy, but I love being at

home, right?

Like I, there's right.

You'd rather be at home than

outright, but if you're out, you

can function, but of them out,

I'm all your out, I'm in it, I'm

in it, right?

But I step foot at home boy,

shyness in adults is far more

common than you might realize as

a younger, as a yougov survey of

thousands of British adults 57%

saw themselves.

A shy and some people get or

just fine as their shine is only

affects certain areas of the

lies in a manageable way.

You might, for example, be shy

with public speaking or meeting

strangers, but have a strong

group of friends and feel at

ease with a job that isn't

affected by this, which shyness

becomes a problem shyness

becomes an issue.

If it holds us back or affects

our ability to cope.

For example, if you see a career

suffering struggling to make

friends, wait if you see your

career suffering or struggling

to make friends or constantly

feel alone, And disconnect it is

also a problem if causing other

mental health issues, it can

look like the following.

Hmm.

So I can talk in front of

people, if I have something I'm

supposed to be saying, right?

Or somebody ask me questions.

But I don't know if I could

just, you know, walk in and

unless I have something like,

okay, for example, I did the

distinguish ruffian bdp or they

do the zoom thing but it gives a

cigar maker on and then you sit

there for two hours and talk to

the right people, okay?

Questions and answers was not a

problem and then it got quiet

because I all started talking to

themselves, right then, I told

the story about how I got the

name of bdp, right?

So then it picked up again,

okay?

It goes in, they had more

questions.

So I just had to cut, keep

thinking, oh, and then I made

fun of my key for, like, 45

minutes to an hour.

So that's Easy.

That's that was fine.

That's a grill, right?

So that was okay.

But then I got quiet again.

It's like so it's been two hours

like, well, I hope you guys

enjoyed the show.

I'm gonna go, you guys, enjoy

its introduction about whatever

you're drinking, how cold it is.

Then I left.

It's crazy to me like I get it

right.

I can't.

I know, I know you well enough,

right?

That you people don't even my

wife doesn't because I do this,

right?

And I do the club not but that's

behind a computer right there

all day and and this is, this is

Something that you have done

enough, again, right?

You gotta do it repetition.

I'm only told you're suing me

dog?

Well, yeah, because you're not

there thinking about, right?

3,000 people now set up cameras.

If we did this show say we had

500 people in a live audience,

I'd be problem, I have a problem

with.

Whoo, if when he I mean your

daughter is what very, very

welcome to watch, right?

I have a problem with the

daughters here.

Absolutely, we had a guy come

in.

Well, we did Skip and Rosales.

That's two people right there.

So that's a problem because I I

don't I know they got you have

and then we had another guy come

in who's going to start playing

the guitar upstairs?

He was a fan of Roma craft so he

wanted to sit and watch.

Okay so like oh I know

everybody's watching.

Yeah it gets its Yeah the more

people you add the heavier the

room get.

Yeah.

Right.

I'd like to think I'd perform

okay in that situation but I

don't know.

It makes me uncomfortable the

thought of someone when you

first when you first told me

that the b-dawg.

Yeah the best intern ever that's

coming in.

Yes I was.

Kind of like yeah, when I am I

gonna worry like no, no, I

think, if the am I going to

engage with him or ignore him?

It's like right?

Then after we decided to bring

him in full time right now.

It's like I don't know if I

could do it without him over.

There says he's somebody else

want me to go.

Look at, I can now turn my head.

You know, turn your head and

look over there.

Get a little exercise looking at

the cameras.

Yeah.

Hmm, I'm learning some stuff

going to carry on my friend

Janice related substance abuse

extremely shy.

People are risk of falling into

drug misuse or alcohol

dependency.

These things can be used at a

special lubricant or is a relief

from loneliness and isolation

research.

Also shows that drug and alcohol

can be affected by shy person's

desire to fit in.

Its yield, have a couple of

drinks before the thing. matter

of fact, makes me worried for my

child because she's super shy

know what as a mixer.

This is delicious.

No, it's super buttery.

It's like butter pasta more.

It's good except an unhealthy

relationship shy.

People are also the risk of

being used by others are

confined themselves in broiled

in a bad relationship.

Then other than other than a

little 11 dooba dabble bad

relationships.

That offer little in the way of

affection, or real support,

right?

That's why I had two bad

marriages and I had to wait for

them to ask the divorce.

Me right?

I probably would have stuck it

out, right?

Either way.

If neither one of man's because

he doesn't understand, hmm?

Alright.

And once in ball, always get

that difficulty attaining goals

if it allows shyness to mean we

withhold, our good opinions and

ideas or say nothing.

When others take credit for

them, then we see our career

falter in our little in our life

goals left.

By the wayside Mikey steals my

jokes all the time.

Sure, sure.

Apparently, I don't see him loud

enough or he's the only one to

hear some.

I don't know how that works but

maybe He knows you're going to

be too shy to say him, so he

just he snatches them and runs

with him.

He does Shane isn't over with a

difficulty.

Or we did that one shyness and

adults can also lead to anxiety

and depression.

Instead of University students,

led by a Chinese research team.

Oh, found that shyness loss of a

team and a pressure were all

connected.

What the hell?

When we put up with difficult

relationship, dates wanted the

progress.

We end up alone.

Self-esteem very low.

Self-esteem jinzo's when the

most reported sign.

I have depression, huh?

Internet addiction more.

Modern problems of those are

shyness as internet addiction

and other Chinese study and

middle school students found,

they being shy.

Type led to high risk of

developing, an addiction to

being online.

Because I don't want to talk to

you, man.

That's what they wanted.

They can hide much funnier

online than bro.

Yeah, much funnier.

I'm so much better looking.

Oh yeah, I sound better.

I-i'm still people time ago, I'm

not as cool as that guy, right?

Right, trust me.

My life, is nowhere near as

perfect as I make it appear on

Facebook, right?

I mean, like everyone's like, oh

my God, you just the best of

everything like you?

Yeah that's all we do.

I've ran in your G.

Yeah it's it.

All right now you know idea

popped in a bucket today I'm

driving late never has other

ideas.

My boxers, the white man, you

know, hey why am I so shy?

Why are people share their to

growth evidence that some people

are born predisposed to be shy.

I believe it.

I've been his way my whole life.

Yeah.

Used to be it was the same way

she's super shy.

Most likely develop social

anxiety disorder you know what

Danielle said she has no she has

personality disorder.

Skip personality is she has

borderline personality disorder

now she says yeah because one

minute one minute she wants to

be on the show and next minute

she doesn't supposed to tell her

other job.

She has.

No it does that mean?

She tells me she has a secret

right now.

Everybody should know by now.

Okay.

Hold almost done.

We're gonna get you something.

After you tell us, I went to

study in groups of four year old

develop psychiatrist, core a

parrot, Perez girl found that

certain, I don't know the first

thing with certain children,

avoided interaction, they did.

So even when other children are

friendly to them and invited

them to play, their reluctance

was not a response to being

ignored or challenge, but

instead they, feared inclusion

itself, Perez Edgar track these

children though.

Their adolescence found out.

Many did indeed illallah and

problems talking and I did

Children through adolescence and

found that many did indeed,

develop into habitual shy,

teens, and then into adults.

And what are you going to be

born with it?

I wonder if you can be born with

it then trained out of it or the

opposite not born into it, but

then develop it as you go

because I've you could do it.

The article went on to say that

it like an abuse.

If you had an abusive parent

that can cause you to be shy,

there were men shared, but yeah,

shy scared into being shy.

They yell at, you're always

wrong and that you terrible

person or something cuz I

noticed like, as I'm getting

older, but again, I'm mixing

introvert with shyness like,

right?

Yeah, so yeah.

And a lot of my research was I

kind of tie them both together.

Well, that's okay.

But it's okay because I think

it's going to work out, but I do

as I'm getting older, it's like,

you know, do you want to go out?

I don't know.

Like, I don't, I don't know.

You know, I don't, I don't know

those guys, you know, I don't

know where we're going.

It's like, I like to know that

going, I know.

Right?

Right.

I want those are it.

So I can prepare not like it.

My little act together, say the,

the gray smoke.

For example, right?

I would never go by myself.

No, I wouldn't either I'm in.

I would be okay.

It would be people there.

That I knew, once I got there,

if I got dropped off their, I

would survive it and I will

leave with probably people lie

though right.

But I don't know, I don't yeah,

there's a difference in being

able to to be with your friends

that you're comfortable way

because if it's me and you I can

promise you, I can talk to him

better than if it was just me

correct him not knowing Like a

safety blanket.

So maybe look, that's the Imp.

That's the help.

She needs a lady.

Get a friend and go with a

friend, right?

Oh yeah, yeah.

Wing girl a wing.

Girl, there you go.

We're doing house.

Yeah.

Or a wingman idea.

The wingman that City have

somebody go with you?

Yeah.

Sort of crack the ice for you.

Absolutely.

Hey.

Have you met my friend?

Chet Wright everything.

Yeah.

And I can be the like silly open

one, but, but the problem is the

wing, girl has to know her.

Roll.

Right?

Because chance and I went up

there as many times where I've

been with friends that were like

a little more quiet and I'm

like, boom, boom, boom, and all

of a sudden it's like, Oh wait,

we're buying drinks, right?

Well you know what?

I picked up the yes I got going.

I got poop.

That's how you got all.

You have poop all falls apart on

purpose.

Like in front of her.

Right.

Right, right.

You know what?

Palmer never be a Palmer, never

pooped.

It doesn't have to buy the, I

think a lot of ladies like shy

guys, I don't think they do only

as a project that think they can

change him.

If most shy guys are respectful.

That's tend to be a little more,

right?

Right thank.

Whereas the, you know, the guys

are you, you big broad?

Hey, groovy, yeah.

You know how?

They're all from.

They're all from Jersey from

Jersey.

Yeah, we're shy, guys.

Are, you know, we're Midwest are

like, you know, let me let me

clean.

My cowboy boots off girl, I

don't know.

Hey one more thing to address,

almost everything.

At the king of the ashes or

whatever.

The thing is, you guys do on

Mondays nice.

Is someone brought up to Young,

Danielle.

Why are you not on the show

anymore?

You do not up, you know, she

whipped around and looked at me

and asked me if, you know, if

shoot wait, no, how'd it go?

I don't know.

We were all drinking pretty

pretty.

Yeah, I mean, they were.

Yeah, it's all the photos.

She didn't, she really didn't.

Then I rolled out at 11:00.

I was like, I'm beat the I went

there, straight from work.

I want to Jackhammer ripping up

sidewalk.

So I was beat when I got there.

No intentions to stay until 11

become eleven.

I was like I gotta roll, but

when Danielle got there, didn't

say a word until she later and

she had some beers and then it

was you know, hey I'm never on

charm bar and I said I don't

have to I so just show up

throwing Palmer under the bus?

No, no.

I said just show up I said you

know she can't you just said you

I've no, you don't ask to be on

it.

You have no desire to be on it.

I said it and I'm gonna beggar

could be right.

I said and it's up to Palmer.

You gotta call him and ask him.

And if he says cool just show up

in my thing, my exact words were

if you call him and he doesn't

answer just show up any way to

prove that you want to be on the

show and she said, no, I know.

He doesn't like me so I can shit

and I'm like What am I?

Okay, she just slept with my

house a couple weeks ago.

Watch the dogs again?

No, no, no.

Okay, we have changed the show,

obviously.

She's very big difference is

he's got a new life go.

He's got only life going.

I was going to stuff.

She was, unavailable the last

few times, we asked her, she

doesn't watch the show.

No.

So, just to have her on to have

her on.

It's right.

It's not really necessary.

I love the young lady.

She, she used, and she is a KGB

undercover guy here.

He could literally report to her

everything.

We should everything and all

she'd have to say is b-dawg.

What do they think about me,

right?

And and trust me I can look at

his face, he's not gonna lie.

I'm gonna tell him exactly what

they say.

She doesn't ask, no she died and

I'm not she said over its this

week but she only asked because

somebody comes together and it

was brought up, right?

Because somebody brought to her

attention if nobody metal.

Think I brought it up to her.

Now I heard it was Pedro.

All right.

Pedro asking what it was?

Maybe.

I don't know.

I don't think that's what Phil

told me.

Yeah, good.

Phil's else thing?

Yeah, maybe it was.

So maybe know, they drove.

Yeah, Phil Dunphy.

Let them bring it up.

So if Pedro had not brought it

up, she would not have asked no,

right?

No, because we were like I want

to talk about this because you

know, I want to tell ya you guys

talk about there was no like

come in want to be on the show.

Gonna be on the show, it wasn't

a hit yet?

Hugs, hugs.

Oh my God, how's the podcast?

I missed it.

So, I miss it so much.

Right.

Okay.

Now we parlay into feelings and

maybe, okay, maybe.

E, you know, you do miss it

right out of that.

It was, wow, you know, it's hard

for me to show up and like you

said, you know, it's not you,

it's me right things right here.

So now she gets to say Palmer,

hates me.

That's why I'm ever on the show

anymore.

Not that you have shown no

interest in the show and you

have nots is a busy girl.

You know, but on in two months

she's a busy girl.

She's got a new life, she's

walking down A New Path and

listen.

I hate to say it but we all did

it.

When we were young we had

things.

We said we were going to do

wanted to be and we got an offer

right there was instant and

gratification right then and

there not thinking in the long

term because I promise you if I

too made some decisions.

I mean, I say that but I

wouldn't be here if I made those

decisions, but the point is

there's she passed out.

She could have been an amazing

beer that she wanted to be.

Yeah, right.

She's a bitch.

She was awesome on that when a

dog has she could have started

her own show like she wanted to

with the haunt thing, right?

She is very knowledgeable and

like the haunt ya, the Halloween

is the scary stuff, the she

could do a, she could travel to

different things and do

something because she is good at

it, right?

But she comes off.

Well, I'm Cameron.

She's not a she does she sounds

good.

You know that I'm talking to the

microphone, right?

But she just doesn't have any

shoes down and she got an offer.

That was really good for her age

and and It's going to be a great

stepping stone.

Because, how many people her age

can say, oh, I have a legit

career at my age, this early on,

as long as she, you know,

follows through with it forever.

So, I mean, you know, it's,

it's, it's the young.

And that's, that's why, first,

the wisdom we hold no ill will

against young ever summer, but I

just said what she does.

Got her blue hair back, I saw

that on Snappy heavy the

Snapchat, I like it.

I love the blue hair blue hair.

Yeah I kind of like the blond

when he was But blonde was nice,

it was difference.

Whether the yeah, it's just,

it's like this blue.

It's like so yeah, yeah, it's

blue.

Yeah, it's awesome blue.

All right questions, I got some

questions.

Kids question question that he

went online and read some email.

Now, what you do and is the

pretty sure we're doing is

concerned, thousands?

If not hundreds of questions

from you, the viewing, Andre And

hundreds of hundreds of hundreds

and things that you all would

like to know from US jet bomber

and be done.

Be dog.

Here we go, here we go.

All right.

So shaira people shy, ra people

got you, from Lonesome Town,

Texas.

Now that up from loads and of

now that I'm older, I notice, I

give zero fucks about stuff for

or situations, but the younger

me was shy around people.

I didn't know you guys ever.

I feel so shy.

I stopped you from doing

something like any particular,

something that it stops your the

wise.

I don't know if I could think of

it the two please.

I don't I don't know what I'm

sure the words have some point

there was other thing.

Like I would like to do a little

videos on Instagram and stuff,

right?

Just had to do, you know that's

time consuming.

It's not huge.

I can promise you.

These people that are out.

When people go, oh, your Tick

Tock famous.

That's a lot of work.

It's a lot of ways, a lot of

dedication wear 24/7, videoing

yourself.

Editing, right?

Mixing sound effects.

When they go, smash that like

button and it goes but all

right.

You know, it's a lot of work.

It's a lot of work.

Is that Simon?

I want to do that stuff.

I I would love to do it and I

want to do it but right which

were used to do.

Middle-aged man tip of the week,

right?

We couldn't even work.

Daddy, that is on a regular

basis and we just had to show up

15 minutes before we did the

show.

Now, we're showing up flinging

indoors running high but our

shirts Island and the show has

gotten progressively.

Later right.

Hey guys, it's like we used to

do it.

That's when you worked upstairs

to though.

Yeah, we used to it like after

the meeting or something.

No, we've never.

Our show is always always like

8:30.

Yeah.

I guess like I would never get

home till after 10:00 11:00.

Middle-aged man tip of the week

after the meeting.

Yeah.

After the meeting we go outside

sit, outside we go in the

bathroom right now.

I don't get to see you a

fraction of time I used it.

Okay.

Yeah.

Right.

The only thing, the only thing I

remember like giving Yup.

Because of my shyness.

I don't even know if it was

shyness or anxiety was a big

item, pretty big DJ opportunity,

right?

Because going to play for a

very, very large festival.

And I freaked out and I didn't

go actually supposed to do a DJ

thing upstairs last month, but

not a venture that was coming.

This Friday here.

Ya, are you doing the Jack

tranya one?

I believe.

So that's it was when you were

doing last month he did last

month for well.

Yeah just wow.

This is This is March now.

Technically he didn't do it in

February feathers, one by one

beginning of February.

This is one of the 17th you were

doing was that the cut and light

with any been turned into?

A cud lined out of here because

I wasn't going to do it for

cutting light.

I'm like that's that's a lot of

work for just, you know, people

sitting around cutting lighten.

Oh, I'm glad you doing this

Friday.

If you are doing this, yeah,

this Friday I'm definitely doing

it.

What about you?

You ever his shyness ever?

Keep you from doing something?

No, he'll know where it is.

I don't give I give Let's do it.

All right, here we go.

Ava from Orange City, Florida,

land again, you're ready.

Gotta get ready.

This is a pretty good one.

All right away, even from Orange

City.

Why did the duck admit himself

into the very popular drug rehab

program?

That superstars?

Admit themselves in the wording

was literally quackers.

He was followed from using too

much quack, he was fouled.

He was fouled from using too

much quack.

Okay, waterfall and 70 around?

I'm sure that one way, oh man.

Alright, and then I made this

one up, why was the very shy

priest able to give an amazing

wedding speech and vows at the

wedding, Because you write it

off as phone because it's right.

That was me because it has an

alter ego.

Wow.

All right, here we go.

Anita farting house from

tightsqueeze Virginia.

I swear, I get these in the

email.

This is Annie farting house from

what?

Anita vertical, some

tightsqueeze Virginia, tight,

squeeze Virginia.

Yeah.

My husband very small town.

My husband mentioned to me the

other night.

As I was getting ready, that my

clothes were getting tight.

Approximately, how many days

should I wait for him to awaken

from his coma?

Five, five days, five days, five

days, probably after five days.

Definitely need to call

somebody.

I mean, at that point.

Is it coma?

Or is it murder?

I did.

He drive at that point?

I mean, do you really want to

murder someone over just a, you

know, maybe what.

Maybe he met.

You wash the clothes and they

shrunk?

Yeah.

Any chance to explain.

Yeah, your clothes are tight

guys.

Tighten up.

Man is just some things you

shouldn't shouldn't say.

Let's say that's your wife.

Jesus.

All right, Willie.

Willie, eat mute Willie, eat me

out, I'll take a Willie, eat me.

A hug from lovely ladies.

New Jersey love.

Ladies from love, ladies, New

Jersey will eat me out from

loveladies.

New Jersey.

I've done some crazy things to

lose a few pounds.

Didn't eat for a week when out

of cabbage, diet.

Atkins diet, Etc.

What hell's cabbage diet?

Really make you poop.

Yeah, you're getting zero

protein from nothing, right?

I'll just have it to pile up.

What's the craziest thing you

did or heard of someone doing to

lose some excessive baggage.

I got divorced twice.

Hey that's the best way to chop

off the pounds.

Had a lot of baggage.

Yeah, there you go.

You beat me to that one.

Thank you very much.

Yeah.

How many times you been

divorced?

Be dog.

Oh, and he's a rookie.

He's a rookie.

That's once all your fresh.

He's a wrecking friends.

Yeah, hopefully good.

God bless.

You've never been divorced, but

you know, doesn't mean I even

left some ladies behind.

I thought the same with the laws

about all this true.

You gonna give up what I'm just

worried about.

My jacket back.

My shit twice.

I'm down to a quarter of my shit

is Greg like somebody.

I'm like I just I just want my

jacket bags.

Can I get my jacket back that

was left in your trunk?

And yeah I lost a hat one time

in a one-night stand I'd really

like to have that hat back.

Baseball hat.

You know it she picks it up and

puts it on backwards way out the

door you going.

Oh yeah you look so cute.

No yeah I'm sure my honey take

your hat off and put it on.

It's done it fit.

Perfect.

You know, form to the head and

it right back in the front.

There we get that I've been

there.

Done that.

Not not that.

But I was wrong, Facebook

friends, with her on Facebook.

Now, my messenger I've asked you

for the head, she has no idea

what I'm talking about.

Apparently was a bigger deal to

me that her.

Wow, that reminds me from a ski

company.

The white logo is blue.

I've no idea what you're talking

about.

Your mind me, George Costanza,

that I left my house.

I Want My Hat.

It's my hat.

I deserve it back.

It was a one-night stand.

Hey, boy, Mrs. Nellie from peep

Tom, Iowa time when I have to

give a speech, wait times.

When I have to give a speech or

something, I feel like I need to

break the ice or do something to

get me out of the fear of

talking in front of others if

you deal with that.

Also, what's a trick, you use

say to do your podcast to get

ready for a speech or perform

etcetera.

What's some tricks?

You do to get over it during

this battle.

They always help you have

something to read.

Yeah, it's just a memory we kind

of went over that like the note.

So I work for From right, like

an egg Greg's wedding.

I mean, that was that was tough

for me to do but I had something

to read.

Hmm.

And at least remember those key

points that you're talking

about, right, right?

Yeah.

That was the best man in a

wedding.

So, I had to give a speech in

this wedding was massive Ozzy.

I would have had it written out.

Oh, I kind of had some notes,

but I kind of knew what I was

going with.

Yeah, so I got up and I was

freaking out.

I was like, and I told people I

was like, look, I'm nervous as

shit.

Or break the ice on and do some

magic.

And I literally, I was like, I'm

so nervous.

I'm you do magic?

I did.

That's Peggy house.

I'm gonna do some magic so I was

like hmm.

See this?

Oh and I went and then I did one

of these I'd avoid you don't

know how not really like and it

worked.

People were cracking the fuck I

did like four or five of those

things and people were cracking

up so that I went right into my

speech thing and it was like It

came off funny, everybody's

always good people like that.

You get them laughing that makes

you laugh, right?

Right then if you screw up, it's

funny.

You know it's not so serious.

Like I'm not the kind of guy to

give a speech Manuel.

When we were younger together in

seven, you gave me a ride home

and then I, we were roommates

and you moved me from El

Salvador and live with you.

And I've always appreciated you

brought that girl on from 30

minutes later it's like, yeah.

Everybody's like, yeah, I know

I'ma get into it and be done

kind of person so that there was

a lady.

The the maid of honor, the gave

the speech at Greg's wedding,

never heard.

It was long, talk about her dead

husband but when they met

nothing that Alex did during the

hurricane I helped save her

life.

Yeah.

Oh my word I checked out it dead

husband again, I don't know.

It was Gregg's best man.

Mikey.

What do you say?

He just sort of winged it.

I don't know.

And then ended abruptly.

Yeah.

Yeah, he said he was going to

wing it and he talked about a

couple of things then.

Okay, good, it was about making

him uncomfortable.

Yeah.

His life is to make him

uncomfortable so that he can

your, at the experience, new

things in life.

So I'm glad that Alex can now be

the one to make you

uncomfortable and I'm out any

room and everyone's like he's

doing that that's all done,

right?

And out of nowhere, all you hear

is asked about the chickens.

What about the chickens can we

as a man?

Eggs and like people just

started throwing questions.

It was it was, it was hilarious.

It was funny but that my friends

is it and now it's time for

Captain Palmer, please.

Thanks brother.

John's her life in the news and

effects of the Star Wars Tie

fighters.

I love the time thing because I

can just skip over some stuff

and be like, okay, I know where

we're at now.

These are something we have on

the big screen.

We have the clock now projected

up there that we can do it,

what's going on.

Because as having no control

over here, now, I don't know the

time, right.

It's very, very dog.

Trying to give his hand signals

that we're going, we're just

waving back at him half the time

because it's, so he's gone.

More like steal home steel.

Hello, I'm gonna steal her.

Okay, okay, take take second.

All right.

I've no idea what his thought he

starts going, huh.

Oh we're like 312.

Okay.

Okay.

Don't know what that means.

I'm sure.

All right.

Speed Round.

Here We Go.

You ready minutes?

According to the big screen TV.

Oh yeah, we got plenty of time.

Anytime clear jugglers?

Get them gullets synonymous

friend.

I'm gonna - syllabus shyness

sociology shyness.

After Bowl anxiety.

Anxiety.

You ready to go?

I'm ready to go.

Let's go a charitable cause that

you support His support any

charitable causes.

We have about the kids.

It's a great school.

Hello, there's some reason I

knew that.

If I ask this question, I would

get this exact response lines

and I put me on the spot there.

Dude, I put money in the bucket

at Christmas time.

For the lady with the blue

thing.

They named a.

Don't you do that anymore?

Because that doesn't go to them.

That goes and nothing that goes

there.

Goes to a business, goes to the

lady.

And then after all their costs,

and payrolls are paid, that

little percentage finally goes

on in the monkey cold coffee,

their review.

Use Jet and Palmer 10.

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation

is a good organization, give

money to.

They're the only ones that

really, truly use the money for

the research.

According to what they said,

right?

It's almost like a plan that for

that segue.

That's nice.

All right, here we go.

That way that your bag that's

mine?

Yes, finally.

Yes, I can.

Yes, I love it.

What excites you?

Podcast day when you're early.

Hmm, that does very excited.

It's very extremely exciting.

Exciting like be done in six,

tell you the level of excitement

is way higher the walkout at

6:00 instead of I can promise

you, if we watch last week's

show and this week's show, the

energy is like, because we're

like

It's been five times and flows

test, it has.

So we went to the doctor this

morning, right?

And they had, none of the tests

packet.

And I'm like, so you couldn't

call and tell us the reason

capella so we didn't have to pay

the 38 dollar copay thing, the

copay and she said, well no

you're going to, you know, when

they come in, get on the portal

thing and we'll discuss it over

the portal, you won't have to

come back in, but they ended up

giving her shots of something

because, I guess the, while the,

the are right spill steroids are

not as good as theirs, their

direct shot.

Those you very angry.

No.

Not at all.

But, it's like, she's A

completely different person.

She's up and add it and running

around and doesn't sleep like I

wake up at 4:00 in the morning

roll over and she's like she

said her staring at you awake

and I'm like, what are you

doing?

Just like, I'm just, I'm wide

awake.

I should just get up and do

something, you know, she's out

driving around.

She was supposed to be out,

that's not supposed to be doing

nothing.

Right?

But, you know, she's a whole new

person, right?

She's like, I got to get out.

I got a bus These Chains.

So she's out getting some air in

her hair and should never do

that before.

That's not her.

Yeah, so I think her whole life

the past 15 years that I've been

with her, she's been sick.

Oh, and now that she's all

about, she's better.

So now it's like this new

person.

No anxiety, no nothing.

Nothing.

She's fine.

But now, she doesn't sleep.

That's true.

So, now she's sitting there

like, well, because I think

prednisone or whatever else they

got around.

Does that steroids or whatever?

I think.

Does that mean?

Yeah, so she's being careful and

she's hungry a lot.

I don't think you have to eat to

gain weight with that stuff.

No, I think you just breathed

air.

I think it'd be good to get mad

get their gained weight.

Yeah.

Then they you say something

about the clothes being tight

and you never wake up from the

coma, right?

What?

Excites you be dog with sides?

A new Eagle pup to take care of

it.

Go pop, I'm polishing some new

ammunition, I'm sorry.

I mean, I'm a Virgo is getting

done early, okay, he likes the

third week, he likes to get done

early.

Somebody's supposed best thing

about the being on the job.

This.

All right, introvert or

extrovert shyness.

I don't know what I'd rather

stay home.

They go out but I like going out

sometimes, right?

I think I'm an introvert now.

Yeah, I think after listening to

the shy thing, I think I'm not

shy but I'm an introvert.

You just don't like going out,

you'd rather stay home, man.

I enjoy being in my house dying

to go to Universal but we can

never work it in the schedule.

I know you have an Indiana me me

and you I mean everybody.

Oh well I'm in.

I would like everybody to go.

I think it'd be fun if we all

did it.

Oh, yeah, absolutely.

All right.

Do you enjoy small talk?

No, not at all.

Not at all.

Should have known that.

No.

Do you like small talk?

I can do small talk?

Yeah.

Can you do it?

Do you enjoy it?

I mean, I don't know certain

people and I want to ask you how

you doing, and you say fine and

we're done.

I'm fine doing fine.

You know, other than the other

day, you know.

I had this thing and you're like

out, am I crazy?

I gotta take this real quick.

Hold my drink, right?

All right, finish the sentence

to, I've always wanted to go

I've always wanted to go number

two, blink.

You always wanted to go.

Number two I have a good number

two and I'm better now.

It is true.

I'm nice good clean number two I

one wiper right all were you

just like wait a minute?

I've been better than wait a

minute.

How can this happen?

I mean that's like magic, right?

Amazing answers.

I was gonna say another space

crazy.

Why?

No way my feet are meant to be

on earth.

What's up?

Well, the worst thing I have you

die going to eventually anyway.

Yeah, but I want to give a few

more years out of it already.

I'm not gonna lie.

Now, we remembered forever.

If I blow up in a rocket, I

mean, that's true.

I'm gonna live it happen

tomorrow.

I've had a, I've had a great

life run.

I'd get a ride again.

Monument made out of me made for

me that way.

Rocket Man, II flying through

this route.

We can't you tell Ava member

premiertravel, Paul me.

He's an astronaut who's dead

now.

Rocking man should be like a

man.

Can't you tell her kids my dad,

you hang out with this guy to

blow up in a rocket.

Whoa all right you love blank of

NASA's like her.

Somebody I'm in I'm not going to

pass anything you want.

If you just want to like me,

those you want to take one of

the raagas.

It's not fully done.

Yet.

Yeah, Justin to see if it'll

World him in instead of a dog or

a massive 50% of the time in a

worst.

Don't put a health, check and

Checkmate before you put it in

there.

Don't test them for how many

geez he can handle.

Just no gzip him up.

Oh geez right?

All right you love shit that you

want to like crazy got the same.

You love blank.

Nothing.

I love my wife.

I love my kids.

I don't know what you want.

I love with love.

I love making others happy.

I look at you.

All right to follow up on that

you hate everybody.

Miserable people and small talk.

Small talk.

Yes, I hate.

I hate it.

Alright.

Allergic to anything.

No.

Another one.

The allergic to penicillin.

Yep.

So something is can save you.

You're allergic to.

Yep, that's crazy.

First wife used to say she was

allergic to me.

I break out in hives if I'm

around stupid people.

Yeah, me too.

Highly allergic, stupid, I get

anxiety around to do with me,

I'm allergic to nothing.

I can take, whatever it doesn't

matter.

What weighs more a ton of

feathers are a ton of Steel.

Anyway the same their tongue.

Yeah bovine.

Yeah, the eagle man and the guys

went to blow for the Rockets

awesome word that comes to mind

right now say it.

Aha, I gotcha.

Oh man.

Oh man, you know, there was a

commercial in Chicago when I

lived in Chicago, there's a

commercial car salesman and he

was called Eagle man.

Oh, he wore a big eagle suit and

he wants and he would stand on

top of cars and he would lay an

egg in the egg would crack open.

In a stork would pop its head.

O holding the discount like so

sales guy had a baby store.

Yes.

And that's how Ridiculous.

The show are planning, look it

up on.

It has, it's got to be I could

not get a baby eagle.

So they had an entire.

It's like the the appliance guy

here.

The appliance the rain.

Yeah though I don't work but get

it 50%.

All right.

You know, it's that kind of

commercial but you paid the

right.

All right.

Someone told me he's actually

missing an eye, the appliance

directed.

As you got any glass, I got a

glass eye.

And someone said that in one of

his episodes are one of his

commercials.

It was like cock to the left.

Images has a lazy eye.

Hmm.

I like when they do Rumors by

the kind of, like Appliance red

guy killed.

His wife, you know, j.r. our

boat when it was in a sling.

He broke it.

Right.

Exactly broken.

Well, you remember that

commercial.

They used to put that white dog

on the, on the hood.

That the white dog look like,

oh, yeah, beer commercials.

Yeah, yeah.

Well, the rumor.

Is that the dog got?

They used to shoot it live and

the dog got loose and it was

over on 50 and something, a bad

image of the Toyota dealership.

Yeah, the dog guy in the girl,

the dog got loose.

Loose and ran out driver.

Got run over.

So if you watch it now when they

shoot the commercial, she's

holding onto his collar.

Oh my.

So that's the story.

And that's the rumor, that's

hilarious.

All right.

You around Earth or flat?

Earther all-rounder.

That sound alert.

How can you?

How can people even think that?

That's, I don't get the joke.

When somebody said today, that

the think it's funny that

flat-earthers use satellites to

prove that were flat, right?

Because the Mets goes flat

around.

Satellites are still had another

space.

Yeah.

But satellites work.

Off of gravity and you got to

have a circle gravity.

Okay.

Is there because the satellite

couldn't go because of gravity

would be like, elongated would

be for flying around it, right?

Okay.

But the satellite would just go

sir, whereas now they go.

So now I just made that shit up

off the top.

Yeah, that was believable.

I totally made my night Simon.

I don't know what else you got

in, some of these are bombing

and so give us to what can you

do to improve your life

tomorrow?

Did a podcast early that would

help turn my phone off and do

the podcast earlier.

Those are turn your phone off at

noon every day right on

Wednesdays.

I agree on Wednesdays, I agree.

I can't really think of

anything.

He's like my life isn't.

It can't be proved anymore.

Mom 40th at Wednesday's yet.

I knew when she called me, too,

I was just getting what, I'm

calling the chitchat man, just

getting done.

And she's like so, he hasn't

finished chapel today and I was

like, no, we are far from it,

she's a Okay, can you leave and

go to Orlando and emergency

thing for me and I'm like, yeah,

yeah, you know, I can't lie.

I didn't sir the phone every

time.

She can go.

Yeah, that's what she said.

If she smiles and has her hair

flat, absolute worst thing you

could put in a peon pinata Razor

blades.

I don't know.

Syringes exploding frogs.

Oh exploding fries would be fun.

Your Wagon explodes.

Oh yeah.

Frog guts like a frog.

Whack up the be funny.

All right, but what's the most

you ever spend the strip club?

And that's the last one.

Oh, I don't know.

I'm very cheap.

Trick loves ya, 20 bucks.

Yeah, I usually go with like 20

or 40 bucks in singles.

Yes.

Okay, okay so cheap.

Then I'm amongst my peers, then

know that some lucky, if you're

not going home with you, Right?

Just just hundreds and hundreds.

They do nice to me now.

Real talk.

Yeah.

When they take you in the back

room because I've never been to

a backbone or anything in the

background.

Never been.

He spent more than $40 right?

As I say no.

No.

It's called the, it was called

the silver dollar in Hinesville

Georgia, but everyone on base,

nude as the rusty nickel.

It was cheap.

So, $20, got you a few drinks

and the room in the back.

Oh, wow.

Room, oh, wow.

So what happens in the room in

the back?

Yeah, I want to like because you

can't tell me these guys, you

music.

And then she grabbed your dick,

no grip.

No dick.

Grabbing, she didn't take her

clothes off.

It was one Left her top on,

right then.

I was just what sugar bottoms of

what fun is?

No she she left everything on

danced on me and it was, it was

disappointment.

Disappointment, get my money

back because I'm wondering like

if people spend like say you

drop 500 bucks, right?

And the girls I let's go in the

back for a private dance.

Like, are you really, are you

getting some extra sugar?

Are the ones where you messing

your pants, you know, because

they're rubbing up on you so

much.

I'm sure that happens a little

slap and tickle something.

You know, how many we get to

grab a boob or something or, you

know, she's $500 and yourself up

and enough to we, that's a date

like that's like couple of

nights.

That's a big deal.

Okay.

That was my wife.

Hmm.

Not a one-time.

Yeah, I might know.

I can't do it.

Not even in the beginning.

No, not for me.

She'll vouch for that.

I'm sure the members of an

introvert Club.

Hold me.

Meetings.

No, I don't think so and that's

it for the questions.

Only the X word 6:03.
