Swag Vault Terms & Conditions

1. The Program

The Swag Vault is the rewards program operated by Cigar Hustler ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 829 Deltona Blvd, Deltona, FL 32725. The program lets eligible customers earn reward points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for merchandise and other rewards made available in the Swag Vault.

By earning or redeeming points, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Cigar Hustler account to earn or redeem points. The program is available only where permitted by law. We may verify your age and identity at any time and may refuse, suspend, or revoke participation at our discretion.

3. Earning Points

You earn one (1) point for each one dollar ($1) spent on qualifying purchases, calculated on the merchandise total and excluding taxes, shipping, and any amounts paid using points unless stated otherwise. Points are credited to the account associated with the email used at the time of purchase.

Points may also be awarded for promotions, referrals, or other activities at our sole discretion. Promotional points may carry additional conditions and may be revoked if the qualifying activity is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent.

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for rewards listed in the Swag Vault while supplies last. Each reward shows its point cost. When you redeem, the corresponding points are deducted from your balance immediately. Redemptions are final and points are non-refundable once a reward is redeemed, except as required by law.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or discontinued at any time. For reference, points have an approximate value of $0.05 each; this value is for illustration only, applies solely to in-program redemptions, and does not represent cash.

5. Point Expiration

Points expire twelve (12) months after they are earned if not redeemed before then. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you before points expire. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Points Have No Cash Value; Non-Transferable

Points are a promotional benefit, not property, and have no cash value. Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, combined across accounts, or transferred by operation of law, including upon death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Swag Vault program, point-earning or redemption rates, available rewards, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If we terminate the program, we may provide a period during which remaining points can be redeemed, but we are not obligated to do so.

8. Fulfillment & Shipping

Redeemed rewards are typically confirmed by email and shipped to the address on your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact and shipping information accurate. We are not responsible for rewards delayed or lost due to incorrect information you provide.

9. Forfeiture, Fraud & Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation, void points, or reverse redemptions if we suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation of the program, violation of these terms, or any conduct that harms the program or other members. Points associated with returned, refunded, charged-back, or cancelled purchases will be reversed.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from earning or redeeming points or receiving rewards. Consult your own tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The program and all rewards are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the program, and our total liability relating to the program will not exceed the approximate redemption value of the points at issue.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
