Purchase history: the products you order, order totals, transaction dates, subscriptions, and reward-point activity. We use this to fulfill orders, manage your account and Cigar Club membership, and run the Swag Vault rewards program.

Payment information: when you check out, your payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Authorize.Net). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Supabase — hosts our database and authentication, storing your account, order, and profile data.

Twilio — delivers our SMS/text messages to your mobile carrier when you opt in.

EasyPost — generates shipping rates and labels; receives the name and address needed to ship your order.

Authorize.Net — securely processes payments; receives the payment and billing details needed to complete your transaction.

Anthropic (Claude API) — powers our AI cigar advisor and helps draft customer communications; may process the messages and preferences you share with the advisor. We do not sell your data, and these providers are contractually limited to using it to provide their services to us.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Our text messaging program is delivered through Twilio and operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier requirements. We only send marketing texts to numbers that have provided prior express written consent, and consent is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Mobile information collected for SMS — including your phone number and opt-in consent — is not sold and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. It is shared only with Twilio and other providers strictly to deliver the messaging service you requested.
