Transcript

Well, gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen, welcome, welcome, welcome. Let me grab your coats, set them over there for you. Let's start the podcast. Sid, he did a little thing at the beginning, so now he's trying to do it.

Now he's trying to do something. Oh. Got it. Set your coat.

Go back to your flippy, flippy board thing. Yeah. That's quite, are we going? Is this it?

Yeah, this is it. Oh. Welcome to a Cigar Hustlers Podcast. Premium cigars, unfiltered opinions and conversations that can go anywhere.

Anywhere? I'm your host, Mike BDP Palmer, and joining me today as my co-host, as my co-host and, I don't know why your and is, Michael Szczepankewicz. Welcome back, Michael. Hi.

How are you? Have a good day? Having a great day. Good.

Yeah. Over in the booth, our engineer for the day, Tim McGuffey. Thank you. Everyone.

Thank you. Thank you, everyone. Thank you. Talking to the microphone.

Yes, I know. But we hear that you were in negotiations with your brother's production company. I'll do anything, LLC. Yeah.

Yeah. I'll do anything. You gonna make a move into his movie career now that it's missing? I might.

I mean, I've heard it pays big, so. It doesn't pay big. It doesn't pay big. No.

It's consistent for him, yeah. Right, it keeps him in, I don't know what he would be buying, but lotions and salves? Lotion and salves. Salves?

What's a salve? It's what you put on when you think it's too red, from the chafing. Oh, it's called salve? Put the lotion on before, and then if you pretend to put the lotion on, you gotta put on some type of anti-biotical salve.

Yeah, don't adjust that before the show, make sure it's on dirt. Yeah, it doesn't make sense to check that prior to. No. From cigars, sports, and business to pop culture in the wildest headlines.

If it's worth discussing, we're talking about it, no safe spaces, just real perspectives, big laughs, and the chance for everything to go off the rails at any moment. Like adjusting the microphone after the show starts. Any moment? Light one up, settle in, and welcome to a Cigar Hustlers Podcast.

Dun, dun, dun. Thank you very much. On today's show, you can never drive it. Calm down, you can't watch.

Can't. We say goodbye to a local legend, and then in cigars, someone gave us the bird, the queen died, and wow, I could buy another statue at that price. Okay. Then a Double Tuesday, what's the score?

But before we get started, Michael, what's going on in the lounge? What are the clues about where has Phil gone? You know what, that's great. We're going to have to find out right now.

Yes. com for all your chpod swag, we're going to get some quick updates here on that relatively soon, I'm going to work on a sticker, I'm going to work on, I'm thinking for the hat. Uh huh, a new hat. Yeah, but similar, like I'm thinking maybe the bear again.

Okay. Maybe like a red outline or something on that bear. On the rubber bear? Yeah, a little bit smaller, and then red.

a patch or that same rubber thing same rubber thing similar rubber thing gotcha yeah that's what i'm thinking all right um it's cold season yes i'm already getting cold and flu or like cold burr like burr cold oh yes yes yes lovely weekend and a great out this morning yeah my man norm from cigar vaults is already asking he's like what's going on with the i need the new hoodie swag oh yes yes maybe we do a quarter zip this time like like roma did oh yeah gotcha not It's not the hoodie, but the collared zip-up. Oh, those are cool. I'm thinking maybe do the CH-Pod swag thing, the CH-Pod logo that we had with the red outline on it. You like the red outlines right now?

Right now, I'm feeling the red. And then I'll do the Pressure as a Privilege on the sleeve. Oh! Like going down the sleeve?

No, just casual, like right here. Sounds amazing. Sounds amazing? What did you say?

Yeah. Amazing. Oh, amazing. com, Us Cigar Hustlers Podcast, where today...

Say what? You didn't say podcast. Cigar Hustlers Podcast. That's not what he said.

It wasn't a word. That's what I heard. That's what he heard. Well, he doesn't know.

He's an ass kisser, and you're the boss. He's not. I feel like... I'll be honest.

I feel like I'm like the least ass kicker. He's the least ass kicker. Ass kicker. He's the least ass kicker, for sure.

I mean, he sends me back all caps texts, you know? Yeah, but that's because it locked. Yeah, but that's because it locked, he didn't know how to unlock it. It's not because he was like, oh.

That was not my backtalking, it was just all in caps because I forgot. It was all in caps because he couldn't figure out how to get it out of caps. How do I get out of this? What'd I do?

Oh, now I'm yelling. com, a Cigar Hustlers podcast. Thank you. Where today we're going to be reviewing the Viaje Zombie Green.

Very exciting, special artwork on this. Yes. Some comments from the CH Pod Lounge. Let's see.

Before we get into that, I'm going to tell you right now, the We Have No Idea Mask, the one that Tim is wearing today-- That's right. Just today. Never wear it. --is holding at $112, with Lance in the lead.

And there's no updated comments on that. If you want to partake in that bid, Time is a-wastin'. It's a pretty sweet mask. Steve didn't know.

He was like, "Yeah, you guys could ship that. " No. It's glued. " Yeah, it's gotta ship like that.

Yeah. A lot of peanuts. @cw6383 says, "I'm dying, East and West Germany. I love it.

" Yeah, man, that's my life, buddy. We had the old Encyclopedia Britannica's probably given to us. Yeah, we had a, I think there was a mix-up where we're talking about East and West Germany, but it was about Russia, like old Russia or something like that. So, I think that was me.

I was talking about... Yeah, I don't think he was even on that episode. Oh, okay. Maybe I'm thinking of something else.

Maybe. I don't know. Was he on the last one? He was on the last one.

Oh, was that just the last one? I thought it was the one before. He was referencing that he had a set of encyclopedias that were so old, that they still had East and West Germany, the wall had not come down. Gotcha, okay, because I remember saying something about like, wasn't that the fall of like Germany or something like that in 1991, but I think I said Moscow, or I can't remember what it was.

You might have, we weren't listening. Oh, well, that's what's new. Standard. CW also said, "I didn't see my name on the spinny thing, WTF.

uh that's because your name isn't on there instead your name is cw6383 or whatever you put in for patreon so it's uh it's there you exist you're on there i confirmed it after i saw your comment so after he's our comment oh let me go check maybe the machine is better to do it maybe palmer screwed it up oh yeah well you gave me the data for the names doesn't mean your machine didn't My machine never screws up. Every day it says you read the news and that what's the score is at 2 minutes and 52 seconds. My machine never screws up. All right.

Then I will do today's exactly the way it says. Okay, good. All right. Don't do that.

There's that pop. At Jared Harper. I did hear the pop that time. Yep.

I'm telling you, his gain's too high. At Jared Harper, from the CH Pod Lounge, it says, "Being in Australia, I can't win. I can't win, but still want to play along. I heard that the last sighting of Phil McGuffey, he was paddling his canoe up the Amazon, carrying bundles of ultra-rare tobacco.

He is being whipped by his master for not paddling fast enough, but secretly, he liked it, so kept paddling slow. Hence why he's been missing for so long. Oh. Yeah, he does enjoy the pain a little bit.

He does. He does like the pain. Yeah. Just not the whole dying thing.

Right. Yeah, right up to. Yeah. Autoerotic asphyxiation.

Right. But that's where they strangle him. He's down with that. Right.

For sure. It wasn't Crocodile Asiatelia, right? Tobacco? Amazon.

It's tobacco undisclosed. Right. Yeah. In Amazon, yeah.

Yeah, it's always best if it's tobacco undisclosed. Makes it taste better. Lance from the CH Pod Lounge also says, Congratulations, David M. Haven't heard from him yet.

Uh-oh. Oh, no. Mr. Morris.

I hope everyone has a great week. Thanks, brother. Thank you. We hope you have a great week.

Very nice. He also says, "Who's Phil? " Oh, yeah. And, uh, you know.

And they turned that fast. Mm-hmm. He may not, uh, after this, he might, I think he's gone. I think he's gone.

Oh, I think he's gone. We didn't hear from him all week. He's gone. Or today.

He's done. So, he is done. I think it's been since last, last Monday that he was on, right? Mm-hmm.

Like, not on at all last week. Yeah, not last week, the week, you're right, the Monday before, so, after today, it's almost two solid weeks he's been gone. Officially retired. Right.

Officially gone. Right. Traveling the world. Paddling.

Being whipped potentially. Or he's been kidnapped and worked into a... I don't know, who's gonna pay? Kidnapping involves ransom.

Maybe he's, like, undercover. Maybe he was like... Oh, working for the government? Yeah, maybe he was pulled into, like, a sex trafficking ring and he's trying to explain...

He's going to expose them. Maybe. Ooh. But at a great cost to his body.

Right. A great cost to his body. That's right. He really wants them to think he's in.

Yeah. Right. Really gotta convince him. Really gotta, yeah.

Really gotta sell. A hard sell. Sell it harder. Harder.

At Ruckus Unchained. Oh, Mikey's mom. Hello, Shannon. Palmer, you need to finish watching the show.

They explained why the vet said the cows were healthy, but I don't want to spoil it for others. Yeah, the lady admitted why, but I don't remember what it was. They confronted her. Because she was smuggling stuff, the cows in from across the border.

Yeah, but that was, those were her cows, not their cows. She was smuggling in her cows. And getting them approved. Yeah, but the one that he approved wasn't hers.

Right. So I don't understand why they need that one approved with the drugs. I'll go back and watch it again. Okay.

What episode, do we know what episode it was? We're watching West Wing now. I've never watched West Wing all the way. West Wing?

Yeah. I saw Skip was watching it, and I remember my dad used to, and I'd never watch it, I'm enjoying it. Are you? Yeah.

Reminds me of my dad. Oh. West Wing? What's...

What is that? It's an old show about the president. How the president and all the people there, how it works to solve all the different problems and everything. Oh, okay.

Like an inside look. So like a... And if that's the way it works, oh, it's a man house. Oh.

I'm still not sure what three of them do. I don't know if that was like documentary style where it's like, yeah, this is John F. Kennedy. No, it's like a drama.

Oh, okay. Westgate. West Wing. West Wing, oh.

Westgate, completely different show. Yeah, that's a timeshare thing. Oh, that one is? Yeah.

What's Eastgate? Eastgate is a timeshare, but in the hood? No, that's actually an affiliation of BlackRock. Yeah, that's a military show.

Oh, yeah, BlackRock. Okay, Rockefeller stuff. Yeah. Nice.

Yeah, it's crazy. @DavidHasselhautman says, "I like the idea of going to one spot for all my CH pod watching. It would be a plus if we got to watch older episodes. " Correct.

Here's the thing about the Patreons that are older. We destroy them. They're not saved. No, yeah, once they're deleted, they're deleted.

The reason why they're not saved is because sometimes we say things, unspeakable things, and we don't want them to be recorded. We don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them, we don't want them to exist forever, so you have to watch them, and then as, as, as, it's like an on-rolling thing, and then we keep it moving. At France Saleto, from the CH Pod Lounge, says, German Reunification Day was just on October 3rd, 1990. It's kind of like they're 4 of July, 4th of July.

Mel Gibson's character in The Patriot was based upon the Sir Francis Marion. A. The Swamp Fox. Oh.

The Swamp Fox? Yeah. That's a great name. I like that.

Yeah. Well, they used to hide in the swamp. Yeah, guerrilla warfare. Right.

Mm-hmm. And like I said, great movie. It really is. Mm-hmm.

I agree. Very good movie. Oh, boy. Oh, boy.

The last one is, whew, four paragraphs. Oh, that must be a new one. I haven't seen that one. From Mitch Smith.

Mike Smith, from the CH Pod Lounge, Phil's expedition into the Punta Cana jungle collapsed the moment he realized Jungle Fever, "I Like Them Big" was a movie title and not an invitation to pet giant wild animals. Oh. During night shooting, Phil got confused by the glow-in-the-dark gaffer tape marking his spot, assumed it was a trail of lost neon candy, and followed it straight out of the jungle into Put It In. Once inside, he spent two hours trying to order a drink by pressing the buttons on a jukebox like a vending machine.

To cool off, Phil decided his signature pink shirt from Dead Inside Me was actually a pair of shorts. He accidentally climbed entirely into side the shirt, panicked when he couldn't find the neck hole, and dropped it into the dumpster, thinking he was hiding from a sea turtle. What the heck? I like the sea turtle twist.

So Phil was last seen marching into the thick brush with a bucket on his head, convinced he was wearing a camouflage helmet on a mission to find the rest of the movie crew. Oh, so he took a whole bunch of shrooms. It sounds like it sounds like he's been heavy dosing. Yeah, not micro.

Those movie stars are you can get anything you want once you're on set. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And that could be that could be what's going on with Phil could be that sounds logical, Mitch.

I like it. I think he might've used AI a little bit to help him. Maybe. There's paragraphs there.

That's very, yeah, very well done. Okay, so, if you want to hear your comment and riddle out on the show, simply comment below on this YouTube channel or in the CH Pod Lounge. Also, we're doing this giveaway where we make a story up about what happened to Phil, and by the end of the week we're going to vote, correct? Yes.

So, tell us what you think happened to Phil. But they have to comment on Monday, so you're going to have to go back and look. Oh, comment on Monday. They're not coming on Monday.

Unless you want them just coming on every day as it goes. I don't care either way. Alright. Either way then.

Yeah. Well then just as it goes then, because that way you don't have to go back. On Wednesday you don't want to go back and find Monday. Yeah.

I'll go back, well, when we get to the end of the week. So that means that we're going to release the winner next week on Monday. Yeah, a week from today. A week from today.

Well, it's six days from today. Oh, that would be Tuesday. Yeah. So yeah, a week from...

Wait, don't you have another contest where we're giving it away? I'm working on that. I haven't gotten that far. I'm just trying to make sure that we have this ironed out before I pivot into the next thing.

Oh, I thought the next one was being chosen first. It doesn't matter. No. Okay.

So then a week from yesterday. Okay, so on Monday's show are we going to have a winner or on Tuesday's show? Monday's show we're going to have a winner. Okay.

So that means you better have all of your stuff in by Friday at noon. Correct. Friday at noon. Yeah.

Friday at noon is the cutoff, hard cutoff. Right. This is the most standard time to enter to win. What do they win?

Something special. You told me I couldn't say. Oh. Oh, okay.

That's right. You're gonna win something special. Something special. Something special.

Something special that we can't say what it is. Gotta be in the United States, intercontinental, gotta be 21 years of age, you know the drill. Now, the other thing that I can't, for whatever reason, I cannot remember to bring it down, is this damn skull. So it's your skull, with the P on it.

I will, after the show, I will grab one and put it in the locker for the week. Thank you. I meant to grab one today. Right.

And I didn't. That, in order to give that away, that's going to be at the end of the month. Oh, okay. Halloween-y.

That's for the Patreon members. So if you're a Patreon member, you're automatically entered to win. There may be something inside the skull. I can't tell you what it is.

Something special you can't buy. We gave some away to some other people, some people that listen to the show, we gave one away to Epicure & Smoke, go check him out, Chi-Town's got one to give away, Cigar Vault's got one to give away, Ronnie from Secreto's got one to give away, Small Batch's got one to give away, I tried to give one to Eric Guttersom's Cigar Dojo, he said no? He never responded. Oh, wow.

Yeah, isn't that weird? It's rude, a free giveaway. Half Wheel said no Half Wheel said no Charlie Monado turned it down Well he doesn't like cigars Really Isn't it what He doesn't like cigars He doesn't like our show Nice way to backpedal that Charlie's like I could smell a 70 Did he really Did he say why He just said no He gives away crap all the time Isn't that funny I'm just trying to give you Something cool to give away Like maybe Did he say like no thank you He said no F no Straight no? I'll tell you what he said.

Okay. Just didn't answer. Or no, I appreciate it though. Something like that is nice.

Yeah. I forgot to show you that thing, Palmer, before the show. Oh, you did, right? Yeah.

Tim has an idea for a new game. Well, just like a one-off sort of thing, yeah. Seems like it'd take a long time. Let me see here.

And then all we're going to be is a game show. " The AI said no. It's crazy. What does that mean?

He was asking our AI on the site. Oh, wow. Can you set it to where it calls them and says yes? No.

Look, man, if you don't want to partake, you don't want to partake. I'm trying to do something nice. No, I understand. You know what I mean?

I don't know why these people are all turning it down. It's cool. We dropped, I dropped a few hundred bucks on this bad boy, you know? So, hey, you know, what happens is, I don't know, if retailers don't reach out from the podcast and say, hey, you know, we want one to give away, then, okay, no problem.

We'll just, we'll give it to, we'll randomly pick some people, I guess, because I'm going to have some leftovers. It's a damn shame. Free thing to give away. Yeah.

I guess better for the members, for us, huh? A free cool thing to give away. Right. Not only that, but there's one of 20 in existence.

That's it. You want to know what's wrong with the cigar industry? I just told you. Right.

No kidding. All right. Well, hey, let's get on with the show. What was the cool thing that Tim was talking about?

He's got a new game he wants us to try. Yeah, I had a, I was clotting also to try to, to help me actually create almost like an app version of it. And it actually looks pretty good. What is it?

Uh, you ever seen the, the imposter challenge on, uh, on the interwebs? Yeah. So it's like that. And like you would pass it to each host or whatever.

And, uh, we would get either right now I have it as cigar brand. Right. So like, let's say it's a Powstanie. Right.

And then we were to come up with like either a few words or maybe a one word response. I think there is a response to hint at the brand, and then the person who's the imposter has to try to make their way through it. You know what I'm saying? I've never seen the game.

It doesn't make sense to me. Yeah. No. You're close.

And someone else has mentioned doing this before to me. Oh, really? Okay. Yeah.

I think it would be great if you have the ball, take it and run with it, man. Okay. I got it created. I'll show you it after the show.

Okay. Well, you know, you know how I like to roll, right? Right? Yeah.

Like, I like to test things live and see how they screw up and then start fixing from there. Yeah, because like, I think Palmer, and I'm not saying this in a bad way, Palmer was worried that it was going to be too long a game, and I'm like, usually it's like, I don't know, each round should last only like 40 seconds, I think, really, like for each. So say a minute around. How many rounds are there?

Two. It says two on the thing, on the rules that it is. Just two. That's what a Claude established, but you can really go as many as you want.

What we're going to do is when we get back from our trip tomorrow, we will try it live in the next show, and what we're going to do is we're going to have what's the score piped in just in case. So if it goes too fast, or if it screws up, or it bombs, then we'll just pivot right into what's the score. Alright. That means you have to be on day after tomorrow, Timothy.

On Wednesday? Yeah, for Thursday's show. Wednesday's taping. Right, right, right.

Okay. Well, then he's doing the next three days because he has to do it tomorrow. Yeah. Cool.

Okay. All right. We're all set? I think so.

On to the news. There you go. So there's flaws with the Roadster. There's things they're not saying.

Of course there's flaws. It's brand new. No, no, not that type of flaw. Okay.

What else kind of flaw? What do you mean? The Roadster is not approved. You can't drive it at any state in the country.

Of course not. I wouldn't have thought so. It flies. The Rocket version is only available by invitation.

Right. Was that already, all that already disclosed? I found an article that was stating all this stuff. And they're not telling you how you get qualified to get an invite.

I feel like all that goes without saying. Oh, yeah? Because I figured anybody could buy it. It flies.

Well, kind of, more jumps. It jumps. Okay, what other car jumps? I don't know.

Well, right now there's not any car that jumps. Right. That's my point. I mean, even this one doesn't really.

They just have the one. Oh, yeah, I parked on the wall over there. The technology's not been finished or approved. But they did it.

Well, they did it with a dummy in the car, so it was remote control, but nobody drove the car. Okay. And they're not saying, you could pay the $250,000 deposit, and they're not saying if they're going to make them, when they're going to make them, and you don't get the deposit back. I feel like that's the thing with Tesla, though.

I mean, like, when Tesla was first doing their stuff, they were doing that, And then it took like years for them to actually get the ball rolling. On the other car? Yeah, like on their cars in general, like back when they were first starting out. I mean, I could be wrong, but from what I know, it's that like people were putting down huge down payments, like, hey, when, Elon, when am I getting my Tesla?

Or whatever, you know? Oh. Yeah, and for them not saying what the qualifications are, I don't know if like, because like Ferrari has that too, Lamborghini has that. I think Lamborghini does.

I mean, I'm not in this price range. I don't know how these things work. You're not? I'm not either, trust me.

But I think they have like a, I know, or like Rolex does where it's like you have to get a certain amount of things before you can actually purchase like the super rare stuff or whatever, but I don't think they ever really disclose how much of it you have to get. Yeah, that makes sense. Oh, that makes sense to me. Yeah.

Like we've got this new car that you can buy, but we're not telling you who can buy it or how you can buy it? Well, normally what happens, like with Ferrari, you can't buy a Ferrari, like you can't even buy a two-seater Ferrari that I believe from the dealer. You have to buy the single-seat Ferrari first. There's a single-seat Ferrari?

Yeah. I didn't even know that. And then you can slowly upgrade. Mm-hmm.

And then when you go-- Oh, really? Is that the way that works? Yeah. And then when you go to sell it, you have to turn it back into Ferrari.

Oh, really? Yeah. If you sell it on your own, you're done. You can never buy another one.

Correct. You can't just walk in a Ferrari and you just won the lottery and it's like, I see this F1 right here. I want to buy it. It's like, sorry, sir.

You can't do that. Really? Yeah. Yeah.

So do I sell it back to a Ferrari, or do I give it back to a Ferrari? No, you sell it back to a Ferrari. Oh, okay. So they pay me money for it, then they resell it.

Yeah, you trade it in, yeah. Because they have like a whole licensing thing where, like, you can look up a specific Ferrari number, plaque thing, just to make sure that your Ferrari is a Ferrari. Oh, wow. Yeah.

Hmm. I wonder why they did the argument. It sounds like this is just the way fancy cars work. Yeah, exactly.

So, you know, this guy, whoever did it, like, doing it. Well, I started to leave it alone, then I kept seeing it. So I thought, oh, maybe this is something. Yeah, it sounded like somebody was trying to do a hit piece on it.

Like, yeah, that's okay. Yeah, they showed the technology. Right. It's not 100% there yet.

But what they did was something that's never been done before. Like, okay. Did they let people start paying the $250,000? I'm sure they did.

Yeah, like, oh, hey. But you might not get the car or the money back. Well, I got news for you. If somebody said, hey, I like what you're doing.

Here's $250,000. Let me know. I'd be like. Oh, see, I can't even imagine that.

If I had paid $250,000 as a deposit even. Yeah. And I can't get the car? I would kind of like my deposit back.

There are people like that out there, though. Wow. Yeah. I mean, it's like, you know, it's like, oh, hey, Bobby has spent like five million dollars in cars from us.

We're like, he has like a fleet or something like that. We're going to give him first dibs at our location. You know? Hmm.

Like that two-door or the two-seater Thunderbird convertible that came out? My parents pre-ordered that and gave a deposit. They didn't get it for a couple of years, but I don't think there was any question on whether they would get it or if they didn't, they'd get their money back. Yeah, there's no guarantees.

There are people that will do it. A whole other level out there, I have no idea. Because think about it, if you have one of these things, you're like one of... Well, it could be one of two at this point.

Right, and it's this whole thing. I think they even did that with the newest Corvette, you know, where people were putting down payments and waiting like years and years I'm probably still waiting some of them. Yeah, the E1? A C8, that's 8th generation.

Is that the one that looks like a Ferrari? Kind of. With the pointy front end? Mm-hmm.

At Bad Rain we had, I saw one of those try to go under a guardrail. Oh, really? Yeah. Did it go into the guardrail?

To about the tires, it did, so all the body panels were folded up into the driver's seat. Oh, boy. And the metal frame went under the guardrail. Oh, yeah, that's right.

I remember telling me about this. Did the guy live? I didn't stop. I mean, there were already people there.

Oh. Okay. And it was raining. So, yeah.

A nice hit piece on Elon. Like, whatever. What else you got? Oh, I thought he was pointing.

He was getting a cigar. Oh, yeah. I thought he snapped and pointed like he wanted to say something. Trump has canceled the live stream on October 15th.

He announced the Fort Hood shooter execution would not be broadcast. I believe we said that they were going to walk that back, right? Yes. Reversing the Pentagon's plan, the execution is still scheduled.

Hassan is scheduled to face a firing squad on December 3rd for killing 13 people in the 2009 Fort Hood attack. Trump explained his decision. He said a broadcast might deter terrorism, but acknowledged that many people oppose watching the execution. They just not watch.

They could just not watch. Yeah. Yeah, you could just not watch. You could just not watch.

That's what the channel buttons are. That's how that works. Right. Yeah.

You want to know what it is? Is... He's too close to campaigning and all these other people and, you know, Republican parties and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and he doesn't want it to affect votes. There's people saying he's going to find a way to get a third turn.

There's people saying all kinds of shit. That's not going to happen. Just like this isn't going to make live television. No, this isn't.

Now, personally, I would like to see it make live television. Right. I mean, Netflix or whatever the case may be. It'd be underwhelming, I think.

Yeah. However-- I mean, what, are they going to have a backup thing, you know, are they going to show the backstory, this is how he became a shooter, and then they play a little story about his terrible childhood and his religious beliefs and, right. Yeah. But I don't see the harm in doing it.

Right. They have a color guy that's going, okay, they're putting the bullets and the guns. A what guy? A what guy?

Yeah, what did you say? A color guy. He's giving the play-by-play. Oh, okay.

Okay, I thought you said something else. No, I didn't say a colored guy. Yeah, that's what it's called in the interview, the guy that shows all the details in the background. Yeah, what's going on here?

1920? Right, yeah, they just have this, yeah, this one guy. Oh, man. Geez.

Oh, my goodness. I'm glad you caught that, too. Yeah, I was like, what? Did you just say?

It's called a color guy. Alright, so you would have no problem if they did it. No, I'm not sure if I would watch it or not. I mean, I probably would, but, yeah, no, I don't.

I mean, it's going to be over so fast. Why are you going to sit there and just watch them lay there with the blood coming out? Yeah, I mean, they'd have to do a whole production. Right, I mean, otherwise, it's gonna be a five-minute show.

Right, bang. Oh, there you go. Thank you very much for showing it. 95.

It'd be cool to see if a guy pisses himself or something. You know what I mean? Is that a thing? Can you do that?

In fear of dying? Well, I thought you meant the bullet hits him and his body automatically just goes . No, I mean, I think that would probably happen too, but I would like to see it pre, you know what I mean? Pre-pee?

Pre-pew-pew. What about you, Tim? Do you have a problem with this? Yeah, I mean...

If it was gonna be... I don't know, I'm just like, I'm so indifferent towards a lot of things, I feel like, so like for this, I don't know, I probably wouldn't really, I'm not really, I guess I'm not really for it to be live broadcast. I don't know, that's just me. You're not for it?

No, I mean, I don't know, it's like... Are you against it then? You're sort of wavering there one way or the other. Yeah.

No, I mean, it's like, it's a bad, it's a really bad thing that he did, right? But I don't know, it just... It's a gray area, I feel like, for how I feel about it, you know? It is a touchy subject, you know, like, with something like that, so, I don't know, I'm not really for it.

Having said that, if it were to be live broadcasted, I'm not gonna storm the streets and make a sign that's like, "I'm not for the live stream" or something like that. This is interesting, because, I mean, no one's forcing you to watch it. Right, that's what I mean. That's what I mean.

So, like, if it did happen, I wouldn't, like... He just wouldn't watch. I wouldn't lose my marbles about it, but I just probably wouldn't watch. Okay, I got a question for you.

Yeah. If you're in a public place and someone is talking on their phone via speaker, would you lose it then to the person? Would you lose it on the person? No, I wouldn't lose it.

I would probably get a little annoyed. You get annoyed? Yeah. You wouldn't lose it?

What about you? Would you lose it on the person? No, it is annoying, but no, I don't go to yell at them or anything. It's just not enough.

Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, that's why I'm like, if it happened to be broadcasted, I'm not, you know, to ride to the streets. Like, this is crazy that this is being broadcasted.

This is a little tacky, whatever. But I'm necessarily, I would say, in general, not really for it, you know? Not looking forward to it. Yeah.

Not subscribing to the service just for that. Yeah, I could see the pros and cons of it, you know? What are the pros and cons? The pros being that this is what could happen for doing something very, very bad.

Just summing that up. The cons being there's kids that obviously are somewhat unmonitored by their parents. Obviously, it's on the parents. It should be only on the parents, but some parents just are working, let's say.

Some parents are out, so a kid could find a way to watch it. And some kids are too young to see something like that happen. You think that that's the only thing they're watching? No, that's what I'm saying.

I was going to say, there's other things out there that look exactly the same, if not worse. Yeah. And that's where we're drawing the line? I don't know.

Like I said, I'm just kind of indifferent towards it. I'm just like, eh, I don't know, if it happens, it happens. But I'm just trying to determine where your opinion goes, because this isn't me attacking you. No, no, no, yeah.

Like, I don't, if the argument is, well, kids could watch it, like, well, that's a whole line of censorship that we're talking about now. Yeah. Like, where's the line? And, I don't know, I was thinking about this too, you know, I was, I'm pulling up to the gym, smoking my cigar, and I'm like, saw somebody pulled up next to me and got out, and I'm like, I hope they don't say anything about your cigar?

Yeah. And then I'm like, well, wait a second, like, well, where's the line on this? What, you don't like the smell of it? Like...

You're outside. Right. And, like, if you're wearing a ton of perfume that I don't like, should you not be allowed to wear perfume? Right, should you be able to say something then?

Like, if you walk past me smelling like a whore, you know, because you're bathing, or even a man, like, dude, what are we, you know... Yeah, then you went a little overboard there. You went over the top and it's horrendous. Yeah.

I mean, there's a really good book called The Let Them Theory. I forgot what the author's name is, but she's done a couple of books kind of like it, where it's like stuff like that, where it occupies you and it makes you upset. And then you feel like you need to, some people will be like, "Hey, could you stop doing that? Could you stop doing this?

" But then it causes you to have a lot more just added mental stress that you don't need, and you could just worry about more important things in life, right? So the people who succumb to that are the ones that are not right. They're not really able to focus on other things, and they're letting every little thing affect their mentality and mental capacity, you know? Right.

Which, like, this book was very good when I was listening to audiobook, but it's just, essentially, it's just like, whenever you feel yourself getting to that point where you're just, like, about to be like, you know, a kid's, like, somebody's kicking the back of your seat or whatever, you know, you tell them once, but they keep going on, like, a plane, right? Right. And so, you get to the point where it's just like, you have to say to yourself, just let them, like, I don't have time to worry about this, let me worry about other things. My wife read that book.

She liked it. Yeah, it was good. Sounds like tolerance. Kind of, yeah.

Hmm. Interesting. Which is kind of why I'm kind of just like, you know, what happens, you know, let them do it. You know, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna freaking, I'm not gonna freak out over here because of it happening.

Am I, do I feel that it's like a little, a little barbaric, let's say? Sure, I guess. It is what it is, though. I'm like, let them, if they want to do it, do it.

It's the worst thing ever. All right, so like, where's the line on that? So like, if somebody like jumped up and slapped you in the face with a flaccid penis, let them? Somebody else?

I jumped up and slapped you with my flaccid penis? No, so that's called physical assault. That's called physical assault? Maybe even sexual assault.

That's not okay. That's a different area. All right. What happens then?

Then... You just say, hey, this is not okay. And then what if they did it again? You might want to put this in your writer for your movie career.

Yeah. Might be something that happens. Uh, no, no, not okay. Uh, potentially they are getting physically armed necks.

Yeah. Uh, and they're definitely. Is it a flaccid penis? Is it a flaccid penis?

Is it like a sword fight? You drop your pants as well? Yeah, I'm like, joke's on you, I could do it better. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. So that's not okay? No, that's not okay.

All right, so there is a line. Yeah, there's a line, obviously, you know, that's, that's downright, that's, straight up physical assault. Like if you're getting, if you're getting, you know, I mean, then there's people that say like protests, you know, some people are about peaceful protests. So if they get, you know, the, the, the, can I say the S word?

No, if they get the, okay, if they get the shit beat out of them, right, there will, there are some people that say we're a peaceful protest. We can't do anything about that. We are getting beat. We're not going to do anything about it, you know?

So it really depends on the person. So let them. Exactly. They would probably say the same thing.

It's just like, oh, I guess I'm getting the shit beat out But this is a peaceful protest, so it is what it is. Worst saying ever. Yeah. Huh.

Like, the book goes in a lot more in depth about specific things like that. I feel like I'm even more confused than when the conversation started. Yeah. Exactly.

Yeah, yeah. I'm not sure what he's really talking about. I'm still trying to figure out what he's talking about. No, I understand what he's talking about.

I just don't know where, I just don't fully understand where the line is at this point. Mm-hmm. Because I don't know, I think the kid kicks the chair, I could see me going either way with it. I'm like, man, whatever.

Like, that wouldn't, you know. You know, I don't think that that would... A kid's a kid, you know, at the same time. It's like, hey, get the please stop.

Yeah, I don't think that would trigger me. Right. You know? I'm like, what?

I don't... I couldn't see myself... Keep going, it might. Yeah, I couldn't see me getting agitated about that.

Four hours? Yeah, it wouldn't bother me. Hmm. Might be a massage.

Almost. I'm just like, boom, boom, like whatever. Like that, yeah. So...

Yeah, I think the specific scenario actually on the plane was that like some guy was like sick and he was like just kind of open mouth coughing next to him. I think I'd have a problem with that. Yeah, and she asked him, like, hey, could you stop doing that or maybe try to, like, sneeze into your sleeve or something like that, and then he started to and then he stopped, and so then, you know, that's where it's like, it's a weird kind of place. I don't know.

I would have a problem with that. Like, I have a problem with somebody jumping, trying to get in front of me on the plane. Right, people jumping up and trying to get off. I block all of them.

Right. And when they say, can you move? I was like, no. Right.

And when they say, can you move? I'm saying, no, I can't. They say, me on a plane, usually I'm landing and I'm not really in a rush to get off, so I'm like letting everybody leave first and then I'm getting off. There's an order.

Yeah, I know. Yeah, but nobody follows the order, which is why I'm just like, I'm waiting. Well, if you're flying Frontier, you're right. No one follows the order.

Yes. You know? Yeah. But we all want to get off the plane.

Right. Everyone wants to get off. You're not the only one. Right.

Let's do it in an orderly fashion or else. Or else. Right, let's let everybody get off the way they got on, and then we'll be fine. " Like, "I'm gonna miss my flight," or "I feel sick," or something.

" Right. But if you just went off fast, just to get off, I would like to get off fast, too. That'd make all of us, buddy. Right.

Yeah. So, okay. What else you got? You had 38 minutes.

You want to skip the last story? What is it? Strip club king of Tampa died? Yeah.

He could care less. It was a big deal. Not really. He was.

He said it very nonchalant, so. He fought censorship and people's rights. A. New World Order, the wrestlers?

New World Order, that's how you spell order? O. is the wrestling group. Yeah, that's a rap group he's talking about.

Yes, very different. He was the only man allowed to grow his own cannabis in Tampa for a year? I still don't care. Was there something else in between?

Let's get on to Cigar News. I'm fast forwarding. There is not a fast fast forward on this. There is.

You can just hit the forward button. I have hit the forward button. There's only one speed. I've been able to jump down on that thing.

How do you jump down? I go forward. Cigar News. Blackbird announces the Mockingbird Short Run.

Oh. The Blackbird Cigar Company is a new limited edition, queued up to head to stores next week, the Mockingbird Short Run is a cigar that the company says celebrates 10 years of individuality. Individuality? Individuality.

I mean, the irony in the fact that it's Mockingbird, because it's a bird that copies itself, copies other birds. Right, copies other birds. And then it's... And it's a short run.

And then it's showing the individuality, but it's... An innovation. It's a mockingbird. And an unwavering commitment to doing things differently in the premium cigar industry.

Is it based off of anything else? Their whole line, their whole, all their lines are named after birds. I know, but like, is the mockingbird, it's like, yeah, we based the mockingbird off of this popular Monte Cristo. Uh, no, no, there's no mention of an actual copy of a cigar.

The blend, the blend, the blend is inspired by the company's Crow line. Oh, so there you go. So it's a mockingbird. Mocking of the crow.

But with a new spin, it features an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper, Brazilian Cuban seed binder, and a filler that contains Corojo Criololo 98, grown in Nicaragua and Pennsylvania. Yeah. According to a press release, the profile starts with a cedar, earth, and pepper developing roasted coffee, toasted nuts, leather, and cocoa further into the cigar. Mockingbird Short Run will be released in a single 6x52 Toro Batola that comes at a price of?

It's a 6x52 short run? Yes. Okay. $12.

50. $15 per cigar, $150 for a box of $10. Production is limited to just $500 boxes. So it's a spin on the...

Sorry for interrupting. No, you're good. It's a spin on the Crow, you said? It's their 10-year anniversary, and they already have a cigar called the Crow, and it's very similar to the Crow, except for the changes that I mentioned.

But no, we do not have what the Crow is. So that's what I'm confused about, because the changes you mentioned were the entire blend it sounded like. Yeah, it sounded like it's, you're right. So, is it like, what are they?

This is a spin on the crow, but we've changed everything. But it has bird on it. Right. It has a different bird on it.

It is a black bird, it's like crow, so it's mocking. The cigars were rolled more than a year and a half ago, so it's not really the ten year anniversary, it's the eight and a half year. Oh, well you had to age them. Having been produced in the first quarter of 2025 at Tablical Era Los Robles, -In the Dominican Republic.

-Okay, so if you owned a bird company-- -Oh, all the boxes are already sold, sorry. -If you owned a cigar company, and it was bird-themed, and it was the 10-year anniversary, what bird would you do? -Is there a 10-year bird? -I have no idea.

I'm asking. " What birds, they got the crow, they got the mockingbird, I don't know what the other ones are, I think there's a vulture, the vulture, no not the vulture, the vulture, so maybe hawk, is that the tenure, vulture, like the sea hawk, the emu, you go emu, let's go emu, the emu, there's been a lot of emus escaping lately in the news, and running rampant throughout cities, and they're hard to catch apparently, seem to be running things, and also the Australians had that famous war, we're in the emus, where they lost, the 10 year emu, yeah, 10 year war with the emus. They lost to the EMUs? They did.

They lost to the EMUs. The EMUs refused to quit. They gave up because they couldn't kill them all. That's a lot of EMUs.

That's a lot of EMUs. Yeah. What about you? "Imitation has never been part of our DNA," said Joan Santana, CEO and co-founder of Blackbird.

But again, the Mockingbird. They should really do some collaborations with the Bird NFL teams, like the Seahawks. What's the other ones? The Cardinals.

That'll be fun. There's a lot of opportunity there. I'm just saying. You can't buy any of these because they're already sold, but they're going to start shipping.

Okay. I got it. Yeah. To announce the shipping, you can't get these, but we've already sold them all.

You guys heard about like the emu thing, like the turkey legs at Disney and like Universal, how they're emu legs? Supposedly emu. Yeah, which apparently is true, but they're damn good. They are.

I would still announce it if I sold them all because you want people to know about it. I guess, yeah, you still want the shops that have them to be, you know, people to know they're available. Right. I guess you're right.

Yeah, that makes sense. I'd pick like the Dodo Bird or something. Oh, that's cool. Yeah.

They did bring that back. It's not extinct anymore. Right. I heard about that.

Or if I wanted to go like, kind of sci-fi, you could do like the Phoenix. Oh, yeah, that's cool. Like a ten-year Phoenix. There's a lot of opportunity.

There's a lot of birds. Back from the dead. Yeah. You know.

You could do like the T-Rex. Yeah. T-Rex. Not a bird.

It's, it kind of was, like a big chicken back in the day. Oh, okay, because it came from birds. Or the chicken. Ooh, the chicken.

Chicken. I think Phoenix would probably be like... Mythical bird? Yeah.

Yeah, 'cause I'm also trying to think about, I'm kind of thinking about their branding, 'cause it's called, what is it, Blackbird? Blackbird. Yeah, so they got kind of like a gothic-esque sort of like, uh, like theme to their birds. So I think the, like the Black Phoenix.

Ooh, Black Phoenix. There you go. Is there such thing as a blanket? No, exactly.

That's the thing. That's the point. Oh, because the phoenix is supposed to be on fire. Right.

Oh, it's like the charred phoenix afterwards. Ooh, charred phoenix. See, we should be their marketing team. Yeah, we could have crushed.

Mockingbird? Meh. Yeah. Sounds like a miss.

" Yeah. Well, your bird's copying people. Yeah, but your bird, that's exactly what that bird does. Right.

So they had to go, "Look, we messed up. " Well, I'll make a statement that we don't copy. We don't copy that. It's basically the crow, but everything else is different.

Right, including the name. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.

Congratulations, Blackbird. Yes, congratulations on your ten years of mocking people. Not mocking. Not mocking.

Not copying. But to mock. But, right. The bird.

Yeah. Okay, got it. Caldwell's The Queen Is Dead is coming later this month. Again?

She died again? It's updated. Well, it's not really coming. Did a different queen die?

First it was long live the king, then it was the king is dead, followed by long live the queen, and soon the queen is dead. The Queen is dead. Oh, so this is new. Yes, but it's still not available.

So the Queen hasn't died. It's still not available, yeah. Okay. Those are all brands from Caldwell Cigar Company dating back to 2014 when its company itself debuted.

In recent weeks, Caldwell's social media has been teasing an upcoming release, The Queen is Dead. In the first regular production Caldwell blend that was developed entirely after, oh, I can't say this word. Loudest, Loudest Enterprises acquired Caldwell Cigar Company in March 2024. Robert Caldwell, the brand's founder, and William Ventura, a long-time manufacturer partner, developed the blend, which uses Dominican Habano 2000 wrapper over Dominican fillers.

Hey, there's that Habano 2000 again. There it is, Habano 2000. There it is. It's described as a medium-bodied cigar in Caldwell, Caldwell, having problems today.

Yeah. My tongue is mucking. Did you red light? No, I didn't have time, I had to lay the carpeting.

Oh, you had to install. Caldwell has said that if you like Long Live the Queen or Anastasia Barnes, you should like this one. This is the stick I have been most excited for since we dropped the original Long Live the Queen a few years back, said Caldwell in the statement. Wait, so he was like, I'm already excited for the next one that we're going to do with the same name?

Is that what this is? This is the Queen is Dead. This Queen is Dead. Oh, okay.

They did Long Live the King, and then the King is Dead. Okay. Long Live the Queen, now the Queen is Dead. Apparently they don't live long.

Forgive me. They're just kind of going through them. So is this like a let's wait for the Queen to die sort of thing? No, they killed her so they could put the cigar on.

Oh, okay. Queen is Dead is a very well-balanced medium-bodied cigar. I find it to be in almost perfect harmony. It is just the right amount of everything that I like and all it plays well together, very well.

What about like, kings of different regions? You should do that, like King of the North. Oh. Or they could do the...

Long live the King of the East. The King of Hearts. Oh, yeah. Like a Wicca Witch of the East sort of thing, but it's the kings.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Again, we should be a bit in the marketing team. This is crazy. Well, I love Caldwell.

He's a good dude and responds to my texts, which I love. Oh, does he really? Yeah, he does. I was like, hey, I can't get him to touch your sales rep.

He's like, here, this is his number. Yeah. They hope to be able to release his cigar now at the end of October. I hope, fingers crossed.

Yeah, you know how that goes. Yeah, thanks. Welcome to the cigar industry. Right.

Right. Yeah, I think King of the North would be cool. Yeah. Might be a copyright problem with that.

From what? King of the North from the King of the North. Was that Game of Thrones? Game of Thrones.

Sounds like it, but I don't think that's what it's called. He's called the King of the North. It's like a nickname. Are they in the cigar industry?

No. So what's the problem? I don't know. It could be a thing.

I mean, you can't name a cigar Mickey Mouse. Well, actually, now you can, I think, because they're past that trademark year or whatever. Really? I'm pretty sure Disney locks up the Mickey Mouse.

Yeah, well, they made that Mickey Mouse horror movie that came out. Yeah, they did the Winnie the Pooh one, too, which was apparently terrible. They did the Winnie the Pooh, but did they call it Winnie the Pooh or was it called something else? " Okay.

Yeah. " Yeah, that's what it was called. It was a killer dressed up like-- What do you do on your off time? I didn't watch-- apparently it was not good, but I didn't watch it, yeah.

I didn't watch it. But they made like a Mickey Mouse one. I don't know what it was called. It was like tongue-in-cheek name.

So it wasn't called Mickey Mouse? Like Steamboat Killings or something like that. Oh, well, see, that's not exactly the same thing. I know, I forgot what it was called, but anyway.

That 20% change. Yeah. So then call it Queen of the North, skip the King. Oh, you could do that.

And then only sell it to shops north of whatever. North of Mason-Dixon. Yeah, exactly. And wrap it like an icy looking, you know, cigar band.

Yeah. Oh. And then South one could be like a desert or something. I don't know.

Yeah, yeah. Again, opportunities. King of the South? They don't do it.

King of the South. So you could do King of the East, King of the West. Yeah. Yeah, the East could be like a bunch of like buildings.

You can sell 'em in four regions. Limited. Limited. Limited.

Very limited. Limited. 250 boxes. Right.

500 at max. No, you don't want to mock anybody. 20 count. 10 boxes have been made.

Yeah, just 10. And already sold. And they're already sold. All right, SD DuPont Statue of Liberty model ship.

Oh, really? We need a third story. It's part of the celebration of the 250. I'm curious about what this looks like.

Let me grab my phone off the floor. Oh, okay. Now it falls on carpet, it's okay. - Yeah.

- And there's something else. - There goes my cutter, yeah. - Oh. - As part of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States, Estee DuPont has created a handful of Statue of Liberty themed items.

Three of them use a printing technique where an image is placed underneath lacquer. Very high-techy-techy. On the backside of the lighter is a solid teal color. Estee DuPont 2, Statue of Liberty is how much?

Don't look it up. I haven't gotten that far. All right. D.

DuPont-Leiter? D. DuPont-Leiter? Yes.

$2,000. Timothy? $1,600. Oh, closer.

$1,795. Ooh. How much did he say? He said $1,600.

This is ridiculous. These don't count towards a streak. It's okay. There's no streak anymore.

The streak's over. You're starting from zero again. You guys see, you beat him last week. Yep.

The Estu DuPont Eternity Fountain Pen, how much is a fountain pen? $700. Timothy? $300.

$1,695. Oh my gosh. A pen? Yes.

For another $100, you can get a lighter. Estu DuPont Eternity Rollerball Statue of Liberty pen. That's for a pen. Yeah, there's another pen.

This is a rollerball pen. The first one was an ink pen. Oh, and Rollerball. How much was the Rollerball?

Oh, we're guessing this one? You're guessing. This is the one you're guessing now. Okay, 700.

What I said before. And? What? How much do you think the Rollerball pen was?

This is a different pen. Different pen. First pen was an ink pen. This is a Rollerball.

This one's $1,500. It's less. $1,695. Exact same price.

Oh, that's so crazy. They made $250 of each one. I just got an email. That you want a pen or a lighter?

No, that Viaje just announced that they're releasing the Full Moon 13th anniversary. Oh! Steve will be very happy he was asking for that light. Yeah, it's coming in, looks like, one, two, three, four different blends.

Oh. They're all 660, a Natural Maduro, a Natural Limited, a Maduro Limited. And when's this coming, it said? I guess soon.

Wow, okay, sweet. There's a couple people that are waiting for that. So say yes. I did.

Okay, all right. I did. Sometimes he forgets and then he doesn't go back. Oh.

I most certainly did. a pen though that's crazy. Let me see this ST DuPont. Was it on half wheel?

Yes and and ST DuPont uh their creation division which includes higher end handmade pieces has four different models so there's four more that are more expensive. Oh yeah? Yes. Let me see this seven this came out seven days ago.

Yeah we needed uh oh my lord how much is the higher end uh bronze lighter? Are they all? Oh they That's this top one. Don't look at the price, don't scroll down.

Are they all the same, the bronze one you said? Yeah. Yeah, this one's bronze. It's not the fake green color, this one's bronze.

Yeah, $4,000. I'm going to say $2,500. He has an advantage, he can see the picture. $7,295.

Oh my gosh, holy. Oh. Wow. How much did you say?

$7,295. Mike, how much did you say? He said like $400. $2,500.

Yeah. Again, this is above the ones we already talked about. Oh, this is the Hoth Creation. Yes.

Yes. The other lighter, 6,295. The Double Cutter is 4,695. And the Double Cutter USA, which is 250 Hoth Creation Green, is 4,695.

That's a lot of dough. These are only made to order. They're not making these in advance. Are they warrantied?

It takes eight weeks to produce one. Wow, really? Dang. Eight weeks.

That's pretty cheap. It's a good deal. $8,000 for a lighter? Yeah.

I could never buy another cigar. I have this beautiful lighter. I can't use it. I can't afford a cigar.

I can't use it. Can't afford a cigar now. Excuse me while I light my cigar with my Statue of Liberty. $80,000, it better be the Statue of Liberty I'm letting my cigar.

Yeah. Did you have the picture on there? Or did you hold it up the camera? I didn't see it.

No, he didn't. Dang it. I just looked. Okay.

Do you want to see it? I kind of do, yeah. Okay. Sorry.

I didn't know if you did it and I just missed it. We should just say yes. Oh, he already showed it. I'm sorry.

Oh, it's fine. It's cool. Here's one. Here's this one.

Oh, that does look pretty cool. i actually like the one this one looks like the green looks cooler yeah whoa yeah that's fun it looks like it's how is that in any way statue of liberty that one though it's got the statue of liberty on it there's a picture of it on there yeah god man it's printed under the lacquer for god's sakes man under the lacquer i thought maybe when i saw the headline i thought maybe there was like uh a piece of or something that is pretty cool but yeah that's pretty cool i guess they wouldn't have pieces of it were they were snapping them off or something well we went up inside we It went up in the torch that you're not allowed to go into, and we broke a couple of pieces off. Well, if it was still in France, I mean, apparently they're ripping that whole place apart right now. Oh, that's right.

Some big church is burned down. There's a bunch of riots going on with that. Well, the refrigerators were hacked. Yeah, the refrigerators went out, so there's no food.

Yeah. That's what happens. Right. People get hungry.

Yeah. That French food doesn't go far. Uh-huh. So the little pieces of the little French food.

Oh, we have no money. Let's make a super expensive lighter. They'll buy it. We need to raise the money so we can rebuild the refrigerators.

They just reconstruct their refrigerator. Right. And that one church. We don't know what happened.

Did you see the video? " as it falls. No. Wow, listen to you laughing maniacally.

It was the crowd. It was funny. " The whole thing's in flame. And they get upset because the steeple falls down.

Wow. Oh, my gosh. Oh, if only the steeple would have stayed, we'd be fine. It had a clock on it.

Now we have no idea what type it is. Alright, let's go. Time for the industry's favorite game, What's the Score? We take a cigar review, give you the blend, two positive clues, one negative clue, and the reviewer's final thoughts.

But you hold back the rating, your job is to figure out what score it is, what score it received. Let's see who gets closest. Today's cigar, Patrick Le Greed from Half Wheel, October 18th, 2026. The Cigar Queen of the West, Bel Doro.

Oh, look at that. So this is... Queen of the West. They have a Queen of the West.

Yes. Oh my God. But it's not from Caldwell. Oh, it's not?

No. I didn't even know about this. I had no idea this existed. Okay, well, do you want me to start or do you want to start?

No, I'll go first. 88. 86. Company.

Creekside Cigar Company. Oh! That's right. I do know this exists.

You do know this exists. Yes, you do. Oh my God. Yes, you do.

It's great. You know what? This brain is just, this is too full of stuff. Like, I forget people's names.

This is mm-mm. You know what I mean? Gotta get it going. All right.

Factories, Tablacolera, La Isla in Dominican Republic. It's a 6x48, Rappers, Ecuadorian, Connecticut, Desflorado. Binders, Connecticut, Broadly, Filler, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and USA. $16 cigar.

They smoked three. Well, now I'm going to go 90. That's right, 88. Clue number one, pepper, cream, wood, and nuts created an enjoyable opening.

Toast emerged as the smoke developed with creaminess rounding out the sharper flavors and adding fullness. 90. 88. Clue number two, the second sample delivered particularly good balance and complexity.

Its flavors remain distinct while working together. And its black pepper retrohale repeatedly drew the reviewer's attention. Ninety. Eighty-nine.

Clue number three. Two samples struggled to burn in the final third despite performing well earlier. One required repeated relights developed burnt, slightly bitter flavors. The other gradually struggled to stay lit, making consistency a concern.

Hmm. 88. 89. Final thought.

An encouraging debut that showed potential, particularly in its strongest sample. However, the blend produced a surprisingly familiar profile despite its interesting ingredients. Enjoyable flavors kept it appealing, but late construction problems hurt the experience. More consistent performance and something distinctive would help it compete against similar cigars already filling humidors.

Eighty-eight. Oh, man. Eighty-nine. Final score.

Eighty-eight. Oh, man. America! You need to refill that one.

The other one's not really going, huh? The one to your right? Give it a little kick. Close.

Shake it here. There you go. I think it's out the way that I just tapped it. Yeah.

Hmm. Okay. I checked it Friday. I didn't check it today.

Close. Shake it here. There you go. I think it's out the way that I just tapped it.

Yeah. Hmm. Okay. I checked it Friday.

I didn't check it today. Goddammit, Palmer! Today, we're reaching into the archives for a Lancero with some good flavors and some serious problems holding itself together. The second cigar is reviewed by Charlie Minato.

Date May 31st, 2011. Cigar, the Pino Del Rio Habano Sun Grown Lancero. Sun Grown, Lancero. The Piano Del Rio.

Habano, Sun Grown, Lancero. You want me to go first this time? Yes. Well, it's Charlie, 86.

Lancero. Lancero. 85. Size is 7 1/4 by 38.

The wrapper is Dominican Habano Sun Grown. Binder, Dominican Criolo 98. Filler, Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. Cicaragua, Factory, Tabacalera, Don Leone, Dominican Republic.

Don Leone. 00. 00. 00 back in the day, man.

00. Yeah. What did I say? I don't even remember.

00. 00. Clue number one. Natural tobacco, cedar, brown sugar, nuts, and restrained spice, made for an enjoyable opening flavor, The flavor had depth, even though nicotine strength stayed very mild.

- 86. - 87. - Clue number two. Sweet cocoa arrived midway, joining cedar and nuts.

Oak and coffee followed on the finish, giving the reviewer several appealing flavors to work with. - 87. - 87. - Can we do that?

Yeah, you can at this point. Okay. Clue number three, wrapper split. Draws were loose and some samples fell apart before reaching the final third.

Oh, some samples. So not just one. Oh, gosh. Smoke production in the mouth also suffered.

These problems repeatedly interrupted the experience. This was not the final, right? That was the third clue. Okay, 84.

83. Final thought. The reviewer liked the flavor but questioned whether these cigars were past their prime. 50 discounted price mentioned, he'd consider gambling on five more.

Oh, okay. All right, gentlemen, what's the score? Oh, man, that's a hard one, especially what he says at the end there, huh? Um, 85.

82. You went the right way. Wow. 64.

I was going to do 70s. How much did you say? 64? 64.

Oh, look, I fixed it. Oh my God. I told you, all you do is shake it up. Oh, God, it tingles.

For the complete review, photos and details behind the rating, visit Half Wheel. Thank you. 64 is, wow. Terrible.

That was a big, yeah, I mean like-- Yeah, but I'd still buy it. Yeah, I'd buy five more. I'd buy five more just in case. That's crazy.

Better pick them up. And now a word from our sponsor, Pino Del Rio. Pino Del Rio. Wow.

64, man. That's crazy. Wild. Okay.

That's it. Anything else to add? No. Tim?

Well, this Friday. This Friday is the event. The big old event. Yeah.
