Tatuaje Old Man And The C Monster Cigar

Tatuaje is Pete Johnson's flagship brand, crafted by the García family at their My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The Old Man and the C concept debuted in 2011 as an El Triunfador culebra-and-lancero pairing presented in a hinged coffin box, and has since been applied to the Black Label and Fausto blends. For 2026 the format welcomes a Monster Series blend for the first time, using The Creature, which first appeared in the 2021 Monster Mash sampler.

A Nicaraguan puro — Nicaraguan wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler — using Tatuaje's Creature blend and rolled at My Father Cigars S.A. in Nicaragua. Each coffin holds one 7 x 44 Lonsdale and one 7 x 44 braided Culebra of three cigars. Production is limited to 1,300 boxes worldwide, each containing six coffins.

A rich Nicaraguan profile with notes of earth, leather, cocoa, wood, black pepper and toasted tobacco, carried by a natural sweetness that builds in complexity. The same blend is presented in two very different formats, letting you compare the straight Lonsdale against the twisted Culebra.
