181 More PCA Shopping.....German are coming and someone lost the wrong ball!!

Episode Summary

Recorded on the morning of July 4th, 2021, episode 181 of A Cigar Hustler's Podcast finds Mike and Mike in full pre-PCA mode. They open with a Fourth of July history bit, a hilariously fake sponsorship email, and the ongoing saga of having no hotel booked for the Las Vegas trade show — including a detour into the new Tesla tunnel rideshare under the Strip. The hosts also explain that this year they're attending PCA purely as retailers for the first time in years, with a Patreon-driven "shopping list" of show releases they intend to hunt down and sample.

The cigar talk centers on a few things: a Patreon smoke of the Fruity Leather, and a long riff on a YouTube reviewer who called Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust's Sobremesa and RoMa Craft's Aquitaine "too harsh" — prompting the hosts to fantasize about making him smoke a Neanderthal or CroMagnon on Facebook Live. They also touch on Facebook group moderation headaches in the Weasel group and Spotify feed problems that have since been resolved.

The news segment is a solid PCA 2021 preview: Room 101's Murder Hornet, a $9.50 Honduran puro Corona made at Raíces Cubanas for Limited Cigar Association retailers (following the Death Bucket releases); Blackbird Cigar Company's 2.25% price increase timed to the trade show; a new vitola for Tatuaje's long-dormant La Riqueza with a covered foot; Espinosa's Las Seis Provincias LV, a $22 Nicaraguan puro box-pressed Robusto from AJ Fernandez's San Lotano factory with Eden Gutierrez artwork on the humidors; Miami Cigar Company's Dominican Don Lino Connecticut and Maduro at $5.95–$6.25; and German Engineered Cigars' NN01, a deliberately nameless, art-free 7x48 Churchill made at William Ventura in the Dominican Republic and limited to 200 boxes.

Rounding out the show: Shreveport, Louisiana weighing exemptions to its smoking ban for tobacco retailers, hookah bars, bars and casinos; a Florida urologist fined for operating on the wrong testicle; shirt fabric opinions (50/50 poly-cotton vs. 100% cotton, with RoMa Craft getting props); Buccaneers season ticket pricing; and Listener of the Week Kyle Ehley.

Welcome to episode 181 of the Cigar Hustler podcast. Independence Day edition. Independence Day edition. It is Sunday morning.

Happy 4th of July. Just to make sure that you all get your product. We are here on a Sunday. We're here for you.

I'm good. It's early in the morning, my hands are hurting, it's a regular day for me. That's nice. Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike Squared.

You too can become part of our podcast family and invest in our show. You put your products in front of thousands of listeners and viewers every episode. We are heard in 12 different podcast providers weekly all around the world. com.

Now, before you get started, we have had an email, but I believe it is a scam, Michael. I believe someone is trying to play a trick on us, but you gotta get up pretty early to, you know, get the bang king here. Okay, the email reads, Mike2TOO, which is the first thing. Oh, that's a trap.

That's a trap right there. I recently heard your fantastic podcast and understand you're looking for sponsors. Luckily I'm looking for marketing partners for my newest product. Coincidentally, just like you, our products are also good at plugging holes.

I'm guessing it's some type of build or something. We are, uh, what are your rates for thirties and one minute ads? And would you like a sample of our products? That's amazing.

I don't know that a demonstration during your podcast would be appropriate, but maybe you could at least show off our top products. Yours truly. Juan LLBG. Juan El Dong.

Now, your biggest flaw was your email address. Here's where you messed up. com. Oh, come on.

You know, come on, guys. Okay, I did reply to your email and ask for a photo, and I gave you the address if you'd like to send us the sample. I mean, you can still do that if you'd like. But you did not receive any ad information and BigSlapDicks.

Slapdicks, so that's not even the Slapdick Handle Company email address, 'cause they're an apparel company. That's nice. I gotta give them, gotta, you know, hey. You tried, you know, you tried, but you still wanna sell the product?

I mean, they still, they kinda succeeded because we talked about it. Well, yes, yes, yes. And we had a good laugh. And a nice little chuckle about the thing, but hey, you gotta get up.

Oh, wow, that was a good, bam, right hit it there. Banged it, banged it out. Wow, how about that? How do you know?

All right, Michael, today is the 4th of July. oh, wait, hold on, where's the right button? There we go. I gotta turn this down a little bit.

On 4th of July, the Congress formally adopted Doug Weirschman independence, which has been written largely by Jefferson, though the vote actually for independence took place on July 2nd. From then on, the 4th became the day that celebrated his birth of American independence. Written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and in the operation since 1789, the United States Constitution is the world's longest surviving written charter of government. " Michael, how old is the United States of America?

It's 245 years old. Oh, very good, Michael. Yes, 245 years. The Founding Fathers sealed the Declaration on July 4th, 1776, and makes the country 245 years old today.

Boom. So, happy birthday, America. I bet you didn't know that. You know, I didn't even think about it until I looked it up.

Yeah. Well, I appreciate the fact that you're blind because I could see it on your paper. Well, I told you, I can't print from the laptop for some reason. It's very big print, which is great.

If I didn't have to read this, I could do the whole show without glasses on. But happy Fourth of July to our listening audience. We'll hear this on the 6th. Yeah, which is fine because, you know, I guess realistically, the second got robbed.

The second's like, I'm independent. I'm independent. I said, nope. We're going to the fourth.

We're not even going to give you the third. We're going to skip another day here. We're going to Ocho 4. Ocho 4.

Ocho 4. Ocho 4. You guys on the second, they fucked that up. They went to the fourth, so that's just the way it works.

They fucked that up. So what are you, you doing anything special today? Oh, I'm just going to do, you know, I don't know, something, I got like this crazy itch to get a little something, a little something fireworks. Oh, did you?

Go to Costco or whatever and get something. Oh. So when I went, of course, they didn't have any. All showed out.

But somebody-- Think of waiting until the last minute, as you are. I went yesterday, I was like, oh, let's go. Like our trip to BCA, we have no hotel. Yeah, we don't need a hotel.

We don't need a hotel. It's Vegas, nobody sleeps in Vegas. Okay, well, we're talking about one thing at a time here. Oh, sorry.

So, somebody returned fireworks within the time that I was there. How do you return fireworks? I don't know, I like to, this is not what I thought of. These don't explode.

Don't explode. This is a terrible idea. Because if it's Costco, it is like family-friendly fireworks, just sparkly things. Yeah.

Yeah. Smoky things and nothing. I don't need nothing. I don't need nothing.

They started those last night in Deltona. You could see them in the sky. They started them across the nation. Oh, well, that could be too, yes.

I saw a funny meme post from my boy, Patrick, and it said, oh man, it said something like, "Please keep your kids and dogs down tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning, we were up all night playing with fireworks, and I think that's awesome. So, yeah, but what were you gonna see? You were saying something else.

You were jumping into something else. Oh, we don't have a hotel for Vegas. Oh, yeah. Yeah, Vegas is the city that never sleeps, so...

You know, here's the thing, Mike. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. A place to change our clothes or poop.

Listen, listen, buddy. What? It's not like we're rolling with our families or anything like that. We're two guys.

We can figure this out. What the difference does that make? The Venetian and Palazzo were sold out. So you got the next closest one.

It's too expensive right now. So when you think we get there, it's gonna be cheaper? That's when they got you. Like, oh, you're here and need a room.

I'll go rent an RV. We'll park right in front of the Sands Expo. Just park in the... We're here for the convention.

I saw there's this Tesla rideshare thing that runs up and down the strip in a tunnel. Well, I know that they were doing a tunnel. Is that open? Apparently I saw the video.

It's gonna be underground? It's underground. ground it runs from one of the strip to the other and there's a stop in the middle yeah especially uh not especially but apparently now there is a tesla ride share where you just wait in line you get in tesla you can get off in the middle or at the end and then they the tunnel thing is going it's going yeah wow to uh eliminate all the traffic up on the street i guess good luck with that all right well i gotta do something it looked kind of scary long tunnel scary i don't like small places spaces i don't like it this morning i don't mind a tunnel it takes me back to now yeah Yeah, look a little narrow. Yeah, when I was a tunnel rat in Nam and, you know, get caught in there with a dead body on top of me.

Yeah. And find out it was Phil or Steve or something. It's tough times. Yeah, tough times.

It's tough times. I don't, I didn't think you were that old. Yes. Remarkable.

I was very, I was very young when I enlisted. So yeah, I mean, you know, what's kind of cool about PCA is now that some of the things are starting to pop up, like the crown head, cigar, the la la la la la la, whatever it's called. Is that what it's called? The La La La La La La La La La.

The Here, Michelle Scuttle, I don't know what it is. In the news, we have several others that are being announced and come out, and I have a shopping list for the PCA, or for the Patreon of all the cigars that are available at the show, and we can pick and decide what it is. Oh, this is this one? We would like this one and this one.

Oh, I need two of those, 'cause Chad wants one too, so I gotta get two of them. Oh, we're sample collecting. Yes, sample collecting. Hello.

Hello. We're retailing this year. That means more samples. It's not like we just run around and, you know, in between your appointments.

This is going to be the first time in like six years or maybe longer that I'm just going in as a retailer. I know. That's what I mean. I have a shopping list.

And even when I went in as a retailer before, you know, Rosales would always subject me to sales. Right, yeah. Before there was a sales team. " "Hey, you know the product.

You know the lines. " "Yeah, help out a little bit here. " Okay, no problem. What are we doing?

What else? What are we smoking on the Patreon today? They're right there outside of your reach. Ooh, what are we smoking on the Patreon?

Because I don't even have a story about that cigar. We're going to try this fruity leather. Oh, fruity leather. You know, when you put that on the company Slack the other day, you asked for counts on a fruity leather.

Yeah. I thought it was a typo. I couldn't figure out what the fuck you were looking for. I thought it was some type of e-cig juice.

I couldn't figure out why you were asking how much e-cig juice we have. Why does he want to know how much fruity leather we have? That's weird. Well, yeah, I mean, it doesn't sound enticing.

I'm not gonna lie. I mean, Fruity Leather. I've heard good things about the other cigar, but- The Murder Hornet? Yeah, I heard nothing about that.

The Murder Hornet. Nothing. That's my lead story. Don't say anything else about the Murder Hornet.

The Murder Hornet. It's your lead story for the show. Yeah, so that's, so yeah, we're gonna do a little Fruity Leather. I'm curious, you know, dive in.

How about the, did you see the review guy? I gotta talk about the review guy. Oh, the guy on the Weasel page. Yeah.

So there's a fucking guy. You don't like his V-neck shirt, apparently. It's blue. I have a blue V-neck, I think.

I never wear it. See? Because you thought it was a good idea at the time. I'm too old for the V-necks now.

You are? Yes. I don't wear the V-necks. Where's the line for the age?

45. So I have some time? You have some time. You're such a large man.

It's more of a rounded thing. I appreciate that. The V goes from here to, you know, it stretches out for you. Okay.

Okay. Well, I mean, Vin Diesel, I think he's at his 50s. He's definitely supporting the Beanex. Yeah, but he's Vin Diesel.

Okay. He took a car to the moon, or whatever. Yeah, he goes to space. Right.

So yeah, this guy, he loses his shit, and he's like, "No, this cigar's disappointing. I don't like it. " It's harsh. It's very strong.

Okay, and he obviously smoked a Roman. And it was Neanderthal. No, it wasn't. No, it wasn't.

That's the remark... You're jumping the gun on me. Sorry, I was getting into what cigar was. And the remarkable thing about it is the fucking guy smoked the Habano, he smoked the Aquitaine.

Right. What in the fuck? That guy can't, you can't just, just stop. Just, you need to stop reviewing.

Go back to vaping, man. Seriously. Go back to vaping. Like, what are you, what are you thinking?

Go, yeah, go have some vanilla shit or something. Some guy on the roof. Like, you can't be, you can't, if you have a problem with a Habano. Right.

Holy fuck, dude. Right. Somebody in the weasel group called the man the C word, and we got a Facebook violation. So you can't do that.

You can't do that. They're cracking down. They're cracking down on Facebook. They're really hammering it.

Yeah. If it keeps up, then the whole group goes on post-approval. Ooh. Did you contact the person and say, hey?

Yeah, yeah. That's what I always do. I screen print it and send to the guy and go, just a heads up here. We got a Facebook violation.

If you keep it up, you'll probably get blocked for six to eight months and then they'll put the whole group on. You'll go to Facebook jail. We'll go to Facebook jail. It'll be Facebook jail for everybody.

Terrible. And you won't do well in prison. You're very pretty. Chet showed up.

It showed up. Oh. There he is. There he is.

You know, what I think would be really fun, though, is if we could, if we found this guy, I would love to find this guy, go to him, and then Facebook Live him smoking like a fucking Neanderthal or something, because I want to see the tears come out of his face. Like, dude, I'm sure we could reach out to him. It's just too strong. You could.

I can't. I'm having one in the morning with a big baby. I can't handle it. I'm sure there's a way to.

Well, there's a way to— It was an awkward thing. I could find him. " You want me to see if I can find him and we can do a Zoom thing with him? I'd like to speak with you, sir.

I'd like to talk to you about your choices. No, it's got to be in person. About your life choices? " Just a little.

We could tell him beforehand. You're going to have to cry when you smoke this guy. Look, we're going to make you a little famous, but what we need you to do is cry. Well, he already did that by, you know, he's got like 600 views or whatever.

Yeah, everybody's watching. Like far beyond his other videos. Oh, well, I'm sure. I don't know.

Neanderthal. Or maybe the Cro-Mag. Because for me, the Neanderthal is a little smoother. Yeah, the Cro-Mag is a little harsher for me.

Hit him with a little boldness. Hit him with a slobber knocker. The big one. Here's what you're going to do.

You're going to smoke this whole fucking thing. And I want a step-by-step live Facebook review of your opinion on this. And I just wanted, it's like, for some reason, like, what's coming in my mind is like the human caterpillar or something. " Oh, throwing somebody's ass on him.

Yeah, and he's like, "I can't deal it. " I can't believe you watched that movie. I didn't. Oh.

I just don't know how it played out. Oh, oh, gotcha. I don't have a stomach for that sort of thing. I can't even handle the trailer.

Oh, did you watch Tomorrow War or whatever? No, I wanted to watch it last night. I wanted to watch it last night, but I didn't get a chance to. It'll lose a little bit in the story and everything.

It's the future. We're going to jump to the future at the end. I get it. We're really focusing on time lately.

The whole Loki thing. Do you watch Loki? No, I don't have Disney. Loki's dealing with time.

He's jumping in variants and all kinds of crazy stuff. It's fun. It's fun. You know, it's entertaining.

There's a little bit of a twist in the movie, which I won't spoil it for you. I won't spoil it for you, but I mean, I actually stood up and got closer to the TV when, when that, I was like, oh, that is, then I got up and had to get close to the TV. Is it a son or something? Terminator?

Yeah, Terminator. Is it a son? No. He doesn't have a son.

It's gotta be a son. He has a daughter. It's his daughter in the future, from the past, that he probably slept with. Well, you can only jump, I mean, this isn't giving away anything in this movie, but you can only jump to a period of the future where you aren't there.

Ah. So, the only people that can jump 30 years, you know, it's 30 years. So, you would have been dead? Yeah, so that's how they determine if you can qualify to go or not.

You qualify? Well, it's not really qualified, you go. You go with the bugs. And you can only go seven days.

You need to fight the bugs. So, yeah, the thing is, it's 30 days, it's 30 days, and you can only be there for seven days, and then if you're alive, you automatically get sent back. Wow. Well, we started banging out Luca, the movie on Disney or whatever, with the kids.

No, Chet's daughter's watching it over and over and over. I can't get my fucking kids to commit to anything. I mean, for the love of God, just like, we were 20, 30 minutes in. Is he a man or something?

He's a sea monster. Oh, yes. He's a sea monster, Michael. Nice.

And I just can't. It's like after 30 minutes, they're like, okay. Hey, it's not enough. Not enough for him.

We're fucking going. You know? And what was funny, though, is because Justice, I had to give him the speech about After Fast and Furious 9. Listen, man, when we go, when we watch a movie, you can't fucking talk.

You can't talk every 10 seconds. Like, you can't do it, you gotta watch the movie. Oh. Is he at least talking about the movie, or is he just having a conversation?

No, yeah, he's talking about the movie. So after the movie, Dad, where do you wanna go for lunch? I mean, that'll happen too, you know what I mean? You just need a...

Do you have to pee? I have to pee. I'm thinking I have to pee. You wanna pee?

So he started... And when we're peeing, can I get more candy? And then another soda, 'cause then I'll have to pee again. So I guess we're re-instilling specific rules as of right now in our household.

So as Luke is playing, I'm like, do you remember, what did I tell you about movies? " Exactly the way he talks, too. He doesn't give a shit. Kid's too much.

" Aren't you talking, asking me what I'm not supposed to be doing? " Well, you know, Kuba Kuba, he's only seven, so... Justice is five. He gave up the blondies at four.

Too small. It's going to go traditional probably around seven. Mm hmm. Gotcha.

I figured that's the best one. Six, maybe a deep dish, a little bigger, box press? Eh, the box press is a little weird. I feel like you can just kind of hover on the Cuba for a little bit, maybe get a year or two out of it.

Oh. You know, might go backwards, maybe do like cold infusion or something, I don't know. Oh, I don't like those. It tastes like tea.

It really tastes like tea. Oh, you know, I mean, he's a kid, so, you want to have that flavor. Oh, I guess you're right. You're going to like the tobacco.

It'd be ridiculous. Oh, yeah. I mean, that's his brother's thing. Yeah, it's silly.

So Jax was smoking the Neanderthal. They said it was too harsh. Yeah, but no, I can't get him to focus on a goddamn movie for the life of me. I don't know what it is.

I mean, Jax did great with Fast and Furious, but I couldn't get him on Luca. So now I want to know what happens to the kid. Now I got to commit an hour by myself at some point in time to see what the hell hour breaks out. Because last time I checked, he was in a lot of trouble.

And I'm worried. Is it live action or a cartoon? No, it's a cartoon. It's like the CGI stuff.

Oh, so fake live action. Like Toy Story. Oh, okay. Computer graphic.

Not like Call of the Wild where the dog is CGI. No. Or Jurassic Park where the dinosaurs... They're not real?

Dinosaurs? Yeah. I don't ruin it for you, Michael. Yes, they are.

Oh my, okay, thank you. Yes. Because I mean, I saw, I seen my universe. They brought them back.

they're real right without question and the transformer guys those are real too yeah i'm not surprised i mean they're a lot smaller in person than they appear on tv yeah yeah i mean the stilts can only go so tall well they shoot they do the uh the distorted uh perspective on the movie bigger yeah they shoot the people further in front of right right right i'm wondering if they can make tom cruise look the same height as optimus prime i don't know tom cruise isn't even He's been in the movie. But Tom Cruise is like four foot two, right? Yeah, he's very, no, I think he's five foot two. Five foot two?

Five foot two. Yeah. You know, he's one of my favorite actors, but as a person, I can't stand him. Really?

Yeah. Why not? I just, I don't know. I don't like him.

He seems a little weird with his whole weird religion thing he does and everything. He's an actor. They're all weird. Yeah.

Well, no, not all of them. No? No. The guy that did Tomorrow Future thing.

Chris Pratt? Chris Pratt seems normal. I don't know. He broke it off with his wife and then he got with the Arnold's kid.

It's Arnold's kid. I know, you take that out. And now they're having a baby, too. Of course.

Right. Of course. Without question. Lock yourself in that family.

I mean, if I'm Chris Pratt, I solidify that before the marriage. Oh, baby. I think they're married. Are they married?

I think they are, yeah. Does that make him a Kennedy once removed? I mean, if I'm Chris Pratt, I take Schwarzenegger. You know what I'm saying?

Oh, his last name? I have no idea. I'm Chris Schwarzenegger. hey, listen, we're going to abandon Pratt, and we're just going to be.

I don't know. Maybe a couple of years ago, but I think now he's got his own name. Chris Pratt Schwarzenegger. Hyphenated.

No, I mean, Pratt does have his own name, but it's never going to be the legend of Schwarzenegger. But now his mother-in-law is a Kennedy, so is he a Kennedy one to remove? I think what he is is he's fucking set for life either way. That's for sure.

I know. Fucking generational wealth on that bitch. Oh, shit. Yeah.

Thank God nobody watches this podcast. So many people would be angry with this. Yeah, the audio was up last week. Video, not standard.

We have like the same 48 people that watch it every week. But the audio was up. No, I didn't watch the video. You know, what's funny is because I've been watching more video reviews now than the audio.

Oh. So if there's a problem with Spotify, I don't know about it. Oh, by the way, that's fixed, everybody. Yeah.

If you didn't hear that. Because I used to listen on Spotify. Right. But then I would say, okay, well, let's, you know, let's take a, take a look at the YouTube.

I need the full, I need the video. Apparently their terms of service changed and they didn't send an email to let anybody know and they needed your and my name on it now at Spotify, which is kind of weird. I wouldn't just know who you are. Right.

We needed the creator's names. Do you guys have socials? Sure. One, two, three, seven, two, nine.

I had to have my AT&T voicemail apparently went off and I didn't know. And they're just not telling you. They're just taking away your technology. He first texted me and said, I wanted to leave you a message, but your voicemail doesn't work, so call me, so I had to call him, but then you log in to your AT&T, you know, and you hit the button to chat with somebody or whatever, and they say, these people do not work for AT&T, do not give them any personal information.

So the first thing the guy does is, what's your name and phone number? I sort of stopped, I'm like, I scrolled back up and I'm like, it says I can't do this. But, you know, I rolled the dice, and he fixed it, so, and now, and now, apparently, maybe he's getting my voicemail, too, I have no idea. And now he just got a credit card in your name, and a boat.

Well, I didn't give him, I'm thinking, well, maybe they mean, like, my address, or social security number, or how I pay the phone bill, or something. How the fuck does AT&T have you call to fix their problem, and it's not, and it's outsourced? Well, I didn't call, it was a chat video, or a text message chat thing. Okay, but that's my point.

Like, how do they not work for the fucking company? Right. And they send you a message. These are not AT&T employees.

These are contractors. And they call them experts. Hey, don't trust these people. Okay, thanks.

Yeah, don't trust these people. First question is, what is your phone number? That's none of your goddamn business. Hey, said not to tell you.

Don't you know who I am? Yeah, you should know. No, sir, we don't work for AT&T. Yeah, I'm aware.

And that's the problem. I'm aware. That is the issue here. I can't tell you why.

What the fuck are we doing here? God. God, it made no sense at all. So I was looking at my Tampa Bay tickets and Bucs?

Yes. Oh, not everything's opened up again, so you get all your tickets. Dude, yeah, I mean, the prices for some of these games, it's gonna be insane, it's gonna be insane. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to go to anything.

Oh, you're gonna sell all your tickets? I don't know, like, there's some that are reasonable. Right. You know, as far as value, but, like, the opening game, Dallas, Tampa Bay, Forget it.

Oh, forget it. I don't know. I don't know. It's crazy.

I just can't. So you, you, wait, so you're saying you have to sell them to be able to afford the package? No, no, no. Or are you saying, they're so high, you're not gonna be able to sell them?

I'm just saying, how do you say no to the money? I don't, you know what I mean? Like, I don't know. Go, you know, it's like, damn.

So every game's not the same price? No. Well, that's weird. Well, they, they changed that a few years ago, so that, so that they have, like, premiere games and like, and then they have, and then they have slapdick games.

" - No, it's the same price. - What? Now I'm confused. - Well, I think they did raise the price a little bit, but it's like the same.

- Oh, the package price is the same. - Yeah. - Like, let's say, it's $10,000 for the entire season. - Right.

- Okay, but that $10,000 doesn't break down to 10 games at $1,000 a piece. - Yeah, $250 a seat or whatever the case might be. - Right. - Oh, okay.

So, by game, it goes up and down. - Right, right. - Oh. - So, it's like, this ticket cost you $500.

- Right. - This ticket cost you $200, you know, stuff. I like that. What's the cheapest game?

I think it's Carolina. I didn't even know they had a team. The Panthers? Oh, Panthers.

Oh, okay. Carolina Panthers. All right. It used to be, actually, yeah, no, it's always been the Carolina Panthers.

I don't know why. The Falcons, I think, were... The Panthers coming down lower the price. The Falcons were good for a minute, then they were bad, and the Saints were always high, but now Drew Brees is gone, so that's kind of devalued a little bit, too.

Oh. But everyone wants to see James Winston fuck that up. Oh. James Winston used to be on the Bucs.

Oh. Gotcha, now he plays for an opposing team. Yeah, he plays for the Saints. It should be interesting.

I was really hopeful for that guy, too. Didn't work out for the man. We're very sorry. I mean, he's, you know, the nail in the coffin for me was...

They now call him Deuce Nueve. Deuce Nueve? Yes. That's a good one.

The problem I had with Winston is he would never come up to the kids. Oh, what an asshole! During like the mini-camps and all that other stuff. He would never do it.

Asshole. Everybody else? Amazing. J.

Howard, Chris Guy. " and they yell like a certain player on the field. And then he'll raise his hand, which I like. " Just because he doesn't even turn around.

His back's to the... Yeah, but he acknowledges it. He acknowledges it, right, yeah. I will tell you this, I've only been to...

I think I've been to a baseball game, you know, once a hundred years ago, and it's very dull. So here's what you do to make it exciting. I'm going to tell you guys how you make a baseball game exciting. All right, make it quick.

All right. There's this game called mound ball. Right. Okay, and here's how you play.

Everybody, you bring some singles. Right. One person holds a cup. Everybody puts a dollar in the cup at the beginning of the inning.

Okay. When the inning ends, the umpire has to throw the ball to the mound. Okay. The pitching mound.

If it stays on the mound, the person that's holding the cup gets all the money. If it falls off, the cup moves to the next person, and then everybody throws another dollar in. I'mma tell you, I went 10 years ago to a fucking Cubs-Marlins game or some shit, and we're the only idiots that are yelling it between the halves of the innings and the ending, and we're like, "Oh! No!

" People are looking at us like we're fucking retarded, but man, we had a fucking blast. That sounds like a lot of fun. It really is. Except that's only, what, nine times?

18. 18. Yeah. Oh, when they change size.

Oh. Gotcha. It's expensive. You can make $5 bills out of the 10s, 20s, whatever.

You know? It's amazing. It's the most fun I've ever had in a baseball game. For sure.

They cash you go a game with your kids. Is there something like a football version of that you can do? I don't know. I'm sure that there is.

It's gotta exist. There's something you could do. So there's gotta be something you could do at the football game. But the football game is pretty exciting anyways.

I don't know, it's football. I know that's what it is, but it's exciting. All right, we're gonna take a break, but the first half just whizz right by, and then we'll get into the news. It's like we've done this before.

Get on with our lives. Get on with our lives. 4th of July. 4th of July.

Murder Horner by Room 101 heads to the LCA retailers, well, headed to the LCA retailers. Yesterday, there was a new cigar for Room 101 on the shelves of Limited Cigar Associated Retailers, The Murder Hornet by Room 101. Getting good reviews from what they see. 5x44 Corona Vitola and is made at the Raises Cubanas.

Raises. Raises. Raises factory in Donnelly, Honduras. 50.

50. Room 101 cigars were largely Honduran cigars all throughout the early 2010s, but this is the first new line I've known him from Matt Booth in many years. That is made in Honduras, said Clark Thornton, director of the Limited Cigar Association. Oh, Clark.

Is that the big guy? Yeah, he responds to my emails. Oh. Murderhorn is very reminiscent of the Matt Booth cigars from the time period, and for long-time fans of the brand, this certainly does feel like old-school room 101.

We're very excited and proud to be able to offer this special cigar exclusive to LCA shops. Production numbers are not being disclosed. We don't know how many of them make. This is not the first time Runa One has produced a cigar for the Limited Cigar Association.

It's actually the third time. In 2020, the Runa One Death Bucket Two is produced for the Association of Cigars. They went on to place number 16 on Half Wheels Top 25 cigars. What about the Death Bucket?

Are we going to talk about that one? The first one? Yeah. It's not as good as that.

You can't just go to number two. Did he make number one for them? He did. Were they around then?

Yeah. Oh. Well, nobody's talking about that one. Nobody talks about that one.

Nobody talks about that one. That was a miss. That was a swing and a miss. 25%, which was another reason I pulled it.

That's usually what they do. 25%. Yeah, that's what they do. You know, I just scanned these things quickly.

I thought he was raising the price. $2. I was like, woo! Big move!

The July 10th day is also the first day of the 2021 PCA Convention Trade Show. The company hopes to offset some price increases by offering retailer promotions during the trade show. So, if you buy a lot, maybe a little bit of a discount. That's usually what they do.

They up the price. They offer a discount. Right. It's kind of standard practice.

I think, I mean, Drew's been doing that for years, Drew Estate. Oh, years. The steak knife company. You get a pair of steak knives.

It's the only thing they haven't come out with yet, I'm waiting on the steak. Buy the cigar and we're going to give you a car. It's a Drew Steak Car. It's an Undercrown.

We're going to give you a car, it's a Drew Steak Car. It's going to be the Undercrown, it's going to be amazing, you're going to love it. Tatuaje's La Regeza. I looked up how to say this word.

La Regeza. I wasn't even going to be close. At Inuvitola, the PCA 2021. The Tatuaje line is getting a new size in the not too distant future.

8x54 Robusto with a covered foot. Though Pete Johnson isn't saying anything more about it than that. So it's the, what was all the tobacco we mentioned last week that people seem to like? The inoperable.

Oh, it's the undisclosed irrevocable. Irrevocable. Irrevocable filler. Right.

And the inoperable binder. And yeah. And shout out to Eric Mitch for asking Skip if he's going to join the HAA. Yes, that was very nice, very nice.

Thank you. So we still have not heard yet if Mr. Martin is interested in joining the HAA. Yeah, he hasn't gotten back to us, he's on vacation.

He's up to hold on to the full details until the PCA 2021 Convention and Trade Show, which runs, everybody knows when it runs. Which will be next week when we're sleeping on the streets. We'll be sleeping on the streets, or maybe, maybe we'll sleep in there. There's 75,000 hotels in fuckin'...

Evidently they're all booked, you can't find one. I feel like I can handle this. La Rigaza debuted in 2008 and reached 13 Vitolas, which include... Ooh, that's a lot of Vitolas.

I didn't even know there was 13 different kinds of. La Rigaza. There's 13 different Vitolas? It's 13.

I want 13 sizes. It's a good number. A good number right now. 5.

You got the box press. Both versions, big box spreads, little box spreads, round squares, we have a triangle, one's a triangle. Connecticut Broadleaf Wrapper over Nicaraguan Binder, Nicaraguan Fillers, they are produced by my father's cigars in Nicaragua. Yo, your dad, huh?

No, no, no, no. He's just killing it still. He just, you know, yeah. Well, he only speaks Spanish.

That joke never gets tired from me. I'm like, oh, really? I had no idea you guys were so involved in that. The line has been in a bit of a hiatus, and Johnson removed the La Regeza from the company's price list in 2017, though it didn't formally discontinue them.

We're gonna take it. We're gonna set it aside. We're just going to hold this over here, all 13 signs, we're going to hold those? Here you go, here's 13.

Part of reworking the company's extensive portfolio, moving La Regeza along with Ambos Mundos, El Rufandor, and La Casita Cariojo to small batch and special event releases. After what the addition of this new line of La Regeza means for the brand's future, Johnson told Halfway, eh, just a warm up. We're just getting started. We'll come back soon.

All right. Some push-ups. Some push-ups. All right.

Espinosa's Last Six Provincia, adding a third installment at the 2021. I saw that. It looks like a house. At next month's PCA convention and trade show, Espinosa Premium Cigars will release the Last Six Provincia 55, the third installment.

Las Seis. What? Seis. It says six right here, there's six.

There's a number six. There's a number six. It's Spanish. It's Spanish.

No, they actually put a number six in the story. You should say Seis. And it's not 55, there's a Roman numeral, so there's all sorts of fucked up in his name. Oh, there's all types of shit going on here.

The third installment is the Elastix Prevential-- Is there any Mandarin in that? That's Jack's problem, I think. I mean, there's something Jack was handling. Jack?

I feel like Alfredo was in charge of it. Oh. He's too busy fucking on the elliptical. He's working out.

Drinking Cuban coffee. Drinking his after-workout. Apparently, he's a very tiny cup of Cuban coffee. I work out every day.

I'm like, that's not how it works, though. You're not supposed to work out every day. I don't know where you're getting your instructions from, but-- It's from the coffee guy. You know, listen, you don't listen to The Rock who works out seven days a week.

This is not true. It's not facts. J. Fernandez San Lutano factory in Ocatala, Nicaragua, though the company has so far not disclosed the blend.

More irrevocable tobacco. Ooh, irrevocable. Irrevocable tobacco. The binder is inoperable.

Each cigar comes in its own coffin and has an MSRP of $22. It's just so much easier just to not fucking tell you. It's exactly what I'm going to do. I can't wait until my media release with Charlie.

He's like, hey, you got a press release or anything? I'm like, yeah. And I'm just going to say, hey, listen. It's a lot easier for me to not say what the fuck is in this.

But it's going to be expensive. But then it's going to be great. It's going to be amazing. A little bit of magic.

Count Curios are priced at $220. Over 1,000 Curios of 10 cigars are being made. 22 a clip. And are expected to begin shipping in late August.

And made it where? San Lutano? Is that AJ? AJ, yes.

It's the AJ factory. Each curio, which measures approximately 16 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide, features a design from Eden Gutierrez, a Cuban artist based in South Florida that depicts scenes from Las Villas before the revolution, not after, because after the buildings were all knocked out sideways, did the artwork for the previous to the Las 6 Provincias release, which pays tribute to the original 6 provinces of Cuba, with Las Villas announced as the latest in the series, that leaves 3. Three more releases on the horizon to honor Pino Del Rio, Camarillo, and Oriente. The line debuted in 2018 with LHB, which celebrated La Habana, and followed up by the MTZ, which honored Manzana, and was released in 2019.

The latest version is being referred to as the Espinosa Las Provincia 55, in keeping with the naming convention. According to the press release for the company, the province was centered on the Cuban cattle industry. It tastes like cattle. Oh.

Very meaty. It's got hints of leather. Meaty taste. It's got a little bit of hide in it.

For shifting to sugar. Oh, and then it gets sweeter by the end. And it tails in the finish as well. It tails in the finish as well.

Yeah. In the 20th century, the original province of La Villas. Oh, it's less. A lot of geographical information on this cigar.

That's when it was made in this cigar. Atlantic Ocean to the north. Oh, and then it gets wet towards the end. All right, let's get down to the root of the thing.

Did you see that he was buying a new car? I did see that, and he, like me, hates buying a new car. I'm like, bro, if I can win friends, if you give me a deal, you don't fucking know me. I was like, yeah, he doesn't, you're right, you're getting fucked.

Because it's you, I'm gonna give you a deal. You don't even know me, bro. Check out this dealer for you. Oh, we don't have a dealer for you.

We have a maintenance fee. A, a, whatever the fuck it is. It's gonna be an extra $1,200. And then in case you fall down on your loan, we're gonna put this little thing out here that charges you extra money every month, the cover thing.

You want the gap insurance? Listen, I'm really fucking, I'm really, I'm really fucking you with the price. Guys, if you get in a car accident, you want to make sure that's covered, so. I have insurance, bro.

I suggest you get the Gap. No Gap. Oh, okay, yes, sir. I'll tell you what, you know.

You don't even know me, bro. You don't even fucking know me. You don't even fucking know me. I will tell you this.

Sir, your name's on your shirt. Doesn't matter. The Espinosa shirt that he had looked pretty fly, though. I did like that.

The pink and the Miami Vice. Yeah, I like that. We would like some of those, please. I'm going to add those to the shopping list, so if you guys can bring two extra larges, Jack, to the PCA, It was apparently between the 10th and the 13th of July.

I would prefer you just ship them here. We would need, we're going to need clean clothes. We have no place to sleep. Good point.

We could change shirts another second day. Hey, what are we wearing? Are we, are we wearing, uh, Hustler shirts? Are we wearing, uh, Powstanie shirts?

Dude, I don't think that far into it. Podcast shirts? I don't know if you know. I have to pack.

It's next, it's next weekend. I don't know if you notice this about me, but all I wear is fucking V-necks. This time next. I buy them.

I buy them. I buy black V-necks. You should start wearing just blue V-necks. I know I should but then no one would respect me.

This time next week we will be coming home third ass tired from not sleeping. And I throw them out every quarter. They cost me like two, three bucks. I don't care.

I don't want to think about my outfits. I don't care about that. So we're not wearing... I'm going to wear my BDP hat.

I know you are. Of course you are. BDP. BDP.

So, yeah. No, I don't know. We want people to be able to find us. So then wear something that says Cigar Hustler.

Well, I don't want to if you're not. I don't want to look stupid. Don't wear something that's a cigar hustler. I feel you're not.

I'm telling you. This is my manservant, BDP. He's holding my shirt. Scouts honor.

I'm fucking wearing BD. What should we wear? Should we get new shirts? No, I'll wear my...

I'm wearing my Team Palmer shirt. My old ratty fucking weasel shirt. Mucho weasel. That's not...

Oh, that shirt looks terrible, by the way. You need to get another one. That one's... With the big red fox on it, that one's had it.

You need to... I need to get another one? Need to get a new one. All right, I'll get another one.

That might be the only size we have out there is the big ones for you. XL? Yes. Big ones for me.

You said, you just told Erik Espinosa you wanted the same fucking... Yeah, but you should be wearing a 2X, Michael. I shouldn't be wearing a 2X. You should be wearing a 2X.

That's ridiculous. Cutting off circulation on your arm. You know... The only downfall that I have...

Those are stretched. You know, it's the only thing that gets really awkward... You can tell me that that cuff and this cuff is the same distance around. It's the same.

No, it's not. It is. No, it's not. But look at how yours looks on yours.

It's like you got room to grow. You know, mine's just a little... Because I wear shirts that fit. You and Greg wear - you wear a - Michael, this shirt fits me.

Greg wears mediums. Yeah, he's upgraded now. He hasn't worn a better shirt. I've complimented him.

He can't avoid it. No, I can't. My gut ain't hanging out of this bitch. Come on, that's totally different.

All right, moving on with the news. Hold on, before you go though, the only problem with the - like, here's what sucks about when somebody gives me a shirt. It's like, I don't like 100% cotton. Oh.

It drives me fucking nuts. Those Room 101 ones were - They were heavy. Yeah. The ones that he had.

The ones that he had. Why did we go here? They seemed expensive, but they were heavy. Can we just, like, listen, if you're making shirts, the shirts always got to be a 50/50 cotton poly, and I know I'll fight with Skip on this because he's always about 100% cotton, but he gets the bougie 100% cotton.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right, right. But spun by virgins. But the 50/50 cotton poly will last longer.

It's very comfortable. The 100% is just too much. Now see, these are nice. Yeah, but nobody springs for those, except for Roma Craft.

Except for Roma Craft, right, exactly. Because those are next level ones, and I understand that. Very nice. Yeah.

The logo wearouts for the shirt does. Yeah, exactly. The shirt's still good. " Right.

" Right. So, I don't know what to tell you. I mean, I probably won't ever wear it anyways, but... I don't wear it anyways, but, because I don't like wears V-necks.

Well, we can take scissors, and we'll make a V's, and we'll make a V-necks. Have your wife do it, she's very good at that. Yeah, crop it. Andrew Morey, Brittany, uh, original to the last event here at the shop.

Yeah, yeah, very nice. She got compliments on it, by the way, the way it was, oh, how'd you get that done? Oh, I know the owner's wife. I thought she was the owner's wife, it's so weird.

It depends on who you ask. Yeah, it's true. Germany Engineered Cigars, NN01. Oh, that sounds fantastic.

So, Germany is probably not high in the list of countries most people think about when you're discussing cigars. Yeah. Is that who you are? I wouldn't think of Germany.

I wouldn't think of Germany. But a company out of European nations trying to change that. Please tell me you're growing in Germany. The German-engineered cigars.

The cigar company was founded by threesome of engineers. J-O-A-C-H-I-M. Joachim? Joachim?

They just call him Joachim. Klaus and Oliver, who are attempting to, as they put it, create cigars in the same way the Germans engineer the best technology in the world! We have the best vehicles! The first creation released in 2016 was the Raufisch Nuggen.

I used to drive one of those, it was very nice. Raufisch Nuggen. Raufschwurgen Nuggen, yeah, 42. A name that comes from the volume of the cigar.

Emitently, that means 42. cubic centimeters of tobacco. It means fast. Oh, wait.

We're talking about cars? We're talking about tobacco. I don't know what we're talking about. After changing its name from RVGN Rashford Dugan to German to German engineered cigars GmbH.

Last year, the company announced a brand new project dubbed NN. This is the NN. You know what NN stands for in Germany? I don't know.

It doesn't sound good, though. Which is short for the Latin phrase. I think you should just let that one You can die on the vine, Mike. I mean, I know that we crossed the line a lot.

You should probably just let that one go. The tobacco is irrevocable. So in this story, there's English, German, and now Latin, or not named. The entire point of the line is to produce a cigar that is virtually none of the trappings that consumers usually associate with cigars.

Wow. We're making a cigar that's nothing like cigars. What's it taste like? Well, we line it with tinfoil.

No boxes, no artwork, or even a name that you can focus on that means it's a cigar. I like this guy. Who is this guy? Great Mark, this is Klaus, and Johan, and somebody else.

I appreciate him. I want to try this tobacco. I want to try this cigar. In addition, the bland details have not been discussed.

No shit. Who saw that coming? Who saw that coming? Incredible.

But it's medium bodied. But it's good. It's German medium bodied. It's irrevocable.

German engineering, two things are essential for us in a cigar. Manufacturing quality and domination of, oh, no, sorry, sensory experience. Read the Pressure List. The reminder is undisclosed.

Everything else can be distracted or even biased the moment, or even biasable. Oh, everything else can be distracted or even biased the moment. It's hard to talk angry. I know, I get it.

Yes, it is. Our new reduced cigar concept is made for the pure aficionado. No fancy pictures, no artsy boxes, no distracting story, not even a name. Listen, we'll be the fucking judge of that, pal, okay?

But I want to try it. I would like that German cigar. What's its name? It doesn't have it.

Can you tell me what the boss was like? I'm here for the cigar with no name. No, but you know, I got a cigar with no name. I'm honestly intrigued.

I want to try the cigar. Oh, well, see if it's on the shopping list. You got to respect the guy that says, you know what, the name? Fuck you.

I'm not doing the name. Okay, cool. I want to try it then. You know, because normally when you go to market, you have a name.

Right. And you have artwork. And, you know, sometimes they have that before they haven't even had the cigar. Yeah, I want to try it.

I bet you... You would like my cigar? It could go either way. It could either be fucking amazing.

On the order form, it's just a blank. What's the price? We can't talk about it. No!

How much you want to pay? Will you not say the price? Oh, my God. Will they be at IPCPR or PCA or whatever the fuck we're calling them?

I'll look here in a minute. 90 per cigar. Ooh, it's a big one. It's limited to 200 boxes of 25 cigars, but there's no boxes, they're not mega boxes.

Yeah, it's 200 somethings of 25 cigars, cigars are only being sold in the United States, and once they are sold out, the company will create a new brand appropriately named NN02. Where do I go? I want to take my money, I want to try it. Honestly, I want to try it.

Throw your credit card at the camera right now. 200 boxes, I want to know what he's doing, I'm curious. The NN1 was produced at William Ventura factory in the Dominican Republic. What is it?

The William Ventura factory. So it's not special. It's from a factory that we know of. I mean, he's not saying the name of the factory.

No factory, no name, no bucks, no price. And just like that, I was deflated. I wanted you to say, hey, it's a German factory, I don't know, something. You were so close.

Oh, they've already been shipped. They shipped in April, but they were supposed to ship in January. They ended up shipping in April because of the COVID pandemic. Yeah, this is, hey, welcome to Cigar Energy, brother.

It doesn't matter if it's COVID or not. We want to ship the cigars now! It's supposed to ship in January. It's not coming until April.

No, that did not work! We must move the cigars to the border and then we will come and crush them! I don't even argue with people anymore. I'm like, when are you guys expecting this to drop?

Like, oh, we're expecting it in June. I was expecting it in June. I'm like, okay. I'm like, so I'm thinking, okay.

All right, so August, September is probably when it's going to arrive. Like 90% of the time. I don't know what to tell you. If you'd like to be on the show, though, contact us.

He was so close. You were this close. Dominican Don Linos is heading to the PCA. Miami Cigar Company is heading to a pair of Dominican-made Don Linos at next month's...

This month. Oh. I don't think anybody cares. Come on, get with the program here, Charlie.

It's next month. It's this month. There are two different blends, Don Lino Connecticut and Don Lino Maduro, both offered in the same three sizes at the same three price points, so Don Lino Connecticut make things easier that way, everything's easier that way. So, but here's how, what happens is, the people- Wow, they tell us everything that's in it, too.

I'm sure they did. It's easier for me to just read non-disclosed, so I'm just going to say non-disclosed. But like, okay, so if it's $10 for the Toro and $10 for the Robusto, everybody's going to smoke the fuck at Toro. Uh, no, that's a little, uh, expensive.

Tell me. 95. Yeah, okay. That sounds about right.

Don Lino, Connecticut. I was just using it as an example. 25. The Grand Toro, which is a little bit, wait, a little bit smaller?

It's cheaper. I thought you said they were all the same price. No, no, no. The Maduro and the Connecticut, same price.

Ah. Size is a different price. Okay, that makes sense. 25 for the Toro.

The Grand Toro, which you think would be a bigger Toro? Yeah, you do. You do. Five and a half.

It's probably a bigger gauge. It's a six by 60. That one's a five and a half by 54. It's only six dollars.

Listen, I don't know... You hit the wrong button. Man, you guys fucked that up. Man, you guys really fucked that up.

I don't know what's going on. You really need to iron these things out before you just kind of go to release. And you can't talk to Charlie without having your shit together. Every cigar company says the two Don Linos are being made at an undisclosed factory.

Attaboy, in Germany. There you go. See, Don Lino's over here taking over. We'll tell you what's in it.

Not telling you where we're making it. It's undisclosed. The irrevocable factory. It's at irrevocable undisclosed.

The 2021 PCA Convention Trade Show takes place, we know Charlie, since at the end of every story. Maybe it's in case you only read one story. The date's for the trade show. Yeah.

He likes to hit that home. He did. Yeah. All right.

Now we have some information from Shreveport, Louisiana. You know, we're only going to be there for two days, so maybe Charlie will be nice to me for both days. It's crazy. I don't know.

Usually we start off... I like Charlie. Usually we start off, you know, pretty... He might not like me.

We start off relatively pleasant, and then it goes sideways somewhere. He's just fucking... Hey, he's taking some flowers, maybe. Why are you so angry?

Taking flowers. I'm like, "Fuck, man. " All right, Shreveport, Louisiana considers exempting several types of businesses from the smoking ban because, uh... I mean, you guys fucked that up.

They did. All right. Back in July of 2020, Shreveport City Council approved a comprehensive smoking ban for businesses within the city and now is looking to grant some of those businesses exemptions from it because... Well, we take it away and then we let you know that we're in charge.

Is that what it was? That's what any government thinks. " What the fuck, man? What the fuck?

People can't. What are you doing? Councilman James Flurry has introduced a proposed amendment in his district or whatever they call it. They have smoking places.

I love the government so much. For the ordinance that would exempt any retail tobacco business, cigars and hookah bars, bars and casinos from the ban. He has also floated the idea of a full repeal on the ban out of concern about the economic getting paid the ban but having a lot about the ban the ban the ban the ban the ban have on such businesses and the potential loss of jobs it could occur as a result apparently people like to smoke when they're gambling yeah drinking oh well if it's gambling there's you know enough money there just to woo the government to change their minds comes in the ban is about to go into effect initially been scheduled to go into effect last august but it was delayed until august of this year due to the covid pandemic oh everybody's sick nobody's smoking as a covid it's covid however there's also There's also been criticism of Flurry for supporting casinos who have claimed not to have any time or resources to comply with the ban. They have enough money to do whatever the fuck they want.

That's how it works. I don't care what side of government you're on. If you have enough money, you can make the fucking rules. They haven't had money because nobody's been allowed in.

I don't know about that. What do they have to make changes to no smoking? Pick up the ashtrays. We don't know.

The fact of the matter is, it's just like fucking Pablo Escobar. He goes to jail and says, "Alright, I'll tell you what, I'm gonna go to jail. " "You know what? " "This guy goes with me everywhere I go.

" "Yeah, yeah, he's gonna be with me. " "Okay, sir. Thank you. " "I'm going to go to the hookers.

" "I have to go get a drug deal. " "Oh, it's very cold in here. " That's a lot of money. We have enough of it.

The Ridge in the Bay was championed by casinos and hospitality workers who sought to improve the air quality for the workplace. What? We're going to put in filters. It's going to be nice.

The council is scheduled to hear the proposed amendment on July 13th meeting. Boom. How about that? How about that?

All right. Room 101 announces it. Ooh, time. Time just zipping by.

We'll skip that story. We'll get another one. He's got another one. He's got now, he's got the Payback Sumatra, and he's got a 12th anniversary is coming out and he's going to have 10th, 11th, and 12th all on the shelf at the same time.

Yeah, he might. He just might. All right. All right.

We have a Florida story, Micah. Tell me. I love Florida. Florida doctor has accidentally performed surgery.

You decide that you would like guess the body part. Have you heard this story? He cut out the wrong testicle on a man. I removed the wrong one.

Florida doctor accidentally performed surgery on And wrong, Texaco Report says, surgeon ordered to pay a fine. You said the right one? Well, we talked a lot. Don't they move?

They don't roll from one side to the other. Oh, they're not like a... I mean, I've never checked to see if the same one's on the same place. No, I mean, how do you know?

I mean, you've been on this earth for 75,000 years. But, you know, if you're gonna have surgery on like an arm or something, they usually write on that arm. They mark it. Don't do this one.

Don't chop my ball. Right. So why didn't they just write on the man's nuts? So why were they removing the balls?

A Florida doctor who accidentally performed surgery on a patient's right testicle instead of his left one has been ordered to pay a fine according to the Miami Herald. The patient met with Dr. Raul Fernandez Crespo, a urologist in Tampa, to have a varicolectomy performed. It has something to do with his veins.

Sounds serious. But performed removing large veins. Oh, there we go. In September the 19th.

He removed the enlarged veins? He was going to take one of the testicles out because it had enlarged veins. Oh, I want my balls pulsating, I'll take the biggest veins possible. You want more veins.

Yeah, give me the fucking... Newspaper reports that Fernandez Crispo marked the man's right testicle, oh, he did mark it, he marked the wrong one, and started operating on that one, only to realize, during the procedure, that the work needed to be done on the left one. Oh, God. So, he began operating on that one instead, halfway through, and then...

This is the wrong ball. The nurse goes, doctor, that's the wrong one. Excuse me. Uh...

Son of bitch! Raul, you're... Raul? You're on the wrong ball.

Hey, uh, hola, doctor. Other side. A lefto. Turn it around.

Turn it around. Turn it around. Roll him over. What are you doing?

Let's see. In the men's clinic, you say, it's an outpatient procedure that takes about 30 minutes per testicle and is used to treat enlarged scrotal veins that can lead to infertility, pain, and possibly even interfere with testosterone production. Oh, fucking trim them down. Get it out of here right now.

Let's go. That's more cereal now. I can't produce? No, no, no, no.

No, no, no, no, fix this. This needs to be fixed. He was only, oh, the fine, only $2,500 fine and other costs are a result of his money. Oh, well, he's gonna get sued.

Right. How much, how much do you think a tactical's worth? Yeah. I feel like at least a solid mill.

Oh. All right, we have a listener of the week. So I got a million dollars. How?

Ah, doctor worked on the wrong ball. Doctor worked on the wrong ball there. You sent me a listener of the week, I have to find it real quick. Yes.

Wow, you and I talked a lot. Kyle, Ellie, Eli, Kyle, Kyle, am I right? Kyle, am I right? I feel like I'm right.

There we go. Kyle, E-H-L-E-Y. LA. Bearded Villain, South Wisconsin, Captain.

There it is. He's one of the barrel burners. He is. Oh, here it is.

Congratulations, sir! You are Listener of the Week. Yes. Reached out to me.

It only comes with our loving... He has to be a Listener of the Week? No, he asked. " And I was like, "Ah, you know what?

" Oh, Mitch, Mitch, the guy, H-A-A, the, the, you know what, we'll make Mitch an honorary member of the H-A-A, too, just in case. Eric Mitch? Eric Mitch. I think it's Eric Mitch.

But he was the one having Spotify problems, too. This guy hung out with it. And he just gave, he just gave up and went right to YouTube. Got a boy.

Check out that review guy while you're at it. All right, that's it, that's all I got. That's it? Well, hey, next time you see us, we will have PCA Under Control.

We'll tell you exactly how it went down. What happened? How many people were there? How many people were there?

The true story, the information. We'll give you the real raw. I'm going to stand by the door and count people as they come in. There's one.

There's one. There's two. Two. All right, sound off as you walk through, please.

You're number 77, sir. 77. Keep going. You know, I'm curious to see how this plays out because I'm just thinking, Michael.

I'm a little tired. I'm just thinking. Stop yelling at me. You're tired so early.

I'm always tired, Mike. m. in the morning. I'm always tired.

You know, last time we were there at Sands Expo, they gave us a hard time about smoking in the hallway. They wanted to ban you and shit like that. I imagine you can't smoke in the hallway now. I haven't heard the aggressive statement that PCA laid out that year.

If you smoke in the hallway. Oh, yeah, they gave all the warnings. It's going to be a $10,000 fine that we can't enforce, and we will ban you from the PCA. Now, that's something they can't enforce.

And everybody complied. Yes. But I had somebody chase me down with the cigar in my hand. Right, it wasn't lit, I remember.

Yeah, that was a cello. Wasn't that the, that was 2016? No. Oh, okay.

I thought that was the year we had the speaker. No, no, no. Oh. The speaker that got stolen was at the other one, at the Cigar, Las Vegas Cigar Convention Center or whatever.

Oh, yes. Oh, okay, yeah. Yeah. It's a tough town, man, Las Vegas.

It's tough. It's a tough town. The Conor McGregor fight's gonna be going on, I think, that day. Oh.

I looked up tickets, though. We can't go. We can't fucking go. That's fine.

There's no way. We have no place to sleep. We could sleep there. Right.

And that would work. Maybe we can knock us out. But I think he's going to be at the win or something afterwards for the after party. Maybe we go there.

Oh. That'd be nice. Oh, to the win. Let's go see Connor.

Go see Connor. Connor McGregor. Hello, sir. How are you today?

How are you? Would you like to try one of me Polish cigars here, sir? We are also from Ireland. Yes, sir.

I think that'd be amazing. Very nice to see you, sir. We'll see how that plays out. You like to hug my grandmother?

Let's go to the wind. You like that one guy's grandmother. He beat the ass up. Oh, yeah?

Did you see that video? No. " He's a good... I'm sorry I beat him.

He's a good lad. Give her a nice big ol' hug. What a disaster. Grandma's sporting a leather jacket and big diamond earrings.

I'm interested to see how this ends, but you know... How this ends is, that might be off already. Okay, well, if it is, I'm just gonna say, I'm more excited about watching my boy fucking Sugar Sean O'Malley. Sugar Sean O'Malley.

Oh, Sugar Sean O'Malley. Yeah, the Sugar Show. Hello, I'm Sugar Sean O'Malley. That guy's amazing.

I'm going to fight Conor McGregor. He's not going to fight Conor McGregor. It's my island. That guy.

It's my hotel. I'm trying to say something real here. Sorry. And you're just over here just going nuts.

Sorry. And you said we have limited time. Oh, the video's off. I'm sure it's off.

Okay. This is just for the listening. Sugar Sean O'Malley. You gotta check him out.

That guy fucking knocks everybody out. Is he a rap star? It's not like he's a street name. But I'll tell you what, if you watch Sugar Sean, if we watch the pay-per-view when we're there, you're gonna be like, oh, that's definitely Sugar Sean O'Malley.

Oh, because he got candy? His, he's, his hair is crazy. Oh, it looks like sugar. Oh yeah, it's pretty, it's pretty cool.

Used to be a bad guy on Burn Notice, his name was sugar. Tall, skinny, white guy with bleached out hair? It's pretty close. Oh, excellent.

All right, everybody, thanks for listening. Happy 4th of July. We gotta go. Goodbye.

m. for all new episodes. Hi, I'm doing, I'm Husto-E-Raw. Yeah, we just don't have to do a single, uh, single podcast ever again.

Perfect. I'm good, Mike and Mike. How are you guys doing? The Hojo, the...

Hojo! It's the Hojo! You didn't even let him fuck it up all the way. I couldn't get past Hojo!

I don't even have to try to end the record. I don't even have to try to enter. He's not even going to try. We're going to cover a lot of ground here, Mike.

All right. Try to keep up. That's a sign of a good podcast. It'd be like four cigars when I walked in a door.

All right, end this.
