*Music* *Laughter* That's the worst thing to say. You look lovely. Uh-huh. Min.

Tad. What is he doing? Neleth. Oh, is that like Lord of the Rings?

Elfish. It's Elfish? Be-ler-ped-in-elam-ed-helan. That's scary.

It was scary. Okay, okay. Welcome to a Cigar Hustler Podcast in Elfish. His ears are like, I can see them between the things, like it looks like they're clamped in.

It's gotta hurt. Just a little. Premium Cigars, it's all for the show. Premium Cigars, unfiltered opinions and conversations that can go anywhere.

P. Palmer, with me today as my co-host, and he's not juiced up today. I'm not juiced up today. Mikey the King Szczepan Kiewicz, you were juiced up yesterday.

I was juiced up. Because you were mad at Craig. Oh, I was. He asked about that upstairs, I go, he was shaking.

I confronted him upstairs. Oh, today or yesterday? Oh, yeah. I was like, you have no idea how close you and everybody at the table came to dying.

All right. Behind the board, because Phil called off again today. Oh, big shock. I believe I said that on the previous show.

You said that yesterday. Yes, you did. Yeah. Mr.

Tim McGuffey in the new mask. Look at that thing. Look at that. Friggin Witch King of Agmar, dude.

I don't even know what that means. Is that what those things were called? Yeah, yeah, yeah. There was the one, I think.

There was the one. But there was one white one, and then a bunch of black ones. It was like sour, yeah, yeah, those guys were, they were something, and then The Witch King was like his like... Get on mic.

Get on mic. Third hand man. Oh. Yeah, not the right, not directly right hand.

Oh, you know what? I need to adjust the volume on my thing, I think. You need to talk into the microphone. I like how nervous this is getting.

Yeah, it is. Well, there's very little movement allowed with that. Here, I turned my thing down a little bit before. I tried it on upstairs.

Does it sound okay? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. But you turned your headphones down?

That's not the actual... No, no, no, I turned the mic up a little bit, A little bit, 'cause I turned it down a few before. Okay, good? Yeah, learning how to play with the board.

There we go. You know, Tim is learning. Yes, yes. Yeah.

My brother, I couldn't, you know, take everything from him. Well, he's a worse teacher than I am. Yeah, I mean, first of all, you have to be present in order to be a teacher. Right.

From cigars, sports and business, to pop culture, and the wildest headlines. If it's worth, la la, if it's worth disgusting. La la la. I spoke Elfish there for a minute.

If it's worth disgusting? That's Elfish. You're elfish. We're talking about it, no safe spaces, just real perspective, big laughs and chaos at any moment.

Settle in and welcome to Cigar Hustlers Podcast. Dun, dun, dun. Now my headphones are loud. On today's show, gotta hit the button, we have an update and a winner.

Okay. Has been chosen, then a very expensive penis. Okay. Okay.

Maybe hustle a little lighter. Okay. Then in cigars, it's refund time. We have a delay announcement and a new cigar, and then we wrap up a Monday show with what's the score?

But first, Mikey, what are the people saying? Well, first of all, like and subscribe if you want to listen to the show. Check out, see, go ahead, my hands are full. I can't, my hand hurts.

I can't do it with a hand. There you go. - There you go. - I can only do it with the left one.

- Thank you. - This one has the damage from that dog. - The dog damage? - Yeah.

- Well, like and subscribe for review and listen to the show. com for all your chpod swag. The Melted Bear is currently holding fast at 61 doll hairs. No additional comments on there for the time being?

- Also, make sure to hype the video, 'cause I looked into what that means, and it means that it'll hype it into a very specific niche category We have people who like, let's say, like cigars and/or podcasts, so we'll get on a leaderboard to be more shown to them. - Continue with your hyping. - I like how Tim has taken some initiative to learn more about the show and how things work, but you never got that with Phil. - Yeah, Tim, you know?

- Of course, of course. - You know what? Like, you're a cog of the machine, and you're making the machine better. You're not just walking in expecting that you are the star of the show.

You know what I mean? - With this mask. - And it's all about you. It's all about the unity.

You know? go back to the two shot with you and the king. If I go over here, but then... Well, then you're off the microphone, so maybe we need to adjust your camera going forward.

Here we go. Oh, that works, too. That's good. This poor guy.

Poor Tim. Very, very little head movement allowed. Smoking a cigar is not difficult at all. We don't have a lot of comments.

When he smokes a cigar, picture the guy in the movie smoking a cigar. Bring me my cigar. Bring me my snake and a dragon. I don't even know what he sounds like.

Does he even have a voice? He's got a scratchy voice. He's more like... like that.

Yeah, yeah, like that. Exactly. Right. Oh, nice.

Yeah, like a hissing fucking... Dang it. Okay. Please continue.

" Well, it's Tim Phil. Well then. But... It's Tim Phil.

I believe we've answered this question. May I give them a little scale for this really quick? It goes down. It's not just, it's not just like right here, it goes all the way down.

Now go down the other way. Now go, show the up. Oh, that's amazing. You know, CCW said he was going to pass on the next one.

He will not pass on that. You know, I hope CCW wins that one so he can just come pick it up. Because I don't want to ship it. I don't want to ship it because it's going to arrive in pieces.

I might bid on this one. This is pretty sweet. What's to keep it? I think the bid's going to start at 55 on that one.

That makes sense. That's fair, honestly. And it will be up when the show goes live. At CW6383 says, "She actually asked for a firing squad.

" You remember what you were talking about? Yeah, yeah. If you had a choice, which one would you choose? - Firing Squad or Injection?

- Or, well, let's just grab all of them, or Electric Chair, or what is it? They don't hang anymore, I don't believe. - I mean, like, if we could choose any of them in theory? Like, including hanging?

- Yes. Yeah, let's include hanging. - You know, I feel like you want to go out with a little bit of a bang. - Yeah.

- Might be. Firing Squad might be kind of cool. - How about you? - I'm with him on that.

- Firing Squad? - I think I did Firing Squad. But you know what I would do, though? Like, if I was some evil person and I was about to meet my maker, I would opt in for the bullet, but I wouldn't want firing squad.

I would want to pick the person and make them do it. Here's a dark question. Could you choose yourself? It's not the same.

I brought myself into this world. I'll take myself out. - No, it's not as cool as like looking in the eyes of somebody and be like-- - Well, they blindfold you. - I don't want that, nope, no blindfold.

- No blindfold. - These are the terms, these are my terms. - I think they blindfold everything except for lethal injection. 'Cause your eyes shut 'cause you go to sleep.

- Yeah. - Hmm. - But even electric chair, they put that thing over there. - I want the eyes open.

, I think we only do lethal injection, as far as I know. - No, no. - In other countries, oh yeah. - We still do, we still do electrocution.

We have it in Florida, the old brain. - He's saying, wait, what? - Do we have electrocution in Florida? We used to.

I thought we didn't. No, no, I thought they banned that because of this. Oh, they called it old Sparky. Well, there was a...

yeah, yeah, but like from what I know... Are prisoners still electrocuted for death sentences in the United States? Want me to use child GPT for this? Yeah, idiot.

Because like from what I know, they stopped doing that because apparently it was an excruciating way to die, which makes sense. Yeah, but you figure it's so fast. Apparently not. No way.

Did you get shot in the head? Well, cause that just like lights off? Oh, getting shot in the head. Oh, you're talking about electrocution.

Yeah. Well, cause like with like, I mean, people get struck by lightning and survive. It just has to, like, you can technically get hit with any amount of electricity as long as it avoids your heart and your brain and any like major organs, I think. I could be wrong, but you could survive it.

Like, cause there are people who friggin got struck by lightning. Like they don't turn it up far enough and it just really, really hurts? Yeah, cause like, I mean, it's gonna find the least path of resistance, right? Well, they put that wet sponge on your head, and they put that thing on the top, and then your feet are clamped in with metal, so they get so it runs all the way through.

I'm trying to be polite for you guys, I don't mean to cut you off, but unfortunately, it's reading everything that you're saying, and it's moving on. Oh, sorry. No, there's nothing to apologize about. I'm actually sorry.

Yes, it's surprising, but electrocution is still legally authorized in states like Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee. There's actually nine of them total. However, it's typically used only if an inmate chooses it, or if lethal injection isn't available. Its use has dramatically declined over the years due to Elon Musk's control of the power grid.

Okay. Is that what it says? No. Oh.

Okay. Wasn't that it. Didn't we do a story long ago about some prison that spent like $30,000 for a firing squad? More money.

Set up thing? It was more than that? Yeah. It was like $100,000 or $200,000.

- Wow. - For a special room where they can shoot people. - It's cinder blocks. - Right, put a big dirt berm behind it.

- A berm in the back. I mean, like, what are we doing? - It's soundproof, and it has, you know, non-reticulating tiles. - If you want something to be at a premium cost, just get the government involved.

- My seventh grade teacher went to a public hanging in another country. " - Wow, I mean, to bring that up in the seventh grade. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Was it like a vacation thing?

- He was a really nice dude. - And he just mentioned it in class? - Yeah, I feel like everybody in that class was kind of afraid to ask him a question, but almost at the same time, we can use it to our advantage, 'cause we would ask him a question, and he would take about 10 to 20 minutes to answer the question. Like a very long explanation.

- Stretch out the class. - Yeah, yeah, so if it was X amount of time before class, I think we all knew, like, okay, if we ask him a question now, we won't have to do anything for the rest of class. - We won't learn anything today. Except about how the hanging went.

Except for how the hanging went. You guys really want to know the hanging story again? Yes, hanging, hanging. Tell us the details.

Tell them about the eyes popping out. Salem Witch Trials. All right. Sorry, I got more.

You got more comments? I'm losing my mind a little bit. He just randomly puts the camera on the mask and just puffs smoke. I don't smoke.

That's fine. Thank you. I'm trying, like, I got three kids out today. Are they sick?

No, they're all just doing something. And, like, it's a group chat for... Each event. It's a group chat for the Pats, the Bucks, and...

Sporty stuff. Yeah. " So this is the problem. I'm like, you make the comment to parents, you're like, "Listen, okay, now one person just said, And now my kid can't make it.

I said, okay, now I know that I have an issue. So then I say, okay, please, if you are on the Patriot team and you are in today, tell me that you will make it today. That's all I want to hear. - Right, just the in people.

- That's it. And now I'm hearing from the Bucks people. Well, so-and-so's gonna be there. I'm like, that person is not on the Patriot team.

Oh, it's not separate, one for Bucs, one for Patriots, one for whoever, it's all... Like, for the love of God, I need to know if we will have six, right? Right. Everybody thinks they're being helpful, and they're not being.

No, no, it's just every facet of my life is what it is. It's like you explain something, and it's like, here, this is what I need to happen. And then all of a sudden, it's like, well, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, how about, no, no, stop what you're doing.

This is the question. I need this question answered. Can you answer this question? If you can't answer this question, then don't say anything, right?

Like, these are the parameters. I mean, it happens with the kids all the time. It's like, hey, who's offense one? Oh, well, I'm offense, too.

I'm like, - I didn't ask that. - I don't remember asking that question. - Sure. - You know?

They get a pass, they're kids. - Right. - But then you see it from their parents, and I'm like, I understand where they get it now from. - Right.

- Like, what are we doing? Like, it's... It boggles the mind. Anyways, firing squad, so.

At Lance, in the CH Pod Lounge, says, I would like to explain, peace in hair grease, and I'm glad he's doing this, something an older gentleman used to say to me when I was a kid, like, after a while, crocodile, or catch you later, alligator, and this is something I have taught my daughter, and has stuck with me all these years, I'm truly going to miss the broadleaf, but I'm excited to see what will replace it, that's the San Andreas, it already did. Right. Congratulations. It's going to take some time to break in the new help on the podcast.

Yes, it's true. It's always a great show, lots of laughs and plenty of entertainment. Well, peace and hair grease, Lance. Peace and hair grease to you.

Right? Like after a while, Crocodile? Peace and hair grease. Yeah.

Yeah, so the San Andreas essentially is what replaced the Broadleaf. That was the original intention of that. And it is a different blend, but it is a bolder blend, it is a bold blend, so. And it got loved on half-wheel.

Number two? Yep. And now, unfortunately, we're sold out of two Vitolas. Because it did so well.

If they could tell us in advance, we could have, you know, ramped up, stocked up production. Well, when it hit, we did factor in production. " I'm like, "We're doing it. " Yeah, maybe you can make some more.

You know what would be cool? Not taking it off, I'm taking the glasses off. Okay. All right.

Tim is having some mask problems. Mask-related issues. Oh, it's so much better. Oh, I imagine it was probably...

And at the same time, a little worse, because now it's falling down. Now it's falling down. That's why you gotta pull that thing so it's on top of it. Oh, like wedge it up, I see.

Oh, okay. I'm with you. There you go. Okay.

I just can't, I just can't move that. Talk into the microphone when you complain. Try me. Uh...

It's very... It's... @christopherweiss in the CH Pod Lounge says, "I've been smoking more of the smoke that is, trust me, and I have to say that it smokes way above its price point. Keep doing what you guys do.

So you guys stand out in your dedication and just plain working your asses off to stay innovative. Thanks, Chris. We appreciate you, bro. Thank you very much.

Thank you, Chris. Michael Z. " 100%. Yes, that was exactly, I know exactly the segment you're talking about on the show.

" If any type of t-shirt should be made with me, It isn't any type of dominant awesomeness that should array. It should be me scrambling around, trying to gather all the strays and putting them into a line. Nothing? Nothing?

Sorry, I'm thinking about what it would look like as a cartoon. Is it all of our faces on the cats? Ooh, I wasn't going that far. I was just having him chase.

I like that. Yeah, I was having him chase cats. I like that. Yes.

Yeah. Oh my God, dude. What is going on here? It's like, it was probably made for Phil's head, so it's a bigger head.

It's a little bigger head. Right. Don't worry. I'll get it.

And we add something to the top to hold it on. Well, all he has to do, and he hasn't committed to it completely. I do it and it keeps falling down. Right, because you're not, it's not up all the way.

Like you're stopping at like this portion of your dome where you just pushed it up, there you go. how's that no it's nothing he says there we go like it's solved it's not solved maybe if you wore a hat a hat backwards and it would rest on the brim okay all right just talk amongst ourselves yeah you guys do your thing poor tim you have more comments you can read that's all the comments i have today i'm curious about the views look like right now They were good. I looked this morning. Yeah?

Yeah. Right where it's supposed to be. On average? Yeah.

Okay. Let me double check the YouTube page just in case. Okay. The hat helped a lot.

The hat helped? There we go. There you go. What'd I do?

You're so smart. It says limited. It's limited again. Yesterday's show is?

Yep. Then there's something else. Because I don't think anybody swore yesterday at all. I did drop one F-bomb, I think, is that all it took?

I don't think he did yesterday. I don't know, I wouldn't be surprised. Well, but I think that when you appeal it, it pops off. I'll have to check, see if the one I did yesterday did, but the one the day before did.

Yeah. If you want to hear your comment read aloud on the show, simply comment below on the YouTube page or on the CH Pod Lounge. What if someone is complaining? It's possible, who knows, who cares?

Who cares? I don't, I don't care. Whatever. And if you have any questions for us, please ask them.

We may or may not answer them. Yeah, we haven't had any more questions since that one day we had all the questions. No, no. Well, that's why, that's why it's, like, it's this living, breathing thing, you know what I mean?

Sure. " Make sure that we have, because then if you rely on that It's not to be a segment of the show when nobody asks anything. We just sit here for 15 minutes and just stare at each other. Exactly.

But we can always, but if somebody asks a question, we can always answer it. Right. You know? Has there ever been a question that hasn't been answered?

Because I know you said may or may not. I mean, obviously, don't answer the question. I just like, what if I miss it? Right, okay.

What if I don't see it? Oh, so it's not like if it's an obscure question. Well, no, that's the first one and the most common thing. But I think that somebody could ask a question for me to say something that might be overly insulting to an individual, I could see a couple of our friends making that comment.

- Oh, so you would have to say something? - Yeah. Like, I would read it and I'm like, oh, I'm not reading that. I'm not gonna throw that out there.

You know what I mean? - Yeah. - And I'd say, well, why didn't you answer my question? I was like, because you know why, you know?

- Because what you just said there was not very nice. - Yes, you didn't bait me into insulting someone. - Yeah. So yeah, let's get on with the show.

- All right, on with the news. We have a winner. Backpack, the 20-year-old brown male bear defeated Dancing Queen in a close final at the Alaska Katmai National Park as the big fattest bear. - Who comes up with these names?

Dancing Queen? Dancing Queen, and Backpack. That was a whole lot of name right there. I like Backpack.

Backpack won roughly by 5,000 votes out of 200,000 that were cast in the final. Wow. This is a big competition. Yes, it's a big competition.

You weren't on that show when we talked about this originally, but there's a contest in Alaska about who is the fattest bear. They do it this time of year before they all go into hibernation. Oh. But they also use this as an indicator of the salmon population because there has to be more fish for the bears to be fatter.

Yeah. So, his mother, Holly, won fat bear back in 2019, so he comes from a long line of winners. It's a lineage of fatties. Yes, yes.

Okay. 3 million votes were cast during the week-long competition. Mmm. Fans watched bears catch salmon in the Brooks Rivers and compare before and after photos to judge their weight gain ahead of hibernation.

Phil McGuffey was disqualified for eating donuts and cakes instead of the approved salmon diet, even though he would have been the winner because he had amassed over 24,000 pounds, which made him bigger than backpackers. He's bulked so much he can't get out of the house and get to the podcast. Right, that is the problem I heard. There's a problem getting through the door.

Yeah, it's a weight gain. I can't believe he's passed again. Yeah, maybe he had a hard time getting back from the streams too where he hid the Little Debbie cakes and pies. It's kind of funny to me though that I said he won't be here.

Right, and when I asked him, you know, is it a traditional Friday you won't be here? " And then this morning, I'm not going to be there. I said that on the show, right? You said on the show yesterday, yeah, yeah, because we were discussing the entire Tim, how we ended up with Tim.

Right. So this week he did two out of five shows this week. I don't know how you could just look this way and just with a straight face. He did like an uh-huh, and he turned like he had a neck injury, like his whole body.

It's like he's in one of those halo things, like he broke his neck. Exactly. Exactly. Alright, moving on.

That is an expensive dick. Oh my god. North Carolina jerk-- oh, my headset's going off. Mine too.

No, it's not you. It's not you, it's because someone unplugged our charger yesterday. Uh oh. A North Carolina jury ruled against former NASCAR driver Jennifer Jo Cobb on Saturday, September 24th, in a lawsuit involving an alleged affair.

Okay. Tracy Hughes sued Cobb in 2024 alleging her relationship with her NASCAR spotter husband, Clayton Oded Hughes, caused the end of their marriage. Okay. So, she drove a NASCAR truck.

Okay. Okay. So, I don't know what a NASCAR spotter is. I guess it's a person who watches her go around.

Yeah. Turn! Right. Counts how many laps she's doing or something.

I said, Lance! Push, push, push, push, push. Right. So, because she got divorced, she sued the lady.

She sued the driver. The one she, her husband's having an affair with. I mean, listen, you're not making a ton of sense to me. Okay.

So, the spotter, hold on. Let's just call him by his name. Just stop, just stop, just stop, just stop, just stop. So the guy works with this girl, who's a truck, who's a NASCAR, or not NASCAR, it's a race car.

NASCAR trucks. It is considered NASCAR. Okay, he's a race car driver. Okay.

And the guy has sex with the race car driver. Yeah, more than once, an ongoing affair. Yeah, yeah. Okay.

Traveling, lonely, whatever. Right, exactly. Okay. So then the woman then sues the driver of the car.

Yes. - For having sexual relations with her husband. - Right. - Okay.

- So, I'm wondering if maybe she, 'cause I don't think you could sue for something like that, right? - Oh yeah, no, no, wait till we get into it. There's actual charges involved here. - Can I take a guess?

- Go ahead. - I'm gonna guess that she's suing her, saying that she's spotting him instead of her, as yet they have a contract or something like that. It's a breach of contract. - No.

- That's what I'm gonna guess. - Yeah, I don't know what that means, but that's all. - It's like 'cause she's her spotter, right? Or whose spotter is she?

No, the driver is the spotter, that's his job. Yeah. Oh, the driver, okay. So, like, he watches her with binoculars or something as she drives and whatever he's spotting for her.

Yeah, and there's how many... So, but you're exactly right, as they were traveling, this relationship has... Right. built, yeah.

Well, you know. Yeah, so the appoint accused Cobb of calling and texting Hughes during racing trips and arranging sexual encounters before the couple's separation in January 2021. But he had sex with her. Right.

So how, like I don't understand. But according to that last statement, she was the aggressor. And? I'm just telling you how it worked.

So he can't make his own decision? Apparently not, apparently he's very weak man. He's very weak. Very, very weak man.

He's not capable. Very weak. Jurors awarded $50,000 for alienation of affection, $800,000 for criminal conversation, and $1 in punitive damages for each claim. alien what is it alien what alienation of affection that's a thing you could sue for that's a thing well criminal conversation was the one I'd never heard of before Wow but despite its name criminal conversation is a civil claim involving sex with someone else's spouse so it's actually a law Wow is this like she broke a law she broke yeah she she committed criminal conversation Wow and what in apparently just maybe in this state maybe it's not a federal law but But in this state, you can't...

What's the state? I don't think it says. I'm not going to lie, kind of like that law. I agree with that, yeah, I thought, like, 'cause you know, everyone's just like...

That's how you keep your dick in your pants, you know what I'm saying? Right. Well, or keep your vagina in your pants. I mean, that law makes sense to me.

Yeah, like, if you're a tool bag, right, and you're gonna cheat on your spouse, like, you better not do it with anybody else. Or, if you're a man and you're cheating with someone else's spouse... Well, that's what I'm saying, you better not do it with somebody that's married. Right.

Because guess what, buddy? Criminal conversation. That's right, that's my Kool-Aid, bro. The driver unsuccessfully saw dismissal of the lawsuit.

The verdict orders payment. It does not establish that Hughes has already received the money. So, she hasn't paid yet. Well, it's just on the 24th.

I'm sure it takes time to get $850,000 together. There was a movie, oh God, Benicio Del Toro. Yes, I'm familiar with him. Yeah, he did a movie, and you could see that there was a dude that was moving in on his wife, right, and the scene that it did was just so, like, spot, it was great, right, like, the guy was kind of like playing, talking to Benicio Del Toro, like, you know, like everything was fine or whatever, and Benicio Del Toro said, made the comment of, you know, you just have to ask yourself one question, is she worth dying for?

and he was like, excuse me? You know, like he's like, what? Was Diane Ladd the woman? I don't know.

I think I remember the movie. And you could tell that that changed the tempo of that guy moving forward. He's like, yeah, I better probably just keep away. Like, yeah.

I just looked up what states is it illegal or whatever, you know, for adultery essentially. Wow, without being asked. I love having Tim on the show. It's like a dozen to 20 different states.

Now, there are felony offenses as Michigan, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. Now, misdemeanor is, there's a whole list, but Florida is one of the misdemeanor states. Yeah. And Georgia, Illinois.

I'm willing to bet that New York is perfectly acceptable. I'm willing to bet that California is perfectly acceptable. Yeah, that's not on here. Yeah, neither one.

Isn't that on? Is there a statute of limitations on that law? You're going back. The first wife ran off with a dude.

You're tracking that? Let me look that up. There's got to be. It's probably like seven years.

Yeah, I mean, it's been... I would guess seven. 28 years. So, yeah, I imagine the statute of limitations is probably up.

Criminal project, one to two year short deadline. Standard misdemeanors, one to three years. No limit under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Oh, so if you're in the military.

Oh, he's not in the military. That would be so funny. I'd slap her with a lawsuit under 28 years. And by the way...

And by the way, $50,000 I'm looking for. And $2. That's right. That's incredible.

Wow. Just to be an inconvenience. All right, so she got paid? Well, she's gonna get paid.

There's been no regular pay, but it was just the 24th. It was on my birthday, so it was just a week or so ago. Can you imagine? Like, that totally rips apart the new relationship if it's still ongoing.

Right. Like, you cost me a milli. Damn near. Right, just about.

Yeah. It's not that good. It's not worth it. Right.

It's not worth it. You need to up your game or pitch in half the money. Yeah, exactly. I got news for you.

Now I can do whatever I want to you. I want you wearing a chicken suit wherever you go. A chicken suit. Yeah.

It says a little about him that he went for the chicken suit. Yeah. Me? I wonder if it would scare future potential people that you'll be with, where it's just like, "Yeah, I sued my ex-husband for a million dollars for cheating," or something like that.

Because I know some men will be like, ooh, I'm not gonna cheat. Oh, she sued the woman the guy got off scot-free. Yeah, I'm sorry, yeah. Oh, she sued the woman.

But she probably knows he doesn't have any money. I mean, but that goes back to the same, like, look at my phone thing. Yeah. You know what I mean?

Like, my phone's right there, you know? Right, right, right, right. Oh, well, what if I wanted to check it? Like, go ahead and check it.

Yeah. My password is your password. Right, like, go ahead and look. You're gonna find a lot of boring things.

Yeah, have at it. A lot of me yelling at Paul. You know, if you, if you say that you have a problem with your spouse looking at your phone, well, what are you hiding, you know what I mean? You got to find a lot of Cigar Hustlers podcasts.

Right. Right. So, a lot of shorts. That's kind of my take on it.

If it's like, well, I sued this person and I won a million dollars because, you know, the person that cheated on me, whatever. Like, well, okay. Props. Yeah, good for you.

Wish I could. You know? Now, I'll take it a step further for you. If there wasn't any proof of it, of the adultery, and adultery never happened, and this person got sued, okay, now you've got a problem, right?

Right. It's like, okay, well, now the system doesn't work, now you just took money from an innocent person. Yeah. And I'm sure shit like that happens.

Oh, sure, yeah, some women are just a little, or even men, just a little crazy and thinks you're cheating. I'm just thinking along the lines of the courts, sometimes they get it wrong. Which state do you think, I mean like I know it doesn't say it, but which one of the felony states do you think it was? 'Cause I'm assuming it was one of those.

I don't, I'm assuming since it's NASCAR, it's more of a North Carolina, South Carolina. It feels like a Tennessee thing. Yeah, around that area. Well, felony is Michigan, Oklahoma, Wisconsin.

Well, it wasn't a felony because it was, it wasn't a criminal case. You could do jail time, yeah. Oh, so you could do a misdemeanor and get sued for $800,000, Dan. I guess, I don't know.

Yes, you can. Really good attorney. Just be able to prove he did it. I don't know who that attorney is.

He just got at least $85,000. It's probably in the new relationship with the ex-wife. Here's what we're going to do. Here's what we're going to do.

We need to go to Europe. Vengeance? Not a problem. Right.

Let me just chat GPT this. There you go. All right. All right, Rick Ross.

I got a post about this. I don't know what happened. Everybody's hustling. I don't know.

Who's 50? I'm older than Rick Ross. Yes, you are. He was arrested Thursday, October 1st, in connection with a domestic violence allegation.

Yeah. He faces felony battery by strangulation and misdemeanor battery. Wait, is this the guy with the song? Yes, Everybody Hustlin', or Every Day I'm Hustlin'.

Is that him? Yes. Oh, okay, dang. He looks older than me.

I had a hard life. You know, drugs will do that. Does he do drugs? I don't know, allegedly.

I can't guess, I don't know, allegedly. We don't know who the guy is in the mask. Pay no attention to the man in the mask. An alleged August incident court documents say his ex-girlfriend accused him of striking and choking her during an August 28 dispute involving an Instagram photo.

Okay. Well, she did something a little on top. She put something on Instagram, she shouldn't put it on Instagram. Yeah?

I don't know. See if you can find it. A little nipple? See if you can find it.

I'm not looking it up. I told you my phone's clean. That's right. You're not looking it up.

I'm not about to corrupt it. What is this one picture of a nipple, Michael? Yeah, what is this random person? The podcast, the podcast, I tell you!

It was for the show, it was a podcast! Palmer asked me to. No, he did not. Ross posted bond and was released.

A judge ordered him to stay away from the alleged victim. He pleaded not guilty and his attorney dispute the allegations. His arraignment is scheduled for October 22nd. Did you see, someone sent me a clip of the courtroom.

Yeah. " my client is a celebrity and I'd like to get this done. She's like, okay. Like, what is it?

Like, yeah, no, he's a celebrity. Like, well, I don't know who he is and I don't care who he is. Oh, the judge had no idea who he was? Yeah.

And the fact of the matter is that we're going to handle this accordingly. Right. His court date is... Oh, he's a celebrity.

Excuse me. Oh, I'm sorry. Let's go. He's obviously innocent.

Move along. He's dismissed. Clearly he didn't do it. J.

Simpson could do something and just get it. Not the murder part but like the beating part. Right, the other stuff. You know, where you open the cops like, hey, we heard, the neighbors called, we heard screaming and smashing.

He's like, yeah, you know, my wife got kind of out of line. Like, we got it! And they close the door and leave. That's crazy.

Yeah. Oh, geez, happens all the time. J. Did you give her a good one?

You need me to get in there and help you? I'll hold her for it. I'll pistol whop her. You want to use my handcuffs?

That way she can't hit back. I'll make sure these don't make sure clips. Please. Who's the guy who made the song, "She's a Super Freak"?

You know that song? Yes. Rick James? Yeah, Rick James.

Okay, that's who I thought, I think he's dead, but do you know like the story? I think he OD'd maybe. Yeah, do you know the story of what he did, him and his girlfriend? No.

Really messed up. Really messed up. Okay. They kidnapped a girl from a bar.

Allegedly. No, this is, he got, he was in prison. He went to jail. I always say allegedly.

Okay, allegedly. Sure. But he and his girlfriend- He died in 2004. Okay.

They kidnapped a girl and held her hostage for three days and were forcing her to do drugs and stuff like that. They were holding her down or something like that, and also burned her multiple times with a crack pipe and the R-word, you know? Well, they get hot. They do get hot.

Great. So this is like a pre-Diddy Diddy thing, allegedly, allegedly, grape, grape is what I could say, grape, apparently baby oil helps us learn, graping, yeah, it was, it was, allegedly, yeah, allegedly, all allegedly, yeah, yeah, but so, I think you wrote that song before, so, oh, you think the song was about the, oh, before the Super Freak, yeah, before the Super Freak, yeah, before the Super Freak, he was the Super Freak, he was 56 when he died, I'm older than him too, I'm just letting you know, OD, I think he did OD, I didn't get the details, No. I just wanted Palmer to know that he outlived Rick James. Oh.

Nice. Heart and lung failure. From the drugs. Pulmonary and cardiac failure.

Wow. His health was compromised by previous conditions, including diabetes and a stroke. And problem with candy, did he? Yeah, he really liked the sweets.

Really liked the candy. Yeah. So juju beets, he really liked the juju beets. Ah, yeah.

So Rick Ross allegedly beat his girlfriend because of her Instagram photo or something on Instagram. You think he did it? Maybe she yelled at him and he got mad. You think he did it?

I don't know. I don't know anything about the man other than that one song and that you have met him. Yeah, for a half a second. Right.

Do you think he did it? I think I'm Big Beach. Larry Hoover. I think he did it.

You think he did it? I think he did it. You think he did it? Seems like something, you know.

Seems like a guy just to tune up his girl. Rappers always seem to be a little eccentric. Wound up. Oh, yeah.

Rappers? Okay. Rappers are eccentric. Okay.

And that's how you think, Mordor or whatever your name is? I don't know. It's... I'm sorry.

Did you want to get that? No, it's a spam call. Don't worry. Is it a thing with the family?

Yeah. It's a McGuffey thing. It's a McGuffey thing. We have a problem with your brother's phone going off.

Is it your brother? You better not be doing that show today. I told you not to go. Don't you put my mask on.

No, I don't know. Maybe he did it. Does she have evidence? I mean, I assume that she has.

You would think that she would. It doesn't mention it, but I was waiting for them to say about photos, you know, handprints on the neck or something. I mean, he got arrested. Right.

So that's be some type of. There's gotta be something. Right. You would Yeah, 'cause they have to have some sort of form of a little bit of evidence.

And he just got arrested almost 30 days later. I mean, the press conference, he sounded pretty assertive. Like, "I did not do this. " Everyday, I'm hustling.

What's he gonna say? When he kind of said it, I'm like, "Oh, she caught me. " You know what? I don't know.

I don't know. I don't go in front of the press. I don't say anything at that point. You would think, not yet.

Yeah. You know? Here's a messed up question that comedians have asked. Ooh, okay.

What do you think she said right before? I can put my nipple on Instagram if I want to. What are you gonna do about it? What are you, yeah, right, what do you think you can do about it, fat man?

We are not for violence here, by the way, okay? Yeah, we're not promoting violence, no, no. No matter what she said, if he did it, he shouldn't. It's not okay.

Yeah, not okay. You gonna hit me? Yeah, what are you gonna do, strangle me? Wow.

Strangle me? Hold on, wait, wait, wait. No, it's all bad. Are you going to choke me?

Wait, step closer. My phone is right over there and it's recording. Women getting beat up is very bad right now. Wow.

It's very bad. You know what? Every day. It's always bad.

No, no, it is always bad, but there's a movement right now and I purposely have not covered this story, so we won't talk about it. Oh, okay. There's a movement? Yeah.

Uh-oh. You want to talk about it? No. Okay.

There's a movement about, yes, I kind of do. There's a movement about- Those seven guys in the college that raped that girl for over ten hours? Oh, yes, yes. I don't even know what that is.

Dude, I just heard about this. Really? Just like yesterday. Guys, here's what I'm gonna tell you.

I've said this to you before. I get the news from you. I don't get the news from anybody else. I don't know how you could've missed this anywhere for the last two days.

Because I'm coaching 75 teams, running five businesses, and I don't get to sleep. " Like, I don't care. I just don't. I don't know all the details.

I don't know how long ago it happened. That sounds terrible. But there's a fraternity, where they had a Snapchat group, or a chat group, with over 56 guys from the fraternity, and at a party, a girl got drunk and took drugs, or was forced to take drugs, or took drugs, and then seven guys raped her, and then they made her available for 10 hours to anybody else in the chat group that wanted to come in and do it too. - That sounds terrible.

- And the college made the guys write essays about how it was bad. That was the lesson. That was the lesson. Yeah.

Now, what I read this morning is her parents wanted her to leave the school to get a refund from the college and leave the school, and the college said, "We're not giving you a refund. " That's horrible. Right. So, they have not released-- That's not a movement.

That is a-- Well, they have not released her name. Somebody is trying to get her name and release it to the public. Why? Not okay.

I don't know why they went to. So, now there's a big thing going on, where all the women, so they're calling her Jane Doe, so all the women, there's celebrities that have gotten behind this, they're going, "I'm Jane Doe. " I mean, that's significantly different than what we're talking about. Yeah, yeah, yes, it is.

That's not even, and, you know, like, yeah, no. Right, so they have taken, so they decided to open up the investigation again, so evidently it was passed, because some of the guys are out of college now. They have identified the seven guys. Yeah, I've seen, I've seen their picture, it was the seven guys and then the mystery, like, person that it was, that happened to, or something like that.

Right, one of the guys worked for Wells Fargo, so Wells Fargo has fired him. Okay, okay. So these guys have already graduated. There's a start.

Another guy worked for somebody else, and they have fired him, because they, I mean, they've identified the seven guys. Right. Here's an idea, they should all probably be arrested. Yeah, well, that's what they're looking at now, so the local district attorney who screwed up in the first place, they've taken the case away from him, and now it's been given, the governor has given it to the state attorney general, whatever.

Supposedly or whatever. Right, so now. Because you don't usually have your facts right. What?

You normally don't have your facts right, especially if you're winging it. Well, I read all this this morning. I mean, you can't help but follow it if you're on social media, it just pops up. Okay.

That's wild. Right. It's a totally different scenario, though. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

It's a totally different thing than Rick Ross, but, I mean. I mean, we're just hypothetically saying, do you think he did it? Did he do it? You know, and then we jokingly say something stupid about it.

Right. Right. But you could see how things get wrapped up. As it gets heated in.

It's like, whoa, whoa, just calm down. Yeah, hold on. It's not the same. But normally what happens when they come for us, I'm like, just calm down.

Right. We're a couple guys smoking cigars talking about it on a podcast, okay? Just relax. No attorneys here.

We have no idea what we're talking about. And I didn't even go to college. I thought you... Didn't you go to like...

Kind of some most day or whatever. A little bit counts. I didn't finish. I guess.

It wasn't like, you know... Not a university, you know what I mean. Nothing big. Oh, I never finished, so there's no college education in this room.

Oh. I got my BA. A bachelor's? Good for you.

Yeah. That counts. Yeah, it came in the mail one day. " Well, then there is a college degree in the room.

I take that back. I mean, I could say that I didn't go to high school because of how my high school is, you know what I mean? Yeah, I gotcha. Did you get a diploma there, Skyron, or whatever?

Yeah, I really probably did not deserve it, but I sure did. They want to push you through, man. They don't, you know what I mean? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Regular school, they're getting you out. 2 to graduate. 1. Okay, hold on.

Right. There you go. There you go. What's the capital of New England?

There you go. All right. What's the capital of New England? Yeah, that way you can say any state you want up in that area.

Oh, okay. Wow. You just need the one point. You can just say a state, not a capital.

Sure. If they ask me... If you only need a tenth of a point, you think they're gonna be picky? If they ask me the day of, like, what's the capital of New England, I'm flunking that year for sure.

You're saying Vermont. You know what? Close enough. Tenth of a point.

Vermont. Yeah. All right, moving on to Cigar News. Let's get out of this.

Moving on to Cigar News. Okay. STG announces a terror... Oh, he's gone.

And he's gone. They're getting their money back. You're getting your money back. SCG announces a tariff refund for retailers, Scandinavian Tobacco Group, the parent of General Cigar Company, and Ford Cigar, and the boss of, what's his name?

Justin Andrews. Justin Andrews. I always want to call him Andrew Justice for some reason. Andrew Justice?

Has informed retailers that it will be refunding the import charge that is applied to the order starting in May 2025. That's his superhero name. Oh. Yeah, he has a cape and a little mask.

Oh, wow. Yeah, I've seen it every once in a while at PCA. Yeah. Yeah.

I go, I'm sorry, sir. I think I know who you are. And he's like, you don't know me, citizen. Oh, citizen.

I'm Andrew Justice. And then he does like this little step thing. Oh. And then just runs away.

Nice. Yeah. Nice. But I think it's him because he's always got like a diesel cigar in his mouth.

Yeah. Does he just wear like the glasses? Like the Superman glasses maybe? Yeah, exactly.

No, he takes them off and then you don't know who he is. Oh, he usually wears glasses. Whoops. The refund and the result is the result of the Supreme Court's ruling in February, which The Trump Administration's International Economic Emergency Powers Act, or IEEPA, tariffs.

Following the tariff announcement, April 25th, SDG adjusted its prices by applying a 5% import charge to all orders placed for May 19th onward. At the time, SDG said that... What are you doing over there? Me?

All I see is that point waving back and forth. What is going on over there? At the time, SDG said... STG said that it would adjust the import fees as the tariffs were adjusted while the IEEPA tariffs have ended.

The Trump administration has introduced two alternative tariffs with current tariffs in effect due to what the administration is characterizing as issues related to forced labor and human trafficking. STG has said that it will refund the import charges paid by retailers from May 19, 2025 to February 23, 2026. So not even a year. Wow.

At the time, we indicated that applying an import charge gives us the flexibility to revise the rate up or down as tariffs are adjusted, which have subsequently we had to do, said Gene Richter, VP of Sales in a letter to retailers. Okay, do you think that somebody screwed up with this? You mean at SDG? Yeah.

" Right. Do I think that was the right way to go? - Do you think that they, yeah, you think they screwed that up or no? - Um, I don't think it screwed it up, I think for the reason they said they did it, in case it goes up or down, it's easier to adjust, 'cause if they would have just added it to the price, it would have been harder to do.

I mean, if they had to take 2% off every cigar after they just raised it 3%, that would be a nightmare. - Okay, do you think they screwed this up? - Uh, yeah. - Okay, I'll say, well, from my perspective, as somebody who works here, it's really annoying, because it fluctuates.

- First of all, you don't work here. - Yeah, as I was gonna say, you don't work here. As what Keanu has told me, he's told me that it's very annoying when it's on the invoices separate line on them, because depending on the company, it could be more, it could be less, you know, and whereas like, you know, Juristate has it in the prices, like this is the, you got the prices here, here's the shipping, right? There's not a separate import charge, which it makes it a lot more consistent with pricing.

So I think I would rather them, let's say, I don't know what, let's say what percentage, what percentage is it for the import charge? I don't know, whatever it is, it didn't, didn't say. Call 3%. Let's call it 3%.

5 per cigar or something like that, just to make sure that it doesn't fluctuate as much as it does. And just inflate the wholesale cost. 5 just to give them a cushion to make sure they don't like. They're making plenty of money.

Yeah, right. So, we're just flat. They're gonna be okay. Yeah, they're completely fat.

I heard, allegedly, that STG has actually funded the entire Batcave for Andrew Justice. Oh, have they? The Justice Cave. Yeah, the Andrew Justice Cave.

He's got his own little car. Oh, wow. Yeah, he's got a helicopter. A helicopter?

Yeah, yeah. I thought this was Justice Andrews. No, it's Andrew Justice. It's Justin Andrews is his regular name.

Oh, that's his regular name. Yeah. His superhero name. Yeah, but Andrew Justice.

It's anti-justice. It's anti-justice. And in order to do that, that's where the… That's where they added the line at. Yeah.

Well, no, prior to… that's where they just raised their prices. Oh. Yeah. Like, well, how are we going to fund this?

Like, an extra 50 cents a cigar, obviously. Right. See, but now… Nobody leaving us. He might be having a problem now because they need to do those refunds for those imports.

No, so that's why I'm saying I think they screwed up here. " Right? That's what they said a few weeks ago or a month ago. Was that them?

Was it this company? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, then yeah. I wasn't sure of it.

" Yeah. Well, now they announced that everybody's getting money back. I think somebody gets fired for this? I'd fire somebody.

You think so? Just pick somebody at random? I'd fire, dude. " And then, you know, I would figure out who it was.

Or at least figure out who the person is that they shoved in front of everybody else. Right. You know, like, yeah, bad call here. What if they're like, "That was you, boss.

" Well, then at that point, then, that's the guy you fired. Yeah, that's the guy you fired. I guess I'm out. He said it was me, was it?

No, no, you got it wrong. Oh, you're pointing the finger at me. Pack your stuff. Right.

That's how it works. Right, right. 25, you guys send this guy a check for $52,000. Now it's only for like an eight month period.

Well the biggest check that they're gonna send is to their own subsidiary which is CI. Oh, you think they're gonna pay themselves? Of course. Yes.

Why do you think they only did an eight month period? I mean, is that just when they started doing it? They only did it for eight months? Yeah, they implemented the tariff thing, they put the bar line down, and then once it got deemed null and void, see, that's the funny part is, and that's what I love, so many people are like, "See, I knew this was illegal," or whatever, a couple of you guys jumped up and down like a bunch of idiots, and then, boom, the next day, "Hey, guess what, this one's not illegal, here's the new one," and nothing changed.

Right. It's like, okay. So, now that it's proper whatever place it's supposed to be for the tariff, it doesn't stop the tariff. So, I mean, we never raise our prices.

We just took it. Right, we just took it. We'll see what happens moving forward if we can continue to, but making money is kind of important. Yeah, it's kind of nice.

So, you know, but if we were to raise prices because of tariffs, we wouldn't add an underlying item. No, it wouldn't be a line item. Because if anything, then that makes everything more confusing for everybody else. It's like, okay, well, what's MSRP?

Well, MSRP is still technically keystoning that, not inclusive to the tariff. Okay. Yeah, sorry, you're gonna make a little less money now. Right.

So, essentially, what you're saying is I'm paying for that. Well, okay, but not really. Yeah. I mean, you know, this is just easier way for us to do it.

This is better math. This is better. Andrew Justice needs his cave. Yeah, they're asking us to kick in on the cave now, so.

We're looking for a new model of some type of Batmobile-esque. He's got a 2024 model of the Batmobile. Yeah, we have our eye on this 2023 Batmobile. His Hennessy Raptor that he likes to drive around in, it's getting older.

He needs an update. Needs new tires. Yeah. He likes to squeal them a lot.

Yeah. You know how those rednecks are. Wow. Okay.

All right, what else do you have? What about you? You said that you think it was the right thing to do, have a separate line item, or you have it in the Products Palmer? Until you explained the problem, I thought, well, they did it the easiest way for them, but it turned out that wasn't the easiest way for the customer.

Correct. And what are we here for? We're here for the customer. You're not here to like, ooh, that's where I think that a lot of these organizations get lost.

12 million dollars. Yeah, I believe it. We got like 50 bucks coming. It's unclear how that figure was calculated.

Oh, they're not saying how we go. 12 million dollars. It's unclear. I mean, just tell them.

We counted. They charge a flat 7% import charge. Imagine if they just absorbed it, like they just cost the company 5 million. Right.

Because now, like again, that tariff doesn't go away. 21 back? Correct. So then they turn around and give that back.

Oh, okay. In this sense, in this sense, yeah. Right. Yeah, 'cause I was gonna say, why not just get rid of the separate line item of the import charge and just increase the price?

That's what they're doing. Yeah, but what I'm saying, instead of doing the refund, but now you're saying they're getting reimbursed, so now it makes sense. " And technically, if you're presenting it in that fashion, then I'm taking, I'm, me, the retailer's taking the hit, my margin is now less. So yeah, you're going to reimburse me.

Whereas if it was just built in, my margin's the same, right? STG is the only company that operates handmade cigar factories in all three countries, so like in Honduras there is no tariff at all now. Right. Because they signed the paper.

They signed the paper. Yeah, they signed the paper. We don't use the kids. We don't use kids to make cigars.

Yeah. Perfect. Perfect. These chairs are wearing out.

You think so? Yeah, it's hurting my ass today, this chair. Really? I can feel the springs.

Buy you a cushion. No, I just rotate to one of the chairs nobody sits in. No, it'll get you a nice cushion. They're over there.

I think it'd be good. We prop you up a little bit. Cro-Mag Visigoth is delayed until PCA 2027. One of the most anticipated cigars of 2026 will be a 2027 release.

Skip Martin, co-founder of Roma Craft Tobacco, informed Half Wheel that the company's upcoming Cro-Mag Visigoth line will not arrive until the 2027 PCA Convention and Trade Show. Which, in quote, the, quote, the, yes? Share the joke with all of us. When asked Skip, why is it delayed, his response was, I'm very busy clodding right now.

Claude, we'll get back to you eventually. Yeah, I'm AI-ing at the moment. When the line was announced in May, Roma Craft was targeting a late 2026 release. Visigoth is the final part of the company's Cro-Magnum series, following the epitomous Cro-Magnum, Aquitaine, and Vaca.

Each line refers to a It's also a group of humans in a different historical time period, with Visigoth being the most modern blend-wise, Visigoth is based on the Kraft Marquette, Foreign and Domestic, and Riverside 15th Anniversary. The Visigoths are best known for sacking Rome in 410. As the other Cro-Mag lines, the individual cigars have names tied to history. For example, Urich and Walia, I've got to hear about this?

We're both Visigoth Kings, I'm just kidding. I mean, you heard about our Patreon yesterday. Yeah, I'm not getting it. He got berated.

Yes. Attacked. I'm not naming any. There's a bunch of people that sacked Rome.

I can't say any of these names. See, what happened was he heard me say, you know, you need to assert yourself. So then he's like, I'm not giving him that opportunity. Right, right.

I'm going to smack him down, put him back in his place. Yeah. Get him right. " Right?

Yes. Yeah. Right. That was his other quote.

Why is it not ready? It's ready when it's ready. I'm Clauding. Right.

They didn't rush the Mona Lisa, so leave me alone. That's right. Monte Cristo Fregata is debuting at the TFWA 2026. TFWA?

Yeah, that's why I pulled this story, like, oh, another organization. At the week's TFWA World Exhibit and Conference 2026 in Cannes, France, Habanos SA will unveil the new Monte Cristo Fregata. Habanos? Habanos.

Habanos? Oh, did I say Habanos? Habanos. Habanos!

It's a new one. You know, I like me a good Habano. Well, it might not be Fragata then. What is it?

I don't know, I Fragata. Okay. That's what I was thinking when you said- I'm thinking Fritanga, which is that- Fritanga? Isn't that an egg dish?

Isn't that a Red Meat Lovers cigar? Fritanga. Oh, it might be. It's a five and a half by 54 Robusto Extra Vitola known as Duke with the Habanos.

The Habanos, S-A-V-T-O-L-A naming system. I'm sticking with it. Habano. It's the exact same size as the Partagas Series E No.

2, though this is the first time it has been used for the Monte Cristo blend. So Monte Cristo's making a new cigar for whatever this TFW day thing. The TFW. They never say what it is.

The TFWA, the Habanos. It's actually, well, I heard that it's, let me see, hold on, the Fighting West Academy. The Fighting West Academy. Yeah.

Okay, go ahead. And what they do is, it's kind of like mixed martial arts, it's kind of MMA-ish. Yeah. However, they have one weapon in the middle of it.

Right. And then when you get the weapon, obviously you can do whatever you want to the person. Yeah. And then for a celebration at the end, Cigar has been the victory.

Oh, wow. Yeah, that's why they chose to release it. Is the weapon a Habano? They've used Habano at times, but it's different every time.

Right. It's like, it kind of drops in, like from the top, it comes down like, boom, like mid-fight, boom, gauntlet. So it could be a Madero. It could be, it could be, it could be a Madero, it could be a Habano.

It's like the movie, I can't think of the name of the movie. Bloodsport. No, no, no. Thunderdome, Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome.

No. Where the kids fight for the different regions of the country. Hunger Games. Oh, Hunger Games.

Thank you, can I think of Hunger Games. It's like Habano Games. Habano Games. That's what it is.

That's what they call it at the TFW. It's the Habano Games. It's the Habano Games. Only one person survives.

Yeah. Right. And then they win. They go like this.

Right. Yeah. Whatever she did. The Mockingbird?

Yeah. Right. It is offering, okay, this cigar that we're talking about here, the Monte Cristo Fertenga, or whatever it is, will be offered in boxes of 20, which are marketed as travel humidors and contain a humidifier and a hydrometer. A humidifier?

A humidifier. An humidifier and a hydrometer? The cigars are exclusive to duty-free and travel retail. A release date has not been announced, but it doesn't matter, you've got to travel to the airport to pick it up.

It's been announced, and we don't know, but we wanted to make sure we got a press release out for it. As the story was published, a Habino's spokesperson said the suggested retail price is expected to be around... Oh, I'm sorry. Excuse me, $55.

Dang, I don't know. Only... Huh? Never mind.

Oh, okay. It comes with a leather travel humidor. Oh, so the whole set? Yeah.

Just the cigar? No, you can't buy the cigar separately. It looks very similar to that one you opened yesterday upstairs, but it says Monte Cristo on it. $800.

Dang. Okay, how many? 20? 20.

Oh, there's 20 in there? 20 cigars. $1,500. Alright, any other details you need to talk about the price?

Because you keep changing. Who's the current DFWA champion? That's what I'm going to ask you that. It's some blonde girl with a bow and arrow, I heard.

Oh, yeah? Wow. Yeah, nice. She was a brunette.

She was blonde, so she's blonde now. Yeah. And she also has an Instagram. I don't know, it hasn't been deleted yet.

Oh yeah, we haven't checked, see if it's still up or not. Did anybody call her out? Yeah, a couple weeks ago. Because then she's shutting it down.

Uh, I'm gonna guess, I don't know, $599. $1,300 per box. Oh, yeah. Much higher than the price that was published in the French government's tobacco publication.

It's like you've been doing this for 17, 18 years, Mike. Oh yeah, 18 years. We have now been marketing exclusive products for the duty-free and travel retail channels for 20 years, With nearly 20 offerings, designated especially for travelers who are Habanos aficionados, that's why you say it the way it rhymes that way, Habanos aficionados, said Jose Maria Lopez, VP of Habanos SA in a press release, Monte Cristo Fregada continues the legacy with a product that combines the excellence of craftsmanship of Habanos with the character of our most renowned brand, having celebrated its 90th anniversary in Monte Cristo. It also once again demonstrates the ability to continue surprising aficionados generation after generation.

Now are the products specifically designed to accompany them on their travels. I'm not reading the rest of it. Okay, yeah, I think you're fine. I still don't say what the TFW is.

TFWA. I already explained it to you. Anyway, it runs from September 27th to October 1st if we want to go next year. How long?

September 27th to October 1st, four days. Okay, in France? At the Cannes Film Festival area, where they have the Cannes Film Festival? At the Cannes?

It's in France. Oh, that's in France, wow. Ho, ho, ho. Ho, ho.

All right, it's time for the Cigar Interface. Ho, ho, ho! Favorite game? How about you?

You get this. What? The score! Monte Cristo with a ho, ho, ho.

Exactly. Think you can predict the cigar's half-wheel rating before the final score is revealed? Yes, I can. We'll give you the clues.

You lock in your guests. Not yet. then as the review unfolds we move closer to the answer or do we yeah we will the player with the closest guess wins i already did it we'll just make the noise thank you light it up lock it in let's play what's the score yes today's cigar october 1st 2026 reviewer is patrick lagreed the cigar is the jagway robusto jagway that's the way we decided to say it that's that weird You're a little triangle. Yagwe.

Yagwe, Robusto. Yamimbi. It's your Robusto. Last time I think we did the Toro.

Yagwe. Yagwe? Yagwe. What's it called?

Yagwe. Yagwe. Yagwe. Okay.

Robusto. Yagwe. Robusto. Yes.

90. Did you say how many he smoked? Not yet, we haven't got that far. Stop working ahead.

Mordor. Okay. Mordor. Mordor's where they were.

Oh, let's call him Frodo. They're 91, I don't know. I like Frodo, we're calling Frodo. You know what, I'm gonna, 31, there we go.

31? Oh wow. I can change it as much as I want. Wow.

S. Connecticut, broadly, binder, filler, Nicaraguan, Nicaraguan. 50 per box of, that's a single, $210 per box of 20. They smoke 3.

90. Excuse me. Go 32. Mmm.

Clue number one. Okay. Balanced complexity. Creamy, earthy, and nutty flavors develop into caramel or toffee sweetness with black pepper.

Siggy's gonna look awful weird in that seat. I thought we weren't putting Siggy over there. It's the joke. We're replacing Tim.

Oh. Not replacing Tim. Yeah. With his 32 comments.

Agmar. You can't keep the mash, by the way. Yeah. What'd you say?

90. 85. Caramel toffee sweetened with black pepper. Okay.

Clue number two. Each third presents a noticeable shift. The final third earned the strongest marks for flavor. Mmm.

90. 91. Clue number three. This cigar is poop.

Did you read ahead? I did. Is it real? All three required relights and the second sample was nearly unsmokable.

Unsmokable. Oh. Or poop. Sometimes it may be good, and sometimes it may be shit.

Right. Eighty-four. Eighty-two. Final thought has been paraphrased.

Okay. Le Greed. What? Le Greed enjoyed the flavor throughout, particularly its balance and transitions.

However, repeated relights disrupted the experience with one sample performing especially poorly. He would have tried airing out the cigars before smoking them had he anticipated this problem. His assessment: appealing flavors, undermined by unreliable combustion. It says pause for final guess.

I like how Chad's getting so involved in this game now. 80. Timothy? 81.

Oh, he went the right way! 85. 85, wow. -He keeps beating me.

-You know, he's beat you three games straight. -I know. -No, I lost yesterday, I think, no? -You did lose yesterday.

-Yeah, yeah. -Oh, yeah, 'cause you did the fireworks yesterday. -No, Keanu lost yesterday. -No, no, this was Tim.

-No, Tim was here yesterday. -Tim was here yesterday. -If the three of us are on, it's always Tim. -Okay.

-Yeah, yeah. -But two out of three. -I'm slipping. -You're slipping.

-I have found a worthy competitor. -If Siggy starts beating you, you don't have to hang up your hat. -And I started at 31. -Right.

Right, he started at 31. Big swing. All right, this is the end of the show, it's where you say your thing. com for all your chpod swag, where our current, I don't know what the hell you want to call this mask, is available for auction all month long of October.
