50 who Cent. 50 Cent $0.50 body

like he's.

Got a oh like 19?

Fifties, $0.50.

He's got a white T-shirt with

his fucking pack of cigarettes.

Rolled.

Oh nice.

Oh, in the 50s it was the the

duck tail.

Yeah, the duck tail, I used to,

I used to.

I used to duck tail in the back.

Did you?

I believe when I was in high

school.

In my 50s.

All right, driving my my parents

DeSoto to school.

All right, we're ready to go.

Me and the fans, have we

started?

Oh yeah, I've been recording.

Oh, the clock's running and

everything.

Yeah.

Welcome to 2026 PEOPLE.

I'm Mike Palmer, the host of the

podcast.

And for the next 60 minutes, oh,

wait, it starts again.

We're going to start here. 60

minutes.

No, yeah, 60 minutes.

Prepare yourself if we're not

doing it for 60.

What are we doing?

Well, we started.

We're going.

Oh, welcome to 2026, people.

I'm Mike Palmer, the host of

this podcast.

New Year.

For the next 60 minutes, I'm

here with my boys.

DJ Booty.

I beat the goalie and put one up

in there.

Hippelhauser.

I beat the goalie.

You took my reference and made

it your own, yes?

Yes.

Sitting in, pull the goalie.

You pull the goalie.

Sitting.

No, he.

He beat the goalie.

He beat the goalie.

They didn't pull the goalie.

He beat the goalie.

If he beat the goalie, that

means that she didn't want to

get pregnant.

She want to get pregnant.

Yeah.

OK, so they pulled.

On the goalie, didn't sound.

Very.

They pulled the goalie.

No, no, no.

Yeah, she wanted one more.

He beat the goalie.

OK, Can I, can I continue?

Can I?

Can I go on?

I guess you can continue.

He's sitting in the Mission

Control booth and then on the

ones and twos.

My Co host, my brother from

another mother, my life mate and

big boss man Mikey.

Can't believe Boots is going to

have more children than I am.

Step on Kevin.

He already has more than I do,

doesn't he?

No, he has.

Three.

Yeah, I have one more He.

Has 2 girls and one boy.

You have two boys and one girl.

He's about to have two boys, 2

girls and Sofia.

Ethan.

Right.

And now the new one.

And now new one.

OK, he's going to name Mikey.

You know, but the difference is

that he spread his seed across

various women.

I just had the one.

Doesn't matter.

Oh, I'm lucky.

I guess I'm lucky.

You know, that means you got

like a third of your stuff at

this point you've lost.

Financially, Paul, you know what

I'm talking about.

Right, I completely understand.

I barely have any of my shit

left.

Welcome to the shows, fellas.

Welcome.

Everybody have a good New Year's

Eve.

Everybody enjoyed themselves.

It was outstanding, man.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Thank you so much for asking.

Oh, you're welcome.

Went to my friend's house and we

just kind of hung out, smoked

some cigars.

Nice.

Oh, so you did go out.

You said you were staying home.

Yeah, no, I just, we decided to

go up the street.

It wasn't parked.

Oh nice, good for.

You nice.

Yeah, just I.

Suppose that was your party you

didn't invite us to.

Did you have a good time?

It was a blast.

Did you have a good party?

Yeah, it was a blast.

OK, I heard Greg had a great

time.

Yeah, Greg.

You know, I think Greg had a

party.

Yeah, I think Greg is having a

party, but but he's he's dying.

Yeah, I had to help him put the

chairs in his car the day before

New Year's Eve.

Really.

Yeah.

Oh man, I forgot the beanbags.

He's dying.

He's dying.

Oh yeah, and the cornhole boards

with no cornhole bags.

I.

Gotta bring the bean bags.

All right, on today's show we

have a couple of updates from

some 2025 stories.

Stefan Diggs apparently did not

like his dinner and he's all

he's all choked up about it.

And in a similar story, you

can't eat here no more.

We have a cosmic first and we

are and we are in a front row

seat to see it.

We have a celebrity story y'all

ain't gonna believe.

And then in the in a last ditch

effort, we filed just one more

for the UTL.

Of course.

Then, 'cause it's a slow

Newsday, we have a full game of

What's the score?

But before we get started,

Mikey, how do you get some of

that apparently very expensive

chapter pod?

It's.

Not expensive.

And hard to get it.

Is on YouTube apparently.

I'll have to figure that out on

the shop.

I don't know what's.

Wrong.

I was looking at it when I

tagged it on the last story and

like this hoodie is $395.

It's.

A $400.00 hoodie.

Well, there's only one.

It's one left.

Some of the prices are in

foreign currency.

I noticed that.

Well YouTube has to get their

cut, so probably will that.

Must be what it is, right?

I think there's a decimal

problem with how they made you

enter the thing 'cause isn't

that like a 3995 hoodie I.

Don't remember maybe.

Oh and then the shirts are like

400 and something when they were

4999. 400 and something.

Yeah, the shirts are more than

the sweatshirt.

Yeah, it was weird.

I don't.

Know maybe it's in Cordoba it.

Could be.

Yeah, one of them was pounds and

one of them was DNR.

I'm not sure what that.

Currents, well you can ignore

all that and just go to

chapterpod.com where the prices

are correct and if you buy 1 you

get the 2nd 140% off.

Well, we were trying to figure

out why nobody's using that

page.

You're like, fuck's more

expensive over here.

Well, it's got like 57 clicks or

something like that on the hats

or whatever.

Nothing like crazy.

So I mean, I got to figure that

out.

I've never done any of that

before.

No, no, I understand.

I'm just telling you that.

If somebody knows how to fix

that, feel free to reach out

because we could use some help.

Yeah, like sponsorships.

And like and subscribe.

Don't listen to him.

And like and subscribe

sponsorships.

Like and subscribe.

To our sponsorships.

Like and subscribe.

Maybe a DoorDash sponsorship,

no?

I lost, You know, I'm going to

tell you something.

Yeah.

Wait, wait, wait.

Would that be loud?

Because people like DoorDash is

food while we're recording.

Would that be?

Would that be?

Acceptable.

Yeah.

Like, you know, a lunch.

A lunch in No.

Problem is, we're day behind on

these damn shows.

We'll get lunch tomorrow.

I'm fine with that, right?

I'll call you guys tell you too,

right?

Please go ahead.

I don't remember what I was

going to say.

Now I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

Yep, good job this is 0.

Shout out to David Morris for

always, always highlighting when

Boots says something ridiculous.

Oh, I did see that this morning.

Yes, yes, the tall human bats

the tall.

Human bats in Australia.

Oh my goodness, that was

amazing.

You know when you said that I

pictured the The Rock'n'roll

vampires from that one movie

hanging upside down in the old

hotel, right?

That's what I was picturing.

And he said the human sized

bats, the.

Human sized bats.

And was that Lost Boys?

Yes, Lost Boys.

Thank you.

Incredible, incredible stuff.

The blonde guy and the guy with

the long hair and just but God I

hate you.

Oh God, all.

Right.

Is that it?

You know, don't go to Australia.

No, don't go to Australia as

apparently.

All right, couple updates and

some stories we covered way back

in 2025.

Gene Hackman and his wife died

in their home.

Remember this story?

Yeah.

All right.

When actor Gene Hackman and his

wife Betsy were found dead in

their Santa Fe, NM, home during

a February 26 welfare check in

2025, the cause of death was not

immediately clear, which sparked

national intrigue.

In March, the investigators

announced that Betsy, 65, died

from hantavirus pulmonary

syndrome, a rare disease

transmitted transmitted through

rodent urine and droppings or

saliva.

Here's the bad part, though.

Hackman, 95, who died of

cardiovascular and Alzheimer's

disease, was likely home with

his deceased wife for one week

before he died.

Yeah, no idea what's going on.

So Betsy died around February

12th.

He died around February 18th.

Yeah.

Can we?

He walked.

He walked.

Yeah.

He didn't know he was going.

He walked around the house

going.

Betsy, get up.

I'm hungry.

Right?

Betsy, wake up.

It's very sad.

It is sad.

Very sad all our old movie stars

are dying in sad ways.

Is that true?

Well, it's getting.

Not all of.

Them some but like the guy that

just died the director from here

we met Sally him and his wife

was stabbed to death by his own

son in their.

Sleep.

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

OK, remember the father that

jumped off the cruise ship to

save his daughter?

Yeah, that that guy, that bad

motherfucker, Yeah.

Yeah, that they just finished

the investigation yesterday.

OK, so around 11:30 AM local

time, A5 year old girl went

overboard, falling 49 feet into

the ocean.

The girl's father subsequent

subsequent then jumped in after

her.

Luckily, both family members

were pulled out of the water by

rescue crews and returned safety

to the vessel.

Now the investigation results

were released yesterday.

The mother put the child in the

porthole, went to take the

picture.

The baby fell out.

The five year old baby fell out.

The father, the father wasn't

even there, She yelled.

Harry, the baby fell.

He runs across the deck of the

ship, sees the baby, jumps out

the window and saves the baby.

Yeah.

That dude's a legend.

Yeah.

Are you kidding me?

Well, there was, there was talk

that maybe he put the baby in

the hole or, you know, he was

responsible for it or something,

but he wasn't even there.

Apparently it doesn't even

matter like that.

It's all irrelevant to me.

It's like she fell out.

No one threw her out, you know?

Right?

So it it doesn't.

Matter.

You know what the mother did?

It's the mothers, yeah.

But it doesn't even matter who

put her in the in the tunnel.

It was the stupid bitchy wife.

No, it wasn't.

They said why she put her in the

hall and then let her go.

Trying to get a cool picture of

her.

Some people don't think these

things through, man.

You should you should think

things through.

I get it.

But you know what?

We're all not perfect like you.

People make mistakes.

Perfect.

People make mistakes.

No matter what you said.

I don't think you flip.

Have you been flipping?

No, I'm flipping.

What are you doing?

They're talking about my meeting

at 12:00 so trying to figure

this out.

Oh, all right.

Moving on.

Patriot Stefan Diggs faces

strangulation, assault charges.

Yes.

You heard about this?

Briefly, yeah.

New England Patriots wide

receiver Stefan Diggs is facing

serious legal trouble following

an alleged incident that

occurred on December 2nd.

Diggs has been charged with one

felony count of triangulation

and one misdemeanor count of

assault.

A motion hearing was held

Tuesday morning in Dedham

District Court in Massachusetts.

Diggs is scheduled to be

arraigned on January 23rd, the

Friday before the AFC

championship game.

What a what a clown.

According to a police report, a

woman told authorities on

December 16th that she was

working on a as a private chef

on Diggs residence.

On the night of the alleged

incident, she claimed that Diggs

entered her unlocked bedroom and

struck her across the face

following dispute over money she

said she was owed.

The woman told police she

attempted to push Diggs away

when he allegedly placed his

elbow around her neck in an

attempt to choke her.

She also alleged that Diggs

threw her onto a bed and

dismissed her claims of non

payment by calling them lies.

After the alleged altercation,

the woman said she left both her

job and the residence and stayed

with a friend.

When she returned on December

9th to retrieve personal

belongings, she was reportedly

directed to Diggs assistant who

told her.

We need you to sign this non

disclosure agreement, please,

and then we'll give you your

money.

She declined to sign the NDA.

Police said the woman initially

did not want to file charges on

December 16th, but later chose

to do so in December 22nd when

she found out she can make more

money.

Yeah, OK.

So.

He has strongly denied the

allegations.

His attorney, David Muir,

released a statement calling

them unsubstantiated and

uncorroborated.

OK, go ahead.

Yeah, David Muir.

That's a big name.

I mean, it sounds sounds a bit

wild, like I'm not paying you

for cooking and now I'm going to

come over there and strike you.

I don't like how did we get.

There, he could have been

liquored up.

I don't know.

I don't know the guy do.

You know.

I mean, this whole thing sounded

like the movie blow like as soon

as like he put her on the bed as

like striked her and give him my

money.

I owe you no money.

I don't know man.

You know, it's look, I, I hope

that that if it's true, I

obviously, you know, he needs to

suffer the, the consequences.

It just seems a little far

fetched with the information

that's kind of been given to us.

I don't know anything with these

athletes is possible.

Who knows?

Yeah, that's true.

Well, I mean anything with

anybody is possible, but.

Well, yeah, but you always hear

about this stuff with the

athletes.

They beat up their girlfriend.

They beat up this for the chef.

Wait, if I don't know, you

didn't like the rice, what

happened?

You know what I mean?

Yeah, it's not like he was.

She wanted to.

Get paid.

You didn't want to pay her?

Who knows what happened right

before he came into her room?

Maybe she went in and shut the

door where they were arguing in

the hall.

Who knows?

What about what the chicken she?

Wanted to get paid.

Maybe she was bitchy about being

paid.

It wasn't the quality of the

food, it was that, he said.

I ain't paying you for this.

Definitely the chicken.

Maybe she fucked it up.

Maybe she did.

I mean, we have no idea.

You know.

Still no reason to put hands.

He's got so much we.

Don't know if he did or he

didn't.

That's true.

That's true until all just

hearsay.

And that's a lot to lose.

You got a lot on the line to

lose to strike somebody. $69

million.

That's what I'm saying.

I don't, you know. 69,000,000 is

his contract.

Yeah, well, he's also going to

get more money if they win the

AFC Championship.

Diggs is wild like Diggs is

wild.

But man, I, I don't know.

I don't know about that.

I don't think he's that wild.

We never, I've never heard

anything in the news of.

Him really you never heard

anything about like this weird

pink powder that was all over

his face on a boat with the with

Cardi B and some other bitches?

Well, maybe that.

We have a story about Cardi B

later.

Nothing, nothing, nothing.

Strikingly.

No, nothing.

But nothing is salt based,

right, Right, Correct.

Right.

That that's my point, right?

What drug is pink powder?

I don't know, I have no idea.

So on his.

Peruvian.

It's pink Peruvian.

It's pink Peruvian.

Pink.

Pueblo and then to let somebody

do a video of it like what were

you thinking that was very.

Right, I know that's the stupid

part to get caught with.

Videos and then there was no

repercussions, which is even

funnier.

He's like throwing out the peace

sign at the video.

Like whoopee?

It's fine.

Give me some of that.

Yeah, Stefan, hey, look, look,

hey, throw out the peace sign,

Yeah.

Hold up, that big necklace.

But like, you know, the hard

part is being, being an athlete

like this is like you got a

bull's eye on the back of your

head, man.

Oh, always, yeah.

I mean, you know.

Who you bring into your to your.

Boys could be ripping you off.

You know, I mean something.

A lawyer.

Like, like this chef could this

chef could just be trying to get

a, you know, a payday, right?

Or this chef could have been

absolutely assaulted.

Sure, it could go either way.

It could go either way, but it

doesn't.

I don't know.

It just doesn't sound likely to

me.

Doesn't doesn't really make make

a lot of sense.

I got 70 million on the line and

I'm not going to pay you for

dinner like.

So what's the charge?

Here it was bad strangulation

and assault.

Where did the strangulation come

in the Fed?

He put his arm his.

He put her in an arm bar thing

and not an arm bar, but he put

his elbow around her neck and

choked her.

Was it so?

But there's this happened

December 2nd.

She filed charges. 16th.

Two weeks later, yeah.

Do you think there's any

markings at that point?

No.

So this is all speculatory.

Well, I mean, we don't know,

they might have.

She might have taken photos that

night when she got to her

friend's house.

So.

You got to prove that that was

him at that point.

Right.

Like, yeah, this goes nowhere.

Like if this gets yeah, if this

goes, you know, if, if something

like that were to go down, you

would legitimately have to call

the police instantly, right?

He hit me.

He hit me.

You go somewhere safe and then

you make a phone call, right?

You don't even go somewhere

safe, just lock the door.

Call 911.

I'm trapped in this room.

This guy just assaulted me and I

need I'm in fear of my life,

Right?

Right.

Cops come in, arrest him, right?

You make it out.

Now you got a case, right?

You've got evidence of battery

on you.

There's, you know, select people

in the house.

Like he could still or a good

attorney can still figure this

out.

But the reality is that none of

that happened, right?

None of that happened.

I think what happened?

Let's read on.

Wait, hold on, let's speculate.

Real.

Quick, OK, speculate A.

Little more.

I think what happened is he

turned her down.

I think she ate him the chicken,

he ate the chicken give.

Me some of that dig stuff.

He went to the room to go take a

nap.

She came in.

It was like, hey, throw me on

the bed.

He's like, no way.

I just want the chicken.

I just want the chicken.

Yeah, just want the chicken.

You ever see you ever see him on

on Family Feud?

Brandy.

It's amazing.

Stefan Diggs not.

Stefan Diggs, whatever his name

is.

They they, they go, he's doing

the final round and the, the

finish this sentence leave it.

And his response was in oh wow.

And it got 0 points.

Well, maybe.

And it was hilarious.

He said yes.

And then Steve Harvey, Steve

Harvey said, and your boys are

all saying, and that's your

problem and that's your problem.

So you know.

It's just speculatory.

So he's not the brightest light

in the shop either.

No, no, he's he's just Steven

Hippelhauser in his way through.

Wow, now he's a.

Verb.

Oh my God, what?

Do you do?

He's Steven Hippelhauser.

He.

Boots his way through it.

Multiple baby Mamas.

No, you know what's funny to me

is like I, I don't wanna, I

don't wanna bring this up again.

So I'm gonna, I'm gonna not, I'm

gonna exclude all names from

this, this portion of this

argument here.

But like the outrage that I have

received from things that we

have said in the the previous

episodes about how we attack

somebody.

And I'm like.

Specifically.

I'm like, wait a second, have

you not watched a single show

over the past seven years?

We break everybody's balls.

Right.

Especially you guys and me like.

Right.

Yeah, the three of us.

We attack each other more than

we attack anybody else.

Certainly.

Beep beep beep beep beep.

Beep.

Beep.

I want you to bleep that out.

Alright, bleep that one out.

OK, 1759, don't say his name

either.

We believe that one out.

It's just it.

It boggles the mind.

Every time he talks now, it's

going to be.

This will be a lot of believing

like there.

There he beep.

There beep.

Dude, there are people that I've

known for over a decade and I'm

like, you don't even like, I

don't understand.

How did you get, how did you

draw that conclusion about us?

I told my wife what we were

doing to Greg the other day, and

we found out about the spot on

the back of his head.

Yeah, you guys are so mean.

Oh my God, it's hilarious.

I'm like, no, it's not.

You got to be thanked.

To work around.

There he goes.

There he goes into Greg.

Come back.

Listen to him.

There's a retarded brother,

Greg.

Yeah, and first, first of all,

she should understand this isn't

the first time Greg thinks

something's wrong with it.

Right.

He's dying every other week for.

Three days I texted him to tell

him who I was.

It's Palmer.

It's Palmer.

Did you make it home from work?

Are you OK?

We thrive on this sort of thing,

right?

All right, following Tuesday's

hearing digs to fix team digs,

defense team acknowledge it was

working toward a possible

monetary resolution.

Of course.

Pay her off.

According to the Boston Globe,

the Patriots released a brief

statement saying they were aware

of the situation, support Digs

and will cooperate with

authorities and the NFL.

The league confirmed it's aware

of the matter but declined

further comment.

Digs, 32, signed it New England

last year March on a three-year,

$69 million deal.

He currently leads the team with

82 receptions for 970 yards and

four touchdowns.

The coach says he didn't do it.

Like Rabel?

I don't know.

I had to.

Know he just.

Yeah.

See, he knows you still think

everything I say is real.

I just believe everything.

Look, I believe that there's

large bats in Australia, you

know what I mean?

I had to Google it and I was

like, wait a second, the biggest

bat as a as a as a three foot

wingspan be.

Careful of him.

Right.

If he's completely innocent, why

are they going to pay her off?

Well, it's just tell her to shut

her mouth.

I mean because.

It's easier that way, yeah.

Which is why you do it.

Well, you got to think too.

That even it does show, it does,

it does feel like an admittance

of guilt.

Right.

Well, yeah, that's why I was, I

was kind of going to say that.

I mean, the problem is, is that

even if it's not true, it still

hurts his image because.

He's a celebrity now he looks

guilty because he paid her.

Yeah, well, there's an

allegation, right?

Regardless, you know, people are

like, oh, remember that one time

when he almost, you know,

assaulted her?

I.

Don't know this one's this one

seems like it's as of right now

as as we're looking at it in in

this current moment in time, it

doesn't seem like there's enough

evidence where it would really

hurt his image long term, you

know, like.

No, I don't think it would.

I don't think it hurts these

guys long term and, you know,

unless they've killed somebody.

Yeah, it's just the now.

Well, I'll give you a case in .1

of my favorite wide receivers,

Ojo Cinco.

Yeah.

He got into a physical

altercation with a woman, lost

his job done.

You remember that year there was

so many of them?

Yeah.

The one that stands out the most

of me, though, is remember when

Ray Rice first had his

allegation?

And they're like, oh, he he beat

his girlfriend, right.

And everybody's like, no, he

didn't.

He didn't.

There's no evidence.

And then all of a sudden they

found the video.

Yeah.

He's just like dragging her

across the floor into the

elevator.

And they're like, oh God, say

they so rain no evidence.

Look at this video.

Look at this.

It's.

AI.

It's not real.

It's AI and how you yell, it's

AI I.

Don't know, but you know what

dude?

Who is the guy that beat up the

girl in the elevator?

Ray Ray Rice?

Oh, is that the one we're doing?

I'm not, listen, I'm not, I'm

not condoning any of that sort

of thing by any means.

That's not OK.

However, I'm going to tell you

like I would never walk up to a

bull and and hit it in the head

or something like that.

She legitimately spit in his

face.

What did you think was gonna

happen there?

I mean, that's you can't like,

don't, don't, don't do that.

You know, like, come on.

That's not that's not the world

we live in.

You gotta think things through

here, right?

I'm not going to walk up to a

police officer and try and take

their gun, you know what I mean?

Like who?

Gotcha.

You know what I mean?

Like by now, yeah.

You know, like.

I saw a video yesterday, I found

a, an Instagram that was showing

people stopping and trying to

stop cars.

You know, the barricades and

stuff.

Cars running over, cars running

over.

This one guy's yelling at the

cops face.

Cops standing there perfectly

stoic, not moving, not moving.

He's yelling, yelling.

Then he spits in the cops face.

That's it.

Yeah, that's it.

You're down, you're on the

ground, you have handcuffs on.

You have officially assaulted.

What did you think was going to

happen when you spit?

When you.

When you when you.

Go loogie.

You could see it in the in the.

Video When you assault another

human being, be prepared for the

assault to come back at you. 3

cops pummeled this.

Guy.

What?

What city was this in?

Oh, I don't know.

They don't at all.

Yeah, Seattle, maybe.

Who knows?

I'm just kidding.

The guy had cooked him dinner

prior to that and he didn't like

the food he.

Didn't like the chicken.

Didn't.

Like the chicken, it was a piece

of chicken he.

Keep going back to the chicken

jug we got to.

We got to move on for that.

All right, Speaking of chicken,

you can't eat here.

As restaurants industry endured

another difficult year, many

chains opted to close

underperforming location as they

try to turn around their

businesses inflation.

Wary consumers have pulled back

their restaurant spending,

choosing to eat at home or

chasing deals when they go out

for a meal.

People want a coupon Coop.

I went to Coop.

While some restaurants have won

over reluctant diners, the

industry has largely struggled

with the sales slump.

Traffic to restaurants open at

least a year fell every month in

2025, excluding only July,

according to Black Box

Intelligence.

I've never heard of this but

apparently they track all the

restaurants.

In years past, restaurant

closures have been more

concentrated across casual

dining change, which lost

customers to fast casual

competitors like Chipotle, the

number one health code violation

chain in the country.

Is it?

Yeah, 'cause they always have

that food laying everywhere and

it's on the floor and so.

Fresh.

But this year, change across the

industry announced plans to

shutter at least hundreds of

locations.

In such a tough environment,

some restaurant companies even

filed for bankruptcy protection.

Hooters, Pinstripes and On the

Border were some of the notable

names that landed in bankruptcy

court this year.

I never heard of Penn Stripes.

Anybody familiar with Penn

Stripes?

Boots Have you ever heard of

Pinstripes restaurant?

I know everybody knows who

Hooters is and I I know they're

closing doors.

They're foots.

You know what I have heard of

pinstripes, have you?

Yeah, you ever been?

Is it like a Hooters type thing?

Sounds like it might be like the

girls are wearing little pen

straight soups or something.

I think I have been.

Yeah, yeah, that doesn't

surprise me.

Yeah, I think it's a baseball

team.

Is it?

Oh, that one makes sense.

Pinstripes.

OK, here are the chains that

announced closures in 2025, but

you can no longer get your hot

apple cider.

Starbucks is closing 500

locations.

Really.

Wendy's?

Anybody still go to Wendy's?

No.

Yeah.

Hundreds of locations.

Wendy's is closing.

Really.

Yes, Denny's the favorite after

drinking spot where you get the

Grand Slam breakfast.

Oh yeah, moon's over my hammy.

Yes, 70 to 90 locations are

close.

That doesn't affect me.

I go to the waffle.

House, because nobody's drinking

as much and they get yeah,

Waffle House is the move now,

Yeah.

And they get old.

All the Denny's are getting old.

Yeah, we got to rent out those

things, Yeah.

Jack-in-the-box, we don't have

those out here.

That's that's a West Coast

thing.

But 100 to 200 locations.

That's a lot, because they're

only in.

Yeah, they're only on the West

Coast out here, aren't they?

Hardee's.

Isn't that the same company?

I think so.

I think it is.

Right.

No, you're talking about Carl

Junior.

Yeah, Carl's junior is the same

thing too, but I thought

Hardee's and Carl's junior was

the same thing too.

Those those are the same thing.

Listen, one thing I'm not going

to argue with Boots about is

fast food.

Yeah, that's not going to.

Thanks, He's.

Going to be locked in on that.

All right, Bahama Breeze is

closing 15 locations.

Oh, I hope not.

The one in Sanford?

You know the foods terrible

there just very pretty.

The drinks are great but the

foods no good.

You know, I, I agree.

I, I totally agree.

Brittany loves it.

Yeah, Adrian does too.

Every time.

She was kind of like.

Oh, the Bahama Breeze.

And I'm like fuck.

Because it's so pretty there,

it's such a nice looking place

and you sit outside under the

little tiki Hut thing or

something.

It's a nice looking restaurant

and it's a good atmosphere.

The food selection's terrible,

yeah.

Well, it's got great drink

specials and.

They got good drinks.

And you're really only supposed

to buy two things when you go

there, the tostadas and the

coconut shrimp.

You know he might love it.

Everybody does love the coconut

shrimp.

Yeah, it could be the.

Coconut shrimp.

Well, you know, I'm, I feel the

same way at Miller's Ale House.

I can't stand that place really.

Oh yeah, so bad, Yeah.

There's only one thing I get

there.

And what is it?

The Zingers.

Yeah, you get the zingers

covered with cheese, and what's

wrong with that?

More chicken and just tons of

cheese.

Can't even taste the chicken at

that point.

OK, All right, Zingers.

But the 15 locations we equals

1/3 of their locations.

They don't have many.

No, Yeah, Yeah, that's not a

lot.

Hardee's is closing dozens of

locations.

Oh God, biscuits.

You go to Hardee's for the

biscuits.

I do like their chicken

biscuits.

Amazing.

Like the Intel that we're

getting from what what what you

need to buy.

Purchase specifically from

specific food locations.

Hey, man, I mean, I know you're

on the road a lot, but I'm on

the road a lot too, you know?

I try, I try not to eat fast

food on it, dude, I eat.

The same thing every day.

It's chicken and rice.

It's already cooked.

I'm done.

I just eat it.

I take a bunch of snacks in the

car and then I try to eat a meal

at night.

Papa John's is closing 100 and

7000 and 73 locations.

Any of those shacks?

Papa John's shacks.

No, Shaq owns.

Oh, Shaq owned?

Oh, I thought there was some

type of special Papa John's

dude.

They they started going nuts on

their prices like they're it

was.

They've gone up.

Yeah, it's like, you know, when

the magic wind you get half off

and I'm still dropping $65 on

pizza.

I'm like, what the hell is going

on here?

Yeah.

So yeah, of course.

I mean, you, you've, you've

priced yourself out.

Yeah, the problem is, is

Domino's is heavily beating up

everybody.

You got a 599?

Kara Oh yeah, with the cheap

prices.

Oh, really?

I mean, Little Caesars doesn't

even do a $5 Hon ready anymore.

That's gone.

Yeah, that's gone.

It's like 7 or 8.

Bucks I prefer to to buy from a

local restaurant that makes

pizza.

Oh yeah, yeah.

I'd much rather do that.

Adrian likes Marcos.

I don't like Marcos.

No, there's a there's a place

called New York's Best Buy.

US Pizza Hut's bringing back the

buffet.

That is a game changer, fellas.

Like locations it is.

That's a good deal, Eric.

I know from you from the 1950s,

so you know.

Pizza Hut buffet.

Pizza Hut buffet with the red

cups and the sauna.

Yeah, baby.

It's fine dining.

When I was a kid, we're all

going to pizza.

Hut you know what?

Come on, He's not lying.

That was like a thing, right?

That was like, that was the

family night out.

Family night out you go to Pizza

Hut a couple of quarters to play

the weird video game over

against the wall while you're

waiting for.

Pizza.

What about Sizzler they're

bringing back?

Sizzler.

Oh, no, bringing back Sizzler.

I just like Sizzler too.

All right.

Noodle Company, which I'm not

familiar with either.

They're closing 29 locations

now.

Outback used to go there and

have to wait an hour to sit

down.

They're closing 21 locations.

Oh God.

Yeah, the deep fried vegetable.

Who doesn't love?

That dude, you know what man?

OK, whatever.

I don't care to be honest.

I, you know, I like some, I like

some of these more local

restaurants that are more mom

and pop owned.

Maybe, maybe it's a couple of

little franchise places, but

like, I don't know.

I like, I like going to dinner.

I think it's awesome.

I love even dealing with the

chaos of my kids.

Like we've brought now we bring

2 little chess boards and I'll

play chess with both two kids at

the same time.

Yeah or we'll, we'll integrate

it and stuff.

But like, I don't care.

I don't care.

Outback's gone.

You know, there's, there's

plenty of other places to go.

Well, but these are American

standard type restaurants that

are, yeah.

Disappearing Yo cowfish is still

legit.

They're at citywalk.

I love cowfish.

That's.

Too far?

Well, they're part of Outback,

so they're both.

Luke's is amazing in Winter

Park.

And I'm into Luke's.

Looks is awesome.

I mean, look, there's plenty of

like local restaurants that I

love, but I mean, these are like

certain places that's like like

Outback.

Like the only reason I'm going

to Outback is for the Bloomin

Onion and then I'll get a steak,

you know, as the.

Outback Special.

But yeah, exactly.

I mean the Bloomin onion man

that is the original.

Sirloin and a bloomin onion.

You ever had it at Texas

Roadhouse?

Yes.

It's not as good.

Not exactly the same thing.

Exactly.

Yeah, it's good, but not as

good, right?

They could bread good bread

there though.

Yeah, because you get the honey

butter there.

You don't get the honey butter

at the Outback.

Right, but you don't get the

pumpernickel bread.

This is this.

Is wild there's a change, OK.

All right, let's get out of

this.

We gotta move on.

I'm getting hungry now.

I'm getting hungry all right.

Super 3 super massive black

holes were discovered on a

collision course in the Cosmes.

And of course, in a cosmic

first.

Sorry.

Stroke drinks a Red Bull.

Some 1.2 billion light years

from Earth, the truly

extraordinary event is unfolding

on a scale almost impossible to

imagine.

It's really far away, in a

distant region of the universe.

Not 2, but three massive

galaxies are slowly being pulled

together in a colossal cosmic

collision.

The system, known as J 1218

forward slash 1219 plus 1035

represents an exceptionally rare

phenomenon.

While Galaxy mergers are common

over cosmic time, a triple

merger involving 3 galaxies at

once is extraordinarily unusual.

So these three galaxies are

being swallowed by a black hole.

Nice.

All at the same Galactus.

The blackest hole.

The blackest hole.

Galactus.

Oh, Galactus.

Galactus.

Oh, thank.

God.

What makes this event even more

remarkable is what lies at the

center of each Galaxy.

Galactus.

A small little Green Man with a

button.

Oh, Marvin the Martian.

Marvin the Martin at the heart

of Martin Marvin Martin at the

heart of all three galaxies.

It's a supermassive black hole,

and all three are actively

feeding as they consume

surrounding gas and dust.

The black holes ignite as an

active galactic nuclei, or AGN.

So each Galaxy is being

swallowed by a black hole, and

then all three of those are

being swallowed by a bigger

black hole.

We're all all coming together.

We're all dying and then where

are they all going?

In the black hole.

What happens in there?

What did you see the movie

Matthew McConaughey?

Where he's like yelling at

himself.

Yeah, they come out the other

side and there's a mountain that

turns out to be water and tries

to kill everybody on the

spaceship.

Oh, no, yeah.

In the process, they emit

intense radiation and launch

enormous jets of energy, visible

and radio wavelengths stretching

10s of thousands of light years

into space, space, space, the

final frontier.

According to astrophysicist Emin

Schwartzman of the US Naval

Research Laboratory, systems

like this are systems like this

are almost never seen in real

time.

Triple active galaxies like this

are incredibly rare, she said.

Catching one in the middle of a

merger gives us a front row seat

to how massive galaxies and

their black holes grow together.

But despite the drama, all three

feeding black holes are powerful

jets that emit poses absolutely

no danger to Earth.

We're fine.

It's not.

It's too far away.

At a distance of 1.2 billion

light years, how can I even see

that far?

I don't know.

I don't even know why we're

covering this, to be honest.

Could.

You 'cause you wanted.

'Cause I said science and you

took science as space and now

everything that you cover.

Is well, because that's all the

science that they put out.

As space, I want to know like

studies show that you know, if

you do this, you will.

Well, there is a, there is a.

What advantages is the Earth

coming?

Yeah, One of the consequence

things, yeah.

No.

Could you still not there?

Mikey, could you imagine?

We survive World War One.

We survive Hitler.

We survive too.

Yeah.

Yeah.

We survive Pearl Harbor.

Pearl Harbor.

Kind of.

Amazing.

We survive Godzilla.

OK.

But we're going to die.

By the Giant bands of Australia.

From the black hole, with the

mountain, with the water.

And Matthew McConaughey is going

to kill us.

Could you believe this?

What a story this is?

Let's.

Let's keep going.

Let's.

Move on.

Let's move on.

Let's move.

On even if one of The Jets

reported directly toward Earth,

which is not the best distance

would reduce any impact to

nothing more than faint radio

signals detected by a telescope.

Look, we have to fill time.

No, we don't.

Fantastic Four will save us.

Move on.

What's that guy's name?

Pedro.

What's the guy's name?

Pedro Gonzalez.

No.

Wow, that was epic.

Who was the guy?

Who was the guy that was

Mandalorian?

And then he was Mr. Fantastic.

Pedro.

I don't know his real name.

Pedro something Pedro something

Pedro.

Pedro Gonzalez.

It's not Pedro Gonzalez, Pedro

Menendez.

Fantastic for.

Pedro.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

He's too fantastic.

Wow, he's really going Mexican

on you.

Maybe he goes to Chipotle.

Pedro Pascal.

Oh yeah?

Well, that doesn't go together

at all.

Yeah, he's definitely.

Not matching.

I just love the fact that there

was there was a solid 45 seconds

there of people yelling Pascal

into their into their at their,

yeah, their headphones and.

Yeah.

All right, in celebrity news,

thank.

God.

I have to do a little disclaimer

first, OK?

I'm going to apologize in

advance for the next story.

I did not write or rewrite the

story.

It has some direct quotes in it

from the person's own language.

It might appear racist, but at

times it's their own way of

speaking.

When you say persons, is that

plural?

Oh my God.

Yes, yes.

Oh, I can't wait to hear out.

The story is from E

Entertainment News and was

written by staff reporter Haley

Santa Florentina.

Is this real?

This is real.

This is absolutely.

This is not you screwing around.

This is not me screwing around.

This is a real story, all right?

Cardi B speaks out on Stefan

Diggs.

Oh, this is the same guy that

choked the correct.

Oh, I didn't even put those two

and two together when I did.

The story?

Please don't say he choked her

too.

I actually mentioned him.

Yeah, you mentioned Cardi.

All of a sudden I said, oh, we

have a story.

She's having a baby.

Stefan Diggs, baby.

Oh, she's had it already.

Leave.

Cardi B.

Speaks out on Stefan Diggs

relationship criticism after

separate Christmas Christmases.

Cardi B fired back after her and

her boyfriend Stefan Diggs

separate Christmas celebrations

raise eyebrows among fans Cardi

B is up, so don't try to bring

her down after the 33 year old

and her boyfriend Stefan Diggs

celebrated Christmases

separately, their newborn baby

boy spending the holiday with

Cardi while the Patriots player

celebrated with two young

children.

He has some other relationships

and apparently bad chicken that

got cooked.

OK prompted criticism online.

Cardi responded to anyone to.

Yeah, responded to anyone with

raised eyebrows.

Y'all need to calm down, she

said in a video shared on X on

December 29th.

Is y'all cool?

Y'all been dragging me for three

or four days.

Y'all become And y'all been a

little bit too mean.

I can't change shit.

I can't go back in time.

I already had a baby.

Emphasizing she can't unbirth

her and Stefan's baby, she

continued.

I don't know why y'all want me

to do.

We can only go forward now.

Then, the UP rapper said she'll

need fans to stand by her as she

prepares to tour in 2026,

explaining that her schedule

will be demanding and she'll be

away from the kids, including

culture with AK-7 Wave 4 and

Blossom 14 Months, whom she

shares with a strange husband,

Offset.

Is that the man's name?

OK, I'm already super stressed

out, she said.

I need my support system, my

fans to love me.

I want you to come to my tour

and enjoy yourself with me.

Don't be dragging me, it's

enough.

Nevertheless, Cardi still feels

love for her fans.

I want good for y'all, she

concluded.

I want health, money,

prosperity, happiness for this

new year, for y'all.

Wish me the same thing, all

right?

Leave me alone though.

But while Stefan may have been

away from Cardi and their baby

son in the physical sense, they

were still on his mind,

reposting 1 of Cardi's photos in

which she cradled their son. 32

year old, wrote Miss Y'all,

adding alongside a winky emoji.

Winky winky.

Don't be squeezing him too

tight.

You making him soft?

OK.

Cardi's celebrations, meanwhile,

were full of presents, multiple

Christmas trees, including one

covered in footballs, a nod to

Stefan and a fruitless attempt

to capture the perfect holiday

photo with her kids, seen in the

carousel of photos she shared

with her kids crying, not

looking at the camera or to

engage with the new toys.

You made Cardi B sound like a 50

year old man from Texas.

Yeah, it's my voice.

It's her words.

Yeah, I'm sorry.

I can't do Cardi's voice.

Out of all the stories that were

out there yesterday, this was

the one you bought?

This is this is the big one.

There were not there were not

stories yesterday.

That's what I'm trying to.

Tell you like, who cares?

Because it was funny.

Who cares that they didn't spend

Christmas together?

He's got I.

Don't know it was any

entertainment news.

He's got other responses you're.

Welcome to Pull stories for the

next show.

Why don't we do that for the

next show?

You pull stories.

I'd much rather criticize yours.

No, no, no, no are.

You watching E entertainment a

lot now?

No, but when you go through the

Internet, you try to find what

you can when there's nothing to

talk about.

Nothing to talk about.

Nothing to talk about.

Interesting.

I'm just going to tell all the

listeners out there, please God.

Watching Let Me Talk about

sports if you're looking up

sports.

Stories.

I wasn't looking up sports.

Please God watch the video

version of this because when I

was flipping through when Palmer

was reading the story and

Mikey's face was priceless.

Right.

It's completely priceless.

Are you?

Looking for something to talk

about?

Yeah, OK, we'll wait.

Let's see what I got here.

Oh, this is an interesting one.

Did you guys know?

Since Mikey likes science so

much, scientists successfully

cloned black footed ferret from

40 year old frozen cells.

That's amazing.

Wow.

You just found that.

That's incredible.

Yeah, Here, I'll tell you a good

one.

Potential hidden brain risks

from midlife weight loss A

December 28 study in jiro jiro

Science showed that Gero

science.

Yeah, Gero.

Maybe it's Euro.

Hero Science showed that while

weight loss improved metabolism

in mid age obese mice, it

temporary temporarily worsened

inflammation in the

hypothalamus, a brain region

controlling appetite and energy.

This inflammation linked to

cognitive decline and

neurodegeneration eventually

subsided but raises question

about rapid weight loss in

middle of age relevant amid

popularity of GLP one drugs

like.

That's about mice.

It's it's referencing Ozempic,

yeah, which is big right now

across the.

There's a new drug out now.

So now they're saying that

massive weight loss could cause

brain cognitive function, which

could be a problem.

What if Greg's on Ozempic?

Maybe that's why he's all of a

sudden he's retarded.

No, Greg's still.

No, he's been retarded I think

for years.

A doctor has just justified.

It right and he is bulking he's

still.

Bulking.

Yeah, he's still bulking.

He's definitely not losing it.

I think his brain problems was

from the accident.

I don't think that that was the

case.

Well, that's the part that he

hit though.

I don't think that that's the

case, to be honest.

You would think also that they

would have found it then.

I'm sure they did it at MRI

after the accident.

You don't think that tank of a

Jeep saved him?

I mean, that thing was built

like a.

He hit his head on the roll bar.

I don't think I don't think

that's the case.

Yeah, Greg seems the same since

the accident.

I did have an article, a video

that I watched and I wish I

could find it, but I can't.

But it it's a it's this guy.

He's does his podcast and I have

never seen his podcast.

I have seen his shorts and he's

always tired, which is

interesting to me.

He says that he doesn't sleep.

Eventually he's got to sleep.

But he was talking about limited

edition cigars and how retailers

don't have access to these L ES

because they have to sell more

Coraline and it's not fair to

the retailers that they have to

sell Coraline product.

And there was a retailer and he

was explaining that it's not

fair and all these other things.

And, and for me, I was like,

well, that's totally wrong,

that's totally wrong.

Sure, you know, and just a

simple simplify it and kind of

breakdown, very easy math.

We can break it down by

transaction.

If if you are a retailer and

you're a mid level retailer and

you average 30 to 40

transactions per day, you know

that's 30 or 40 potential

customers that you can introduce

to a new brand.

If a customer likes a particular

cigar from Dunbarton or Tawahe

or Roma Craft or you know,

Foundation, you can find

something.

Hey, you should try this as

well, right?

You're helping that consumer by

broadening the horizon.

You're going to give them

something that they like and

you'll help establish more core

sales from that brand.

So if you're going to go, if you

have the mentality of, well,

this isn't fair.

I consider that a victim

mentality, and you're not doing

anything to help your customer

understand what a product is,

right?

At the end of the day, as a

retailer, you need to pick your

horses and it's about 3.

You need three horses.

I say that all the time, right?

And those three horses are the

brands that you want to focus on

developing with your customers

'cause you either love the

product, you think that they're

super, super reliable, and

they're consistent, right?

Or you appreciate their price

points, whatever the case may

be.

So when you have those horses,

you generate core sales.

Core sales then develops you

into a relationship with the

manufacturer, brand owner.

Brand owner then sells you the L

ES.

Does that make sense?

Sure.

So why am I seeing a post about

a guy losing his mind about not?

And when he talked about the LE,

he said, hey, not only that, but

when I got the box LES like it

was sold to a guy that wanted

that brand.

Like he asked me for this box of

whatever it was and I sold it to

him.

I'm like, OK, well, you didn't

even introduce it to anybody

else.

Right.

I mean, if you only got the one

box, you sold the box outright.

So you just use it as a flip to

a guy that wasn't even, he

wasn't even purchasing the brand

from you off the jump.

Like, I wouldn't sell that guy.

Well, a lot of shops aren't run

the way we run the one here.

But that's the problem.

Right.

It is.

I mean, not that we have found

the secret to being successful

because obviously we're, you

know, I'm making money, but

well, it is run different and

it's run better than a lot of

shops that I go into.

I know that we joke about how we

don't make any money, but like

the reality is that we do pretty

well in the retail operation.

Sure.

You know, we sustain everybody,

everybody gets paid, right?

We never looked at somebody and

said.

Yeah, we're going to have to cut

back payroll this week.

You're not working.

Yeah.

You know, we got to make some

pull backs, right?

Even with the dips of the ups

and downs all year, you know,

we're still finishing pretty

damn good, right?

We're we, we press hard to try

and continue to grow.

We invest with particular brands

over and over again.

And then like the ones that

don't work, like if I have a

brand in the store, right, and

it's not going well, first of

all, that's probably on me and

the employees.

We feel that it's we just don't

like it in comparison to

something else, right?

So when that guy says, hey, I

got ALE and somebody's asking me

for that LE, I'm going to tell

him I'm probably not getting it.

Like, hey, like I got to be

honest, I'm.

Not going to qualify for that.

So it's.

Probably not going to happen,

right?

So sorry, you know.

Let me show you something else.

Yeah, but I I just found that

incredible that I'm I'm looking

at a retailer and this podcast

guy and I wrote on them and

like, I respectfully disagree.

He seems like a.

Good guy, podcast guy or the

shop guy?

Both of them I had no problems

with any of them.

Was it controversy?

What's that?

Did they write back?

No, no.

Controversy at Palmer.

But don't you think, don't you

think that that makes sense?

Sure does.

I mean that's, that's the way we

run our business.

Support Coraline and they're

like, well, no, like, OK.

Yeah, no, I just want the

special.

OK, cool.

No, you can't just have this

special.

I mean, I've gone out of my,

we've gone out of our way and

we've given people L ES that

don't support Coraline 'cause we

'cause we try and we, we invest

with them.

Like, hey, we believe in you.

We think this will work.

But I got news for you after the

second time of me just giving

you L ES to try and take care of

you.

I'm kind of done, right?

Like, alright, you've had a span

of two years to try and promote

and build our brand.

You're obviously not doing that

for whatever reason, and I'm OK

with you not doing it.

Right, you don't have to.

But I'm not going to give you

the L ES, right?

Why would I do that?

But.

We're going to have to cut ties

here at this point, so.

Let me know when you want to

revisit it and you know, and

really focus on the brand.

Yeah, but a lot of a lot of guys

don't run a shop anyways.

I mean, like let's say for

instance, Bob up the street,

right?

You go into Bob's, there is no

like, hey, how you doing, right?

What do you smoke?

Can I help you?

There's none of that.

There's no customer service.

Yeah, none at all.

And that's a lot of shops,

right?

A lot of shops and that's the

problem.

No, yeah.

And but you're never going to

completely change that because

these guys don't want to run a

business.

These guys want to have a cigar

emporium for themselves, right?

And other people can come and

hang out with them.

Which is fine, right?

Don't complain about not getting

limited editions.

Oh yeah, right.

Right, definitely.

Yeah.

I don't think Bob over there

probably gets many.

Right, Bob, did you get the did

you get the mommies?

Bob?

He's like, what?

No, I don't think there's

mommies.

Leave me alone.

The acids are over here.

Yeah, right.

You know what these brick houses

do?

You like a Predomo?

Yeah, I mean, dude.

I have a whole wall of that.

Right.

And, and that's perfectly

acceptable if you want to be

that you just don't complain

about not getting these other

things.

Right.

Yeah, Don't sit and complain.

Well, you know, I never, that's

my point where it's never

coming.

Right.

Yeah, yeah.

Maybe he gets L ES or predomos.

It's like look.

I don't think they have.

L ES.

Oh, and there's that.

Look Postagna, Sanizafina,

Phosphoro, even FQ.

These brands are front and

center of our humidor.

Right, right.

Yeah.

So as you walk into.

Our guys, these are our people.

We will help them and we will do

everything we can to help them

develop and and build them

right.

And I'm not even talking about

our that's not even our main

course.

Roma, without question, like I

guarantee you and you could, you

could just go, you somebody can

call Skip or you could call

Rosales.

I guarantee you that our numbers

with them are consistently the

same, probably 5 to 10% growth,

maybe a little bit more every

single year, every single year.

Yeah, and they're in the back

right corner.

Yeah, 'cause we introduce it to

and we love the product.

We believe in the brand, We

introduce it to everybody.

Hey, if you like this, this is

$4.00 less and it's better.

You know, it's funny though is

every time I go in there I

always go into the back right

corner first.

As you should.

Yeah, I go over there, I look,

see if there's anything new.

I mean, of course we would know

there's something new, but just

to double check.

Yeah, sometimes some stuff will

pop back in stock or whatever

that, you know, we we were out

of for a minute.

Yeah, I usually grab like two or

three sticks every time I come

in at least, you know, and

that's one of them that I'll

grab.

And then I like to go to the

left side, you know, 'cause then

Espinoza's over there.

See if there's anything new with

those guys, right?

Or Room 101 or Yeah, I mean, but

you guys trained me to do that.

I mean, realistically, you just

named the three that we support

the most.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Right.

Did you see Booth is in Egypt?

No, that's awesome.

Yeah, in Egypt right now.

Well, you say that, but you do

support him the most.

But you support everybody pretty

highly, you know, like, you

know, foundations in there.

I mean everybody, yeah, Fuente,

like you guys still support

Fuente.

They have a huge a huge area.

But yeah, but Fuente is more

automated.

Right.

It's yeah.

It's not like you go.

Maybe you try this Fuente.

Yeah, I'm not walking somebody

over.

There, right.

Yeah, we're not saying oh.

But I mean it's support wise

like you guys still give them

this.

Of course they have the

opportunity.

I mean, look, I mean padrone we

don't really support.

No.

Like I don't go out of my way

and say padrone now there's one

that I love, right?

The 50th Toro Maduro, I think is

outstanding.

But realistically that that

brand has grown year over year

by itself, right?

I guarantee you the numbers are

staggering even with a downturn

in of a year or a rough year,

Like I guarantee you padrone

still grew in our store.

So yeah, there are.

But like your legacy brand, some

of those will be fine by

themselves.

But if you pick your horses of

your brands that you want to

grow with and develop with,

those guys will have your back.

You can kind of tell though,

when you walk into a shop

anyways, like if it's a good

shop or or a bad shop, right?

Just by walking in, in the

organization, like you can tell

like, oh, OK, this is going to

be rough, right?

You know, then you'll see like

there's no customer service.

There's hey, do you have a

Mexican Coke?

Nope, don't have that.

Hey, do you have a Bud Light?

Nope, don't have that.

Hey, you know, they don't have

anything.

All of a sudden it's like, man,

why the fuck did I come to this

place?

Wild, wild.

You have those, LES?

Yeah, I got those.

OK.

So good.

Moving on, Sir.

All right appeal filed in

California Utah lawsuit

emergency order requested

Several major cigar companies

have filed an appeal and their

ongoing legal fight against

Californias new unflavored

tobacco list which is said to

take effect on January 1st.

So it's already been as of this

episode, it's already.

Out it's it's a.

It's in effect.

On Friday, December 26th, the

plaintiffs in Rocky Patel

Premium Cigars, Inc versus

Bonita filed an appeal with the

US Court of Appeals for the 9th

Circuit Court.

At the same time, they asked the

court for an emergency

restraining order that would

temporarily stop California from

enforcing the UTL as it applies

to Premium Cigars.

Because the rule goes into

effect at the start of the new

year, the court is expected to

act quickly.

The lawsuit was filed by members

of the Cigar Rights of America,

the Premium Cigar Association

and several family owned cigar

companies.

The companies argue that the UTL

violates federal law and places

an unfair burden on premium

cigar manufacturers and

retailers.

California created the UTL as

part of a 2020 law banning most

flavored tobaccos and nicotine

products.

Under the new system, the state

will publish a list of tobacco

products that are legal to sell.

We already know all this

information.

They just filed an appeal to the

lawsuit that they said they're

or to the cease and desist

whatever that they did the other

day, right?

So we have not heard yet what

happened.

You probably won't.

It sounds like the you're going

to lose like California.

It's only like the last ditch

effort here.

It's the day before it starts.

Throw another piece of paper at

them.

It does.

It does violate federal law, but

that doesn't matter.

How does it violate federal law?

Well, I'm just oh, OK, let me

let me reiterate that.

These boots in boots attorney at

law.

It probably does violate federal

law because first of all you

can't even file anything and it

be known like this without there

being some type of grasp right,

some type of evidence inside of

that that supports it.

But it doesn't matter anyways.

The state can make its own

fucking law as long as it's not

harming anybody, right?

That's that's.

The thing it's, it's restricting

what they can sell, I think is.

And it's hurting small

businesses.

Right.

That's the federal law I think

that they're applying to.

I don't know exactly which law

specifically, but it's the one

that says we can sell anything

we want to sell.

You can't tell us what we can

sell or something, right?

It's just the bad thing is that

states can make up whatever law

they want.

But the court has already said,

no, I'm sorry, it's going to go

ahead.

And now they're going well,

let's look at it one more time.

Right.

Well, they need.

Come on, give it to us.

What are you doing?

What they need to do is stop

messing with California and they

need to get somebody in

Washington, DC on their side

that would help.

Why?

It's a state law.

Yeah, be.

Well, if you get somebody

federally on your side, they're

going to go to California and

go, hey, man.

The only way that that works is

cigar smoking becomes more

socially acceptable across the

board.

I mean, it's definitely socially

accepted in the Senate.

In the House, I'm sure they all

smoke cigars.

Well, that's different.

Though, well, not all of them.

Politicians, what politicians do

and what the people do are two

totally different things.

I mean, you know, I mean, I'm

aiming for a Somalian daycare

over here.

I need to open one of those up

like.

Steve and I were talking about

that upstairs because he didn't

know we talked.

We hadn't heard the show that we

did yesterday.

He has a Somalian.

Daycare, he said.

Some of them even the word

learning was spelled.

Wrong at leering.

Leering center.

That's incredible.

Oh my God.

Still have not looked into us

getting a grant we need.

A grant and this guy was like

this close to becoming the VP

of, of, of the United States.

Oh, Tim Waltz.

He was the.

Oh is there?

Are these his locations?

He's in Minnesota.

He's the governor of Minnesota.

Is it a federal grant they got

or a state grant?

Oh I have no idea, I just find

it all.

And they know which one to go

after.

I would I would think it'd

probably be a state.

And then he said that, you know,

he goes, he said something like

white men or criminals or

something like that.

I'm like, OK, what does that

have to do with anything?

Well, that was the the smoke

and.

Mirror, like somebody said to

him, listen, here's what you

need to do.

You need to go out here and you

just need to blame the white

guys for this, right?

OK.

And he's just like, no problem,

no?

Problem.

I blame the white man.

Politicians are so disconnected,

all of them.

I don't care what side you vote

for.

It's just wild to me.

I don't I, I don't understand

the concept.

It's crazy, yeah.

So there was something on the

news this morning about Barack

Obama's wife has gone like crazy

now or?

Something.

Oh no, that's not good.

No, not like with her political

stance.

Not like she's actually going

crazy.

Man, they've been saying that

for years bro.

They've been attacking her

forever.

Yeah.

What's her political stance?

Has something to do with she's

for communism now or something?

Her and Julia Louise Dreyfus.

Of course, because he's probably

involved or she's probably

involved in something that's

getting ready to come up in the

news and they do the smoking

mirror thing and don't don't

believe her.

This time of year, it's hard to

know if it's a repeat episode on

the radio or if it's actually a

new show, unless you catch it

from the beginning.

So I mean, it could have been a

repeat of something that's

already happened.

Yeah, I'm sure Michelle's fine,

you know what I mean?

She's got plenty of money.

Don't know.

Oh, we know.

We know.

Yeah, we know.

We know.

What kind of chicken does she

like?

Well.

I was.

Well, stay away from the chicken

jokes.

All right, we got a full episode

of What's the Score?

Or we could just stop.

We hit an hour.

Now let's get going.

All right, what's the score?

Is this the first cigar from

December 27th, 2025?

Brooks Whittington Cigars HVC

Cigars limited edition Nicaragua

HVC Black Friday 10th

Anniversary, Limited edition.

That's a good cigar.

What is it?

The Black Friday HVC. 10th

anniversary, are you with us?

Black Friday this year. 10th

anniversary.

Yes, just social review on the

25th of December, HVC Limited

10th Anniversary limited

edition, the current one that

they're doing now.

And then who?

Now you're back up to speed.

Who reviewed it?

Oh, you didn't even hear that,

Brooks.

Brooks did.

OK, Brooks.

All right.

This will be the last time.

In the just for information in

the People's Choice Awards on

Half Wheel, we're not even in

the running, really.

Yes, really.

They announced the six cigars

from the other day or something.

Weren't at Dunbarton, No.

I'm not even sure if there was a

number.

It's it's all higher end Pepin,

all that kind of stuff.

Well, I'm not saying that

anymore, Charlie.

The.

People wanted, so it's hard to

tell.

The people.

The people's.

Well, it's not like we pressed

hard and said, hey, we need you.

To I voted for us.

I mean, you didn't vote for us.

I didn't.

Was there a QR code for this?

No, there was a.

You had to answer 5 questions.

By the way, capitalist media.

What capitalist media?

Capitalist and the Montagues.

No, no, totally different.

That's a Capulet.

Yes, that's a Caplowitz. 1950s

you got the reference.

Yes, Caplowitz Media gave

Postana, San Andreas, Kapowitz.

Yes, yeah #2 Cigar of the year.

Nice.

Yeah, bang.

Yeah, Cigar Craig showed that to

me, which is awesome.

We just got a 9th place from

somebody else too.

I forget who it was.

But we need to properly.

We had to watch the whole video

and then it just flashed

through.

We need to properly acknowledge

all the people that had given us

some love.

So let's make sure that we do

that.

Obviously, cigar press number

six, that was a good one.

And there's another one, Cigar

culture.

I don't know.

I got to look, Somebody said,

hey, don't forget these guys.

They mentioned the group.

I'm like.

Oh yeah, there's several reviews

people want us to review.

Yeah, some of them I have not

heard of.

So what here's what I'm

thinking.

What we'll do is we'll

categorize every single cigar on

a 5 point scale, zero to four,

0123 or 4, right?

So 0 means we don't think it

belongs on the list at all. 1 is

OK, maybe 2 is it was good. 3 is

we can kind of determine, yes,

you know, maybe not where it

ranked, but we agree with it.

And then 4 is an absolute right.

And then we'll scale everything

and we'll determine who ranks

the highest.

OK, that's a lot of work it.

Is it's going to be fun.

Right, all right.

OK, Brooks.

Whittington HPC 10th Anniversary

Limited edition 90 Black Friday.

87.

He just looked it up.

How did I look at what do you I

have the buttons, I'm switching

and I have a cigar, a delicious

cigar.

Had your phone in front of you

the whole time.

Of course I have.

HVC Black Friday 10th

anniversary limited edition from

Nicaragua factory Fabrica de

Tobacco HVCSA de Rainier Lorenzo

Oh, he put his name in the name

of the factory.

Hello.

Rapper Ecuador and Habano 92

Binder Nicaraguan Filler

Nicaraguan length 6 1/4 by 54

It's around it's a $13 and they

smoked 3 cigars.

I'm going to roll to 88 cause of

its size.

Stay 87.

'Cause he already knows.

Pretty sure he looked, yeah.

Is that the number?

I'm not saying a word.

Why would you say that?

Because maybe you're close.

The flavor profile is

consistently rich and engaging

across all three cigars,

highlighted by creamy cedar

peanut shells, cocoa nibs again

with the nibs, and toasted bread

with excellent retro Hales

offering red pepper and sweet

milk chocolate that add depth

and balance. 89. 87.

Yeah, he looked he.

Looked.

He looked.

Is that the number?

Oh, I don't know, you need the

number.

Construction shines in terms of

drawing smoke production, as all

three cigars deliver

effortlessly draws in thick,

satisfying smoke from start to

finish, allowing the full flavor

to come through clearly. 87. 89.

Time to move me off.

Try to throw them off a little

bit here.

Burn consistency is a recurring

issue without even burn lines

throughout the smoke and

multiple touch UPS requiring an

all three cigars which detracts

from the otherwise enjoyable and

well flavored experience. 87.

I love how he's reading it like

Lorenzo, no.

Yeah.

It's Lorenzo's cigar. 89.

Well, I have not smoked every

Black Friday release.

I smoked quite a few of them,

and I've enjoyed most of them.

The Black Friday 10th

Anniversary Limited Edition is

no different that regard, with a

base profile that is creamy and

slightly sweet, plenty of

flavors, and some noticeable but

not overwhelming strength below.

In fact, the worst part about

the cigar was the construction,

and while none of the burn

corrections were major issues,

they were enough to negatively

impact the score.

This is a better cigar than the

final score will indicate, but

if you smoke it, keep your

lighter ready.

Is this the final thought?

Yeah, that was the final

thought.

I'm going to go 87.

Boots, what are you going to

say?

87.

Oh wow, it's 87.

Perfect.

Hit it from the very beginning.

First time in the entire I.

Nailed it, baby.

So.

Crazy First time in the history

of what's the score?

No, I promise you, I wasn't

looking at my phone.

I just thought it was funny how

Palmer gave in.

It wasn't like, you know, like

Steve Harvey, like if you, if

you say this stuff to Steve

Harvey and you're like, is it

this?

He's like, no, I don't know, you

know?

Because you never hit it right

on the money the very. 1st and

then he stuck with he.

Stayed with it.

He didn't move around.

Well, you know what?

I didn't look at my phone.

This could be a good day.

I'm putting a lot of money on

the line tonight on that Miami

game.

You might not have looked at

your phone now.

Maybe you already read this.

It was the top of the.

Page I have never looked at half

of his.

Page, We haven't had any money

maker picks either like the past

two weeks.

Oh, that's right, we forgot.

I don't even know what half

wheels page looks like.

Yeah, it looks like half a

wheel.

Yeah.

Those are really wild.

Yes.

OK.

Anything else?

Yeah, we have another one.

Yeah, we're doing too today.

OK, Yeah.

August 15th, 2020.

No, I'm sorry.

Looking it up right now.

Yeah.

I don't know how to do this.

Chet GPT.

What was the review of Supreme

Leaf?

Toro Toro, Toro, Toro.

It was a supreme leaf.

Yep.

Toro he stalling like.

Toro, you.

Mean he spelled supreme for you.

No, he's got yes.

The Toro.

Not one of the, not one of the

other ones you're looking.

Yeah, I'll probably, I'll this

will probably be high 92.

I'll tap 89 because of the size.

Again, I'll go 89.

Why don't you like the size

just?

You're at 90.

Yeah, I brought it down 1.

But Toro is like the most one of

the most common.

Toro 6 by 52.

Toro 6 by 54.

It's just too much I.

See it's it's a.

It could be too much.

It's got to be, it's look, it's

got to be, it's not Roma, you

know what I mean?

Like those?

They're good.

Yeah, but wasn't this like

you're the donkey?

I mean, everybody likes bigger.

You're the horse.

That's not what I meant.

I understand what you meant, I'm

not falling for it.

I'm not falling for it.

I'm sticking 92 OK.

Yeah.

The Supreme Leaf Toro delivers a

bold, layered flavor profile led

by sweet cedar and dark

chocolate, complemented by

creamy nuts.

Oh, creamy nuts.

Creamy nuts, espresso, cocoa

nibs, and the distinctive Raisin

sweetness on the retrohale that

keeps the cigar engaging from

start to finish.

No cocoa nibs.

No cocoa nibs.

Didn't we do the Supreme leaf?

Not too long.

Ago, there's 75 different

Supremes.

Yeah, this is from 2020.

We have not done this one. 90.

Yeah, 92.

Construction is a strong point

with an excellent draw

throughout any burn that

improves as a cigar progresses,

allowing for consistent smoke

output and a satisfying overall

smoking experience.

Of course it's going to be

consistent sag and horse.

And it's the same cigar.

Just a different size, Just a.

Difference the 90.

The difference?

Now you're going 90.

I'm still we do the supreme leaf

robusto. 92.

Oh, you said 90.

He's a 92.

Sorry.

Final thoughts please.

As it no, no, this is another.

Clue.

Third clue.

As the cigar reaches the final

third, the increasing black

pepper and jalapeno jalapeno

become aggressive enough to

overpower some of the more

nuanced secondary flavors.

Honesty.

Slightly unbalancing the profile

at the end.

Oh, jalapeno on a stick?

Jose Jalapeno.

These guys need to stop eating

those flaming hot Cheetos while

they're smoking cigars.

I'm going to roll back 89.

It's a tequilas.

Because of the jalapenos.

Yeah, because of the.

Because it's overwhelming.

Jalapeno Jose Jalapeno.

But did it?

Did it say, did you say it was

overwhelming?

Yes, yes, that was the reason he

didn't like the jalapeno.

Oh God, oh boy.

Oh God, oh man.

He got a stroke.

I need oxygen, oxygen quick.

Buy him.

Buy him an oxygen tank.

Well, J WS upstairs if you like

to use his.

I'm not putting that nasty thing

in my nose that you yell.

Over Jesus.

Have you seen those two little

things that stick in his mouth?

Dude I love.

When he used to roll around with

the oxygen tank and make

everybody, make everybody.

Nervous so.

Everybody's like, this is great.

You smoking, right?

You smoking with that?

He's smoking.

Yeah, it's fine, don't worry.

It's.

Gonna be fine. 92.

Unless Pete throws another

burning lighter under his chair.

Final thought, I enjoyed the one

Supreme Leaf robusto.

Oh, I smoked quite a bit of.

The Toro shares a number of

similarities with its smaller

sibling, so it's not surprising

that I feel mostly the same way

about the new Toro in the same

blend.

Having said that, starting

around the beginning of the

final third, the combination of

jalapeno on the finish and black

pepper on the Retro Hale is

strong enough to mostly

overwhelm not only the one

dominant notes of creamy cedar

and dark chocolate on the

palate, but also the Raisin

sweetness on the Retro Hale.

Overall the Supreme Leaf Toro is

a good cigar now, but I think 6

months to a year will age plenty

of time to bring so much needed

balance to the final third,

which would make it an overall

complete experience.

The end.

Thank you. 89.

No, I was going to go there.

So go there.

Go there.

Yeah, I'll go 88.

Oh, nice move, 87.

Yeah, baby, I win today.

I thought for sure he was going

to be above it, so I figured I

was fine.

A bang.

I picked 2 with the same score

'cause I thought they will.

You know, I got to put a bet in

on Hard Rock real quick.

Guys, this is a great day.

Great day.

Have you picked out a name for

the baby?

Mike, we have not finalized it.

Mike would be a good.

Yeah, mine was.

I want to name the baby Pete

Mitchell.

Pete Mitchell.

Mitchell.

Yep.

Why?

Isn't that the actor?

Nope, that is the character.

What is the character?

From Top Gun.

Oh my God.

Middle name Maverick.

No, no, no.

Middle name.

Mitchell, Pete.

Mitchell Hippowauser.

Oh, I guess that makes more

sense.

Yeah.

I thought she was making the

last name Mitchell.

Yep.

OK, that's what you want.

What is Tia saying that was

going to be?

She likes Colton Edward.

Colton.

So it's going to be Colton.

It's going to be Colton.

It's going to be Colton.

Colton Sounds.

Better we never get to be.

You never get to say.

Pete Mitchell.

After Top Gun, yeah, she's not

beat for that, right?

Weak.

We can call him Goose.

No, no, no that.

Was talk to me, ghost talk to

me.

What's a different character?

I understand it's a different

character.

I thought you would have went a

totally different direction.

Yeah, like.

What Mike?

A lot of people in your life are

named Mike.

I can't think of his name 'cause

I'm retarded and I have the flu,

but.

There's a super flu by the way

now.

Yeah, I probably have that.

Oh God.

The guy who just passed the

director.

Oh, Tony.

Tony.

Yeah, I know.

I thought you'd he.

Doesn't like death.

He wouldn't name somebody after

a dead guy.

Kind of honor his name, you

know?

Well, his his real name was John

Anthony.

Yeah, and you guys?

We call him Tony.

John Anthony sounds good.

Yeah, he.

Don't like having dead people

Would make him sad.

My daughter's named after my dad

so well.

That's different.

That's your father.

It doesn't make you sad.

Well, yeah.

He doesn't like to talk about

death.

He freaks.

Out.

Yeah.

My Christmas party upstairs.

Yeah.

But the company 1 Miss Ryan, my

sales lady, yeah, she bought me

like one of those, one of those

pieces of glass that has, like

the 3D image.

Yeah.

Of me and Tony together.

Oh, man, that was rough.

That was rough.

It was very rough.

It's good, man.

Somebody's you know.

It's like a hologram and it

talks and it's he's putting.

No, it doesn't put his arm

around crazier.

AI.

You push a button and his arm

goes around.

Right.

Anything you guys kiss, I don't.

Know, I just think that's always

cool to kind of carry a name on.

Yeah.

You know, but Colton's cool.

Well, Edward, she likes Edward

for the middle name 'cause that

was her grandfather's name.

Got it.

So yeah, there's some.

It's dude, it's it's Colton and

Colton by a by a long shot.

You know it's Colton and the

dead grandfather against the

favorite character from the

airplane movie.

You didn't want to go maverick.

Well, I did, and she did like

that as a first name.

Yeah, Gerard's kid's name is

Maverick Mardo.

Yeah, I liked the.

I liked that as a first name or

Julian.

Julian was my other first name

pick.

Julian, Julian.

Julian the better Gordon.

Oh yeah, I didn't even think of

that, but like, I like the name

because I love Big Daddy.

OK, all right, cool.

Well, hey, 72 minutes, buddy.

To be continued.

Who we don't know his name

doing.

We should have the guy that's

coming in every time there's an

event at the shop.

We should have that guy sit in

and do the hosting.

OK, we can try that 2026.

Haven't we?

Been to get back to that once a

month thing that we were trying.

To do, Yeah.

I mean, like, listen, you know,

end of the year's kind of, yeah.

But we sort of got away from.

It but we'll, we'll continue to

mix it up.

I mean, I love having a carny on

standby and we could just, we

could always incorporate him.

Yeah, because the 7th and maybe

the 8th, I'm gone.

Oh yeah, I have that appointment

down in Neptune on the 7th, so I

will not be here 'cause it's at

like 10:00 in the morning.

You think you think Willie would

ever do it.

We should totally get Willie.

That would be a good, you know,

actually he he was in the

entertainment business.

Ask him.

OK.

Ask him for the 7th.

January 7th, yeah.

January 7th.

It's next week.

Willie Morente.

the air.

DoorDash people.
