ACHP Episode 452 Wrong Car?

Transcript

Welcome to a Cigar Hustler

podcast, episode 452.

I'm Mike Palmer, your host, and

with me today on the cameras,

the best podcast engineer Phil,

I survived the Nicaraguan jungle

Mcguffey.

Hello.

Did he flip to you?

Yeah, I did.

That's so.

So.

Amazing and as my Co host Mikey

I blended the number 2 cigar for

2025 Stefan Kevich.

Wow, I I did.

I guess.

I guess I did.

You did listen.

But you know what?

Here's the funny part, man, when

you're working with good

tobacco.

I know it's a group effort, good

tobacco, but still the fact that

you blended.

It mine and Nika Sueno is the

best in the.

Business, You know, if you build

a really nice boat, you don't

go.

It's because Amy gave me really

good wood.

What?

Look, you build a boat.

And it's the second best boat.

You don't say they OK, would it

would it make you feel better

over there, Phil, if I said

lumber?

They had really good lumber.

They.

Well, they had really good

builders of the boat.

Well, yeah, what he's saying,

what he's saying is, is Skip had

the great tobacco and everything

and.

Then well, no, I understand

that.

I'm just trying to give him

credit where credit is.

Due, thank you.

That's very nice of you.

I just like to, I just like to

always say that it's a team

thing and we're all in it

together and you know, I'm

grateful we are.

Grateful.

Magnanimous.

You're very magnanimous.

Thank you.

We are.

We are very grateful to be

working with guys, guys such as

yourself and Phil and Skip and

Michael Rosales and Alex Roma

craft Nika Sueno.

It's the best.

If the we're not really calling

it that anymore, if the Sumatra

does really well next year, is

that the one that Alex

technically blended?

I mean, I guess, yeah.

Just curious on today's show we

have the day's.

Are you upset about that?

No, we'll give him credit next

year.

We'll give him his flowers, yes.

You should lay it back for a

second.

What we should ask you how you

really feel when you lay back?

How do I really feel?

Yeah, I pretty much say how I

really feel all the time.

Yeah, I don't understand the

question.

No, well, like, like I thought

you were doing a therapy

session.

Here.

Oh, no, no, no.

I just asked a question.

On today's show, we have the

day's biggest story in sports,

then on, then the Florida News

Tuesday from the wacky world of

our lawless swamp.

A man eats his pet out of spite.

You can't stay, he can't stay in

a non 24 hour Walmart for 24

hours.

And what do you mean it's not

his car?

And then a follow up to a story

that we have been following and

then switching to cigar news.

We have a bunch of new sticks

coming.

And then finally a mini game of

what's the score?

But before we get into all that,

Mikey, how did we get some of

that chapter by Swag?

You can dress and brag to your

friends of all the cool attire

that we represent.

Are we doing the smoke and

subscribe shirt for February as

well or or January only?

Is there another new shirt

coming?

I guess I can work on another

one.

People want a who's phone's

ringing.

That's my phone.

Oh yeah, not mine.

Oh, wow.

You know, there's a volume

button on the side you can turn

all the way off.

Yeah, that was my computer.

Oh, we just paused because it's.

Because when we do the wing Ding

shirt.

People have asked for a .079

shirt. .06 Is that a bellicoso?

Yeah, that's how far that's the

the small amount we missed #1.

Oh, I still can't believe that

it was by that much.

I how?

How do they calculate?

That .079, yeah, that'd be cool.

That would be cool, because then

if you don't know, you don't

know.

Yeah, just wearing a shirt, says

.079. .079 That was the

difference.

That was the difference between

1:00 and 2:00.

Wow.

It's not even really 3/4 no of a

category that's a little more

than 3/4.

Yes.

Right, but not quite 6 eights.

Are we done talking about the

shirts?

76 Niner yeah, that's it.

Check out see chapter pod.com.

I don't have any other retailers

at this moment, OK.

But apparently we got a, we have

a few more orders in the

pipeline and we'll catch.

Some lions then just added.

OK, we'll and we'll get all

well, we will give them the

proper.

Yes, yes, the regular full

standard announcement.

Give you the full red carpet

experience tomorrow announcing

our.

Not the same as E Boots and Palm

or.

Podcasts not the same.

Our recent retailers who are now

supporting the Postagna San

Andreas Corona courtesize.

Yes, something I was going to

ask, I don't remember, so we'll

just keep moving on.

Now the news, the big story of

the day.

It's impossible to Google, but

Indiana completes the unluckiest

turn around in sports history

and the money makers choose

wrong again.

Yes, I was going to cut you off

before you got to this article.

Say, wait a second, we got to

talk about the money makers.

Oh though, so you guys talk

sports?

That was it.

I had a nice article, but

usually you cut those off

because you say they're too

long.

So I figured you guys would just

rather talk amongst yourselves.

So I have a snack over here that

I can eat while you guys talk

so.

Me and Leprechaun Phil over

here.

Leprechaun Phil go.

I'm going to eat my protein but.

It's feeding time.

So fortunately for us, you put

in this money maker's bet and

you said Miami outright money

line to win it all.

Yeah, and they lost.

They did lose.

They lost.

They should have won.

I'm you know what, you might be

right.

They should have won.

They should have won first of

all that if that defensive

player was in for the first

half.

Yeah, they would have had a way

better.

Like, Oh my goodness.

Yeah, 'cause he makes a

difference.

And then if number 87 would have

just blocked the guy running in

for the punt, it it felt to me

like 87, I don't know who he is.

He was on the take man.

Like there was a run play where

he was kind of right next to the

guy and kind of blocked him in

from escaping.

Yeah.

You know, I saw 87 make a lot of

mistakes.

He knew.

He knew the money makers had a

bet.

He knew the money makers were on

the line.

Yeah.

He got the call, yeah.

That's unfortunate.

There is a lot of extra money

right now because the basketball

thing got shut down.

Yeah, well, you know, they did

cover if he'd have just taken

the points 7 1/2.

They didn't cover that.

They didn't cover 7 1/2.

Yes they did.

They lost by 4.

Oh, they did, yeah.

No, they lost by 6/21/27.

It was 2127.

Yep.

So they covered, so they did.

Well, are you talking no, if you

would have took the plus 7 1/2,

yeah.

Yes.

That's the only thing that

covered the whole.

If you'd have taken Miami and

the points, yeah, you would have

won.

Yep.

But you took the money line.

Yeah, well, another fella took

-1 1/2 for the first half.

He got that and he took -6 1/2

for the second-half one.

Of the money makers.

Things a little bit.

Yeah.

Oh, he lost that one.

Yeah, by .5.

One of the money makers took

that bet, Yeah.

Yeah, Wabi.

Was it wabi?

No, no, it was Ginge.

Oh, why couldn't we say that?

Shouldn't they have code names?

I just.

I those are those are code

names.

Yeah, I guess it's kind of a.

Nicole name.

I just know who they are.

I guess you're right.

Right?

Yeah, Like I'm not a money

maker.

I've figured that out.

You're not going to him while

he's chewing like that, are you?

When he was talking, that was

the idea.

That was the idea you.

Cut to me every once a while.

I'm gender eating if.

You're having a sandwich or

something?

Yeah, it's a protein bar.

You know yesterday, too, if

Miami would have won.

Yeah, it was the single.

It would have been the single

most payout record or whatever

what however you want to say it

in Hard Rock history.

If they would have.

Won if they would have won.

So everybody was on money line

Miami?

Yep.

Makes sense.

Yeah, makes sense.

OK, so it's good to see you back

on the camera.

Phil.

We've missed you.

Oh, yeah.

After all this time, I can't

believe we just found this.

Can't believe we just found this

camera either.

Just sitting around upstairs so.

Wild it it wasn't sitting around

upstairs, it was in the storage

next door.

Oh.

It's not the best lens, not the

best camera, but you know what

you're on now.

Yeah, we had to get a couple of

cords, couple of cables.

Yeah, we figured it out.

Work in progress.

That's it.

We're moving.

Oh, OK.

Everything's fine.

Someone just stole Palmer's car.

That's all right.

It's still a loner.

All right, so congratulations to

the Hoosiers.

Congratulations, Miami.

That was a tough loss, man, but

they played great.

They really did.

Did you hear what the coach said

when they asked him What are you

doing now that you've won?

What are you doing next?

Going to Disney World.

No, that's not what he said.

Oh, they don't do that anymore.

He said I'm getting a beer.

Yeah, I'm going to have a beer.

Yeah.

Why is that a big?

Deal.

Yeah, he's not going anywhere.

He's an alcoholic.

Yeah, no, he's not.

I don't think he's out.

Allegedly.

Yeah, I don't know.

That was a close game, man.

It was a super close game.

It was a good game.

It was a good game.

Yeah, man, I was rooting for

Miami.

Boy, I think the majority of the

world is rooting for Miami.

Except the Hoosier.

People except for Corey Davis,

and anyway.

So a video of a guy on a plane,

a Hoosier fan, got everybody on

the plane to yell for the

Hoosiers.

Really.

Stood up, made a little speech,

got everybody to go Hoosier.

Really.

Yeah.

As an old man, it was funny.

That's cool, it would have been

a good video to share with us.

Yeah, you saw Mark Cuban was

there.

I did.

They had all the bulletproof

glass for Trump.

Is that what it was?

Bulletproof glass goes like he's

right up against the window.

Oh yeah, it's definitely bullet

if you think that wasn't

bulletproof.

Well, they didn't announce he

was going to be there, so it's

not like somebody was there

looking for him.

Well, from what I understand,

they shut down tailgating, which

is really bad, right, 'cause

they make you pay this $800.00

for parking.

They shut down tailgating for

the whole time that you're

there.

Really.

No tailgating allowed because

Mark Rubio and Trump were gone.

Wow, interesting. $800.

I'm always gonna say, do you

want to show what we're smoking

on the Patreon today, Michael?

Today I do.

Today we are doing the Espinoza

Redux Sumatra giving it another

run.

Thanks to Fran Soletto for these

lovely cigars.

He supplied them for his worth.

the Today smoke.

Thanks, Fran.

Francis.

Thanks, Francis.

OK, all right, moving on.

A Florida man was arrested this

week after he tried to stay at a

Walmart store overnight as part

of a TikTok challenge, according

to the Charlotte County

Sheriff's Office.

In a release, deputy said that

they responded on Tuesday just

after 11:00 PM to the store

along S McColl Rd. in Edgewood

after a report of a burglary

came in.

The caller advised that there

was a male in the store who was

actively live streaming to

TikTok after the business had

closed for the night, the

release reads.

Upon arrival, deputies found the

man, identified as 18 year old

Isaac Hurley, the Kid, in the

dog bed section, investigators

said.

According to CCSO, Hurley had

entered the store around 10:15

PM and was trying to stay inside

overnight.

Deputies learned that this plan

was to complete this TikTok

challenge, hoping to earn money

based on the number of views he

could get while doing so, the

release continues.

While inside, Hurley also

removed a phone charger from its

packaging.

As a result, Hurley was taken

into custody on charges of

burglary and petty theft.

What?

Did he steal?

Yeah.

Phone charger.

Well, technically he didn't pass

the right he.

Didn't leave.

He didn't leave with it, right.

But still he tore it open.

So they're probably, he could

probably get that part.

Dropped Oh my.

You have to actually leave with

it.

Right, this is wild.

He was taken to jail where he

bonded out on $1500 and his

statement.

Sheriff Bill Prummel said the

following.

I'm not sure what people buy

into these social media

challenges when they are clearly

encouraging you to violate the

law.

From kicking in the front door

challenge to the destruction of

public property thing couple

years ago to now something as

silly as this.

Young people especially are

putting themselves in bad

situations and paying the price

for it.

OK, lots unpack here.

What?

What is this guy?

What is?

First of all, he's not a guy.

He's a kid.

He's 18.

He's 18.

He's a kid.

He's 18.

He's not a man.

Yeah, I'm not.

I guess legally he could be

considered.

But he's still very young.

Stupid 18 year old.

Yeah, what was he thinking?

He's going.

To be TikTok famous.

He honestly thought that that

would work.

I see videos all the time of

these guys hiding in home

depots, hiding in Costcos.

Well, the the movie did just

come down.

Come down The Rundown.

Or not The Rundown, but whatever

it's called.

Which Annie Tatum?

Where he hides in a toy store,

Yeah, but he's the one in

criminal.

He's hiding from the law to

start with.

Right, but maybe they got the

idea of this TikTok thing from

that.

Oh, like I said, I've been

seeing it for months.

There's kids hiding, you know,

they're, they go like behind the

paper towels and build the thing

at the Home Depot or the Costco.

And they just wait.

And they just wait for the store

to close.

Really.

Yeah, and what they do, they

hang out there the whole night.

Yeah, I usually stop watching at

that point, but that's the idea.

I feel like somebody's in on it,

though.

Like they tell somebody like,

hey, you know, we want to do

this.

And they're like, OK, you know,

they figure.

There's a whole series of

stealth camping people that try

to camp in areas that they're

not supposed to camp in.

Really.

Like this one guy, it was one of

those roundabouts, but there was

plants in the middle of the

roundabout.

So he sneaks into the air, sets

up his little camp, stays there

all night, leaves the next

morning without getting caught.

That's what homeless people do.

Right.

Exactly.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

The challenge is to be homeless

for 24 hours.

And he gets views.

And they get views, right?

All right, so now I want you to

try and.

I've been hiding cigar hustler.

Yeah, No, no, no.

You went first of all, there are

motion sensors.

You don't want to do that

because the alarm just instantly

goes off as soon as you as soon.

As you know the code.

But if you're in there, we arm

the code and you're hiding, and

then you go and.

Yeah, but when you set the

alarm, you run out.

You have 30 seconds.

The trick will be to get back

and turn it off before.

To disarm it, right?

Smart.

No, I want you to do it at

another store, like after an

event.

Like who's?

His office.

After goodnight, no like a like

you do an event somewhere.

Yeah, I think I'm too old for

that.

I'm not doing.

That and then I want you to

TikTok it.

Get Keano to do it.

No, you'll do it.

I'm not doing it.

No, not not going to do it.

By the way, did you see a?

Child, it's a felony for me.

Is it?

Who knows?

See.

Did I see what?

Did you see that Saka gave us?

Gave us.

Yes, I thanked him.

Gave us our flowers I.

Called him Mr. Saka, yes.

He said shout out to and Mike

and Mike and.

Greg doesn't even.

No, Greg, no, he didn't even say

brother.

Yeah, a lot of other people said

Mike and his brother and Palmer,

right?

Yeah.

Greg does not exist as far as

science.

And that's and, and that's

warranted.

Like, I get it.

Like I completely understand.

Like he has no idea what's

going.

On No he doesn't.

He does.

Yeah.

That was what?

That was awesome.

Yeah.

That was a we've.

Gotten a lot of nice compliments

from people yeah the day of my

phone kept going off Adrian's

like what is going on he go what

were the number 2 cigar we.

Are the number 2?

I don't.

Know what to tell you, honey,

I'm sorry.

You don't watch the show.

No, she does not watch the show.

You remember the other show?

I used to count on the fact that

she didn't watch the show.

Right.

Yeah.

I get in less trouble that way.

All right, next.

To right and a follow up story a

few weeks ago, a woman filed A

lawsuit says that she was hit by

a duck on one of Seaworld's

roller coasters.

The rider, identified as Hillary

Martin of Orange County while

was injured while a duck struck

her while riding Mako in March,

stating she suffered permanent

injuries and seeks more than

$50,000 in damages, according to

court documents filed on

Tuesday, SeaWorld Orlando's

SeaWorld Orlando Their motion to

dismiss was granted by Florida

court agreeing that SeaWorld did

not have control of the duck and

they are not liable for the

duck's activities.

Barton has 20 days to refile on

an amended complaint.

I guess she has to sue the duck

now. 50K, that's all she's going

for.

Yeah, you.

Don't remember this story?

I do remember it, but I didn't

realize that the amount was only

like.

Well, there was pain and

suffering, but 50,000 was the

main the main figure.

Yeah.

This is not like a million or

two or something like that.

Well, you probably hope pain and

suffering adds up to something

substantial.

Well, the the lawyer probably

knows what the number is.

Yeah, maybe.

Settlement 50,000 Let's get.

It well, it was an attempted, it

was dismissed and.

It wasn't even really a duck, it

was a Heron.

But you got, oh, that's big.

Not the Gray one, the the little

white 1 you see everywhere with

a little curved nose.

Yeah, that's a lot smaller,

probably easier to get, you

know, just Ding off of you,

right?

Yeah, there was another story

about an emu that the police had

to handcuff, but I didn't think

2 bird stories in the same day.

Emu.

Yeah, that was in Emu Running

wild, but there's a picture.

They put handcuffs on the EMU.

Yeah, it was.

Stop it from running.

Stop it from running.

Oh, they put it on his legs,

Yeah.

No, they put it on his neck.

Yeah, they put it on his arms.

When you said?

Hand doesn't have arms, the.

Word is in the name.

Yeah, but he does not have

hands.

Yeah, his hands are on his feet.

OK, Yeah, right.

Have you ever seen one of the

things?

One of those things run, man.

Yeah, they're fast.

No.

When I went to Kentucky, yeah,

my buddy has an emu farm, OK.

And he's like, come on in.

And I'm like, man, this thing's

got some big old talents like

I'm.

Not sure they're different

value.

Yeah, He's like, no, no, no,

they're good, man.

They're my pets.

I'm like, they're not my pets

though.

Like they're your pets, right?

Right, they don't know me.

Identify you as a predator.

Right.

So I, I don't know how he got me

in this pen, right?

Some way I stepped in.

As soon as I stepped in, these

things took off.

At you.

Oh no, not at me, just running

around.

Like he can eat us.

He's bigger than us.

Yeah, I'm, Oh, no, I don't think

that's what happened, but.

Have you ever had EMU?

It's not bad.

I think so at Disney, right?

Do they have emu at Disney?

I don't know.

They say it's Turkey legs, but

they say it's.

Turkey legs, but yeah, the

rumors emu there's a place in.

Ocala this.

Seems like a PITA thing.

Like, I don't think Disney would

do that.

All the videos I see those

things, they Peck at you with

their with their faces.

Yeah, yeah.

They don't look very friendly.

You know what biggest take away

from that story?

Don't go in the pimp.

No.

Is that you can be coaxed into

just about anything.

I yeah, I guess I don't know

that was.

I mean, look what he's wearing

after you said no for two days.

Yeah.

I'm not doing.

I would do it OK.

I'm not doing it OK.

Give me the hat.

Let me go get the hat.

I don't want to wear the hat.

Here's the hat.

Here's the hat.

OK, got the hat all right.

Florida man Hudson, FL man on

Florida's Gulf Coast has been

charged with animal cruelty

after authority said he killed

and cooked and ate two of his

pet Peacocks.

The Craig Voigt, 61, of Hudson,

FL, was arrested last week on a

third degree felony charge of

aggravated animal cruelty.

According to an affidavit from

the Pasco County Sheriff's

Office, Voigt told investigators

that he had killed the two

Peacocks because his neighbor

kept feeding them.

He had written the neighbor a

letter telling her that he would

that if they would continue to

kill his pet Peacocks if she

kept feeding them To prove a

point, according to the

affidavit, which he didn't say

how many Peacocks he kept, Voigt

admitted to killing the bird by

cutting the bird's neck out of

spite, then bleeding it out and

then later eating the bird after

cooking it in a frying pan, the

FSA had said.

Well, he was being taken to

jail.

Voigt told deputies that he

would kill all the pet Peacocks

upon release to prevent anyone

from taking them to the

Sheriff's Office.

The Pasco County Sheriff's

Office on Monday didn't

immediately respond to an

inquiry about the fate of the

remaining Peacocks.

Wow.

OK.

This is a slaughter of Peacocks.

Well.

I mean, if you have pet chickens

and you kill your chickens,

that's not animal cruelty,

right?

So why is it animal cruelty to

kill the Peacocks?

Yeah, why were you on the line

of Peacocks?

Did he say they were his pets?

Yeah.

That's why I had, I had pet

chickens.

I still you eat the you eat the

eggs, you're eating their

babies.

Did they have names?

They're not.

Yes.

Then those are pets.

So you can't kill them.

So you can't kill.

Them.

I guess not.

I mean, it's an animal that you

eat.

People eat Peacocks.

People eat Peacocks.

Yeah, no, they eat Peacocks.

Yeah, really.

Yeah, what culture eats Peacock?

Well, I definitely.

Some Spanish people, 'cause when

I had a farm, I had a Spanish

lady and she ate hers.

She ate her.

Peacock don't tell anybody now

she get arrested.

Well, she's not.

She's no longer with us.

Is this one of the big she dies?

This is like the Big Bat story.

Did she die from the Peacock?

No, you know I run, don't.

You choke on a Peacock.

I hear they're very, they get a

lot of bones.

Large.

Yeah, I don't know.

They're very big and they make a

terrible noise.

Listen, this lady, right?

Yeah.

She used to live over here in

DeBary.

I had my farm in Orange City.

She was known as the chicken

lady, right?

So everybody would go to her to

get chickens.

You know, she would she would

kill them and and defather them

and blah, blah, blah, Right.

So I I end up, you know, giving

up the farm.

I was like, man, I can't do this

no more.

It's just too difficult.

So the way that you kill a

chicken, Mikey, do you know how

to kill a chicken?

No.

OK, So you have to break its

neck first.

OK, Right.

And then or.

You can cut it off.

Yeah, but really you just want

to break it first.

That's you just want to kill

them first before you cut it

off.

I don't know.

I guess it's humane the other

way.

I'm I'm not sure I'm.

Pretty sure when they cut it off

it kills them.

Yeah.

So like it drags it out.

Then you cut the head off, you

let them bleed out, you put them

in the pot.

You boil them, you make the

feathers loose, and then you

boil the feathers off right.

Right.

So this lady, all right, she put

her, her oldest son in jail, in

prison for animal cruelty,

right?

To his dog.

He gets out of prison and my

camera's off.

And the camera.

'S off.

Yeah, it's probably the energy

saving thing.

And when he gets out, the first

thing he does, he goes and chops

his mom up.

Oh.

Not the chickens.

Yeah, he killed her.

Did he break her neck first?

You know what?

I think he did.

And I thought it was so crazy

that this story happened.

Was like, I used to watch her

every day, you know, kill these

chickens, right?

And ironically, she died just

like the chickens.

Oh, did he like the chickens or

something?

I don't know.

I have no.

Idea.

OK, but yeah.

But I still don't.

Understand why she didn't go to

jail.

But this Peacock guy?

Yeah, because they weren't her

pets.

Those were food.

They were money for her.

None.

None had names.

I don't know, I think.

That's really where the line

was.

Drawn knife cows I.

Feel like that was that was a.

Tough story.

You just kind of rambled on that

and I you really kind of lost

me.

All right, so some lady killed

somebody.

OK, got it.

No, no.

Her son killed her.

Killed her, right.

She had her son put in jail for

being cruel to the dog, and then

when he got out of jail, he

killed his mother like she was a

chicken.

Yeah, got it.

She could have.

Told it a lot faster.

Yeah, that was a great story.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Wow.

So if somebody.

Knows why you can't kill

Peacocks, but you can kill

chickens.

Maybe Ben, they can let us know,

right?

And so.

So we give this guy, we give

Phil the camera, all of a sudden

he's going to just command this.

We just start taking over with

his random no my camera only.

Lost the light.

The news is his camera went

into.

Power safe mode and now it's

off.

So it's last 30 minutes it's in

20 minutes, right.

Well, it had a 29 number on the

screen, maybe it's 29 minutes

got to ran a little bit before

we started OK.

And while you talked, well of

course that ran, which is

probably why we got.

Away from that camera.

Could be.

Because in the beginning, we did

have to do things in 30 minute

jumps.

Yeah.

Then we'd have a commercial,

reset the camera and do it

again.

All right, now, to be fair and

equal, we have a Florida woman's

story.

Oh, fair.

And equal, fair and equal here.

Podcast A woman is facing

charges after Volusia County

deputy said she vandalized a car

she thought belonged to her

ex-boyfriend but it was the

wrong car.

OK, a Bell News 4 Jack sister

station WKMG reported.

According to the Volusia County

Sheriff's Office, deputies said

they responded to a vandalism

call overnight along Glamour

City Drive and Deltona about a

young woman spray painting a

vehicle.

When the deputies got there,

they found an 18 year old and a

16 year old girl.

Investigators said the younger

girl had yellow spray paint on

her sweatpants that matched the

spray paint on the car.

When questioned, the 18 year old

admitted she was upset with her

ex-boyfriend and decided to

spray paint and throw eggs at

what she thought with his

vehicle.

Unfortunately.

The vehicle in question belonged

to a neighbor, not her ex boy.

Very nice car too, was a nice.

Obviously the whole

relationship.

She wasn't paying attention.

Yeah, she never wrote.

He wouldn't let her.

Ride in his car.

According to the arrest

affidavit, the 18 year old told

deputies that her ex-boyfriend

owed her around $700.00, which

is what spurred the act of

vengeance.

However, it turned out that the

car's actual owner had just

parked across the street,

leading to the misunderstanding,

the affidavit reveals.

The damage to the car reportedly

tallied up to an estimated

Gentlemen want to pick.

Keep in mind, he owed.

Her $700.00 allegedly.

Yeah, I'm going to.

Say 65177. 105,000.

Dollars I win estimated 5000

that was for.

Report purposes deputies also.

Explained that they caught the

woman driving with two open

containers of Four Loko in

Plainview underage.

Drinking, driving, vandalizing.

As a result, the 18.

Year old was arrested and now

faces criminal charges of

criminal mischief, contributing

to the delinquency of a minor,

possession of alcohol under 21,

and she got a DUI.

She was released.

Wednesday afternoon on bond.

Meanwhile, the 16 year old faces

a charge of possession of

marijuana over 20 grams after

Debbie said they found the drugs

in her purse.

In addition, Debbie said they

recovered an empty Crown Royal

bottle, a scale and a can of

yellow spray paint.

Crown Royal.

Yes.

Empty bottle.

Let's go.

Well, if it's empty, they can't.

Say that you you there was they

can't charge you get with it.

You know what I love right now?

It's.

An empty bottle?

Yeah.

Really.

Yeah.

How can he charge?

There's a liquid in it, all that

stuff.

Was in her bag.

It's just a bottle.

You know what's amazing to me,

right?

Now, the fact that your camera's

dead and you're still rocking,

you're still rocking the the the

gear, you're still in full

leprechaun.

Oh yeah, you should.

Probably do the You should not

have said anything.

You would have had it on the

entire time.

It is a little aggravating.

We have a much.

Better match coming but but

still it's only going to be 29.

It's only.

Got 20 minutes.

I love that.

That's hilarious.

The 1st 20 minutes of every.

Show yeah every.

Every time I was smoking, I'm

getting this orange hair in my

mouth.

We'll slowly.

We'll slowly.

We'll slowly bring them back 20

minutes.

At a time. 20 minutes at a time

at.

Least you didn't catch on fire.

Yeah, that's I was a.

Little afraid when I was.

Lying the cigar that last time.

All right, Michael, you have a

video.

I do have a video.

Oh great.

Look at that I do.

Have a video?

I hate when he has a video I

actually.

Had two versions.

Of the video, I think you.

Sent it to us and.

This version I hate.

Videos.

Has no.

Background music.

It's an editing nightmare.

Oh, my cigarettes Harry.

I know what video he has.

Is this how it comes from?

Espinoza, Harry.

I hope that right, that's where

the hair comes.

From just sent it to you.

Guys, is that the one you sent

to Jerry?

No, I sent it to Eminem.

You got it?

Yes.

There's no.

Volume.

Oh my volume.

'S turned off.

I know what it says.

I have to listen.

To this with no volume, right?

You can.

Oh, because it's, it's not a

testing thing.

You can listen to it.

It's time for number 2.

And that comes from very high

praise.

Things to say about the number 2

cigar of the year #2 cigar of

2025.

And that is Postagna Pastagna

Alstani.

This is a lovely smoke.

The Pastagna Pastagna.

San Andreas.

But Shanya, which you would call

Palestani Pastagna, it's San.

Andreas Bellicoso, Connecticut

Justice.

Fantastic cigar.

Fantastic cigar.

Oh, I think I've seen this.

On Facebook is or maybe Tiktok.

You did OK.

I did.

I put it up.

I put it up earlier today.

OK, there had.

To be a lot of work.

Getting all those clips, it was

it, absolutely.

Was first of all what I do.

Like, and I think is funny about

this clip is how everybody

pretty much pronounces it.

Everybody.

Nobody.

Everybody.

Says nobody can say it right.

Bear got it right.

Bear did.

Bear got it.

Right and.

And Patrick got it right.

Yeah, well, half wheel.

Other professional, more

professional more.

I mean, you know I will, but

let.

The other one.

Darn, I think the Lee Mack guy.

I distinctly remember having a

conversation with him and I

explained it.

I said Postonia and he said

Poshanya.

I said Posthanya and then he

said Poshanya again.

And I think at that point I let

it go.

I was like, the spelling's on

the ban bro I.

Was like OK.

No, it's fuck, it's not here.

No, it's.

Not it's on the box so.

So yeah, man, I just.

Wanted to put together a little,

you know, a little collage of

all the guys that took the time

out to review it and, you know,

ranked it on their top 25.

And then the the end of it had

the photos for the guys who

don't do videos.

Oh, OK, I got you.

I want to just saw that.

Yeah, I want to incorporate all

the other guys as well.

So thanks again for everybody

for supporting and, and your

love and and showing the reviews

and we really appreciate that.

And it was all over the board,

man.

It was war Bear.

It was Corona of Connecticut.

It was.

All the different guys, Yeah, it

was the San Andreas.

It was the Connecticut, it was

the Warbearer, it was the SBCI

mean.

Like, hell yeah, man, that was

really, really, really awesome.

And yeah, don't, don't beat up

on my boy Lee Mack too much with

the Poshanya 'cause that that

was my guy.

That guy is hilarious.

Oh, that's the one.

It does in his.

Car.

That's how I was.

Like I was watching all of them

and I was like, oh dude, this

guy, he keeps it real.

That was.

The one you talked about

yesterday.

Yeah, the Ashcans.

Yeah.

Yeah, so, so there's your video.

That was a great video.

Thank you.

You said you had. 2.

Though he has two versions of

it. 02 versions.

Oh.

One with the music, one without

the music.

Yeah, that's on YouTube, so.

You can't put the one with the.

Got it.

Oh, so YouTube's where there's.

No music Correct on.

What YouTube page did you put?

It on ours, I didn't put it on

YouTube.

Oh.

Gotcha, so do I have the version

you just sent me?

Is that the one without the

music you use for the show?

Yeah, that's the one.

You.

Use for the show I well, I

didn't turn my.

Volume up.

So I didn't know if I had music

on it.

Yeah.

All right, now on to the cigar

news.

United Cigars has announced the

return of the limited edition

firecracker blend from selected

tobaccos that has not been seen

since 2023.

Do we talk about that?

No.

No, they have a new one coming

out.

For 2026, but they're bringing 1

back from 202300.

A remake.

A remake.

The Bandolero firecracker, not

the German one, this is this is

the Spanish one.

This is the Spanish 1.

tucked inside the band made to

mimic the fuse on a firecracker.

Habano Maduro wrapper, the same

wrapper used for the selected

tobaccos Mandalero Adventurous

Line and Ecuadorian binder and

filler tobaccos grown in the

Dominican Republic, Nicaragua

and Peru.

According to the company, the

cigars were aged for two years.

Well, they made them at 23, now

it's 26, right?

And multiple rooms lined with

different types of cedar after

being rolled in the Tabaco de

Germans, huh?

Like the Germans when asked

about.

Production numbers, Oliver

Nevada, the director of

operations for United Cigars,

told Half Wheel that we don't

have set qualities.

Quantities, no qualities.

That was exactly what.

You said last this is this is

that.

Is the same quote, but it's a

different cigar.

There's been no mention of

German.

OK.

As they found them in the.

German corner of coaster The

coaster No the.

Spanish corner of the coaster.

Riggan Fellow.

These are bandoleros.

Bandoleros.

You know, little bullets on.

A thing?

Yeah, Yeah.

Is that what it is?

Yeah, interesting.

Like Chewbacca wears I thought

Bandoleros was.

Like yeah exactly 2 gangster

girls or something.

I don't know.

Bandoleros.

They should have shaved

Chewbacca.

He's given porn names out.

Yeah, no, that was.

Penélope Cruz, and it was a

movie.

Oh, Salma Hayek.

I did.

See that?

Yes, I want.

Oh, He talked.

A lot.

This podcast I've already kind

of like blocked him out.

He's talking a lot, didn't he?

He did that.

When he did.

That he got.

Some fast food before the show

he got a little down time before

the show when he did the whole

when he.

Started going about the whole

story.

He's all excited because he.

Saw you and Preston working

together there.

It is shot.

The bandolero what?

The Bandolero Firecracker

debuted in 2022, and it was

released in 2023.

This is the second firecracker

released to be announced by

United Cigars, recently joining

the Independence Firecracker

last week.

See the German when there's the

German.

By the way, Palmer tried to coax

Pressed into being on the

podcast.

When I'm out, yes, at the end of

the month.

Well, I was also thinking, are

you out because there's a sport

thing you have to do?

No.

Oh, I thought maybe it was.

A sports thing.

So I was thinking maybe he was

busy too and it would be in the

afternoon, so he probably

couldn't make it anyway.

Yeah.

Fridays.

Wow.

Fridays are crazy, all right,

McCallum.

'S cigar.

I'll get him, though.

He wasn't going to do it, no.

Don't do that to him.

Why you leave him alone?

Why don't get so?

Don't get so defensive.

I have to protect my friends

from my friends.

I'm not going.

To do anything to him, We're not

going to tie him up or

something.

No, he's not coming on the just.

I thought these.

People would like to see your

person.

No, but you're definitely going

to give.

Him some funny stuff to read.

Go to go.

To 4 downs with coach Preston

and they can see him not the

same.

On YouTube you're.

Not the same.

Hello I have.

Preston.

The beloved first love of Mikey

Stefan.

I guarantee there's going to be,

like, something in the reading.

Wow.

Yeah.

Mcallis Cigars was added a fifth

Softbox Press Toro in its color

series.

Like the previous four, it's a

smoking exclusive.

The McAuliffe Green Soft Box

box pressed vitola made with a

Brazilian Monofino wrapper

Michael's favorite factory.

Eat cigars in MSRP of pylon. $9

works.

Wow.

How do you mean a soft box?

So like a soft pack?

Soft box press.

Oh, not a.

Soft box, yeah.

Yeah.

Oh, a squishy.

No, I was thinking it was going.

To be like cigarettes, you know,

they come in a paper.

Yeah, yeah.

These are coming in.

Yeah, Oh my God, you just.

You just slam them down.

You got to slam them down.

This is the 5th.

Color series Softbox Press Toros

to be sold exclusively by the

Florida based retailer.

The black Softbox Press Toro was

a 2024 release, while the same

vitola is in the blue, purple

and red lines.

Reddit last year.

McAuliffe Green Softbox Press

Toro is already available

purchase at smoke in stores.

This is one of the least 2

exclusive vitolas.

This Week 2.

Guys Cigars retailer in New

Hampshire is said to begin

selling 6 by 60 Gordo versions

of the green color series.

An e-mail sent to Mccalla for

additional information was not

immediately returned.

So one got the six. 61 got the 6

by 54 correct and they're both

store exclusive.

Both store exclusive and

they're.

Both $9.

And they're both no.

They didn't say what's the 660

was.

They didn't talk about the yeah,

it was not price David

Garoppolo's cigars for you.

If I had to guess.

Though how today's going, it was

$9.

Everything's $9 in 2026.

Advent McKay Cigars, makers of

the Adventura line of cigars,

has announced that it has

entered into a distribution

agreement with the French

company Voltus and Vitolez.

That was but that Spanish accent

that will soon bring its cigars

to France.

France has a deep appreciation

of craftsmanship and culture

values of the heart of

Adventura, said Marcel Kobel.

Co founder.

That's not our friend adventure,

is it?

No Co founder of admin Mckay's

cigars company via press

release.

We're thrilled to partner with

Voltez and Vitolez, whose

passion and respect for the

cigar world aligned perfectly

with our own philosophy.

I would like one time one of

these things to read this is who

said they could move our cigars.

So that's why we're going with

them.

We believe that they can sell.

Well, right.

I mean, that's what.

I would say they're French.

Why did you pick this

distributor?

Because they're bad Mofos.

They sell.

They're bad Mofos.

They sell things well.

They gave us the best deal in

France, you know, the best deal

in.

France.

Though the partnership, the.

Adventure line top sellers begin

with Blue Eyed Jacks Revenge

will now be available across

select tobacconists in France,

while The Royal Return, Queen's

Pearls and King's Gold will come

in the second quarter of 2026.

Aventura and Voltez and Vitolis

share the same passion for

discovery, travel and meaningful

experiences, though the heart of

the cigar.

Said some guy whose name I'm not

even close.

Do it.

I hate you both.

Yes, the Batao de Les Quinta.

Oh yeah, that is.

Exactly wrong.

That's exactly.

Not even close.

Did you see the the Charlie?

Post and somebody said, But they

wanted us to really, you know,

they wanted us to announce the

person.

And then Charlie said, well,

they'll probably mispronounce

it.

Oh, probably.

Yeah, who do they want us to

announce?

Something about winner of the

consensus or something?

Oh.

Together, we invite French

aficionados to embark on a

journey where each vitola tells

a story, a moment of escape and

a genuine enjoyment that blue

eyed.

Jack has gone a lot of notoriety

the past couple years.

It has, and then you hear about

them.

A lot.

But you said it was about travel

stuff.

I would think it's more like

pirates.

Yeah.

You think so?

One.

Eyed Jack.

Blue eyed Jack.

I mean with.

The Queen's pearls and.

One eyed Jack, the Queens One

eyed Jack's a playing card isn't

it?

Sounds like Pirates blue.

Eyed Jack.

It's not a.

One eyed Jack.

Golly, well, maybe it's maybe

the one.

Eye is blue.

It's a one eyed blue.

Eyed, Yes.

It's a blue eyed one eyed yes.

OK.

People leader, Purple people

leader.

Purple people leader.

Yeah.

I couldn't think how the song

went.

The Purple People leader.

Yes, that's their new cigar.

Coming out in 2027?

Oh, that would not be a pirate.

$11.00 Who was?

Also a pirate.

He's also a pirate.

Purple people.

Eater was a pirate.

Yeah, I don't know.

I'm.

Finding out a lot of these

pirates that we celebrate are

not real Captain Purple people.

Eater.

That's what they called.

There's another pirate in Texas.

That celebrated he's not real

either there are no pirates in

Texas Yeah I.

Mean there's.

There's the Gulf Coast, there's

the Gulf Coast there in the.

Texas there.

It's too far.

Inland it would probably be

like.

American.

Mexican or something?

American.

Mexican.

Yeah, the pirates are Spanish.

Mexican American.

Mexican American.

Yeah, Mexican.

American.

OK.

His name is 1.

Eye Willie.

That's completely.

Different pirate.

OK, he's real though.

All right, it's time for the.

Industry's favorite game?

Wait a second, I have.

A question I want to ask you

guys.

How are we moving on so.

Fast here, I know we're just

kind of flowing.

Today.

That's OK.

I have a question.

I have a question.

Sorry, you guys, you and

Preston.

Make a lovely couple.

No, no, no.

No, that's not the question.

I do think he noticed.

Your haircut.

You think so?

And.

We're not jealous I didn't trim

the top.

Not jealous I didn't trim the.

He didn't trim the top, he took

the fact that he is the.

Spork Very well.

Wait, wait, Tristan.

Preston.

Sorry, Tristan.

Tristan.

That's that's.

That's Brad Pitt.

That's Legend of the Fall,

That's totally different.

So I love that movie, Preston.

Cut your hair.

No.

Oh.

No, no, he went and got a

haircut before Preston showed up

today.

Yeah, but the way he said.

It he said like he didn't trim

enough off the top.

Well, he didn't.

No, no.

He didn't trim the top.

Oh, right, because it's getting

thin.

Oh, you needed the?

The comb, the old comb over I

was like.

No, it's because.

You're not using the right gel.

I'm not quite there yet.

I.

Don't think but the comb over I

just want to.

Know when it gets to a.

Point where it's too thin, it's

gone.

I'm just shaving it.

Oh, you're just going to.

Ball, I'm Jason Statham.

Yeah.

Oh, you should go, Yeah.

Little scruffy.

Yeah, you know.

I still I probably got a.

Couple of years here, we'll see.

So.

California UTL, yes, right.

OK, so.

I just want to.

Shift here to actually something

serious for one second.

For one second?

What the hell?

So.

It you can go on to the website

and you can see if a cigar found

was registered or not.

Wait, is this California?

'S website or in Yeah stores

California's website.

You can type in Estania.

Mexican San Andreas Bellicoso,

the number 2 cigar elected by

half wheel.

Yeah, I can type all that in,

right?

And then you.

Could see if we registered and

and are approved by the UTL, but

you have to type it.

In you can't just like click on.

There's not like a list.

I think there's a list as.

Well, oh, OK, but I like the

search engine, so let me ask you

a question.

Yes.

Deadwood.

Sweet Jane OK.

Do you think that it was on the

UTL?

Yes and OK or off the UTL

because it's flavor infused.

I bet it's OK I it.

Was on.

'Cause it seemed California

would probably like sweet cigars

like that.

But it's all about.

Flavor bands.

I understand what you're.

Saying well, Drew State paid

the.

Money.

Yeah, this is not how

California.

Works, yeah.

This is not how California.

Works.

Is it a proof cigar?

Yeah.

So you both think wait.

Wait, I just want to know if you

guys, I want to know, I think

it's on the approved.

List OK, Do you think it?

Should be on the approved list,

not by the Rosa, they said.

Because are they?

Outlawing flavored pipe tobacco

I.

Think they are?

Oh, 'cause is that?

Is that pipe tobacco?

Technically, it's pipe tobacco.

I don't know how that flavored

pipe.

Tobacco.

Is it a?

Is it a flavored?

Cigar or not, it is a flavored

cigar.

Yeah, it is a as far.

As cigar people go, yeah, it's a

flavored cigar.

OK, so.

So.

It should or should not be on

the UTF.

Should not be on the approved.

List.

You don't think it should be on

the UTL?

Not by the rules.

You don't think it should?

Be on the UTF.

Guess what's on the UTF?

The sweet Jane.

The.

Deadwoods on there.

All the deadwoods I, you know, I

didn't go, didn't go that deep.

I didn't.

Go down the rabbit.

Hole completely gotcha, but.

I did check that.

One for whatever reason, I'm

like, oh, let me just type this

in like like this is maybe this

is broken.

I don't know.

Let me just let me try something

else.

Maybe they spelled it wrong, you

know, interesting.

I think that's interesting.

I know you only require.

One boxer, but we will give you

2 of the dead ones.

Don't you think that's

interesting?

High like they did in Shawshank

Redemption with my cigars.

Like I.

Don't even, I don't understand,

like what's going under the

cigars in the box, wink wink.

Like why is an?

Acid on there then acid should

be on there.

Oh, is acid not on the?

List.

I don't think it is that What?

Punched it in.

I think that there's a lot that

you're like, maybe Drew.

State figured out figured out

the the real secret here that

the lawmakers over there don't

really know what cigars are

allegedly something.

Like that, allegedly.

Yeah, OK.

That the lawmakers.

Really don't know what cigars

are and they just pass it off as

regular cigars.

OK, could be.

I mean if they.

Paid the money to red shirt

they're not really testing yeah

yeah no, it's.

Traditional, traditional,

traditional, right, Yeah, yeah,

they.

Click the traditional box.

Let's see what happens.

Let them tell us now.

Right.

Exactly let.

Them make the decision.

OK, one more.

Question, how many skews do you

think STG has registered?

We said on the show.

I forget, but it was like 1000

or something.

We did.

Yeah.

They how?

Many skews do they have, I don't

think.

It's quite that.

Number, but it's close.

Well, definitely.

Room 101's over there I think.

It's all of them, I think.

I think it's or it's it's a lot.

Yeah, it's just under 800 I

believe that are currently

registered and maybe there are

others that are still being

still registered system.

Yeah, they're registered late.

Do you know how?

Much money, that is.

It's like $300.

A cigar, right?

Yeah, 20. 1000 right 2321. 800 *

3 we said.

Under 8 so I was just.

Figuring 7 800 * 3. 100 is 21

thousand.

Well, he did.

He did 700 exactly times, 307 *

3 is 21 seven times. 3. 800 * 3.

100 No, no, that's not, that's

28. 100 * 3. 100, yeah, it's 20.

It's 30. 32.

It's 32,000.

No, it's 24.

Don't.

Go in, don't.

Suck into this 24.

Yeah, 8 * 3 is 24.

OK, So 800 * 300 is 24,024

thousand.

OK, Don't ever handle the books.

It's 240.

Yeah, it's 2. 100 and. $40,000

Wow.

To register all those.

SKU's, yeah, but for STG?

How much are they worth?

It's a quarter of a million.

Dollars.

I don't care how much you're

worth.

Yeah, well.

And then annually it's.

Probably another 100 KA year.

Yeah, but what's going to be?

Their ROI, they those guys have

somebody that figures out an ROI

for right, we're going to.

Table.

We're going to table this for

right now.

We spend this, we make this.

Oh, we're going to call Justin

Andrews.

No, we're going to table this.

And he's not at STG.

Let me.

Know when I can talk.

You're allowed.

Are you done, Boots?

Yeah, I'm done.

All right.

We're.

Done.

Go ahead.

OK.

Thank you.

We're going to.

Table this I do have some other

questions that we're going to

kind of give in throughout the

week.

I think we'll see how how this

kind of goes, but I do want to

start to cover some of this

topic a little bit more on the

Patreon, yes.

Whether it's this?

Week or next week 'cause I know

we you had something else you

want to talk about on the

Patreon.

A couple of things for the

Patreon.

Yeah, but I mean, they might not

be as exciting as you were the

minute I thought about it on

Saturday, OK.

OK.

And we have to talk about the.

Cigar.

Yeah.

All right, Now we're.

Ready for What's the score

Without boots, Without boots,

without Phil saying anything.

Oh does boots do that?

Phil does.

Yeah, Well, you.

Said I was talking too.

Much so I, you know, I kind of.

You talk, I heard him whittle.

Feelings.

You talk all you want.

Zombie Biohazard Green delivers

an impressively layered profile

from start to finish, showcasing

sweet cedar, earth leather,

green pepper, Maple sweetness,

and evolving nutty and chocolate

tons.

The progression from spicy and

bold to creamy and refined keeps

the smoking experience engaged

and well balanced. 89. 86.

Construction is a strong.

Point with an excellent draw

once the covered foot opens and

consistently solid burn through

most of the cigar smoke

production stays steady and the

strength builds smoothly into a

comfortable medium range without

overpowering the pallet. 90, 87.

Just following me.

You both said 87.

No, I said 90 and.

He I moved up a point, so he

moved up a point while.

The flavor remains in the third

clue, while the flavor remains

enjoyable in the final third.

The burn becomes slightly

inconsistent and requires

multiple touch ups, and the

profile loses some of the spice

and vibrancy that made the

earlier portion more dynamic.

Oh.

Third clue not final thought

Yes.

Third clue, not final.

Thought I don't know why you

guys can't carry every time you

ask these questions.

Follow along 3.

Clues.

It's just I just want to make.

Sure buddy.

Can't I just trust but verify?

No.

Is that so wrong?

88 So this is the final.

Thought no, it's the third.

Next is the final thought that

was.

The third clue?

You know what's even better is

the fact?

That I asked and then he said

that he had to follow up with

well, I just.

You did it on purpose.

Yeah, I did.

I got you.

Yeah. 87 final.

Thought, oh hello, alright.

This is the last.

One guys, got it.

I've made no secret of the fact

that I found the vast majority

of the Zombie cigars to be

either overly strong, fairly

linear, or a combination of

both.

However, the Zombie.

Biohazard.

Green is not.

While still featuring some

obvious strengths, the profile

is indefinitely more balanced

and features a wonderful Maple

sweetness on the retro hail that

is present in various amounts

from the first puff to the last.

In addition, the overall

excellent construction made it a

joy to smoke in that regard.

Yes, they are difficult to get a

hold of, especially now that

they are sold out, but they are

well worth the effort to track

down if you can find them.

That's it, It's all done.

This is your last score, Boots.

Did you hear that last score?

Was that your final thought?

So that was the.

Final thought that.

Was the final thought.

This is the final score that

goes after the final thought.

I'm going to stay 88 and that

was the number.

I like too.

Yeah, not anymore.

It's fine.

Well, you're supposed to say the

same.

Number, can't you?

No, that's not fun.

You.

Did yesterday with the 90.

One on the well, 'cause we knew

what that.

Cigar.

No, you did not.

Nobody knew.

No.

Because I knew.

What the rating was.

The only reason why you stuck

with 91 was 'cause I knew what

it was.

Yeah, it's not fair you can't

pick your.

Cigar.

Yeah, OK.

I never said what it.

Was.

It was very topical that Cigar

was.

Very topical for the day.

Yeah, it was very topical for

the.

Day, right?

We just know how to read.

You.

Palmer wasn't like it was that

far off.

You said 88, huh?

I I didn't.

Say, I mean I almost didn't even

say it had tobacco in it.

So I mean I I got as vague as I

could 89. 88 Boom.

Baby, let's.

Go can't win if he hits it on

they made.
