Told Licensing in Washington
state is responsible for vehicle

every day in order to streamline
customer queries.
It uses an AI driven
self-service system asking
callers to select the language
they would like to converse in.
But if you want to speak in
Spanish, you'd probably be
disappointed what you've heard.
