Hello, all you peoples! I'm back! Crop it and lower it. We don't have the thing, so I'ma go.

Three? Oh, he's dancing. Two. The dancing pink panda.

He must have gotten laid. That's why he's laid. Here we go. By some doctor or something.

Yeah. Dr. Honey. That's why his hips don't work.

Yeah. Welcome to a Cigar Hustler podcast, premium cigars, unfiltered opinions, and conversations. I am Mike B2P Palmer, your host, joined by my co-host, back in the seat he belongs in, the King Stepankiewicz. Thank God.

And then back in engineering, whether we like it or not, fresh off his goo in the eye and now his hips issue from the new position, Mr. Phil McGuffey. One-eyed Willie McGuffey. Wow.

Should have worn an eye patch under your mask. Wow. I got my contact in, though. We did one show where we all just shot one eye, just to prove that we could do it.

Really? Yeah. I don't think so. I've been watching the shows.

No, you haven't. No, I did. I asked him about the pizza box thing and all that. He watched the clips.

Yeah. Yeah. From cigar sports and business to pop culture and the wildest headlines, if it's worth discussing, we're gonna talk about it, no safe spaces, just real perspectives, big laughs. Are you mocking me already?

No, he was tired. He just closed my eyes like this for two seconds, of course he jumps on me. And chaos at any moment. It's my third podcast for the day.

It's my third podcast for the day. Is it not? Is someone attacking you? No.

No? Well, you will shortly, I'm sure. On camera or off camera? Eh, probably both.

It could be either one. Yeah, why waste it off camera? Settle in and welcome to a Cigar Hustlers podcast. Dun, dun, dun.

On today's show, hey, that's my ass on your phone. Okay. Diddy isn't having legal problems, he's back in the news. Good.

Who says Wolverine and Deadpool can't be friends? - I love them together. - Everybody doesn't. Then in cigars, we got a new cigar, a PCA goes Asian, and then I don't remember the third story, it might be the shortest story, I'm not sure, because it wasn't a lot of cigar news.

- Okay. - Unless you want to hear about Dortmund, it's day three or something and everybody's still having a great time. - Okay, I do want to hear. - Oh, a new cigar.

And hey, that's not nice. - Hey, that's not nice. - A new cigar, hey, that's not nice. I wonder what that means.

- You wrote it. - Yeah, I know, but I'm teasing the audience, so they have to stay and see. - So you know what it means? - No, I mean, I did this hours ago.

- Oh, okay. Alright, just checking. - But before we get started, Michael, I heard the lounge isn't working, so what's it say on YouTube? - The lounge is working.

- Oh, I thought it wasn't. - I fixed it. - Oh. Did everything just populate all of a sudden?

- I don't know, I haven't looked, but I think I fixed it. - Oh. - Oh, you want to get that? Nope.

I already regret having them back. Well, it's Dana, but I wasn't gonna. The last four episodes were just three. There's some comments about how much they enjoyed the last four shows.

They were just so nice. We paid your tab upstairs, by the way. Oh, you did? Yeah.

Oh, I appreciate you guys. You're welcome. Is that for my birthday? No.

Yes. Yes, yes it was. Yes, yes, it was. Yes, it was.

Wow, wow. But I appreciate you guys. Thank you. Yeah.

Sure, not a problem. The O is $750. Yeah. I don't think my time was so much.

Yeah, but we're like loan charts. Right. There's a vague. There's a vague.

You know, the juice. There's a vague, and we did it two days ago. So, you know, oof, oof. Yeah, compounds hourly.

Yeah, by the minute. Yeah. But in the meantime, like and subscribe wherever you're listening to the show. com for all your chpod swag.

We recently released the Ghost Smoker. Oh. Yeah, with the Ghost sticker. Oh.

Oh, does it come with the shirt? No, you can buy those as well. Oh, the way you made it sound, it sounded like you buy one. Well, they're there, they're both on the site.

Right, both of them. Oh, so this is the start of-- I know, you get confused easily. Is this the start of the stickers? I think so.

Oh, nice. I'm going to tell you, right now, they've been very well received. People are buying three or four at a time. Oh, nice.

Oh, nice. Yeah, which is awesome. We've had a lot of orders. I saw that upstairs.

I saw that upstairs. Yeah, we've had a lot of orders and my most recent orders, my guy Miguel Rocha, shout out to Mike, he's awesome. Miguel. I mean, you guys are all awesome, but that was the last order and he's pretty badass.

So, I'm working on something. You're always working on something. I just dropped some money, boy. Some of our money?

Oh, yeah. Oh, great. I wonder what we bought. Oh, I can't wait to see it.

I wonder what we bought. It's the next swag drop. Is it a waffle maker? What he bought is going to be super expensive, but cool.

It's the next swag. It makes no money. It's the next swag drop. No, it just gets us to the next one.

It's going to be a hat. Oh, it's in the comments, never mind. It's going to be a hat. What?

Is it a beanie? Are we going to bring it back? It's going to be winter time. Oh, it's almost winter!

Are we bringing back the beanies? I might be able to do this on the beanie. With the new machine? It's a patch.

Oh. So, Brittany's sewing now? It's an embroidery patch. Brittany's sewing?

No. No, Greg's new job. Greg's new job. Greg, we need you to sew these patches on these hats.

All right, let me see how this popped up. Okay, but my thumbs hurt. I keep poking. Does anybody else's thumbs hurt?

You just pulled yard duty. Oh, yeah, there's no comments in the lounge. Oh. Bum, bum, ba-dum, bum.

Boop. I'm getting there. Don't worry. The problem is I have to deal with it one day at a time, so here we are, whatever.

Wait, wait, wait, I don't understand, so since it didn't get fixed today, now you have to wait and fix it tomorrow? Because it has to not do it? No, I now have it updating every hour. Oh.

Yeah. So... So by the end of the show it might be working. It should be good to go by then, yeah.

Oh, so we'll try it again. At least it's up now. Try it again at the end of the show. Alright.

- Phil, make a note of that. - Phil, write that down. - Check lounge, end of show. - Mm-hmm.

- Clean spooge out of eye. - I don't even know how to get on the lounge. - Wear safety goggles. - You should probably learn how to get on the lounge, since you just paid your tab.

- Can, I mean, do I have to, like, create, you have to give, I have to give you my email, don't I? com and figure that out. - Okay, yeah. - @LanceFrazier, my guy.

" Yes. Nice. He was talking to me about possibly us picking up some Black Label stuff, so I reached out to, I don't remember his name, why can't I remember? I want to say Andre, but it's not Andre.

Adrian. Adrian. Adrian Acosta. And the four that he requested wouldn't qualify towards the Cowards and Cuddles or whatever it's called.

Hercule Jerkule or something again. Vulture, culture. Vulture, culture. Culture, crowder.

Culture. Culture. Whore. Vulture.

Culture, vulture. I think it's vulture, culture. Vulture, culture, vulture. No, I think it's the other way.

Okay. I like herkle, dorkle. Yeah. But they already hate us anyway.

So it didn't qualify, so I just didn't order. I said, all right, I'll wait. I'll wait. I thought we couldn't get the vulture anyway because it's too late.

Well, I don't know. " - You now have Black Label? - No. - No, we don't qualify.

- No, not yet. - Weren't you paying attention? - Eventually. - He just said that.

- No, I just, okay, never mind. I thought he said he was trying to order something for somebody. " Yeah, I'll hold off. And you know what?

Here's the thing. Here's what I'm going to tell you. This is definitely Patreon stuff, but here's the thing about the cigar industry. Right.

And this is the thing that frustrates me the most, is that there are always exceptions to these rules. Sure. Right. Everybody has exceptions to these rules.

Right. We have exceptions to our rules. Yeah. And I understand the parameters or whatever, but I just want to be your exception.

You know what I mean? Please accept me. We're 18 years in the industry. We're good retailers.

I think we're good retailers. We do a good job protecting brands, promoting brands, looking out, looking out for customers and brands alike, like, maybe you take a chance with us. We cover all their press releases. Yeah, well, I'm not really referencing Black Label, I'm just kind of, like, this is more like a blanketing statement.

Yeah. Listen, I don't need Black Label Tech. I love you. Please don't hurt me.

Okay? Please don't come. Kick you with big boots. You know what?

If you want to come for me, that's fine too. Don't make fun of his boots. James Brown, I'm not making fun of them. They're cool.

I mean, I can't pull them off, but they're cool. He has awesome shoes. Yes, he does. That's what I said.

He's got the best damn shoes in his industry. Huh, hit me. Huh. Godfather and soul.

James Brown. And his lovely wife. Or Skip's neighbor, apparently. Yeah.

Yeah. They have a cool house. Yeah, I see the photos. I like her photos on the back, on the back porch with the dog and...

Yeah. " You had your blacked-out bear hat on yesterday. No, I did not. Oh, was that an LFT hat?

Yeah. Oh, I thought it was your bear hat. No, I didn't, I was running, I was late, and I didn't have a hat, and I went into the house briefly to look for my hat, and then I said screw it, I'll just grab my hat. Oh, because you wore it another day this week, you wore the bear hat.

I did. Oh. I did. I thought it was the bear hat.

My apologies to, what was his name? Jared Harper. Jared Harper, I'm very sorry. You know, I was thinking, do you remember the Melted Bear hat?

Yeah. Now that we have the auction up, maybe I put it up for auction. Sure. Why not?

I mean, we're not going to use it. It's just sitting around. Comment below and tell me if you guys want me to put that up for auction. If not, it holds...

Does CCW want it? It holds a special place in my heart. I mean, I love what it represents. It's the beginning.

Yeah, hey, we're going to screw it up and we're just going to keep going. Right. It's just how we've been running this business for 18 years. It's how I've been running my life, this business.

Oh, sorry, I only go back 12 years. To your life? No, to your life. Oh.

I don't know what you screwed up before that. I don't know. You said it's how you've run your whole life, I'm only around for the last 12. Plenty of things.

I would imagine. I'm just not scared to. No, why not, why? Well, I mean, like, it's funny to say, and you say it, like, I know we say it in a jovial manner, but...

There are so many people that are just comfortable in life that they don't even try. Right, no. They're good. Like, hmm, don't wanna mess, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I learned how to do this by messing it up.

Right, I'm in my comfy zone. I'm like, well, I'm not in a comfy zone. Yeah, who wants that? I'm terrified of the status quo.

It's gotta, you know, no. Let's try that out. Let's screw that up and keep going. Uh, oh, @stevenwells694, welcome back, Stephen Wells.

Oh, hello, Mr. Wells. " Oh. Oh.

We can do that. We can do that. " You guys fighting? Oh, I just wasn't getting into it.

I was sitting here quietly. What were you guys fighting about now? Greg drinks loud. Oh, yeah.

He does everything loud. That's true. " Yeah, that's exactly what he was, he was reading off of the half wheel. I was reading Charlie's review.

Peter, stop doing drugs, okay, it's not good for you, and I think that that may have been what had happened to One-Eyed Winky over here. He might have gone on a Peter Hernandez bender, and that's why he's been out of pocket for four or five days. And his hips hurt. They were dancing.

And his hips hurt. Right. Mmm. That RV gets a little cramped.

Mm-hmm. Makes sense. At Corey Davis says, "So what I'm hearing is Phil cannot join the FBI? " You are 100% correct, he cannot join the FBI?

Wait a second, no. No, he can't. He can join the FBI. It's on a case-by-case basis.

He now can join the FBI. He could join the FBI. Right. Before he could.

That's why he hasn't been in there before. He's now permitted. Yes. You know what's funny is, for whatever reason, the story popped in my head on the way I was dropping the kids off at school and I was thinking of, you know.

The FBI story? Sheepbangers. Yeah. Oh, yes.

I'm like, what are we doing? There's a lot of memes going around with Mr. Patel realizing what he said was a mistake. Oh, let me walk that back.

Yeah. Uh-oh. " Uh-oh. But always the most of BDP.

Well, obviously, it's in the name. Yeah. Thanks, Paul. Hmm.

He still swears it's not him. Uh-huh. Mm-hmm. I think that's it.

com Lounge. I feel like I'm forgetting something. Don't know. I'm excited about the new hat that I'm making.

Let me know if you guys want me to auction off the... The old hat that he still has? The melty hat. Stickers.

You guys appreciate the support. I think we're rolling, baby. Anything from you there, Capitan Juanai? No, just a lot of hate here, so...

A lot of hate. So much hate. Well, we've been storing it up for the last three days. The last three days.

Yeah, even though, you know, for the past six years I've been here and just pushing along. It doesn't matter. Not six years straight. Not six years straight.

It has been six long years. No, it has not. Yeah. We've been doing it for eight.

You may be in for five. I don't even think he's in for five. I was in when you guys were upstairs. He was in upstairs?

I thought he came in over there. I was in upstairs and then I created the lounge over there. Yeah. Remember that whole project?

Yeah, yeah. I'm going to build this. We're going to partner up. Right.

I'm going to bring in more podcasts. We're going to sell podcasts. We're all going to get rich. We were doing good for a little bit, and I don't know what happened.

We weren't getting rich. Still nobody was being paid. We definitely had more money, though, than we have now. We had more bills to pay then, too.

We had Wi-Fi, power. Well, that's just because Mikey kept giving in to Greg. Like paying rent? Yeah.

Greg was saying yesterday he didn't evict us. We just moved over here. We did, kind of. Yeah, and when he said it, I'm like, the other story's much better though.

Well, I mean, look, this is a better atmosphere for the shot. Yeah. Yeah, but it was a lot easier for set up for Palmer over there. Yeah, it was a lot easier to run the show from over there.

It's true. That's true. But, I don't know, I like being over here. It's not bad.

I mean, you know, I've got it down to a 30 minute thing at this point, really, so. I've done everything I can to make it as efficient as possible. What we're gonna do, the next step is, we'll probably remove your lights next. All of them?

So that you just have one. Oh, the big thing that you're... I thought you already ordered those. I have not ordered them.

Oh. I keep spending money on other stuff. Oh. Whatever this machine is that he's bought that...

I didn't buy a machine. Oh. No, he just bought the patches. The patches and the hats.

Oh, oh, oh, gotcha. And there was something else. So our existing equipment can make them? Yeah.

You mean the $2,000? Well, I didn't know. I mean, they had some little spinners on top or something. I don't know.

Maybe you have to put batteries in them and have the propellers and stuff. I just wanted to know. I'm really excited about this hat. It's really cool.

It may get mixed reviews. You're going to hate it. Why am I going to hate it? Another picture of me on it?

Because it's a picture of you. Oh, is it me as the alien? I don't know. I can't tell you.

I can't tell you right now. I don't care if it's me as an alien, you know, it doesn't make any difference. Oh, and I use the good hats, too, again. Oh.

Yeah. Oh, the ones that can get wet. Mm-hmm. Yes.

Are the good hats the bear hats? Yeah. Gotcha. I like the wing Hazar hat.

Okay, well, we'll see how this goes. I mean, the problem with the Wing Hazar hats is they're paneled down the middle. Yeah, they have like a little crown thing on top. You need to get that?

No. Yeah, you want to get that? No. You know, the guy that was over there before.

Yeah, I don't like the pointy on top of the hat. The pointy? Yeah, on the Wing Hazar. Okay.

But you wear the pig mask. I have to wear those. This is not my choice, I wear the black, I like the black bear hat all the time. I got news for you too, so I spoke, I've been in direct correspondence with David Hasselhoffman, he's working on a project with me.

Oh, God rest his soul, Baywatch. And he sent us a new mask. Oh, okay. And he's like, yeah, well, you can do the other mask that we sent you for October, and this one will be November's, which would make sense.

Right. And then I was like, "Well, hey, that one that you sent me before, I want to use that for end of the year, so I need a mask on the fly. " And he's like, "All right, I'll hurry up on this. " And he sent me a picture of it.

When it gets here, we have to assemble it. Oh, God. You just assemble it one time, though? Okay.

I don't know if there's a point where- Palmer felt like he had another job on his job. Well, I didn't know there was something that, like, fit on his face, so, like, every time we have to snap out, you know, like an Iron Man helmet or something. Yeah, now we're in makeup. I don't know how he's gonna wear it.

I don't know how he's gonna wear it. I'm, like, choking over here. I don't know what's going on. Excuse me.

Do you need the Heimlich? We have a very large man over there that could probably do it for you. I don't think I can get my arms around you, but he probably could. He's a large, strong mate.

Yeah, if not, he'll take his suspenders off and use us. He's Ziggy. I know he is. They know who he is.

Oh, that's right. He's been on the show. You can probably see him behind you. He's ran the show.

Remember? Yeah. Palmer's old. He doesn't remember.

I don't remember. I wasn't here that day. McCliff. He talked about McCliff.

Oh, that's right. The McCliff cigars. Yeah. Yeah.

Good stuff. Okay. You ready? Uh, yeah, okay.

Is that all the comments? Yeah, I already closed that out. Oh, okay. We're gonna check again at the end of the show.

Okay. Yeah, just for everybody's knowledge, apparently John McTavish is at 489 as of yesterday. Oh, he's catching up. Yeah, he sent me a question from episode 489.

I'm like, that's 200 almost episodes ago. I have no idea what you're even talking about. No, that's only a hundred and, what, 20, 30? We're at six, this is 620.

Yeah, you said 489, right? Yeah. So he's 130 away. Ooh, he might catch us.

We should do two shows. Is he watching it with the other Canadian? Is that why he's catching up? No, I don't think they're in the same place.

And he refuses to call it "Lake of America". Is Canada a big state? Canada's a big country. I thought it was the 51st state.

Not yet. You missed the episode, we're going after Greenland so that we can bring back all-you-can-eat shrimp at Red Lobster. Oh, I like that. Yeah, figured you'd be in for that.

Yeah. Alright, on with the news. On with the news. A routine installation allegedly became a major privacy violation, the customer says the technician asked for her phone to test the Wi-Fi and then kept it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Hmm. Illegal. Yeah, yeah. The technician allegedly found and forwarded an intimate video.

Oh, he knew what he's doing! Of the young lady. Yeah. Police say a sexually explicit video the woman had previously sent to her partner was forwarded through iMessage to his own cell phone.

Oh, yeah, dude, that guy's a scumbag. I didn't hear any of that. What happened? This guy's installing Wi-Fi in a lady's house, or her apartment, whatever it is.

" Then he starts flipping through her phone for about 10, 15 minutes, and he goes to another room or something, finds an explicit video she made for her partner, they're saying, and he sends it to his own phone. Oh, man. All right. The linked, but she had a linked iPad, so even though he deleted the text message on the phone, it still shows up on the iPad.

Uh-oh. So after he left, she found out that he did it. So, the outgoing message was allegedly deleted from the phone. It remained visible on the customer's connected iPad, allowing her to discover what happened and to identify the receiving number.

Oh, okay. The suspect was working through a contractor. Police identified him as 37-year-old Logan Edward Gray McCannan. Wow, he's got a lot of names.

Wow. An employee of ITC Service Group Acquisition. Okay. Worldwide.

He was performing an installation for G-Fiber. Okay. I don't know why that's important. Formerly Google Fiber.

I never heard of that. He was arrested on September 11th. Investigators are looking for possible possible claims of a additional victims may be like his thing he may go to homes and well not anymore well not anymore but beforehand yeah what what's a what's a charge on something like that hold i mean what oh let me let's be done because it's in here uh he's accused of commercial burglary unauthorized computer access and sharing a private sexual image without consent that sounds serious the way that you say You can't say it like that. Right, you say it that way, that's like he just found a naked video of her and sent it to his phone.

I mean, she did say that he could see her phone. Yeah, but not for this. Yeah. She didn't consent to that.

I don't know. Semantics. If you have stuff on your phone, don't hand it to the installation guy. Right, exactly.

Yeah, like, hold on a sec. Yeah, hold on. And put it in a private folder, you wacko. Right.

Yeah, don't make it part of your general photo storage. Yeah, sitting next to the meatball subphoto he took at Larry's the other day. I always feel weird when people go, "Hey, I'm going to show you my new car," and they hand you your phone, and then you're like, you know, you don't want to swipe, or if you find something you don't want to see. Yeah, hey, don't swipe right ten times, okay?

" Okay, and immediately, you want to swipe to the left. I got news for you, I'm not blaming her for this. No, I'm not blaming her, but... I'm not blaming her either.

I mean, you guys better walk that shit back, because you both sound like, you know, well... You sound like, well, you know, the girl dressed in the skirt deserved to get raped, is what I'm- It's not the same thing. Yeah, that's exactly, like, this person had a private- I mean, that was pretty intense. Had a private- You're jumping.

Had a private video on her phone. Yes. This guy had no right to go through all those things. No, he didn't.

And he did. But why did he need her phone? Well- Because he's a scumbag. Right, this is just his thing.

I mean, that's right from the beginning. And she just trusted the guy installing. Well, okay, I mean, there's nothing on my wife's phone. " Right.

" I don't hand him my phone. Yeah, I'm not giving them my phone. " Yeah, I can check. You know, and I don't have anything on my phone either.

Right. But I don't know who the fuck you are. Right, I don't like giving you my phone. I mean, my banking and everything kind of stuff's on there.

My wife can have my phone any time. Oh, I have phones laying around the house all the time. She's like, where's your phone? I go, I don't know, I think it's charging in the bedroom.

And I never understood that. Like, no, no, I don't know. Like, what are you talking about? Why can't she see your phone?

Right. Somebody's got something to hide. Yeah. Now, I do lay mine face down because I read the battery lasts longer because it doesn't keep opening the screen.

But, I mean, our passwords on our phone are the exact same thing. Yeah. Mine and hers are the same. And in the car, you know, she'll go, your phone went off, I go, well, look at it, see what it is.

We're kind of deviating off the conversation here, but like, I don't know, I think that that, like for one, like, whatever that girl wanted to put on her phone for her boyfriend or whatever, like, hey, tweets their own? Sure. You know, the... Can you let him in, please?

That dude, um... It's Ziggy. Something's not working. His finger's broken.

Well, it's big. You might be hitting five buttons at one time. look at it walk you know it walk he's hobbling right it must have been from his latest movie right uh-huh take it in the rear and take it starring pete hernandez a hip's tail a hip's tail oh that's nice yeah yeah okay so at the end of the day yeah this guy is a scumbag yeah Yes. But this girl should have been smarter.

Oh, dude. Now you're blaming the girl again. I'm not blaming the girl. Yes, you are.

What I'm saying is, first of all, if you have stuff like this on your phone. Dude, you know what? Why did you even get the phone anyway? I had this conversation with my son yesterday.

What, about stuff on the phone? No. Don't put stuff on your phone? No, no.

There was an argument with my middle guy. Yeah? And he did something, and Jax chimes in and he says, - Well, I don't mean to say anything, but, he said something like that, and I said, oh, he goes, I don't mean to chime in, but, I go, perfect, don't, no one asked you, and everything you said prior to but, you know, is disregarded as soon as you go on your little tangent. Now, if you want to include something in the conversation, don't start it that way, because what you just said.

- So am I the little guy? You're like, no, you're like my, you're like Jax. Jax. Only dumber.

Like my mother says, no offense, mother likes it says, no offense, but. Yeah, no offense, but. And I stop her, go, it's still gonna be offensive, I don't want you to know, that does not disqualify the offense. Right, you don't get to slide it in.

Right. Well, I said no offense, I go, yeah, but it's still gonna be offensive. I don't mean to start any shit, but. Right.

Yeah, everybody knows that, you have to say it and say it allegedly. I just like to look at him and say the thing, and then just get him going. Right, yeah, I would rather my mother just went, you know, your hair looks stupid to me. Yeah.

No offense, but your hair looks stupid to me. No, okay, well that was offensive. No, it's offense. It's still offensive.

Yeah. Does she tell you that? Uh, not that specifically, but she, I forget what all her no offense but things are, but it's, you know, who knows, maybe you shouldn't wear that shirt or, I have no idea. Maybe you shouldn't go for Chinese.

Yeah, no offense but, I don't like Chinese. I don't like those people. She doesn't like those people. Maybe you counter back with her with like a no offense but, Nobody cares.

Oh, she won't remember that. Nobody cares what she's saying. Yeah, but I should just say it again. Oh, yeah.

Told me three times the other day about some mail I got from the glaucoma society at her house. Yeah. You got mail? Yeah, I get mail at her house every once in a while.

Oh, okay. " - Oh, it's like the NRA. - Yeah, you'd be better off contacting them and having them stopped. - Yeah, some of that stuff's hard to get stopped.

- Hey, that's not my address anymore. Send it to this one, so that way your mother doesn't call you. - I'd rather just stop. - No, just give them like Greg's address.

- I get cigar catalogs at her house. Sometimes the same one twice a month. - Does she call you about the catalogs? - She used to.

I think those have stopped now. - Honey, you got the JCPenney catalog. - Yeah, you got a catalog. Like, I sell cigars in my mind.

The Sears. The Sears. The Sears. Alright, next story.

Alright, Diddy's in trouble. Of course. He's in the news again. Good.

Three attorneys from Scheer Tremont LLP asked the court for permission to withdraw from his court case. We don't want any part of that, by the way. Boom. There you go.

Habano. Habano. Habano. He's mi favorito.

He is alleging a substantial unpaid balance. Yeah. Yeah, they're about to charge him for murder, so they're out of there. No, no, I guarantee, you know what, this tracks.

Go ahead, keep going. This is for a civil case that he is involved in. Yeah. Yes.

The firm claims Combs hasn't made himself available for Meaningful Conversations in more than four months, creating a total breakdown, in parentheses, in communications. Yeah, and it's not like they can't find him. Right, but he won't. He's not answering the phone.

Well, he won't take their appointment. Yeah. Well, he's busy. He don't want to pay that bill.

Fingerpan. Right, he says he chose to replace the attorneys, this is his version of the story, because they allegedly overcharged him and submitted bills he never approved. Well, they're attorneys. The firm denies the accusation.

They're attorneys. Right. Judge recently refused to dismiss the defamation lawsuit, meaning the case can continue, but now they may need to get a new legal team to carry it forward. " Yeah, that's not happening.

So, Combs is suing Courtney Burgess attorney and Errol Mitchell and News Nation owner Nexstar over allegedly false claims concerning supposed recordings involved Combs, celebrities, and minors. The lawsuit began at $50 million before being increased to $100 million. Well, good luck with that because it sounds like one side of this argument has money and the other side does not. How do you value it at that $50 million, $100 million?

million what happens is you go you go 50 million dollars allegedly allegedly allegedly allegedly allegedly what's he gonna do assuming uh it's a battle of the broke people yeah yeah assume me i ain't got no money we can't even fake we can't get an attorney and not pay him yeah i'm not even gonna give him there's gotta be a cigar guy that'll work well something guys okay i'm in a lot It's somewhere. I'm in a lot of heat here. Yeah, isn't there some type of like liquor guy? Liquor?

I don't deal with liquor. I deal with leaves, bro. No, I mean like the people that come from that industry to help us out being a lawyer. Oh, no.

Oh, yeah. Well, there's a lot of liquor guys in the tobacco industry now. Yeah? That's where they go.

They're in a position. They ever hire me. Anyway, he owes $100 million. Oh, that's why it's $100 million.

He owes them? To the lawyers. Woo, boy. So I guess he's hoping this works out well and he gets his money to pay the attorney.

It's not going to work out well. He's only halfway there. No, no, there wasn't 50, he's increasing to 100, maybe because he owes 100, so maybe that's what, who lets a tab run to 100 million dollars? Well, I mean, look, you don't look at the 50 documentary that he released on Diddy, allegedly what he did was he just paid the tab for the camera people.

Yeah. Oh. Yeah. So, look, I'm starting to see a pattern here is all I'm saying.

All right, you're starting to see what happens, huh? Yeah. Listen, if you guys represent me, come to the white party next year, okay? Yeah.

Did he talk about it? He sounds like Michael Jackson? I guess, I don't know, but it was like a Michael Jackson-Tyson kind of merge. Right, it was.

Yeah, well, when Diddy's talking normally, he's kind of soft-spoken. You don't make fun of it. Is he really? Yeah.

It's just when he gets mad about the studio stuff, then he gets all uptight. He has to have the baby oil? You don't make fun of Mike Tyson. That's all I'm saying.

Are we talking about Mike Tyson? Yeah, you were. You made fun of him. I didn't make fun of him.

He's gonna come beat your crippled ass. Next sticker is you getting fucking throttled by Mike Tyson. I look like someone who looks similar to... Right.

Oh, you don't want to do that. You have to word it that way for you. Yeah, that might be a bad thing. Like a Mike Tyson punch out thing, and you're Max.

And I ask for stuff now, if it can't do it, it'll tell me it can't do it, and I go, but let's word it this way, and then it tries it again. That's not Mike Tyson, that's the grill guy. That's George Foreman? George Foreman?

Do they sound the same? I don't know. He's on the list of like dudes I would love to meet, Mike Tyson. Oh, is he?

I thought you were going to say George Foreman. No, he's dead. You have the moment. So that grill does not take all the grease out of the food, apparently.

Is that what we're saying? I guess. I don't know. You have the moment.

What, a Gurkha thing? Yeah, you could've... Oh, it could've went right down there. No, I wouldn't want to like...

I'd like to chill and smoke a cigar with him. That'd be awesome. Well, you take him a decent cigar. It's not like he's gonna, you know, he's got all the other ones to smoke.

Wow. Well, ours are better. I mean, who says ours aren't better? Everybody but them, I would assume.

You know, I don't like this little man over here. Uh-oh. I want to punch him in a fight. Allegedly.

I am not affiliated, Mike, I am not affiliated with these people. Yes, he is. No, I'm not. Yeah, listen, Mike, you talk to him, you get us, too.

He's my very bestest friend. No, no, no, no, no. Yes, yes. He actually writes a script for us.

That's right. He tells us what to say. Make me look good, say something stupid. You're a racist, if you can.

Oh, no. That's your job. Not mine. That's yours.

Not mine. You're the racist. I'm the stereotyper. He's shutting down.

He's shutting down. Let's move on. Next. All right.

Wolverine's girlfriend. What's Wolverine's real name? Hugh Jackman. Hugh Jackman.

His new girlfriend that he's been dating since January 2026 does not like Ryan Reynolds. Ryan Reynolds' wife. Oh, that's... Oh, Blair?

Yeah, Blair. Yeah, Blake Lively, not Blair, Blake. Blake Lively, yeah. Yes.

Okay. Who gives a shit? Well, she wants... Well, because Ryan and Hugh are really close friends and business partners.

Yeah. She wants him to stop hanging out with them. Oh, he's gonna get a new girlfriend. I got news for you.

Exactly. That's it. It's just been to January. Like, you just got here.

Yeah, this just didn't break up. Right. Yeah, this is a transitional woman anyway from his divorce that ended in December. He's on her way out.

That's a terrible call on your behalf. Right, to make it publicly known? Yeah, hey, I just don't want you to round them anymore. Like, okay, perfect.

Grab your things. That's right. Time to go. I wish you the best.

I'm doing Deadpool 7. Yeah, exactly. Are they on 7? Well, he's doing all of them.

That could be the next one he's in. I don't know. Let him in there. Check the button on the back.

See if it says private. See if it got flipped. It's bringing unnecessary drama and attention into Sutton & Hugh's relationship. So they're causing drama for the new girl.

They developed a highly marketable friendship through the Deadpool films, so asking Hugh to step away could affect both his personal life and future projects. Yeah, I mean, you suck it up, buttercup. What are we doing? She's afraid that all of Blake Lively's problems with that last movie and that guy in the movie is going to taint Hugh's career.

We've moved past that horseshit. Who cares? That was like last year, two years ago. Who's still talking about that?

Apparently her. Bitches just can't let shit go. No. You know what I mean?

And Ryan's been very depressed since all that stuff happened. Allegedly. Allegedly. Well, according to the story that we're reading.

Yeah. From People Magazine. Okay, well, anybody else have anything else to say about that? Because otherwise, we're into Cigar News!

Well, that's it, man. You know, listen. I think Wolverine knows what he's got to do. Yeah.

You know what I'm saying? I think he knows. Like, okay, honey. Alright, sweetheart.

Pack your bags. He needs to, like, pivot slowly out, though, you know? Right. He has to make it look gradual.

Yeah. Or he just stands up and grabs his balls and goes, "These are my friends. You're new. " You're new.

Or you just call the police one day when she's home alone, like someone broke into my house. Someone broke into my house, it's a brunette, I can see her on the video cameras, she's acting like she lives there, trying on all sorts of clothes I have in my house. She's stealing all my food. That sandwich, he's making his mind.

Of course he went to food. Well, yeah, I'm sure he's got a lot of food. I don't know, why would he have a lot of food? We probably got a chef, you know, it's probably all stocked up, and no?

No. No, he looks like he doesn't eat much. He's very fit. You think because he's fit, he doesn't eat a lot?

He eats good food, and it's all vegetables. Mikey doesn't eat vegetables. I have a deciding factor. Hugh's not as big as him.

But, I'm sorry. You think Mikey's bigger because he eats vegetables? No, Mikey's bigger because he eats meat. Yeah.

Hugh eats vegetables. That's why he's a trimmed dancer body that looks like Wolverine. He's a dancer body that looks like Wolverine. Oh, a dancer body.

He dances. He does musicals. He's an excellent singer. Anyway, what were you gonna say?

I don't remember. He did one musical. I think we have a deciding factor here. Yes?

If we carry forth with more Triple G and less Phil. Oh. We're gonna ask Phil a question. Okay.

Phil. Pustania. No. It was, what did you want up your butt?

So there you go. - How many times have you purchased gas station ED meds? - Never. - Never, there you go.

- Does that mean he's in or out? I'm not sure. - He's out. - Oh, whatever.

He was gonna say that no matter what. - He's gotta go. No purchase, and he's a liar. - Oh, whatever.

Oh, whatever. - Uh-huh. - Yeah, Triple G knows brands and everything. - He's got it all covered.

- How long did it last? - Yeah, dude, I got four kids. I don't have ED, bro. - Wait till the shirt comes out where he's riding He's riding the Blue Rhino.

I saw an image of that. Yeah, it's nice. Stickers there. Did you see the airplane one today?

I did. Or it was yesterday? I didn't like it. Oh, he added the words to it.

I have another version. Who did? Same picture, had words. Who did it?

CCW? Yeah, I didn't like it. Sorry. Oh, wow.

Hurtful, I know, Chris. I don't know what to tell you. Hmm. Stolen throne cigars is hitting the highway.

I'm sorry, what? Here's the thing. Well, rebuttal. Here's the thing.

Yes. - Greg is not jumping off the cliff and building the plane on the way down. - Oh, 'cause he was in the plane? Get Greg out of the plane.

- Like, you know, there's a reason why we work so well together. - Ah. - And the reason is that I have that method and strategy. - Right.

- You follow with me. You're like, okay, let's go. - Oh, fine. - Where?

- Let's go. - He's like, no, no, no, we're not doing this. - Right. - This is a terrible idea.

- It's a terrible idea. Yeah, stop. Put that, put that. Oh, too late, here we go, too late.

Yeah. So. Tell me about Stolen Thrones. Oh, they're hitting the highway with its newest limited release, the Highway Drifter.

Oh. The 6x52 Toro is the first Stolen Throne cigar to feature a shaggy foot. Mm-hmm. Wow, I wonder why they went with a shaggy foot.

Giving smokers a chance to experience the filler and binder tobaccos before the wrapper joins the rest. Sorry, your friend lowered the size of the font. Did he? Yes, he always does that.

He can see well, he just can't hear. Yeah, apparently, I didn't know he needed hearing. Yeah, that's what I was telling you, he can't hear you. Right, I'm talking to him like he just, oh, he's just not listening.

He said it three times. Right. Before the wrapper joins the ride, Highway Drifter features an Ecuador and Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The cigars are produced at the Rojas Cigar Factory in Nicaragua.

Each cigar carries a suggested retail price of... Oh, I wonder why it's not in numbers, but go ahead. How much is this Shaggy Foot Cigar? $10.

$12. $13. Packaged in a 10-count bundle, production is limited to just 10,000 cigars. Stolen Throne co-owner Lee Marsh, and my friend, says the highway drifter was inspired by the outlaws, Because the people and companies willing to reject the ordinary and do things their own way.

Bundles began shipping to retailers on September 5th, so Highway Drifter should be arriving at Shops Now. Do you like the name? Highway Drifter? Yeah.

It goes with the sticker. It's kind of a bunch of skeletons hitchhiking on the highway or something, I think. Do you like the name? It's okay.

Do you like the name? No. I'd like to try this cigar. I've only ever had the one.

First of all, I'm not against trying a cigar. No, I know you're not, I'm just mentioning it, in case he listens. I heard he has decent cigars. E.

he did for some shop up north or something. I just think the name's a little weird. Highway Drifter? Yeah.

That's sort of his thing, though. What are his other names? Stolen Thrones. That's a cool name.

Well, that's the brand name. Yeah. I think there's a skeleton and a throne, I think a skeleton is a theme with him. Alright.

Because, thrones are stolen. So that, so Skull? Well, they stole them after they died. They stole them after they died?

I don't know, it's his brand, what do you want me to do? He's your friend. He is, but we did not discuss his use of graphics for his company. Call him right now.

I don't have his phone number. Oh, so you're not that close? Well, we were in a foreign country, my phone was not working. Oh, you couldn't say his number?

No. My phone was on Wi-Fi only for the entire week. Wifi? No, no, no fifi.

I wasn't there that long. It was only a week. You had to be on Wi-Fi to save a number? You do on my phone.

He didn't have international. Kick you in the hip. He didn't have international yada yada. No.

I did turn it on once, and then I kept getting messages from AT&T when I was on Wi-Fi. Would you like international roaming? For blah, blah, blah, we will give it to you. If you call before, it's like 30 bucks.

Yeah? Yeah. And then you make phone calls the entire time? Yeah, you can make, yeah.

Huh. Triple G was on the phone constantly to his wife. Either he has a plan already or he paid 30 bucks. He turns it on before he goes.

Yeah. Yeah. That's what I did. And there were times where we go, can you text my wife and tell her that we're in Panama and everything's fine?

Tell her I'm okay. Yeah, tell her I'm fine. Tell her to stay out of my shed. If you can get my shed, I don't care.

All right, the Premium Cigar Association. It's my man cave. Well, now I have a man cave. Is your shed your man cave?

Yeah, since I stopped mowing, I've been remodeling. I hung a ceiling fan in there yesterday. Oh, nice. Oh, it's a smoking shed.

Yeah, it's a smoking shed. Nice. Yeah, I don't like to go outside and smoke, but now I have almost air-conditioned place. You're officially old man status.

Because I have a smoking shed? They put you in a little box outside. It doesn't matter. I put myself out of the car.

Yeah, well that's usually how it goes. Oh. It's gonna go out there. I put the lock on the inside so I can shut the door and nobody can come in.

Put the lock on the inside? Is that when you watch the news? I am putting a TV, we have a TV in the garage, it's just sitting on the shelf, so there's a TV going out there. I want updated photos of the man cave.

Okay. I'd like to see this. The smoking shed. I like it being called smoking.

It's in a process now, but I'll send you one. Yeah. Is it insulated? No.

That's the idea for the ceiling fan. So you won't be in there when it gets cold out? No, I'll sit in with a cold, wear a jacket, and shut the door. And we have a space heater in the garage sitting on the shelf, too.

I will just move in. So when you go into the shed, do you take off your jacket? Well, there's no jacket. It's summertime.

Never mind. I don't know why he's asking. What's he talking about? I don't know.

Is he going to ask me if I take off my pants next? " When you go in the shed, do you take off your pants? Is that what's the next question? I think that's what we're dealing with here.

I think so. I'm afraid to answer any more of his questions. Next. The Premium Cigar Association is expanding its international reach again because, you know, all the problems here in America are solved.

Well, there's more unification when we're all together. It's a global issue. Think globally, not locally. Shouldn't we fix the local issues?

But it's better if we all come together. How is this... okay, we haven't said what this is yet, but how is this gonna help with the UTL list in California? We just need to come together and stop...

Well, he's doing the best he can to bring all these countries together. Yeah, and stop the onslaught against cigars, you know? I don't think it's as big a problem in these other countries. It is.

It's worse. Their taxation, their regulation... Not this one. Tell me.

Was it Africa? Brand new event focused on the rapidly growing Asian premium cigar market. Oh, Asian. The organization has partnered with Cigaral, a premium cigar development and distribution company operating across Asia, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe to launch PCA Connect Asia.

Oh. We're just one more step away from having a festival in this country, too. Nice. The initiative will run from November 13th through December 6th culminating in a three-day gathering in Hong Kong.

Oh, here's the festival. November 13th through December 6th? That's a long time. Yes.

And it's gonna all come together for a three-day gathering in Hong Kong from December 4th through the 6th. Unlike the PCA's massive annual trade show, PCA Connect Asia designed a more exclusive invitation-only experience. It will bring together cigar manufacturers, distributors, retailers, duty-free representatives, hospitality operators, and other industry leaders from across Asia and Pacific. Oh, Asia, Asia Pacific, that is making that one word.

Asia Pacific and beyond. Asia and Pacific. Asia Pacific, Asia, there's a hyphen. So, it's not like they're inviting everybody though.

How's it an invitation only? Well, Josh wanted somewhere, he wanted to go to Asia in December. What do you want? What?

You know, that's what I'm thinking. You think they have a dragon? You see, that's what you're thinking? Yes.

The Hong Kong program, because he's going to Hong Kong, he's not going to China. It's not the same thing. Oh, I was assuming. No, well, I mean, Hong Kong's owned by China, but Hong Kong used to be owned by the British, so it's nice and built up and, you know, pretty place to be.

So China's not nice? Not so much. The Hong Kong program includes a welcome cigar reception, an industry stakeholders meeting, educational conversations, and a gala dinner. Ohhhh.

Oh, and then they're having networking opportunities, and then we end it with a farewell lunch. Here's your sandwich. Goodbye. Sandwich to go.

Well, over there it'll be here's your noodles. Goodbye. Ooh. PCA says the largest goal is to support the continued growth and professionalization of the premium cigar category across Asia, no Pacific this time, through education, advocacy, and stronger international business relationships.

relationships. Admission is listed at $500 per person and includes the scheduled events and networking opportunities listed above. However, the initial events have already reached capacity and new applicants are currently being placed on a waiting list. So they've maxed out.

So they already sent out the invitations. Apparently everybody who got invited accepted and then more. And then more. And then more.

So they sent out more invitations than they They had seats. Smart. Right. For the PCA, this is another major step forward, becoming a truly global organization and connecting American cigar companies with one of the industry's most promising international markets.

Hmm. Hmm. How do you feel about Asian, Mikey? Exciting.

His eyes are three quarters shut. You trying to look Asian? Exciting. Exciting times.

Are you getting ready to go? Is that what you're already going for? No, like, you're blurry, struggling. Well, if I'm blurry, that's not my fault.

Yeah. Wait, you're looking at, he's blurry when you look at him? Yeah. Oh, you mean on the camera?

No, no, he means in person, that's what I mean, it's not my fault if I'm blurry. That's a stroke. I can't help that. That's a stroke.

That's a stroke. Stroking your eyes, you know, he just had all those eye problems. What time are we at? You're good, you have 50 minutes.

Well, I mean, I have another story, or we can go right to the game. What's it about? Bocock Brothers. Oh, another Bukkake.

To the game. Cover it tomorrow. It's gonna be a lightning news day. Yeah, well, yeah.

Well, I mean, I would four different websites to get these four stores. Yeah. All right, hold on, we're fast forwarding. We do not have an extremely fast fast forward.

Now it's time for industry's favorite game. What's the score? It's time for the cigar industry's favorite game. What's the score?

Think you can predict the cigar's half-wheel rating before the final score is revealed? Of course. We'll give you the clues, you lock in your guess, then as the review unfolds, we move closer and closer to the answer. Mm-hmm.

Or do we? Dun-dun-dun. The player with the closest guess takes the win. Could you move slower?

light up lock-in let's play what's the score dun dun dun today's cigar is the fratello boxer pre-release oh reviewers patrick lagre the review date was june 13 2014 they smoked two cigars 85. that was quick 88. uh let's see the fratello boxer is a six and a quarter 52 box pressed torpedo Country of Origin is Nicaragua, Factory, Undisclosed. Jesse, you're good, dude.

We don't care. Yeah, you're fine. It doesn't bother us at all, man. You don't have to sneak around.

Make yourself comfortable, say whatever you want. 99 per cigar. Production, it's a regular production cigar. Uh-huh.

The blend, let's see. The wrapper is Habano. Ooh. The binder is Ecuadorian Sumatra.

Oh. Filler is Nicaraguan and Peruvian Tobaccos. Peruvian. Peruvian.

Peruvian. I already said they smoked two cigars, so go. 85. Um, 88.

Clue number one, excellent flavor balance, creamy smoke provided a smooth backdrop for white pepper, wood, dried peanut, and subtle sweetness The final third became increasingly harsh. Oh! The pepper reached the back of the throat while the wood began overwhelming the other flavors creating a disappointing finish compared with the excellent first two thirds. Eighty-six.

Eighty-seven. Final thought. The boxer offered a softer and creamier interpretation of the original Fratello blend. Its best moments came during the second third when the creamy and savory flavors worked together.

The finish prevented it from reaching the next scoring level, but the reviewer still considered it a commendable addition to the Vertello lineup. 88. Oh. 87.

You went the wrong way. Oh. 89. 89.

I don't think I sort of sputtered like... It did. It's all over me. He's here?

He's in a corner. He's hiding. He's here for the meeting. The secret meeting.

The secret meeting. 89. 89. I win again.

From 2014. I'm the winner. The cigar they offered today, I couldn't pronounce the name. Oh, yeah?

It's pronounced Bukkake. Oh, nope. There is a cigar that's called that, though. Yeah.

It's where you've been in the past four days. That's why you're I. No, it's the football cigars. That's Bukkak, and they made a stadium, not a cigar.

Yeah. Get it right. All right. Anything else to add?

No, I've taken enough beating for today. You want to give the name of your doctor? Yeah, you want to give the name of your doctor? Would I recommend and give him a shout-out?

No. In case he watches? No? Okay.

All right, well, hey, like, and subscribe if you're reviewing and listening to the show. com for all your chpod swag, where the ghost smoke is now available, as well as the ghost stickers. Thank you very much for watching. We hope you've provided great edutainment for you today on this Friday.

We gotta go. Bloop.
