The podcast I had to go stronger
with my glasses to read but now
I can't see with them on far.
Away I can't see so they.
Hurt my eyes.
You get like the.
I can't do it, it gives me a
headache.
OK, you're just a sea of issues,
men.
What are we doing now?
It's.
Getting older.
I have to read.
I can see you're OK, but if I
try to look over there, don't
look.
Over there.
Don't look over there.
It's a.
It's a disaster over there
anyways.
It's a disaster.
It's a train.
We've redone everything on that
side of the.
That's the thing, the human
being that's over there.
Oh yeah, that do I guess so,
yeah, You know what?
What fuck off for?
You, that's right, we saw.
We saw him on Friday.
Oh nice.
Yeah, so he has a new name.
Yeah, Pete Hernandez is now
going rogue and he's got a
mobile home that he's going to
be travelling in instead of
having an apartment.
Camper.
Not even a mobile home, It's a.
Camper, Camper you.
Oh yeah, Phil, you inspired him
by staying at.
Yes, by letting him stay when he
stayed at Boots's house and
Boots's home.
Yeah, Boots has a mobile home.
Yeah, he is buying a camper.
Yeah.
So now we call Peter Nenez.
Homeless Pete.
Homeless Pete.
Yes, he is giving up the
luxurious condo on the beach.
And he's just driving around in
a camper.
Driving.
Around in a camper.
Nice in his Volkswagen.
Yeah, he's pulling it with his
Volkswagen SUV.
There, there we were.
There's been some things we have
concerns about.
Yes, about the camper.
So, well, Pete's lack of
knowledge of campers.
Yeah, I look, I if I'm a single
guy, yes, and I'm in sales,
sure, I could see that it makes
sense.
Well, yeah, right, right.
I think that he needs to do a
little more research on it.
Yeah, Yeah.
I think because he does not
experience on the toilet
situation.
No, like I asked him what kind
of toilet 'cause I mean there's
several different kinds you can
have and he goes it's.
Just that this is the toilet.
Works like in a house.
I'm like, Oh no, Pete, he does
not work like an house.
Oh, and he goes, I can just push
it if if I can't where I can
dump it.
I've got this little cartridge
that you put on a like a little
stroller and you just push it
over to the side and dump it.
I'm like, that's not fun either,
Pete.
So.
He'll make pushing a lawn mower
to the other side of the he'll.
He'll make it you're.
Sloshing poop water with you as
you.
If he if he does it for a year
and he like saves his panties.
Ohh, he'll have a lot of money.
You know what he.
Is you know what he will
probably do by the end of the
year.
What's that?
It probably has sock his face on
the side of that thing.
Hey, you know what, right?
Hey, you know what I'm thinking,
DTT?
Well, it in the name of the
company, the brothers, you've
had their faces on their.
Hernandez.
Hernandez brothers, yeah, but
there's no.
No money in that, Yeah.
Oh, you get something to pay
for?
It Yeah, Hey, I got this thing.
Hey.
I got this thing now we can take
it all event you can sleep in it
with me.
Yeah, it's 200 bucks a month.
$200 a month.
And that's your ad space, and
it's going to be everywhere.
It'll be perfect.
It'll we'll love it bro.
It's got to be everywhere bro.
That's right bro.
So nice.
What are we doing with the
Patreon before we get?
Today for the Patreon we are
doing the Red Rocket the Hand
thing.
The red Red Rocket.
The hand.
Thing only works when you're
close to it.
I do, but I zoom in.
Oh, OK.
The Red Rocket by room 101.
OK, it wasn't exclusive for
someone.
Sir Louis, Yes, yes.
Yes, nice complete sense, Sir
Louis.
Oh look, they did a red and
black foil band.
Michael, look at this.
It's so so unique and and
original. 18.2g. 18.2.
It sounds like you're going to
be heavy.
Feels a little hefty.
Feels heavy.
Is that a Toro?
It's a Toro.
Right.
Yeah, it looks like a 6.52.
Yeah, should be interesting.
Yes.
Yes, you said it was by Louis.
No, he did.
His exclusion, it was probably
Matt Booth.
Yeah.
Oh, it makes sense because it's
Yeah.
But now it's.
Red rockets I'm not going to
talk about.
Now it's worldwide.
Talk about the Red Rockets.
Sure.
Are they available everywhere?
We just happen to find a few
that fell off a truck or
something.
No, they're everywhere.
Fell off the back of Pete's RV.
Yeah, fell out of Pete's RV.
No, he's he doesn't.
He doesn't do room one-on-one.
That's ridiculous.
That's just the ridiculous.
I just can see him like laying
next to some ashtrays and
lighters and shit like some
swagging.
Around 'cause he's packed in the
Yeah, I packed it in there.
Nice, nice fold.
The the slide out doesn't work
after a couple months it just
his feet are next to the kitchen
table.
Yeah, they look strung out.
His feet.
Just fucking doesn't make the.
Yeah, it doesn't make the.
Best.
Smells like cigars and.
If he dies in that thing, no
one's going to know for weeks.
Well, a little smell in an RV.
Park.
Where the fuck is Pete?
I don't know, it's camper.
Maybe we need to put an air tag
on his camper.
Yeah, that would be so funny
that we can chart him as he
grow, we show where he goes.
We need like one of those health
bracelets on him so they're
like.
Oh, Texas, if he falls down.
No, no.
That's the following.
You have one that says his heart
rate and then he's breathing.
Like his heart rate has stopped
and they call the police or
whatever and then they inform
us.
Oh Oh yeah, 'cause we would
like.
To know this just in peace.
Oh, wait.
Wait, we just got it now?
I just got it updated on my app.
Apparently Pete is dead.
Pete, how long are you down for?
And all he did was take it off.
Oh, Kanyo.
All right, the San Francisco
49ers, 20 to 17, loss to the
Seattle Seahawks in Week 11.
Sad.
Yeah.
And a tight division?
I don't know.
I don't know sports.
You.
Have this booty spanked.
I do like when I read these
because we go back, watch them.
Like I actually sound like I
know what I'm doing.
Go ahead.
Yeah.
And we'll talk to Phil
afterwards.
In a tight division race, the
Red and Gold now have matching
five to five wins and five lost
records with the Los Angeles
Rams and Seahawks.
However, they trail both in
standings when it comes to the
NFC West winds.
Purdy connected on a 21 of 28
pass attempts for 159 yards, a
touchdown and an interception
and a sixth start against the
Seahawks.
The third year quarterback was
the first player to put points
on the board for the 49ers,
capping off a 12th play 71 yard
drive and a 10 yard rushing
touchdown.
Pretty ran up the right
sidelines and stretched out for
the pylon to get the 49ers out
in front in the final minutes of
the first quarter.
Wide receiver Juan Jennings was
Pretty.
Juan.
Juan.
Juan.
Hello.
I'm Juan.
He's in tobacco mode.
It's.
Joan.
It's.
Joan, holy moly.
Like I'm supposed to know.
Perfect.
I understood you're you're in
tobacco mode.
Jennings was pretty stop target
for the day, catching 10 passes
for 91 yards for a touchdown.
He had four catches for 42 yards
and a touchdown on the 49ers
final 14 play, scoring Dr. Nick
Bosa.
Yes, that's correct.
Stacks the sacks.
That's a.
Big deal.
The 5th year defensive lineman
now has a four-game sack streak
going in his middle stretch for
the season.
Bosa got home on Seahawks
quarterback Gino Smith on 3rd
and long in their opening drive
for loss of seven yards.
It is not.
No, it's not.
The sack backed up Seattle's
offensive and forced the offense
sorry and forced them to the
forced them to settle for the 52
yard field goal and brought
closer season set count to 6.
Yet another sack in the third
quarter.
Yeah.
Oh, great.
OK, so they so Seattle won, yes,
OK, it was a big deal.
That's a big deal there.
Were a lot of injuries in the
game.
You know, what's funny is I
don't.
I didn't know San Francisco
could sustain any more injuries
because they've had so many
injuries this season.
It's been crazy.
Yeah, we.
Got shot.
Is it unusual to have a lot of
injuries in a single game?
I mean, there's 5.
It I mean, that's a lot.
See him seems a lot to be a lot.
Especially if they're, you know,
starters and you know, who are
they?
Who do you got?
I got Ronaldo green.
OK, Just just.
Say last names, Yeah.
Thank you.
Well, that doesn't help.
By the next one, he hurt his
finger.
OK, he could still play.
He's got nine more fingers.
With an injury a minute before
the end of the day, but he was
no he was replaced.
Oh, really?
By Rock.
Rock.
Can't say the last name.
Yassin Yassin YA-SI N.
Y A-SI N.
Yassin OK.
However, he returned to action
in the third quarter.
Wide received.
He let you off the hook on that.
One, I was like, I don't know
how wide receiver Jacob Cowing
got a concussion.
Tatum Bethune hurt his knee.
OK.
And Kyle, Oh crap, there's not
even a vowel in this last name.
Shannon.
Kyle it's maybe it's Polish
JUSZC.
Oh, Jusek.
Yeah, Jusek.
Yeah, he was evacuated for a
concussion in the third quarter
and was cleared.
To return for action.
Oh, he was good.
Yeah, he was.
Good.
All right.
You've been around these Polish
guys for how long?
Something Polish, something.
Polish.
So yeah, no, there was a lot of.
That's a lot of injuries.
The Seattle upset was big.
That was big.
And you know, we're finally at
the part of this.
Is the most trending story for
the day.
I believe that.
Out of everything.
Out of everything we're.
Partly, well, because because
that was a big upset, right?
We're finally at the part of the
season where things are starting
to kind of heat up and get
interesting.
It really makes a difference now
if you want to.
Lose.
I mean it it What's great about
football is every game matters.
Whether?
You win.
Well, yes, but it seems to be
more I mean.
At this point, we're at.
This point, if you keep losing,
there's no coming.
Back.
Well, we're starting to paint a
playoff picture here.
Got you starting to see things.
It's like, oh, like Cincinnati
is sad.
Very.
What a powerful offense.
Screwing the pooch.
Very sad that they can't win a
game here.
They have a pretty hard schedule
though.
Yeah, but they're, I would say
three or four of those games
they should have won.
Yeah, yeah, just bad calls.
They should have won, yeah.
Should have.
Yeah, but anyways.
Especially with the Yasin plane.
Yeah, yeah, with the what was
the first name?
He said.
Yeah.
Juan Juan Juan Jennings.
No, no, he didn't get.
Hurt Juan.
But Uter Gross Mateos returned
off the interview.
Gross Mateos.
Yes.
Did you say uterus?
Uter.
Uter YETUR.
What happened to, like, Smith
and Jones?
Bob, Mike, Steve, There's no
more.
They're all going.
They're all going Well, Thank
God.
The second story's about E coli
breakout and you can't eat
carrots anymore.
What?
Organic carrots recalled after E
coli outbreak.
These are the brands and grocery
stores and packed it.
I didn't list the brands just to
make.
Right, but there's a whole bunch
of. 37 different brands of
carrots.
Wow, I was unaware that E coli
could be in anything other than
lettuce.
That was amazing that he just
said.
That I'm just wondering 'cause
they.
Were such like a big.
Thing back in the day.
Lettuce is susceptible to E coli
only.
Can't you get?
It in.
You can get it in milk and
canned foods and stuff.
It can be in anything.
It's a growing bacteria stuff.
That's whether you just eat
those carrots at your house now.
I don't eat anything organic.
So we're having a carrot
outbreak.
If it's in a bag, just throw it
away, throw it away.
Grim Way Farms, which made the
pack and which made and packaged
the organic carrots, issued a
recall on Saturday after nearly
40 cases were recorded in 18
states, 15 people have been
hospitalized and one person has
died.
Like how does that happen?
How do we how do they not check
it?
How do you check for E coli and
carrots?
I don't know, but there's got to
be some type of.
Organic you're not checking
because it's from.
Well, it's from organs.
Well, organic means it has no
pesticides on it.
Yeah, it's probably even more
dangerous.
Well, yeah, but eco, I don't
know E coli's not by pet.
That's like a somebody didn't
wash it correctly or something.
Maybe it was Juan Jennings.
It's like foot mouse disease,
you know, somebody's got dirty
hands and they touched the
carrots.
Somebody died.
Somebody washed their hands
after they went poo poo and then
got on the carrots and on the
carrots.
That's why I don't eat
vegetables.
I just.
Yeah, it's good to eat a can for
me.
I don't know, somebody can just
do standard.
Plus I don't eat carrots.
I just do standard beetroot
powder every day.
They're orange.
They're trying to make you think
they're a fruit.
A tomato is a fruit.
Yes, I know, but it's not
orange, it's red.
Yeah, that's fine.
That's perfectly legitimate.
Apples are red.
Being intelligent is knowing.
That oranges are orange.
That's what they call them
working.
I'm talking just running me
over.
Sorry.
Being intelligent is knowing
that a tomato is a fruit and
being knowledgeable.
Fuck me, fuck me.
Does that make ketchup a
smoothie Like Oh no.
Being intelligent is knowing
that a tomato is a fruit, and
having knowledge is knowing not
to put it on a fruit salad.
Yeah, yes.
So glad you got that out to you.
See, you know, it would have
been great if you'd have just
let me deliver it the first time
and not the 4th fucking time.
We're going to work on that.
I didn't.
I didn't get the.
We're going to work on that as
far as cutting everybody off in
conversations, and I'm going to
get a cattle prod.
Oh, OK.
That seems.
Well, you do it.
Proper in this.
Not as much as the two of us,
obviously.
But you do do.
I don't think I nearly cut you
guys off.
Well, I didn't say as much.
Not even fucking close.
Well.
You're not funny.
Uh oh.
You're the serious,
informational part of this show,
and he's here to say stupid
things.
I'm here to say funny.
Things.
And yet I'm always the one under
fire on fucking social media.
Who is this?
Jackal.
Yeah, apparently you don't like
Kevin Costner.
Aggressively attacked on social
media.
Number of stores that sold the
carriage across the United
states, including Puerto Rico
and Canada, are impacted,
including Walmart, Kroger,
Albertsons, Publix, Food Lion,
target, Whole Foods, Trader
Joe's and Canadian chains.
Lablow's Where do you get your
groceries?
Lablow, Lablow's LABLAW Lablow
Lablow I'm.
Going to need John Mctavish to
confirm that.
And compliments.
Sounds par for course for
Canada, huh?
I think the only way.
Messing it up.
The problem is that when John
John will get his get back to
us, it's going to be like 3
weeks later.
Yeah, we won't know.
And I'm.
Going to be like, what the hell
are you talking about?
And then he's going to say the
carrots, right?
You go.
I don't eat carrots.
I have beetroot powder.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm not a vegetable.
State and local public health
officials are interviewing
people about the food they ate
in the weeks before they got
sick, the US Food and Drug
Administration said Sunday.
Of the 27 people interviewed, 26
reported eating carrots well.
So that's how they figure it
out.
That's weird.
I know what you're thinking.
What did you eat?
What have you eaten in the melt
in the last seven days?
It.
Reminds me of Airplane.
You ever see the movie Airplane?
Yes, I have seen the fish.
It was fish.
It was.
The All right, what cash we
recall, what brands we recall.
Josh Allen unleashes the play of
the year.
Oh, he does.
To seal the Bills win versus the
Chiefs.
Sponsors.
I hate those guys.
That was a great run.
Chiefs are handed the but the
chiefs oh hand Kansas City their
first loss.
The Kansas City Chiefs entered
Buffalo one.
The Chiefs hand Kansas City
their first loss, let's say.
That one more time.
Josh Allen unleashes play of the
year to seal Bill's win over
Chiefs Comma hand Kansas City's
first loss.
Got it.
Sorry, I'll say comma next time
when there's one.
I paused.
Tongue twisters.
And by the way, you interrupted
me just.
So oh.
Yeah, but I waited till you were
finished with.
Yourself.
No, no, you interrupted me in
the second line.
It wasn't in Muse.
The Kansas City Chiefs entered
Buffalo on sunken.
Now you're.
Doing it and you just jumped
right over me like.
Oh no, Go ahead, Michael.
I'm sorry I got to get on Amazon
right now and see how fat if I
can get a cattle prawn
Overnighted here.
Just have it charging.
I wonder if they have the mat
now.
What do they do?
Kansas City Chiefs entered
Buffalo on Sunday with a perfect
nine and O record in advance of
squaring off against the eight
and two Bills, the current
number two seed in the AFC.
The Chiefs unblemished 2024
record and their franchise best
15 game-winning streak dating
back to last season.
That was the best streak as of
last year.
Yeah, it hasn't stopped.
Oh gotcha Flames thanks to Bills
quarterback Josh Allen.
Facing 4th and two from the
Chiefs 26 and clinging to A2
point lead 23 to 21, Buffalo
opted it to be aggressive and go
for it.
Allen didn't see anything
downfield, so he tucked the
football and rumbled his way
through the Chiefs secretary for
a 26 yard rushing score that
sealed the 30 to 21 victory for
the Bells.
He finished with 262 passing
yards, 1 passing touchdown and
an interception on 27 of 40
passing while rushing for a team
high 55 yards and a touchdown on
12 carries.
Nice.
I think Sean Payton has a
fucking axe to grind with every
single team in the NFC South.
He's going on just.
He he's not mentioned here.
He used to be the coach for the
Saints, but now he's a coach for
the Broncos and every single
team that he has played against
in the NFC South this season,
he's just decimating them.
He's just making them look dumb.
Well, Bonex is doing great.
Not only that, but defensively,
men, yeah, yeah.
They have a good they have a
good defense, though.
Yeah, Bonex had a great day too.
4 touchdowns, I think 300 yards.
Ridiculous.
Meanwhile, Caleb Williams,
whatever guy's name is Chicago.
Not even on the map anymore.
It's just bad coaching.
It's not him.
Yeah, right, Baumberg.
Exactly.
Yes.
It's not him.
Yeah, Bo knows.
Bo knows.
Yes, Caleb knows too.
Caleb doesn't know as much as Bo
it.
Was a bittersweet Bill's moment
for me.
I'm sure the HURF guys are very
exciting.
Oh, of course, you know, part of
me wanted to see the perfect
season go down so I could so the
pressure could amount.
You mentioned it last week, you
wanted to get closer to the end.
Yeah, I wanted them to just die
in the AFC conference final.
To Detroit.
In the Super Bowl, yeah, that
would that would make me happy.
That would be that would be the
American like, yes, that Merc,
yes, yeah, we are here, right.
I love justice.
My son, my 8 year old, oh, he
loves the cheese, loves the
cheese.
I always say to him, I go, what
state are they in?
And he always says to me, I
don't know, like then stop.
You need to stop.
Why can't he love them without
knowing what to stay there?
Because he likes Mahomes.
Yeah, I don't care.
Mahomie.
He does it just to be a Dick to
the rest of us.
Well then, let him be.
No.
What's Teddy's favorite team?
Football, she doesn't care.
Oh, I thought maybe she had one.
I like football.
She likes, you know.
That means she like daddy's
Buccaneers.
She's tough man.
That kid is tough.
Oh my goodness.
Can't wait to meet her future
husband one day.
Oh, I just said that, poor man.
Doomed.
Yes, between you and the
brothers and the.
Dark.
Oh yeah, yeah, it's gonna be
great.
Right.
He's either gonna be the
toughest son of a bitch you've
ever come across.
He's gonna have no sack at all.
I'm going with no sack, yeah.
He's going with probably no
sack.
She will take it.
Yeah, if he had one when she met
him.
Yeah.
This is mine.
Put it in the drawer.
I'm not touching it.
Put it in the drawer.
Exactly right.
Spirit Airlines files for
Chapter 11 bankruptcy
protection.
I thought that would be like the
biggest trending thing.
It was pretty far down the list
actually.
Really.
Yes.
Spirit Airlines is filed for
Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection
following significant financial
struggle due to mounting losses
and debt maturities, airline
announced on Monday.
The filing comes after 2 failed
mergers in less than two years.
We don't want to you all.
Your fucking chairs are plastic.
I mean for love a gun.
Well, they have their place in
the industry, but apparently
they have loans that have come
due.
Where's their place?
At the bottom.
Apparently not.
Somebody's going to be at the
bottom.
Apparently they've fallen off
the bottom.
This does not affect their
scheduling or their flights at
all.
No it won't.
No just means they don't have to
pay their bills.
I love that.
I would I you know what I want
to start throwing out Chapter
Elevens.
Nope, not paying you.
Right, we're broke.
Bail us out, bail us out, bail
us out.
Write an isolator to Trump.
Get us bailed out.
Hey, you know, we got all these
bills.
And we really can't pay.
Them we doesn't want to pay them
anymore.
We want to keep all our assets.
Fuck me.
No, fuck you.
Only Reese, one recently with
Frontier and another earlier in
2024 with JetBlue.
Why would JetBlue on it?
They have the opposite seats.
Yeah, they have the leather.
Cushy.
Seats way more comfortable.
Right.
And TV.
'S and it's a value flight still
but.
JetBlue is, yeah, a little bit
of a value, but not as valued.
I I at least feel like a human
being when I'm on a JetBlue.
Fly.
Oh, I don't mind, spirit.
I do.
They have the nicest terminal.
JetBlue.
Yeah.
Really.
Yeah, that's terminal C.
Oh, it's the new one in MCS.
That's where Spirit is too.
Is spirit on it?
Not anymore.
Well, they're still there.
Yeah, they they don't have to
pay their gate fees either.
Well, they've been, but their
plane was fired at in Haiti.
Their bullets.
Right.
They don't fly there anymore.
Nobody does.
Nobody does.
Yeah, see what happens.
Oh, you shoot a couple of planes
and nobody.
No, you know, No come in now.
No, come in.
Guess.
What now?
Everybody's got to come in by
boat.
There's a yellow eagle in the
sky.
Shoot it.
Shoot it, we need the food.
We need to eat it.
In October, Spirit announced
plans to sell multiple aircraft
and layoff workers as it tried
to raise cash and revive
operations.
Spirit Airlines President CEO
Ted Christie said the airline
has to reduce the company's
total debt and provide increased
financial flexibility.
The airline listed an estimated

Of a big range, yeah.
No shit, you don't exactly know.
He's looking for the bailout
baby.
Come on.
Yeah, How much can I get?
That's how much I owe.
The only quote that should be
coming out of the CE OS mouth is
we fucked up.
We fucked up really bad.
We're in debt up to our
eyeballs.
The airline is a part of a
prearranged Chapter 11
bankruptcy protection and
received a commitment for a 350
million equity investment from
existing bond holders.
So the way people that owe money
into the failing company and I'm
giving them more money, yeah.
You just renew your bonds
instead of cash them out.
Existing bond holders Russell
provide 300 million in debt in
possession DIP financing which
together with available cash, is
expected to support the airline
through the Chapter 11 process.
You own Rd. one through 10?
So they got 650 million and
that's going to help them with
the 10 billion they owe.
Yeah, what's 1 to 10?
Who?
Knows assets and liabilities.
So I mean, yeah, they had all
the planes.
Carry the one the.
One with the bullet holes is
worth a little less than the
others.
Plug those, that'll be fine.
Call it.
No more.
It's rare.
Call it 10 billion.

Phil's fun facts.
Hello peoples.
Wow, bored monkey.
Bored monkey.
All right, Vladimir Shakur, a
world renowned Russian ballet.
What was the last name?
Make fun of me talking over
there.
A world renowned Russian ballet
star has died after falling from
a fifth floor of a building on
Saturday.
His death was confirmed by the
Marlinski Theater, a venue in
the city of Saint Petersburg,
where Shakarf was the highest
ranking dancer.
This is a huge loss for the
entire Marlinski Theater team,
it said.
While Russian authorities have
launched an investigation into
Shakharov's death, the
preliminary cause has been
judged an accident, Russian
state media outlet RIA Novosti
reported.
Accidentally fell off the 5th
floor.
Again, all of this is happening
now.
This is the this Oh. 5th floor
was the same place the the other

It was the 3rd.
Floor for the other guy.
Oh was it the in pain?

Not bad.
People are very sensitive.
That didn't do well either.
Hey is that window open?
Can you check it for us?
Let me pirouette over to the
window.
Is Vladimir.
Oh, is Vladimir also affiliated
with Diddy?
I mean, Oh yeah.
Was there baby oil found at the
scene like that?
Were there white suits and
Johnson and Johnson oil?
Oh.
Man.
There's Samuel Jackson there.
Kill this mother.
Fucking tiny motherfucking
ballerinas that need
motherfucking fifth floors.
Wow.
All right, news.
Oh wait, you were going to say
something.
Oh yeah, we did a special
interview.
Oh yeah, he's bringing it up
now.
With Martin Schuster.
Martin Schuster last Friday.
No.
What a Monday.
Well, Monday.
We did it last week and we're
going to release it this week.
Yes, this Friday will be.
Released.
It's a fantastic short little
interview. 30 minutes seem to be
our regular thing.
So yeah, you did another good
job.
Another serious interview.
Thank you.
Yeah, We're talking about the
Bentley cigar coming out, right?
You know well it is out.
How'd they get access to the
company where they got the name?
A little bit of family history.
Yeah, guy's been in the game for
a long time, generations after
generations.
Another son taking over for the
father.
It's.
Fascinating.
Seems to be having a lot in
Europe.
Yeah, I like that.
And then this Friday, we'll be
interviewing Eric Espinoza.
Eric Espinoza won't.
Be you know, we didn't get him
to read that Schuster.
We forgot about that.
I thought of it, but his accent
was a little thick.
I didn't know.
And then how do we work?
He goes.
We already have a good one.
I'll clip it in.
I'll work it in.
Oh, maybe we get Eric to read
the opening.
I want him to read that.
Oh, OK.
Yeah, I want that to be segment
of people.
Oh, and I'll put, I'll put it
all.
I'll put it all together.
Well, OK.
I'll do it for you.
Well, good, because you're
better at that kind of Clippy.
Oh, that's so sweet.
Yes, all right.
The news from the four quarters
of the world, all the cigar

Crown Heads announces Moose
Kick, a Canadian exclusive.
My.
Can you spell it?
Moose kick Moose kick, OSEKI Say
K.
Nothing crazy, just.
Pronounce it a little
differently.
I don't.
Know there's nothing crazy.
I said moose kick.
Okay.
Crown Heads and Brigham
Enterprises in a Canadian
distributor have announced Moose
cake is the new exclusive for
the country.
The Moose cake was developed by
Miguel Shadel, national sales
manager for Crown Heads.
You know, he hasn't come to the
last two meetings.
A little concerned.
Oh yeah, national sales manager
meeting.
Yeah, we have those.
Oh, really?
Yes, and Richard Joseph premium
cigar.
What you can hit a button.
Who are the people?
Who are the main people that you
have at the?
You know what the first rule is
about National sales Manager
Club.
We don't talk about.
It we don't talk about national
sales.
Manager.
Really.
Yes, interesting stuff.
Obviously, it's Alfredo.
He's not a national sales
manager.
He's a broker.
Completely different club.
Richard Joe is a premium cigar
manager for bringing see, he
doesn't go to the meetings.
He is a cigar manager, Premium
cigar manager.
Got it.
It's a 5 by 50 robuso that uses
a Mexican sanitary wrapper over
a Nicaraguan binder and
Nicaraguan fillers.
Moose kick is made at the Taka
Taka Taka Taka Niska Oh.
I love Takis.
In Nicaragua, production is
limited to just 300 bundles of
10 cigars.
Citing a wide range of prices
about Canada, Chanel declined to
name the MSRP for his release.
Because he doesn't know.
Because.
He doesn't give his number.
We call and ask.
Him.
How much is it?
I have no idea. 9:10, 11/12/13.
A press release says the cigar
was inspired by Canadians Moose
Stamp.
The name Harkins back to the
Four Kicks Mule Kick, a regular
limited edition for Crowned.
I wonder if it's the same cigar,
just so different band.
Canada are.
Expected to be on shelves before
the end of the year.
This.
Is our village.
This whole place is called
Canada Canada.
It's very cold here.
Matt Boo's going to come out
with a moose knuckle now.
Everybody's doing the moose.
Oh, we're trade marking that, by
the way, Moose knuckle, it's.
Probably already possessed.
As a cigar name though, or trade
marking as a cigar.
Oh.
I'm sure there's something
coming.
What you.
Just go the Schuster round and
then argue that, you know,
right?
Yeah, right.
Smart.
But is it a cigar?
No.
Oh, cool.
Oh, it's fine.
There's no knuckle on it.
It's fine.
EP Carrillo.
Yeah, Hi, Jack.
I said it right this time 2024
TA exclusive heads to retailers.
I only pulled this so I can say
Carrillo several times.
Carrillo.
EP Creo limited edition
exclusive for the Tobacconist
Association of Aruba is now on
its way to storage.
It's regard as a 6 by 54 Toro 6
by 54 Toro Gordo with a blend
that uses an Ecuadoran Abanda
wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder and
fillers from the USA and
Nicaraguan.
The company calls the profile a
medium plus body cigar rich and
complexity with the flavors of
pepper, spice, earth.
There's a Coco Long quote.
Yeah, it's their standard
description of cigar.
Yes, the cocoa and the spice.
Right.
Pepper, spice, earthiness.
Exactly.
Flavors.
Earthiness.
Dirt.
Have you licked dirt?
Yeah, that would be dirt.
That would.
That's it.
Yeah.
It has flavors of dirt.
Yeah.
The cigar is made at the Casa
Casa Casa Casa.
Casa sounds good.
The House of Corilio factory in
the Dominican Republican comes
with an MSRP of, they know, $13.
They know.
Production is limited to 750
boxes of 10 cigars. 10 count is
the new trending thing.
Well, here's why $13.10 counts
130 bucks, 10% off just north of
$100 and people are like OK,
I'll buy that.
Great buy.
Yeah, I am truly looking forward
to seeing how retailers and
consumers respond to the special
Aruba exclusive, said Ernesto
Perez, Carrillo Junior founder
and Master Blender VPVI press
release.
When the cigar was announced in
October, the well fermented
Ecuadorian Habana rapper
combined with the Nicaraguan
binder makes for a unique and
harmonious blend.
Is it very unique?
I forgot to include.
I haven't.
Oh, we might save that for the
other show.
OK, as Lisette Perez Carrillo
Carrillo in a press release,
well, we've always integrated
the TAA logo into our limited
edition releases.
The focus on the vibrant red box
designs and the black foil this
time makes it truly
eye-catching.
Black and red again, everybody.
Black and everybody's in it now.
Everybody's in black and red.
We believe this bold approach
reflects the quantity of the
cigar inside, quality of the
cigar inside, and we'll draw the
attention.
It's rightful lizard.
If they don't have the black,
just the red, I added the red,
the black just the.
Oh, the antagonist.
Twist you up a little.
Thanks.
The TA is a membership group or
oh I met ATA member.
Did you cigar Cave over in
Clearwater?
Oh really?
Yeah.
Do they have 750 boxes of the EP
Corrillio coming?
Probably.
So yeah, I think so.
The rooms were very expensive,
only the one was allowed to go.
Really.
Yes, very.
Nice.
During the event, which took
place October 2020, Fourth in
Aruba, Yes.
Jamaica.
The organization held two
selling events, one known as the
Dream Machine, where the
retailers collectively ordered
to secure larger discounts,
while the other is a more
traditional trade show called We
Screw You Now It's.
Limited edition.
Typically, around a dozen
manufacturers release new
exclusive cigars for old retail
members of the organization
under the TA Exclusive Series
Program or ESP banner.
Special.
Especially.
Those manufacturers agreed to
give a portion of the proceeds
back to the organization, a
minimum of a dollar per cigar,
previously $0.50.
Oh, so we buy cigars from you,
You give us money back?
So it's the Tobacco Extortion
Association of Aruba?
Apparently yes, got it.
It's like several K rewards.
Not spelled with an A.
The TEAA.
Yeah, TEAA.
Yeah, it's the T Historically,
the TA meeting and convention is
taking place in the spring,
usually in late March or April,
whoever, due to a change in
dates for the beach.
Sorry, I should have read that
before the 2024 PCA convention
trade show, which took place in
March instead of normal
summertime spot on the calendar.
The TA has changed its dates for
2024.
Last year, people had to choose
the vacation or the work trip,
right?
The last week, yes.
Right.
They go to Aruba.
Yeah, right.
St.
GS Closing Sutliff Cigar
Distribution Service.
What?
That's a big one.
Earlier this year, Scandinavian
tobacco group STG Yep purchased
Mac Baron Tobacco Company and a
deal valued around.
A lot. 7, 77, $1,000,000
Mcbarron is best known as the
pipe tobacco company.
Which is less than the value of
spirit and air.
Yes, yeah, yes, exactly.
Everybody's doing pipe tobacco
now, companies.
Bentley started pipes, and now
these guys are making pipes
through SW.
The company's US division also
had a cigar distribution company
out of its Richmond, VA,
facility.
As expected, STG will be
shutting down that business,
multiple sources told Cigar
Hustler Podcast.
The STG was informed The various
companies, yes, who we call.
I'm calling Justin Andrews so he
doesn't answer.
He's got plenty of time.
They just shut down and.
Burn.
I'll just keep reading because
yeah, they just shutting him
down.
Plenty of.
Time they call, I thought.
It was going to be the biggest
mistake he ever made was giving
me a cell phone number.
Your call has been forwarded to
voicemail.
The person you're trying to
reach is not available.
Now it's automated phone.
Please record your message when
you have finished recording.
You may hang up.
Hi, How are you?
Hi.
Hello.
Hello.
Can you hear me?
I'm in a bad signal area.
Is this coming through?
Are you receiving me?
It would be better if he didn't.
I'm sorry, end of the.
Yeah.
SCG provided the following
statement.
You think you'd have downtime to
answer the phone?
Overtime, the Mac, oh wait,
there's a lot of SCG stores
today.
Overtime, the Macbaron and
Sutliffe facilities will close.
That is correct.
The brand portfolio,
Scandinavian Tobacco Group and
Macbaron Sutliffe will be
combined and simplified.
This is this is to ease the way
of doing business for our
customers.
One point of contact, one order,
one shipment, one employee.
This will take time though.
There's no decision yet that's
been taken on if Justin Andrews
will stay or leave.
When we come to this point,
clear communication will go out
to our customers on whether or
not we keep him.
Or if we fuel the growth with
him.
Yeah, they're, we're thinking,
they're thinking about hiring
Jack Teranyo again, just.
So they here's the deal we
want's gonna come in.
We need you to come back and run
Sutliff distribution for.
Us and and But before you come
in, you have to let Justin
Andrews go.
Oh.
That would be fun.
Niels Frederick, CEO of TGSTG,
told a Danish outlet that STG
would be closing Terano cigars
again.
He's in SC GS working on to try
to move some of the 200
employees to an existing SCG
family in Ascends, though
acknowledge not all of them
would be part of the transition.
Yeah, it makes sense.
They acquired and now they're
going to absorb.
Right.
We'd like to move as many as we
can, but the ones that can't go,
it's fine.
No, but here's what happened is
as you continue to grow, you got
to assume that still 20% of the
people are doing all the work
and 80% of them are not.
Sure.
Right, right.
So you just continue to absorb
and then you throw more at that
80% and you hope that some of
them have value and they
continue forward.
If not, you fire them, you cut
them loose.
There you go.
Yeah, that's how it works,
everybody.
That's business one O 1.
On the cigar side, it's very
clear SCG won't be handling back
end logistics for 3rd party
cigar companies for much longer.
At one point, Sutliff was
handling fulfillment and
logistics services for nearly a
dozen smaller cigar companies.
It's like we could grab some of
these, Michael.
You think so?
We.
Can find out who they are.
Like patina?
I don't know if patina does salt
live.
No, no, they just moved to House
of Palms.
Oh, you're right.
Yeah.
So they knew it was coming.
Yeah, they found out.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they said.
Hey, listen, we're they got the
letter.
Yeah.
Anyone who didn't get the letter
like to reach out to PO Shig.
No, we're good.
We're good.
I don't need anybody.
Else oh, I thought, that's why
we're just.
Talking.
I don't want anybody else.
All right, or they could go to
Lucian.
They also offer similar service
out of the warehouse in Reno,
NV.
Representative for Sudlib told
there was a podcast that they
added the business because they
already had a physical
infrastructure and expertise of
dealing with tobacco
regulations.
STG has a diverse portfolio of
cigar businesses which include
retailers such as Cigars
International, cigars.com,
cigarbid.com, Thompson Cigar,
Pipes and Cigars, Cigars,
Cigars, Cigars, General Cigar
Company, Ford Cigar which sells
Cohiba, La Gloria, Cumada, How
are you other brands USA in the
USA international market sells
Agio, Alec Bradley, CEO,
Machanudo, Room 101 and Terano.
I was going to say.
While the company does
distribute other brands through
Meyer and Dutch, a wholesale
division of Cigars
International, it's quite
different than what Sutlip was
doing.
Yeah.
STG discontinue CEO OSA Sol.
Why are they only doing the ones
with?
You know, SUTLIP had such a nice
booth at PCA, isn't That's why
it's big and fluffy.
It's big.
Too much money.
Now it's gone.
Went out with the bank.
It's Cao OSA Sol.
Is that a different Cao?
That's, but you could then not
spell or letters or.
Something.
It's gone Cao sessions, diesel
and grind, diesel grind and
others.
The sessions.
For this, that's the one that
he's heard of out of all these.
For the second time in many
months, Scandinavian Tobacco
Group is trimming its portfolio
or fueling the growth.
Fueling the growth.
Last month, the cuts target SCGS
Ford cigar company portfolio.
This time the changes are mostly
general cigar brands, including
the round cuts are three lines.
We already mentioned those.
Yeah.
So they're cutting, they're
tightening.
Right.
Furthermore, individual Vitolas
are being axed as well as Cao,
Cameroon, Churchill.
It's not Meyerfeld, Cameron,
because that's the best.
Well, they don't have no SO.
That's probably why they can't
compete.
Call Justin again just to see.
Hoyela Amistad, which was that
movie about the slaves?
Diesel diesel grinds being
terminated.
I want to get his opinion.
Hoyela armistad.
Dark Sumatra.
Hoya la Armistad Gold
Rothschild.
It's some other buttons.
If he doesn't answer without
laughing, your call has been
forwarded to voicemail.
The person you're trying to
reach is not available at the
tone.
Please record your message.
When you have finished
recording, you may hang up.
Fuck, man, what the fuck am I
doing with my life?
This ain't where it it isn't
working out.
Wait, No, no, no, no, wait.
It is kind of working out.
It's what is.
There you go, no comments.
No comments from Justin.
You know he loses his brand.
Diesel grinds gone right?
Upset.
Send him a text I'm releasing
your phone number.
If you don't answer this next
step, we.
Threatened that.
We've threatened that several,
yeah, Answered.
The last.
Time he did.
I don't care enough at this.
Point SG reports increased
revenue.
Wow.
Hey, who knows?
Flower Cigar.
Sales, I'll go figure.
They don't have as many of them
to sell.
But we've been charging a fuck
ton more.
Right.
Scandinavian Tobacco Group, one
of the most important cigar
companies in the world, reported
it's Q 3/20/24 Quarterly
results.
In short, we're making money.
We're making money.
Some good news, but also a bit
of a bad news.
The headline.
The revenue increased 71 point
7.1 percent $344.7 million they
could buy.
Spirit Air.
Thinking by spirit for just in
1/4. 334 million no. 3000 it was
billion, wasn't it, it?
Was one to 10.
One to 10 million.
And the CEO got went like this
one.
One to 10, one to 10, I don't
know.
What you expect from ACEO?
Spirit, they're doing 344
million a quarter in a year's
time they can buy.
Possibly yes, but we don't know
for sure, right?
It's just in STG buys.
STG buys spirit.
Airlines.
Is that the gross?
I think they're net.
Revenue increased.
Yeah, oh, revenue increased 3,
third of four.
Yeah, Oh.
Yeah, it just went off.
That far.
So yeah, well, they're fucking
crushed.
Maybe they can buy Spirit
Airlines.
Maybe they should buy carrots.
Yeah, you know, Carrot market's
down right now.
Getting carrot farming a lot of
money there and nobody else can
do it we're.
Getting into carrots.
The company said that excluding
exchange rate changes, organic
net sales actually decreased by
by .1%.
We just let some of those 20
people go.
They were fine.
Let one more guy go.
SCG is now on track to deliver
more than 9 billion in revenue
for the year.
Nearly 1.3 million.
Oh, 1.3 billion U.S. dollars.
Oh DKK 9 billion, got it.
That weird European.
Yeah, the yeah got.
It driving the positive.
SCG says there was growth in its
machine made cigars and smoking
tobacco division as well as next
generation product category, IE
tobacco free nicotine pouches.
Everybody's doing the pouches.
They are, and they're super
weird.
The Zen pouches and shit,
whatever the fuck they are.
Yeah, so.
Weird, I was talking to two
young.
Guys, they had them in.
You don't spit with those,
right?
Yeah, they, they popped them
into the gym.
I'm like, that is the fucking
weirdest thing.
Like smoke a cigar like a man,
dude, get out.
Well, they're they have no
nicotine.
Zins.
Well, the ones that they're
making these tobacco free
nicotine.
Oh, tobacco free nicotine.
Yeah, not nicotine.
So.
Nicotine, yes, Yeah.
But nicotine is a chemical
compound and it's found in
plants.
It's not necessarily just found,
not.
Where nicotine comes.
From but I'm educating our our
listeners.
Oh.
Yeah, well, then talk to them.
Don't look at me.
I wanna look at you.
I don't feel like looking over
here.
Oh well, looking at the camera.
The evident, the EBITDA, EBITDA
margin was 23.4% down from
26.5%.
OK.
The EBITDA, yeah, it's a little
low.
Free cash flow before
acquisitions was 38.99 million
up from they only give the DKK 2
bit.
Well the DKK was 275,000,000 and
now that is up from 622 million.
This makes no sense in them.
Well, they're publicly traded,
so it's up.
Adjusted earnings per share 58
cents.
Return on investment was down
9.8%, down from. 20 We lost 10
points.
STG, which is publicly traded on
the NASDAQ Copenhagen, has a
large premium cigar before that
includes retailers such as we
read those before.
It's the same ones before all.
Right, moving on.
Great advertisement.
All right.
Casa Turrent appoints Ricardo
Carrion as Head of Business
development.
OK.
I don't know what is business
development.
I mean, like the whole business
as a whole, yeah, it's all
fucked up, right?
And so we're going to straighten
it all out.
We're going to work on
structuring your sales force
marketing.
Big what's his name?
They made him.
Big what's his name?
They got Tony Gomez.
Yeah, Big Tony.
He's in charge of business
development for Luciano.
Yeah, not doing much.
We don't have anybody in charge
of business development.
That's us, got it buddy.
There's just No title for it.
Oh, Casa Turd has announced it
was named his name.
May we hire Ricardo Carlioni?
I think we're good.
As the companies, you have to do
this when you say his name,
Carlioni.
OK, your own name.
Got it.
That's the company's new head of
business Development, a role
that will see him working with
Alejandro, the company's CEO, to
expand the brand's reach, a
diversity and enhanced products
offering, build partnerships and
reinforce Casa Turin's
commitment to quality,
innovation and education.
Ricardo will play a fundamental
role in our vision and strategic
plans to grow and scale our
business across all verticals.
Oh, that's some.
Twist all verticals.
All vertical?
What's a vertical?
It's a maybe it's why.
Maybe it's why we don't have a
business.
We're like a fucking.
We're like a plain.
No, no, we don't know.
Oh, we're, oh, we're like, yeah.
He will work alongside me
building new and strengthening
current partnerships to further
development Casa Torrance range
of products and expand our
presence in new markets.
He'll that's a big space.
There, he'll lead new projects
to increase the quality, variety
and efficiency of products we
offer around the globe,
fostering sustainable growth in
key areas through innovative
initiatives.
So there you go.
So he's going to focus on
products, he'll focus on
marketing.
Yeah, All right.
Let's see what he did before.
Prior to being in charge of
business development, he was the
COO of Tor Imports in Great
Britain, the CEO of Guest
Gesinta.
Gesinta.
GESINT.
A Gesinta.
In Spain, for into this country,
he served his diplomatic role as
Nicaragua's deputy.
He was the Nicaragua's deputy
ambassador to the United
Kingdom, Ireland and Iceland.
He knows how to take a brat.
As well as an official
