Black Star Line Lalibela is a sub-brand of Fred Rewey's Black Star Line family, named for the ancient rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, Ethiopia — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the holiest places in Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity. The Lalibela line is made with an Ethiopian Fresco leaf wrapper, making it one of the rare cigars on the market to feature Ethiopian tobacco. The result is a distinctive, complex profile unlike most Nicaraguan blends.
