Disel Uncaged Robusto (5.5 x 52)

Founded in 2009, Diesel built its name on bold, unapologetic blends made in Esteli, Nicaragua by A.J. Fernandez. Uncaged arrived as a new regular-production core line for the brand, shipping to retailers through Forged Cigar Company beginning August 1, 2026. Brand manager Joe Krzyston described it as "unapologetic, unexpected, and simply bold by design."

Uncaged is a Nicaraguan puro built around a Habano Criollo wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, with every leaf in the blend grown by A.J. Fernandez. It is handmade at the A.J. Fernandez factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. The Robusto measures 5 1/2 inches by 52 ring gauge and ships in 20-count boxes.

Uncaged delivers bold, nutty notes of leather, toast, and dark chocolate. The result is a medium- to full-bodied smoking experience, aggressive enough to shake things up while staying balanced.

The profile pairs wonderfully with dark beverages such as bourbon, brown ale, and coffee.

Diesel positions Uncaged as an everyday smoke - balanced enough for regular rotation while still bringing plenty of punch.
