Espinosa Premium Cigars, founded by Erik Espinosa, crafts bold, flavor-forward blends in Estelí, Nicaragua at its La Zona factory. The Laranja line debuted in 2014 and became one of the company's most recognized brands, known for its bright orange bands and its use of Brazilian tobacco. Laranja Hybrid is the fourth installment in that series — introduced at the 2026 PCA Trade Show and shipped to retailers on September 1, 2026 — moving the Brazilian leaf into the filler for a darker take on the blend.
An Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, with a filler of Nicaraguan and Brazilian long-leaf tobaccos. Built as a box-pressed Short Churchill and handmade at the La Zona Cigar Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. Box count: 10 cigars.
Opens with bright citrus zest, cedar and pepper before settling into richer layers of earth, cocoa and roasted nuts. A natural sweetness runs underneath and keeps the darker wrapper's richness in balance. Cedar, pepper and earth carry through to the final third.
